The objective of this study was to analyse the effectiveness of two intervention programs: a physical exercise program with strategies to support the three basic psychological needs (autonomy, competence and relatedness); and a physical exercise program with nutritional education in order to improve the lifestyles of adult and elderly women who practiced functional maintenance. The Self-Determination Theory was applied as the theoretical framework. A sample of 135 women aged between 40 and 88 years (59.66 ± 10.76) who enrolled in a 12-week functional maintenance program and attended 24 exercise classes took part in the study. This study aimed to implement a strategy to improve the eating habits of university students through nutritional education, using the NutriSmarTR application as an educational tool, which includes functionalities such as a food diary, personalized meal plan, educational information and interactive challenges. A mixed methodology was used, with which the application was designed and developed. An initial survey was applied to evaluate the need for the intervention, it revealed that 60% of the participants were male, and 40% were female, reflecting a high interest in participating in the application to acquire nutritional knowledge. Limitations included that the sample only consisted of university students from a single faculty, a factor that could limit the general applicability of the results obtained. This study contributes to the field of educational technology by integrating digital tools with food and nutrition education, demonstrating that the use of gamification is an effective strategy to motivate changes in eating habits. The results highlight that the use of the application can improve the adoption of healthy eating behaviors, underscoring the importance of adapting educational interventions to the needs and preferences of university students.

Food, with its different flavors, is introduced into a child's life by the family and through nutritional education. Recreational activities also give children the ability to understand what to eat, and how to eat it. Due to the high demand for tourist accommodation that focuses on the family segment, the tourist trade, particularly hotel business, is hiring more employees in the recreation and leisure sector, in order to assist children and parents who want to enjoy a few hours of carefree leisure and rest. This article aims to show that recreational activities that provide nutritional education can be developed by hotel businesses as a form of children's entertainment, stimulating creativity, teamwork, imagination, interpersonal relationships, the comfort of parents, along with an improvement in dietary habits. This study involves applied, exploratory, descriptive and bibliographic research, with a quantitative analysis to evaluate the level of children's satisfaction, using a visual 3-point Likert Scale. As an action strategy, we organized lectures with fun activities. We conclude that activities associated with nutritional learning are accepted by children as a means of socialization and entertainment, making them tools for use in accommodation establishments, as a recreational activity aimed at encouraging healthy eating.

Method: A cross-sectional design (N=112) was used to assess caregiving psychological distress (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale), expressed emotions (Family Questionnaire) and accommodating and enabling behaviors (The Accommodation and Enabling Scale for Eating Disorder). Results: Parental distress was associated with high levels of expressed emotions (especially with emotional over involvement), reassurance seeking behaviors and illness related traits. Moreover, expressed emotions were linked to parent-patient characteristics. Symptomatic behaviors predicted parental accommodating behaviors. However, no significant associations were revealed between parental distress, EE, accommodating behaviors and the type of ED, carer-patient contact time, carer's marital status and own eating difficulties. The cognitive interpersonal maintenance model fits some of the processes observed in Greek families of people with ED. Therefore, interventions focusing on reducing psychological distress, expressed emotions and accommodating could prove beneficial in order for parents to become more effective in support recovery from the illness.

Almost eighteen centuries mediated between the first cases of rickets, reported by Soranus and Galeno, and the clarification of the disease aetiology. Due to the outbreak of rickets verified in the 17 th century in England, the situation was known as the «English disease», being its first detailed description presented by Francis Glisson. The growing incidence of rickets with the Industrial Revolution raised speculations about its origin and treatment. The characterization of solar light and luminous spectrum led to the identification of the biological effects of ultraviolet radiation, and to the discovery of phototherapy as an alternative therapeutic process to the solar irradiation. The experimental rickets achieved by Mellanby and McCollum gave support to the concept that this situation could have an origin in a dietary defect. It was also referred an inverse relationship between sun exposure and the incidence of rickets. The identification of the chemical nature of an essential dietary factor with antirickets effect (ergocalciferol or vitamin D2), together with another factor with identical properties, but more potent, produced in the skin exposed to sunlight (cholecalciferol or vitamin D3), was essential to the elucidation, prevention and therapy of the disease. The present revision summarizes the history of rickets, the characterization and anti-rickets properties of the light and dietary supplements of lipid nature, and the identification of the major biological forms of vitamin D.

