Innovation and Knowledge Management

Knowledge is a competitive advantage for companies. Knowledge Management helps to keep this competitiveness. Universities face with challenges in research, innovation and international competitiveness. The purpose of this paper includes studying Knowledge Management Models, and Innovation Models apply to Research Groups of Universities, through an analysis of relation in inter-organizational level. Some researchers and leaders of research groups participated in a survey about knowledge management and innovation. Here we show the relationship between knowledge management, innovation and research, including processes and operations performed by universities around these. We organize the results in three dimensions: Knowledge Management perception, the relationship between Knowledge Management and Innovation, and Strategic Knowledge organization. Too, we identify a generality of good practices, challenges, and limitations on Research Groups for Knowledge Management.

This paper explores the essential role of paradigm shifts in scientific progress, emphasizing how such shifts are a natural and necessary response to the stagnation that arises from closed systems. Drawing from the ICCF (Information-Causal Compression Field) framework, the study argues that the structure of academic and scientific institutions inherently fosters a closed system, which leads to intellectual inertia and an eventual collapse of innovation. Paradigm shifts, therefore, are not merely theoretical advances but are vital to the revitalization of knowledge and progress, akin to opening a window to the outside world. This paper examines the dynamics of such shifts, including the roles of external disruptors and internal reformers, and proposes that the process of innovation is, fundamentally, an act of entropy exchange—allowing fresh, lower-entropy ideas to permeate systems that have become increasingly insulated from progress. The necessity of these shifts is framed as both a scientific and moral imperative, especially when confronting institutional barriers that prevent the flourishing of transformative theories.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan kelas dalam pembelajaran seni tiga dimensi disalahsatu SMAN di Kabupaten Karawang.  Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengimplementasikan mtode Jigsaw yang mampu menjadi penawar mujarab terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar yang dilakukan oleh siswa pada pembelajaran karya seni rupa tiga dimensi. Peneliti menguraikan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada masa pra-siklus adalah 47, 22%. Pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar menjadi 72,22%. Terakhir, hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan metode Jigsaw pada pembelajaran karya seni rupa tiga dimensi ini menjadi naik secaras signifikan menjadi 88,89%.  Kenaikan hasil belajar ini pada tiap siklus ini menunjukan bahwa metode jigsaw dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini dianggap berhasil untuk menaikan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran seni rupa tiga dimensi ini.

