The lower boundary is considered to be rigid at either conducting or insulating to temperature perturbations, while upper boundary free open to the atmosphere is flat and subject to a Robin-type of thermal boundary condition. The Rayleigh-Ritz method with Chebyshev polynomials of the second kind as trial functions is employed to extract the critical stability parameters numerically. The onset of FTC is delayed with an increase in MFD (δ) parameter and Biot number (Bi) but opposite is the case with an increase in Rayleigh number (M1), non-linearity of fluid magnetization (M3) and strength of internal heat source (Ns). Their effects are complementary in the sense that the critical Mac and Rmc decrease with an increase in Rt.

Then compares it with the performance of conventional investment during five different Covid phases; pre-Covid-19 Phase, Complete Lockdown, Partial Lockdown, Complete Unlock with Restrictions, and Post Vaccination. Design/methodology/approach: The study measures the portfolio's performance through Sharpe Ratio, excess Standard Deviation Adjusted Returns (eSDAR), Fame Decomposition Model, CAPM, and other Regression Models with Dummy variables. Findings: The study reveals that sustainable portfolios significantly underperform their conventional peers for the whole sample period. However, phase-wise outcomes show that during the 'pre-Covid-19' phase, sustainable portfolios are underperforming their conventional counterpart significantly, but this underperformance disappears during the following Covid phases. Finally, underperformance recurs during the 'post vaccination phase', but it is not significant. Practical Implications: Similar performance of sustainable investment during Covid phases and afterward shows the royalty of sustainable investors towards socially sustainable companies. Individual investors, policymakers, and portfolio managers can use the findings of this study to play an active role by making demand for sustainable investment to put pressure on the corporate house to be sustainable. Limitations: The scope of this study is limited to passive investment, i.e., index listed on Bombay Stock Exchange with the single-factor model. However, future studies may perform a crosscountry analysis using the multi-factor model taking active sustainable financial instruments to see the impact of Covid-19 on their performance with a larger span of the study period as Covid-19 is still an ongoing pandemic. Originality/value: The overall findings suggest that during market shocks, because of stringent actions taken by the government, investors can fulfil their Expressive(values) and Emotional (virtuous feeling) benefits above practical benefits from their investment.

In the present paper, Brinkman model is considered for the porous medium. The variations in fluid density are due to the variation in () 1 n + stratifying components having different thermal and solute diffusivities. Linear stability analysis procedure along with normal mode method is employed to obtain a dispersion relation in terms of thermal and solute Rayleigh number. Further, the case of stationary convection (when the growth rate vanishes) is also discussed and a dispersion relationship between thermal and solute Rayleigh numbers is obtained to study the effect of various embedded parameters. The critical thermal and solute Rayleigh numbers can be obtained with the help of critical dimensionless wave number c x for varying values of physical parameters.

For this purpose, different knowledge activities were developed; initially, deepened knowledge of it of the organization and its business initiatives. Based on the identified needs, the data that support these initiatives were identified and known, using as a basic instrument the design of a conceptual model. Likewise, the life cycle of the data was documented and its interaction with business processes was analyzed. Also, the state of the general capabilities in data management was known. Based on the knowledge achieved, the work plan was designed to ensure that the highest value of the data is obtained in the area selected as a pilot (relationship management).

The foreign capital that the state gets literally comes from one of the country's national interests, so that the investors are willing to invest in their country. The existence of this globalization is the result of the expansion of capital or capitalism which has spread to the developed countries and extended to the countries of the developing countries. As one of the impacts is the rising of Start Up industry including in Indonesia. The developing of resilience in Start Up industry need to look by informed of the updated creativity and also need assisted by the Government. Thus, with Start Up and creativity we tried to analyze by Systematic Literature Review with the perspective of Job Demand Resource and Behavior Intention. This article will maintain and identified of the value compared to new syllables.

engineering fields such as 3D printing and robotics coding, which have an important
place in the future education system. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of
3D printing and robotics coding STEM activities on the 21st century learner skills of
teacher candidates and its sub dimensions (Autonomous, Cognitive, Innovativeness,
Flexibility, and Collaboration). 37 science teacher candidates participated in the
study which lasted 13 weeks. In this study, mixed research method was used.
Quantitative data was obtained through 21st Century Learner Skills Use Scale and
qualitative data was taken from the field notes and semi-structured interview.
According to the study's findings, teacher candidates used the 21st century learner
skills and its sub dimensions at an advanced level. Within the scope of the study, 3D
printing, and robotics coding trainings were given to science teacher candidates
within the scope of STEM education and activities were made within the scope of
these trainings. Four activities were done for 3D printing and three activities for
robotics coding. Out of 3D printer programs, 3D-Builder and Zaxe (Destop) PLA were
taught. Arduino-IDE and Fritzing for circuit diagram from robotic coding programs
were taught. With robotics coding and 3D printing STEM activities, teacher
candidates improved 21st century skills such as critical thinking, collaborating,
communicating, productivity and creativity. In addition, they have a positive attitude
towards science-technology- engineering-mathematics.