Anemia is currently one of the most common and intractable nutritional problem globally. In developing countries, the adolescent group is more exposed to nutritional challenges and adolescent girls are more vulnerable to the disease. Adolescent girls are particularly prone to iron deficiency anemia because of the increased demands of iron by the body. It is astonishing to know that 30% of world population suffers from iron deficiency anemia, of which 80 to 90% are in developing countries. In India the prevalence of anemia among adolescent girls is 56% and this amounts to an average 64 million girls at any point in time. Specific actions like encouraging consumption of iron rich foods though dietary change, nutritional education, treatment and prevention of parasitic infections, weekly iron supplementation etc. are implemented to prevent iron deficiency anemia and improve the iron status among adolescent girls, yet the impact of anemia among adolescent girls is still a public health problem.

To the best of our knowledge, no specific questionnaires on sports nutrition knowledge (NK) have been validated so far in Italian early adolescents. The aim of the present study was to validate a short (26-item) general and sports NK questionnaire in a group of Italian early adolescents. To this aim, the questionnaire was administered to 264 subjects for analysis of internal consistency, and in a subgroup (n = 39) for evaluating the reliability over time. The questionnaire revealed good overall internal consistency and reliability (Cronbach’s α = 0.684) and a highly significant correlation over time (r = 0.977, p < 0.001). Comparison with other validated questionnaires is tricky, because the previous questionnaires were validated in different populations, such as middle or late adolescents or adults, with a higher number of items compared to our questionnaire. The aim of this paper is to give a survey of results and ideas concerning orbits of operators and related notions of weak and polynomial orbits. These concepts are closely related to the invariant subspace/subset problem. Most of the proofs are not given in full details, we rather try to indicate the basic ideas. The central problems in the field are also formulated.

Let X be a separable infinite-dimensional Banach space, and T a bounded linear operator on X; T is hypercyclic if there is a vector x in X with dense orbit under the action of T. For a fixed ε∈(0,1), we say that T is ε-hypercyclic if there exists a vector x in X such that for every non-zero vector y∈X there exists an integer n with $\|T^nx-y\|\leq \varepsilon \|y\|$. The main result of this paper is a construction of a bounded linear operator T on the Banach space ℓ1 which is ε-hypercyclic without being hypercyclic. This answers a question from V. Müller [Three problems, Mini-Workshop: Hypercyclicity and linear chaos, organized by T. Bermudez, G. Godefroy, K.-G. Grosse-Erdmann and A. Peris. "Background: The first 2years of a child's, feeding-pattern is an important determinant of childhood-malnutrition. Nutritional education on complementary feeding was provided, and the impact on Minimum-Meal-Diversity [MMD], Minimum-Meal-Frequency [MMF] & the children's growth, was evaluated & compared be-tween the education-intervention group and the control group.
Methodology: The study was conducted in 2villages of Vijayapura-district 5Anganwadi from each village was se-lected for study and compared. Primary-outcome: improvement in MMD, MMF Secondary-outcome: weight for age Z-score [WAZ], weight for age Z-score [HAZ] &mid-arm-circumference.
Results: Overall education-intervention-group showed better weight-gain than control-arm significant-difference was observed in WAZi.e1.36 v/s1 (p<0.0017*) & HAZ-3.82 v/s -4 (p<0.00078*) respectively. In Intervention-arm mothers following MMF significantly increased &was statistically significant. There was a significant rise in the percentage of mothers in the intervention group who adopted MMD for their children. (p<0.0001*). Gender differ-ences in mean WAZ scores &HAZ were observed in both groups persistently throughout the study period & were statistically significant.
Conclusion: Program interventions need to understand the local practices &needs of mothers & tailor interven-tions and nutritional education to improve child feeding practices including hygienic practices with regular fol-low-ups, is vital to prevent the vicious cycle of malnutrition."