Az angol Oxford szótár 1934-re vezeti vissza a "case study" kifejezést, melyet elsősorban orvostudomány területén használtak. Az egyes betegek eseteit tanulmányozva lehetett megfejteni a betegségek valósi okát, vagy több azonos betegségben szenvedő páciens eseteit összehasonlítva akár a gyógymódot meghatározni. A kliensekkel, páciensekkel történő beszélgetés vagy diagnosztizáló tevékenység, a különböző szakemberek szakmai konzultációja egy eset kapcsán, vagy konzultáció a pácienssel terápiás vagy fejlesztő céllal mind egy esettanulmány részének tekinthető. A társadalomtudomány területén Barney Glaser és Anselm Strauss szociológusok fejlesztettét tovább, mint módszer, akik "Grounded theory" azaz megalapozott elmélet néven mutattak be 1967-ben (I11). Esettanulmányok az alkalmazott társadalomtudományok közül a szociális munka során is alkalmazható módszer. Az esettanulmány ebben az esetben egy családban létrejött problémát elemez, készítője keresni a probléma kialakulásának okait, a családi sikertelenségre próbál megoldásokat találni, melyet vagy családon belül vagy szakember bevonásával lehet orvosolni. Az esettanulmány valamilyen szempontból különleges eset komplex, átfogó az eseményeket és cselekvéseket összefüggésében szemléltető módon történő bemutatása (Mayer, 2011). Az esettanulmány esetében a reprezentativitás teljesen feláldozható a komplexitás érdekében, hiszen csak egyetlen eset vizsgálata történik annak minden egyediségével. Mayer (2011) szerint kétféle esetet dolgozhatunk fel:  átlagos eset, amikor olyan eset feldolgozása történik, amely a kutató megítélése szerint jól jellemzi a sokaság többi egyedét,  extrém eset, amikor olyan eset bemutatására kerül sor, amely valamilyen szempontból kivételesnek, szélsőségesnek tekinthető. Burawoy és mtsai (1991) szerint az esettanulmánnyal felfedezhető a meglévő elméletek hiányossága és alkalom nyílik az elméletek módosítására. Burawoy az elméleti átalakításra vagy javításra szolgáló módszernek tekinti az esettanulmányt. 1.3. Az esettanulmány értelmezése Nale és mtsai (2006) szerint az esettanulmány legnagyobb előnye, hogy sokkal részletesebb információt ad, mint más ismert módszerek, mint például a kérdőíves kutatás. Az esettanulmány segítségünkre lehet abban is, hogy különböző módszertannak összegyűjtött eredményeket (pl. kérdőíves kutatás, adatbázisok elemzése, empirikus kutatás, stb.) bemutassuk. Az esettanulmány nagy előnye a többi módszerrel szemben, hogy megpróbál átfogó lenni és arra késztetni a kutató személyt, hogy az eseményeket, problémákat azok teljes részletességében leírja és elemezze. Ebből adódóan sokkal többről van szó, mint egy esemény vagy állapot leírása. A különbözteti meg az egyszerű példától, hogy ennél a módszernél szisztematikusan kell gyűjteni az adatokat, információkat, bizonyítékokat, tanulmányozni kell a változók közötti kapcsolatokat (Majoros, 2011). Para a dissecção dos fetos, o conteúdo arterial recebeu, através da aorta, solução aquosa a 50% de neoprene látex "450", corada com pigmento específico. Em seguida, os fetos foram fixados em solução aquosa a 10% de formol. observou-se que o timo era irrigado por colaterais oriundas das artérias torácicas internas direita e esquerda, da a. subclávia esquerda, da a. cervical superficial direita, da a. torácica externa esquerda e por ramos diretos e indiretos das aa. carótidas comuns direita e esquerda.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many organizations faced reputational threats, highlighting the crucial role of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in strengthening their public standing. Through an online survey study of 466 employees working within large-scale organizations in China, this study examined the relationships between CSR motives and engagement, organizational identification, commitment, and corporate reputation, with a specific focus on employees navigating the complexities of the pandemic landscape. Structural equation modeling was employed and validity and reliability were assessed to ensure robustness. The findings reveal the critical role of employees' altruistic CSR motives in driving their engagement with their organization's CSR initiatives, which is essential for enhancing corporate reputation resilience in China. Employees' engagement with CSR bolsters their commitment to their organization and positively influences their perception of its reputation. The study further underscores how employees' organizational identification plays a key role in amplifying CSR engagement and reinforcing organizational commitment. This paper develops an integrative framework proposing actionable strategies for dismantling knowledge silos within corporate environments. Guided by a qualitative methodology, data was gathered from knowledge management (KM) professionals across physical and digital domains using a triangulation approach. The findings illuminate the critical importance of executive-level engagement and sustained commitment to KM initiatives, while simultaneously highlighting the fundamental role of interpersonal trust in overcoming barriers to collaboration and intellectual exchange. We identify five key strategic approaches that demonstrate symbiotic relationships across two organizational movements-Top-Down and Bottom-Up-which, when implemented cohesively, can effectively mitigate detrimental knowledge silos and enhance cross-functional knowledge flows. This work contributes original perspectives to the currently limited literature on addressing intra-organizational knowledge barriers. By situating knowledge silos and knowledge hiding within the broader context of knowledge risks, this study emphasizes the importance of comprehensive knowledge risk management in sustaining knowledge-driven innovation and organizational effectiveness. For future research, we propose investigating optimized technological systems that can effectively support and reinforce embedded knowledge-sharing routines within organizational contexts.

