Abstract

Arabic is one of foreign language and the given in schools in Indonesia. Learning a foreign language will have difficulties because the majority of these languages are very seldom or never heard before. Therefore, in the process required learning media or a good learning tool so that the learning process can well received by the students. Learning media is very diverse, from the simplest and can be created themselves up to a super-sophisticated electronic media and the media each having a different character, therefore the selection of media to be selective, because the media used must be able to support the objectives, understanding , as well as the motivation of learning. In the process of learning the Arabic language media is very desirable, because Arabic is the material that is considered to be difficult, it is necessary to appropriate learning media in its delivery. By using the media is expected to simplify and improve the motivation of the students in learning the Arabic language.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia should be able to play an important role in this global era. For that reason, education must be able to prepare Indonesian people to face this global era. One of the problems in education that should be solved is how to find a teaching model that can improve the quality of human resources. One of the best ways to do so is by introducing and developing science and technology in the early period of formal education since students are the human resources for future generation. Pendidikan diIndonesia harus dapat berperan serta positifdalam era globalisasi ini, kita tidak ingin hanya menjadi obyek dan bulan-bulanan bangsa lain.Oleh sebab itu kita harus mempersiapkan diri sedini mungkin untuk menyongsong era tersebut, salah satu alternatif adalah mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia melalui proses pendidikan. Masalah utama yang harus dijawab dalam adalah model pengajaran apa yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam rangka menyongsong era globalisasi. Salah satu jalan yang terbaik adalah memperkenalkan dan mengembangkan IPTEK( Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi ) secara dini dalam pendidikan formal karena anak didik kita merupakansumber daya manusia dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze about (1) the effect of the method massed practice against the speed and accuracy of service, (2) the effect of the method of distributed practice against the speed and accuracy of service and (3) the influence of methods of massed practice and distributed practice against the speed and accuracy of service. This type of research used in this research is quantitative with quasiexperimental methods. The research design uses a non-randomized control group pretest posttest design, and data analysis using Manova. The process of data collection is done by testing the speed of service (dartfish) and test accuracy (Hewitt) during the pretest and posttest. The results of the study as follows: (1) there is a significant influence on the methods of massed practice to increase the speed and accuracy of service (2) there is a significant influence on the method of distributed practice to increase the speed and accuracy of service (3) There is no significant difference influence among methods massed ptactice practice and distributed to the speed and accuracy of service. Conclusions of this research is a method massed practice and distributed practice equally provide significant results but that gives the influence of better is method distributed practice to speed and accuracy of service.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the difference between the effectiveness of Thai and Sports massage against the decrease of lactic acid and blood glucose. The research was experimental laboratoris. The results showed the initial data retrieval on lactic acid level in treatment and control group ranged between between 1.30-3.40 mmol/l of lactate. Then on lactic acid level after activities on Sport massage group was 6.01 mmol/l, whereas the thai massage group was 5.72 mmol/l, and control group was 5.18 mmol/l. whereas in lactic acid levels after 5 minutes of physical activity on a group of sport massage namely 8.36 mmol/l , a group of thai massage 7.26 mmol/l, and the control group 5.83 mmol/l. lactic acid levels and then 10 minutes of physical activity on the group after group of sport massage namely 3.81 mmol/l, a group of thai massage 4.11 mmol/l, and the control group 4.62 mmol/l. While on initial data retrieval on the blood glucose levels between 75 91 mg/dL. then in blood glucose levels after activities on a group of sport massage namely 93.50 mg/dL, while the Group of thai massage 96.12 mg/dL, and the control group 88.75 mg/dL. While in blood glucose levels after 5 minutes of physical activity on a group of sport massage i.e. namely 89.75 mg/dL, a group of thai. massage 88.25 mg/dL and a control group of 88 mg/dL. Then blood glucose after 10 minutes of physical activity on the group the Group of sport massage i.e. namely 81.12 mg/dL, a group of thai massage 83.12 mg/dL, and the control group 85.00 mg/dL. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that there is a decrease in the levels of blood glucose and lactic acid for each experimental and control groups group after being given the treatment of Thai Massage and Sports Massage.

Abstract

Title: [Factors that Affect the Disclosure of Corporate Governance and its Impact on Corporate Performance]This study aims to analyze factors that affect the disclosure of corporate governance and its impact on firm performance. The factors investigated include firm size, listing age, board size, proportion of independent directors and audit committee size. This study used 161 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange by using purposive sampling. The results show that company size, board size, proportion of independent directors, and audit committee size significant affect corporate governance disclosure. Furthermore, this study show that disclosure of corporate governance has significantly positive impact on firm performance as measured by Tobin’s Q. The firm performance as measured by ROA is not affected by the disclosure of corporate governance.