Este trabalho apresenta os resultados de um projeto interdisciplinar voltado para o ensino ciencias em nivel fundamental, desenvolvido e aplicado em uma escola onde participamos do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciacao a Docencia – PIBID. O objetivo do projeto foi conscientizar as criancas sobre os riscos que uma alimentacao de forma inadequada e o sedentarismo podem trazer para a saude, utilizamos conceitos de quimica para explicar o porque nao devemos comer em excesso alguns alimentos. Os resultados obtidos foram satisfatorios, visto que as criancas foram participativas nas atividades e o assunto foi explicado e discutido, permitindo que as criancas refletissem sobre a importância de habitos alimentares saudaveis no seu cotidiano.

Let H be an infinite dimensional real or complex separable Hilbert space. We introduce a special type of a bounded linear operator T and its important relation with invariant subspace problem on H: operator T is said to be is subspace convexcyclic for a subspace M, if there exists a vector whose orbit under T intersects the subspace M in a relatively dense set. We give the sufficient condition for a subspace convex-cyclic transitive operator T to be subspace convex-cyclic. We also give a special type of Kitai criterion related to invariant subspaces which implies subspace convex-cyclicity. We conclude showing a counterexample of a subspace convex-cyclic operator which is not subspace convex-cyclic transitive.

This paper analyses how the factors influencing the health-sickness process are presented in early elementary school science learning books in Brazil and what their health-related main pedagogical objectives are. We have analysed the collections approved by the Programa Nacional do Livro Didático [Learning Book National Program] in 2010 for the first school years of elementary school (44 volumes). Such books tend to approach the theme from the point of view of the individual and their habits, in an out-of-context manner and always in face of a given threat. We suggest that those materials incorporate the conceptual advancements in the health field, especially the ones pertaining to the collective dimension and the social determinants, so as to make classroom discussions more relevant.

Esta pesquisa apresenta o desenvolvimento de uma proposta de ensino investigativo de termoquímica na perspectiva Ciência-Tecnologia-Sociedade-Ambiente (CTSA), cujo desenvolvimento se deu por meio das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TIC) em diversos canais de comunicação que viabilizaram a aprendizagem remota. F ew studies have investigated the level of authoritarianism in the area of health. Staff with authoritarian personality may put in danger the quality of health services, especially towards stigmatized groups, such as the mentally ill and HIV positive people or the minority ethnic communities. Authoritarianism Scale (AS) by P. Heaven, is an instrument focusing on the multi-faced nature of authoritarianism and authoritarian behaviors. The aim of this study is to assess the psychometric properties of the Greek Authoritarianism Scale (AS) and to explore authoritarian attitudes of people employed in health services, in Greece. Initially, 600 individuals (health employees and medical students) were enrolled and completed AS. Additionally, 33 postgraduate students completed AS twice, in an interval of 30 days. In order to assess the psychometric properties of AS explanatory factor analysis was performed, which resulted in a 20-items scale and revealed five (5) factors: "Leadership", "Verbal hostility", "Military way of thinking", "Fear-Suspiciousness", "Achievement Motivation". Cronbach's alpha value overall was satisfactory (0.79), while values for every factor separately ranged from 0.55 to 0.76 showing moderate to satisfactory reliability. AS's test-retest reliability was high: ICC showed high to excellent agreement of AS total and factor scores between the two time points. Women and older people were less authoritarian while youngers, students and staff with primary education showed more authoritarianism. Psychiatric staff presents the lowest AS total score comparing to the other specialties. Significant differences in all categories of the sample arose in "Achievement Motivation". Greek version of AS, as evaluated in a Greek health staff sample, revealed interesting differences among participated subgroups and had overall satisfactory reliability. The influence of Authoritarianism on the major issues of our days, such as immigration flows, social and financial crisis, leads to the need of the existence of reliable measures of its assessment.

We prove that such an operator is never supercyclic and, for monotonic symbols, it is power bounded only in trivial cases. For a polynomial symbol ϕ of degree greater than one we show that the operator is mean ergodic if and only if it is power bounded and this is the case when ϕ has even degree and lacks fixed points. We also discuss the spectrum of composition operators.