The academic performance of public secondary schools in comparison to private schools is a subject of great concern among stakeholders. The ideal outcome of using Bloom's Taxonomy is to encourage performance improvement. So, the goal of the study was to ascertain how students' academic achievement in public secondary schools in Nandi County, Kenya, was related to how teachers utilized Bloom's Cognitive Taxonomy in their instruction and assessment. The objective of the study was to determine teachers' utilization of Bloom's Cognitive Taxonomy in teaching in public secondary schools. A pragmatic paradigm was used in the investigation. Bloom's Cognitive Taxonomy served as the study's foundation. With an explanatory sequential design, this study used a mixed method research methodology. The research population consisted of 2055 teachers from 137 public secondary schools. The sample size was 360 teachers from 30 county schools. 30 county schools were selected using simple random sampling, from which 12 Form 3 teachers teaching 6 selected subjects were identified. Lesson observation, questionnaires, and document analysis were used to collect data from teaching. Data was analyzed using frequencies, and means. According to the findings, 58% of the teachers utilized Bloom's Cognitive Taxonomy while they were teaching. During class observation, the following percentages were used to teach using Bloom's Cognitive Taxonomy: remembering 30%, understanding 29%, applying 16%, analyzing 10%, evaluating 8.0%, and creating 6.0%. The study came to the conclusion that teachers did utilize Bloom's Cognitive Taxonomy in their lessons, though the percentages between the researcher's observation and the participants' responses varied greatly, suggesting that most teachers do not fully utilize it. This study recommended that all teachers make full utilization of Bloom's Taxonomy in their instruction in order to encourage students' critical thinking skills and an analytical approach to learning, which will improve their retention of the material.

The result of the findings also revealed that organizational performance is dependent on the extent of its staff training and timely appraisal of employees. This implies that increased investment in staff training and timely appraisal of employees by the bank would yield greater returns in organizational performance.

The aim of this study was to understand the effect that proactive personality has on individuals’ knowledge creation ability and innovative work behaviors. This study proposed a model which assists in understanding the effects that proactive personality has on innovative work behaviors through individual knowledge creation. The results were based on data that was collected through a cross-sectional field survey. The data consisted of a diverse paired sample of employees and their supervisors (N=249) who belonged to various organizations in Pakistan. The results of the main effects regression revealed that proactive personality had a positive relationship with both knowledge creation ability and innovative work behaviors. Following several years in administration, I returned to teaching in 2010. My university has a strong commitment to technology in teaching and I share that commitment, but I was rusty. It seemed to me that if I wanted to stretch (and I did), I needed to start making use of social media. After considering some alternatives (Hunter & Austin, 2015), I concluded that building a course wiki would challenge my skills and those of my students. A wiki would also make it possible to maintain focus on the course content, which was “principles of learning.” I had not taught in this area for 20 years and I quickly realized how dramatically the field had changed.

This study aims to determine and analyze factors affecting unemployment rate in North Sumatra Province. This type of research uses quantitative research. Secondary data is sourced from the official publication of the Central Bureau of Statistics for North Sumatra Province. The observation period of this study is from 2000 to 2022. Hypothesis testing using partial test. The results show that investment has a positive and significant effect on unemployment rate in North Sumatra Province. Inflation has a positive and significant effect on unemployment rate in North Sumatra Province.

In recent years, the integration of digital technologies, especially Big Data analytics, has emerged as a powerful enabler for transforming traditional horticultural practices into datadriven, precise and intelligent systems. Big Data refers to large volumes of structured and unstructured data generated from various sources, including sensors, satellite imagery, genomics, weather data, market trends and social media. The ability to collect, store, process and analyze such vast datasets using advanced computational tools enables stakeholders in horticulture-farmers, researchers, agronomists, policymakers and businesses-to make informed decisions that can significantly improve productivity, reduce losses, optimize resource use and ensure sustainability.

Creative leadership has been studied in different collaborative contexts that can be summarized as facilitating employees' creativity, directing the realization of the creative vision of a leader and integrating different and diverse creative contributions. In this paper, we present the findings from a qualitative meta‐analysis of literature‐based accounts of chefs' creative leadership practices from the context of haute cuisine. We bring together both the leader‐chefs' and academic authors' understandings of practices available in scholarly papers to achieve a credible picture of creative leadership practices in haute cuisine. We present our findings as a meta‐vignette introducing nine prototypical characters representing patterns of practices that leader‐chefs perform as they are fostering creativity. Accounts of the creative process tend to be retrospective and implicitly ground the creative act within the person, the mind, the moment, the idea; in doing so, they often miss the larger sociomaterial qualities that can provide us with important insights about the social relationality and playfulness of the creative process. In this article, we examine the creative process through an antenarrative lens that we consider very useful for theorizing the creative process from a cultural and sociomaterial perspective. More specifically, we argue that ‘having an idea’ is a contextualized and embodied process that can be regarded as an antenarrative of the overall creative process. We also discuss how the paradoxical relation between the formative and sudden manifestations of the creative act can be understood through the notion of play.

