It aims also at identifying the reality of communication between the school principal and the supervisor at Basic Education schools in the Sultanate of Oman, and identifying differences according to job position, gender, academic qualifications, years of experience, educational district, the number of schools the educational supervisor supervises, the size of the school, and the number of head teachers in the school. Finally, the study aims at reaching recommended processes to activate the communication between school principals and supervisors in basic education. The most significant findings of the field study are as follows the estimates of the responses of the study sample regarding the four aspects of the activation of communication between school principal and educational supervisor in Basic of Education schools in the Sultanate of Oman, varied between high and low. In the light of the study findings; the researcher has reached a number of proposed procedures to activate the communication between school principals and educational supervisors in the Basic Education schools in the Sultanate of Oman. A number of further research studies have also been proposed.

The technology has led to improvements in terms of communication and information technology. The use of the Internet of Things model (IOTs) has provided significant development to the development of early warning information systems. In this article is the development of a prototype model of flood monitoring information systems using Android has been designed by combining ultrasonic sensors as a water level detector, rain sensor, temperature sensor and moisture sensor. Arduino Uno Microcontroller Module used as sensor data processor, U-Blox Neo 6m GPS module as location detection and Ethernet module as sender of sensor data to station of flood early warning information system. The design of the prototype produces information on flood elevation, rain conditions, ambient temperature and soil moisture along with its location based on Google Maps interface on mobile android.

The article presents a study of the theoretical aspects of corporate governance regulations, how they work and what effect they have on the economy of a developing country. The study is motivated by the question how corporate governance can benefit foreign investment into an emerging market country. The findings of the study are illustrated by the Brazilian example of how the corporate governance regulations were introduced into company practice in the country and what effect they had on the economic situation. This analysed example shows what problems were identified in the process and various ways to overcome them to provide more confidence to the foreign capital investment into the country.

Willam-Warnke (WW-5) failure criterion for mortar and bricks and Huber-Mises-Hencky (HMH) plasticity surface for bed joints steel reinforcement (steel smooth bars and truss type reinforcement) has been used. Coulomb-Mohr (CM) criterion in the contact surfaces of mortar and bricks have been used in the interface elements. Numerical calculations showed satisfactory convergence of research in the patterns of cracking; and the load-strain relationship was similar to the results of research with regard only to the cracking time. Destructive force numerical models Hu,cal correspond to the forces observed at the first cracks in the walls Hu,mv. Reduction of transverse and longitudinal deformation of mortar bed joints have been reported in the immediate vicinity of the bars, and the reduction of the main stress of the bricks is reported in the case of the use reinforcement.

In the present study, the quantitative analysis of aminoacids and carbohydrates in haemolymph of the last instar larvae of Spodoptera litura fed with five different host plant leaves was carried out. A comparative study of the biochemical components in the selected host plant leaves was also carried out. The data obtained were statistically analysed using one-way ANOVA (P<0.01). The results revealed that there was a significant variation in the concentration of these biochemical components in haemolymph with respect to the feeding material and with seasonal variation.

The change in the microstructure and the microhardness can be discovered by carrying out a microhardness test on the welded sample and compare changes in the three different zones i.e the base, the weld and the Heat affected zone or by carrying out a micro structural examination on the welded sample and see the grain dispersion in relation to their sizes. In this work, weld quality of manual arc welded samples of low-carbon steel St3spdestined for bridge construction to be used in Cameroon has been investigated. After a chemical analysis of the material, a micro hardness test and a micro structural examination was also done. Results show that a composition of pearlite and ferrite was seen with the print of the id enter of the micro hardness test. The formation of pearlite and ferrite in base metalis composed of 20/80 respectively. For weld zone and HAZ it changes due to thermal processes. So the microstructure analysis shows that the base metal is a ferrite and pearlite having a grain size of 11-12 on a scale corresponding to an average grain diameter ≈ 7 microns. The structure of the weld metal is also made up of ferrite and pearlite with columnar crystals of cast metal. The HAZ is made up of Widmanstätten. The width of the HAZ zone is about 1,5 mm. In different areas of heat affected zone is observed fine-grained ferrite-pearlite structure with a high degree of dispersion.