The results of monitoring the nutritional status of children under five years (toddler) at the Puskesmas Sigambal Rantau Selatan Sub-District, Labuhanbatu District short prevalence is still high at 15.31% and very short 10.15% in 2017. The study aims to analyze the relationship of nutrition conscious family behavior with incidence of toddler stunting and nutrition awareness family program evaluation. The population was mothers with children aged 12-59 months, 119 people and a sample of 92 people. The sampling technique is a random table technique. Data were analyzed univariate, bivariate and multivariate using multiple logistic regression tests. Qualitative data are data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. Gamification-based programs can create an inclusive space where the student and trainer can strengthen learning in a dynamic process, which helps students find a mechanism that facilitates learning, and provides a useful way to comprehend academic content. A educação alimentar e nutricional está vinculada à produção de informações que subsidiem os indivíduos na tomada de decisões, para que, assim, a população possa optar por alimentos mais saudáveis. o presente estudo objetiva descrever e analisar uma medida de intervenção relativa à rotulagem nutricional, junto aos estudantes de Natal-rN. trata-se de um piloto em que foram arrolados 118 indivíduos em 2012, em uma instituição de ensino. os estudantes participaram de uma exposição dialogada de orientação nutricional, tiveram acesso a um folder e responderam ao final um questionário. Os dados foram analisados pelo Programa do SPSS 16.0, com os testes de Wilcoxon e Mcnemar. o valor de p considerado para significância foi de < 0,05. A pesquisa foi aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da UFrN. Quando indagados sobre a compreensão da exposição dialogada, obteve-se um p de 0,024. Ao serem questionados quanto à importância de conhecer os valores máximos e mínimos de consumo de açúcar, gorduras, sódio e fibras, verificou-se um p de 0,020; em relação ao folder de orientação foi apresentado um p de 0,058. Os estudantes anseiam que sejam mantidas medidas de intervenção que viabilizem a efetividade da rotulagem nutricional como instrumento na educação nutricional.

Pandemi Covid-19 di tahun 2021 masih sangat mempengaruhi status gizi balita. Prevalensi masalah gizi pada balita masih perlu mendapat perhatian. Tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penerapan gizi seimbang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional Study atau penelitian dengan satu kali pengumpulan data, data mengenai variabel independen atau risiko dan variabel yang mempengaruhi atau variabel yang dihasilkan. Populasi sampel penelitian adalah 272 balita dengan sampel 41 ibu yang memiliki balita. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan penerapan gizi seimbang p-value 0,018, terdapat hubungan sikap ibu dengan penerapan gizi seimbang p-value 0,031,terdapat hubungan tindakan ibu dan penerapan gizi seimbang p value 0,021.

Following a gluten-free diet (GFD) is the only treatment for celiac disease. This diet must ensure the absence of gluten but also needs to be nutritionally balanced. Dietitians working in this field cannot properly evaluate energy and nutrient intake of celiac people because dietary programs available on the market do not contain the nutritional composition of gluten-free products (GFP). Here we present a new GFD evaluation software that contains more than 700 gluten-free rendered foodstuffs and their macronutrient composition. Apart from diet evaluation and design, the software represents a tool for nutritional education as well, since it shows diet appropriacy and indicates how to promote balanced self-care. Improper hygiene practices lead to infectious diseases such as diarrhea and respiratory tract infections. Frequent infections lead to malnutrition and nutrient deficiencies. Long-term malnutrition affects the growth and cognitive development of children. The purpose of this review was to explore the researchers conducted in the area of personal hygiene and healthy eating habits in children. This review is a part of larger project on promoting personal hygiene and healthy eating habits among preschoolers. Most of the studies have evaluated the knowledge and practices related to personal hygiene, consumption of different food groups and determinants of healthy eating. This review identifies the gaps which will be taken care of though the project.