This article analyzes the conceptual structure of the field of study of innovation systems through the establishment of subfields of knowledge using text mining. The data was sourced from the Web of Science in a search through Boolean operators under the concept "innovation systems" obtaining 6,706 articles in august 2020. For the analysis, a dictionary of categories has been constructed that agglomerate conceptually close families of words comprising keywords, theoretical and geographical approaches. Additionally, the QDA Miner & Wordstat software has been used to exploit the data. As results, it is possible to identify the central role of the concepts of triple helix and open innovation in the field of study of innovation systems; in the same way, it is possible to identify that the concepts of quadruple and quintuple helix related to the greater relevance of social and environmental issues on the agenda emerge strongly. And although the most discussed issues correspond to knowledge transfer, the science, and the economic development; the hottest issues result from the dynamics of innovation systems, its performance, and collaboration actions. Socio-technological changes in the innovation systems, mainly in North America, become less relevant as research interest, while new discussions arise in Europe and Africa on social and environmental sustainability issues. Public policies for innovation systems, management associated with new business models, and sustainability are topics of greatest interest for research. In this way the conceptual structure of the field and subfields of study of innovation systems is explained from the different visualizations through word clusters, the graphic representation of matrices and dendrograms.

Indigenous chickens play a vital role in rural livelihoods, particularly in developing countries. However, their productivity faces challenges such as poor feeding, housing, healthcare, and inadequate husbandry practices. While research has explored these issues using qualitative and quantitative methods, underlying contextual factors are often overlooked. Guided by the Value chain model and Grounded theory, this study evaluated indigenous chicken value chain (VC) through a contextual lens, emphasizing context-specific knowledge. The objective was to assess the efficacy of the indigenous chicken VC practices in Kericho County, Kenya, through a participatory approach. A community-based participatory action research design was employed, with samples drawn using purposive and multistage sampling techniques. Based on Yamane's sample size formula, a sample of 398 farmers was drawn from among rural-based indigenous chicken farmers. 15 key stakeholders also participated in the study. Data collection focussed mostly on qualitative approaches, using participatory rural appraisal tools like focus group discussions, observation during transect walks and community workshops. Quantitative data were collected using interview schedules. Data were analyzed using Grounded theory methods and descriptive statistics. The study identified five segments in the VC: breeding for eggs, incubation and hatching, chick brooding and rearing, flock management, and marketing. However, the chain lacked processing segment, with most products reaching consumers through intermediaries. There was weak integration of actors within the VC. In conclusion, producers' practices contributed to efficacies in the indigenous chicken VC through: genetic diversity preservation, resiliencebuilding, rational decision-making, self-sufficiency, bio-economy, complementary healthcare, and market embedded practices. Challenges included economic constraints, epistemic limitations, weak institutional support, weak infrastructure, and risk aversion. To enhance the productivity of the VC, community financing models, capacity-building, formation and strengthening of producer organizations, cooperative marketing, and partnerships with local government for infrastructure development are recommended.

Este artículo presenta aspectos de la experiencia del Grupo de Estudios Ambientales A.C. (GEA) en la montaña baja de Guerrero, en la búsqueda de una agroecología comunitaria anclada en la reconstrucción de los tejidos comunitarios y el fortalecimiento de las instituciones de los pueblos como base para avanzar hacia la sustentabilidad de sus territorios.

El trabajo regional de Agroecología Comunitaria de GEA tiene dos objetivos. El primero es fortalecer la agricultura campesina indígena y el cuidado de las semillas criollas, la milpa y todos los espacios que proveen alimentos dentro del territorio, a fin de avanzar hacia la autonomía alimentaria de las comunidades. El segundo es favorecer que niños, jóvenes, hombres, mujeres, abuelos y, en especial, los animadores, los comités del agua, las autoridades y otras instituciones comunitarias cuenten con más espacios y capacidades (técnicas, metodológicas, organizativas y de comunicación) para impulsar procesos de agricultura campesina sustentable como parte de la vida comunitaria.