Abstract

AbstrakPusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pelajar (PPLP) merupakan  wadah pembinaan olahraga prestasi yang dikhususkan bagi pelajar/siswa. Atlet panahan dalam PPLP memiliki dua tugas utama yaitu sukses prestasi dan sukses belajar. Sungguh dua tugas yang berat dan bahkan cenderung bertolak belakang. Satu sisi siswa dituntut sukses prestasi, yang konsekuensinya harus latihan dengan frekuensi yang lebih banyak, membutuhkan waktu latihan yang relatif lama, dan faktor kelelahan pasti sangat tinggi. Di pihak lain sebagai seorang siswa juga harus belajar ilmu pengetahuan, mengerjakan tugas guru, ujian sekolah seperti siswa di sekolah lainnya. Berbagai permasalahan sering muncul, terutama berkaitan dengan aspek kedisiplinan, motivasi belajar dan atau berlatih, pengaturan waktu dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan atlet dalam menetapkan tujuan sehingga kedisiplinan, motivasi, dan percaya diri atletpun akan meningkat dan prestasi bisa dicapai. Metode yang digunakan adalah riset aksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa/pelajar pada PPLP Panahan Surabaya berjumlah 13 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan atlet pelajar meningkat dalam penetapan ego orientasi dan tugas orientasi serta strategi penetapan tujuan. Kesimpulannya adalah dengan peningkatan ego dan tugas orientasi serta strategi tujuan maka terjadi peningkatan dalam motivasi, percaya diri dan kedisplinan atlet.AbstractThe Center for Student Education and Training (PPLP) is a sports coaching facility dedicated to students. Archery athletes in PPLP have two main tasks: successful achievement and successful learning. What are two heavy and even contradictory tasks. One side of the student is demanded for successful achievement, which consequently should exercise with more frequency, require relatively long training time, and fatigue factor must be very high. On the other hand as a student also must learn science, do the task of the teacher, the school exam like students in other schools. Various problems often arise, especially with regard to aspects of discipline, motivation to learn and or practice, time management and so forth. This study aims to improve the ability of athletes in setting goals so that discipline, motivation, and self-confidence atletpun will increase and achievement can be achieved. The method used is action research. Research subjects were students / students at PPLP Panahan Surabaya amounted to 13 people. The results showed that the ability of athlete learners to increase in the determination of ego orientation and task orientation and goal setting strategy. The conclusion is with the increase of ego and task orientation and goal strategy then there is an increase in the motivation, self confidence and athletic discipline

Abstract

One of the problems an industrial pepper in Indonesia is the lower quality of production by the farmers. To overcome these problems we must have to do research to get a good technique in pepper processing and the good quality of pepper in accordance Indonesian National Standard. This research using a factorial randomized block design with three replications of two treatment factors. The first factor is physiologic mature (M) and the second factor is the soaking method (P). The research phase includes the preparation of tools and materials. Soaking pepper, cleaning the skin and stems, drying and analysis of pepper quality test. Changes observed in this research is the content of water, the level of colored pepper, and the levels of mold contamination. The result of this research shown the mature physiologically significant effect on the levels of pepper blackish in color and content of seeds lightly. Pepper levels blackish color shown on the highest passing phase that is optimum ripe 0.12% and the lower passing phase optimum ripe is 0.01%. The highest levels of seed lightly on shown at the mature phase towards optimum ripe 1.66% and the lower it show through the mature phase that is 0.71%. White pepper research results both in treatment and in the treatment of physiologically mature immersion method meet the Indonesian National Standard.

Abstract

E-Commerce is an affiliation of E-bisnis in electronic media era, which is fifth industry revolution era (digital era). It is shown by many companies using internet as the most effective means to advertise and promote products produced competing either nationally or globally. Indonesia is one of potential market in Asia even in the world with the fifth largest population in the world in 2017, which the population are more than 263 million people; while the internet users up to 30 June 2017 in Indonesia are more than 132 million people. Of 200 respondents, which the mean of age was 18-24 years old. The respondents consisted of 110 male and 90 female, thus the average gender in Solo was male. The result of analysis showed that Trust was positively and significantly influence Purchase intention, Website Quality was positively significantly influence the Purchase intention, and Percived Risk was positively and significantly influence the Purchase intention, so that each improvement of Percived Risk score would improve Purchase intention.

Abstract

Capabilities include competence, self-efficacy; self-confidence; self-discipline; to be responsible; self-initiative; and metacognition and what someone will bring to the workforce. This research strives to analyze the capability preferences of the prospective teacher in terms of learning independence. This descriptive study uses learning methods. Participants in this research were 21 students from the State University in East Java using purposive sampling techniques. The probing question is used as a research instrument. Descriptive data analysis. The consequences of data analysis explained that the ability in the aspect of high score learning skills was 85.4% responsible, 84.1% confidence, and 82.5% self-discipline. The conclusion of this study is the efficacy of the prospective student teacher from the perspective of independence learning shows the quality in the aspects of responsibility, self-confidence, and self-discipline. Nevertheless, the representative of self-establishment shows a lower trend correlated to other guidelines as much as 79.5%, or in other words, the meaning of participants is not optimum concerning their own desire for independence. This study reserves the need for further investigation into efforts to enhance the ability of prospective student teachers in higher education in theoretical and practical examinations.Keywords: Capabilities, Exploration, Learning independence, Promised teachers