Latar Belakang: Di Indonesia, masalah gizi kurang dan gizi lebih adalah masalah yang masih sering terjadi di usia remaja terutama pada remaja putri. Banyak faktor yang menentukan status gizi remaja putri seperti perilaku makan dan citra tubuh. Perubahan perilaku makan pada remaja putri dikarenakan mereka memiliki citra tubuh yang negatif. Remaja putri ingin memiliki tubuh yang tinggi dan langsing. Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perilaku makan dan citra tubuh dengan status gizi remaja putri usia 15-18 tahun. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik menggunakan studi cross sectional pada 93 remaja putri yang dipilih secara simple random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah terkait perilaku makan yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner Adolescent Food Habit Checklist (AFHC), citra tubuh yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ), dan data antropometri meliputi berat badan dan tinggi badan. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagian besar remaja putri memiliki perilaku makan yang baik (57%), citra tubuh positif (80,6%), dan status gizi normal (72%). Terdapat hubungan antara perilaku makan (p=0,013) dan citra tubuh (p=0,002) dengan status gizi remaja putri usia 15-18 tahun. Kesimpulan: Remaja putri yang memiliki perilaku makan yang baik dan citra tubuh positif memiliki status gizi yang baik. Remaja putri diharapkan dapat menjalani perilaku makan yang baik seperti membiasakan sarapan dan sering mengonsumsi sayur dan buah agar tercipta status gizi yang baik pula.

Let H be an infinite dimensional real or complex separable Hilbert space. We introduce a special type of a bounded linear operator T and its important relation with invariant subspace problem on H: operator T is said to be is subspace convexcyclic for a subspace M, if there exists a vector whose orbit under T intersects the subspace M in a relatively dense set. We give the sufficient condition for a subspace convex-cyclic transitive operator T to be subspace convex-cyclic. We also give a special type of Kitai criterion related to invariant subspaces which implies subspace convex-cyclicity. We conclude showing a counterexample of a subspace convex-cyclic operator which is not subspace convex-cyclic transitive.

La literatura científica sobre alimentación escolar aporta conocimiento para repensar las estrategias de educación alimentaria en la escuela, las políticas y programas de provisión de alimentos. La revisión bibliográfica se realizó con el objetivo de comprender los límites y alcances de la educación y provisión alimentaria en la escuela en un contexto donde la malnutrición constituye uno de los principales problemas de la población infanto-juvenil en la región. El artículo se basa en un relevamiento bibliográfico realizado en los años 2020-2021 acerca de la producción de conocimiento sobre alimentación escolar en América Latina publicada desde 2005 hasta 2021. Se identificó que los programas de alimentación escolar/educación alimentaria poseen una expectativa de modificación de las conductas alimentarias que se sustenta en una pedagogía implícita mecanicista, que supone cambios automáticos a partir de la acumulación de información, en un curriculum fragmentado o en iniciativas puntuales como talleres que paralelizan al curriculum prescripto. Se identifican vacancias que la investigación aún no abordó de manera sistemática, como la inclusión de la educación alimentaria en la formación docente inicial, la articulación de la educación y provisión alimentaria con las estrategias colectivas de producción de alimentos, así como la profundización de la perspectiva de género para comprender los aprendizajes diferenciados en el espacio escolar. La investigación relevada da cuenta de la importancia de generar mediaciones para el desarrollo de programas alimentarios-nutricionales en las escuelas, la implementación a nivel de gestión educativa y la relación escolar con las familias.

Salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada ibu menyusui dimana kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang proses menyusui bayi. Masalah yang sering dialami ibu seperti putting lecet, bendungan ASI, nyeri pada payudara sehingga menyebabkan ibu tidak menyusui bayinya. Masalah lainnya seperti masih banyak suami yang berpendapat salah, menganggap sepele dan cukup menjadi pengamat yang pasif saja pada perilaku menyusui ibu dan bayi. Literatur bersumber dari database google cendekia, google scholar dan PubMed yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2015 hingga 2020, dan secara manual memilih artikel yang relevan dengan pertanyaan penelitian. Terdapat hubungan ibu menyusui terhadap gizi bayi usia 0-6 bulan. Disarankan agar Bidan dapat memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan kepada ibu nifas tentang pentingnya gizi pada bayi dimana dengan perilaku pemberian ASI secara eksklusif selama 6 bulan.

Kualitas mutu sumber daya manusia (SDM) Indonesia sangat terkait dengan kualitas gizi masyarakat. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan dengan mutu gizi yang seimbang. Akibat kekurangan gizi pada balita, bisa menyebabkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang tidak baik, salah satu penyebabnya yaitu pola asuh ibu dalam pemberian makanan pada balita. Berdasarkan data pada bulan januari tahun 2009, daerah dusun Janten terpantau balita yang mengalami gizi buruk di posyandu Cempaka 1 ada 1 (0,72%) dari 138 balita dan yang mengalami gizi kurang ada 3 (2,17%) dari 138 balita. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh ibu dengan status gizi pada balita di dusun Janten kelurahan Ngestiharjo Kasihan Bantul tahun 2009. Latar Belakang: Angka prevalensi keluarga sadar gizi (Kadarzi) tidak diketahui pasti. Studi pendahuluan dari 15 ibu balita, 8 ibu balita (53,33%) sudah mengetahui Kadarzi dengan baik, perilaku sadar gizi (0%) Kadarzi dan (100%) belum Kadarzi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang keluarga sadar gizi (Kadarzi) dan perilaku sadar gizi pada ibu balita di Posyandu Anggrek, Kaligayam, Kulur, Temon, Kulon Progo. Metode: Desain penelitian dengan menggunakan survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 55 ibu balita dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Uji statistik dengan Kendall tau dan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. A faixa etária pré-escolar caracteriza-se por um período de alta vulnerabilidade e susceptibilidade à má nutrição. Nesta fase, as carências nutricionais levam a um crescimento deficiente, aumento do risco de infecções, alterações no processo de maturação do sistema nervoso, no desenvolvimento mental e intelectual, provocando desequilíbrios funcionais. Objetivos: Traçar o perfil nutricional de pré-escolares em nove Núcleos Comunitários do município de Viçosa-MG, promovendo neste período, através de educação nutricional, a melhoria do estado nutricional. Metodologia: Na avaliação antropométrica aferiu-se o peso e a estatura para posterior análise dos índices (P/I), (P/E) e (E/I). Resultados: Avaliaram-se 155 pré-escolares antes da intervenção apresentando os seguintes resultados: 91,61% (n=142) apresentaram estado nutricional de eutrofia, 7,09% (n=11) crianças encontravam-se com sobrepeso, 1,29% (n=2) das crianças apresentavam-se com baixo peso. Após a intervenção foi avaliado o estado nutricional de 95 crianças, com o seguinte diagnóstico: 94% (n=89) crianças eutróficas, 1% (n=1) criança com baixo peso e 5% (n=5) crianças com sobrepeso. Conclusões: A participação da comunidade escolar e a adequada formação de agentes envolvidos nos procedimentos de Segurança Alimentar para as Unidades de Alimentação e Nutrição Escolar são indispensáveis para a prática promotora de saúde de crianças institucionalizadas que recebem a Merenda Escolar. Introduction: Non-institutionalized older adults are a group at high risk of malnutrition. Detect nutritional problems through indicators of overall diet quality is a challenge for health professionals, useful for the planning of nutritional policies. Objective: Determine the overall quality of the diet of the Spanish population over 80 years non-institutionalized for the promotion and enhance the quality of life of the elderly. Methodology: People over 80 years from various Spanish regions, participants at the Longitudinal Aging Study from 2011 to 2013 (n = 159) were selected. Healthy Eating Index (HEI), the frequency of food consumption and the degree of adherence to the Mediterranean dietary pattern was used to assess the quality of the diet. Results: The population had higher levels of HEI close to those corresponding to a healthy diet. A significant percentage of participants needed changes in the diet being older than 90 years who required a more significant dietary intervention. Most of the population met the recommendations of the Mediterranean Diet but low consumption of vegetables, nuts and wine and a high consumption of meats were observed. Conclusions: The customary diet of the non-institutionalized Spanish over 80 years has nutritional imbalances that could be corrected by making small changes in the diet pattern. Determine the overall quality of the diet allows planning intervention strategies to promote healthy dietary changes and take actions to maintain an optimal health during aging.