Customer relationship management (CRM) plays essential role on the success of many business units. CRM integrates necessary data from internal and external sources to assist managers and employees for business development. This paper attempts to analyze relationship between CRM, organizational learning, and knowledge management. Research population includes travel agencies in Tehran, Iran and their manager are considered for the purpose of this study. This research has four variables 1-Successful implementation of KM, 2-Organizational learning, 3-customer orientation, and 4-information share with customers. The preliminary results of this survey indicate that any development of CRM will significantly contribute relative efficiency of this travel agency. The results also indicate that there is a meaningful relationship among components of CRM including organizational learning, and knowledge management in this travel agency.

In this paper we give an algorithm for querying RDF data using SQL without conversion of RDF instances. This algorithm translates an SQL query into an equivalent SPARQL query that is to be directly executed on the RDF data and allows it for SQL users to efficiently and easily query the RDF data. The SQL queries are formulated based on the converted relational database schema that the algorithm builds from the RDF one. With the advances in native storage means of RDF data and associated querying capabilities using SPARQL, there is a need to let SQL users benefit from such capabilities for interoperability objectives and without any conversion of the RDF data into relational data. In this sense, this work present SQL2SPARQL4RDF an automatic conversion algorithm of SQL queries into SPARQL queries for querying RDF data, which extends the previously established algorithm with relevant SQL elements such as queries with INSERT, DELETE, GROUP BY and HAVING clauses. SQL users are provided with a relational schema of their RDF data against which they can formulate their SQL queries that are then converted into SPARQL equivalent ones with respect to the provided schema. This avoids the birding of translating instances and data replication and thus saving loading times and guaranteeing fast execution especially in the case of massive amounts of data. In addition, the automatic mapping framework developed by the java programming language, and implement many new mapping functionalities. Furthermore, to test and validate the efficiency of the mapping approach and adding a module for automatic execution and evaluation of the various obtained SPARQL queries on Allegrograph.

O papel dos vídeos curtos no marketing digital de destinos turísticos tem
ganhado destaque, especialmente na era das redes sociais, onde
plataformas como TikTok, Douyin e Instagram Reels dominam. O estudo em
questão analisa a influência estratégica do uso de vídeos curtos no marketing
digital de destinos turísticos, detalhando como esses conteúdos visuais
moldam e aprimoram a imagem desses locais. Utilizando uma abordagem
qualitativa e exploratória com revisão da literatura na base de dados Scopus,
o estudo investiga 32 pesquisas científicas e emprega a análise de conteúdo,
processada pelo software IRaMuTeQ, para identificar categorias relevantes a
partir da análise de similitude com palavras-chave associadas a vídeos curtos,
marketing e destinos turísticos. Esta metodologia destaca como os vídeos
curtos são eficazes em promover destinos turísticos, aumentando sua visibilidade e influenciando decisão de potenciais turistas. A pesquisa revela
que vídeos curtos proporcionam uma compreensão rápida e atraente dos
destinos, enriquecidos pela presença de influenciadores digitais que
aumentam a credibilidade e alcance desses destinos. Além disso, a análise
sugere que esses vídeos incentivam os turistas a visitarem locais ao transmitir
experiências autênticas e envolventes, contribuindo para uma percepção
positiva do destino. Esse estudo contribui para a prática gerencial e
acadêmica ao fornecer diretrizes sobre a criação de conteúdo visual atraente
e a otimização de estratégias de marketing digital. Os resultados enfatizam a
necessidade de adotar vídeos curtos como uma ferramenta estratégica na
promoção de destinos turísticos, destacando seu potencial para transformar
a maneira como os destinos são percebidos e escolhidos pelos turistas.

This publication discusses the use of psycholinguistic tools in organizational research. The example of a comprehensive study of managerial culture in a business organization has been considered, the pilot part of which was a problem-targeted survey of respondents among top managers. The respective textual results were reduced to lemmas and their frequency analysis was carried out. The predominant n-grams in the texts were also identified. These categories were used to study and assess the discursive field of managerial culture in the organization. The results of cross-analysis of discourses became the basis for the development of a hypothesis regarding the leadership deficit among the managers of the organization, the causes and consequences of this deficit. The formulated assumptions were confirmed by the results of the main part of the study, which included differential psychological testing and individual interviews with respondents.

A 'narrative turn' and a 'practice turn' in management enables breaking through these situations. These two turns are essential factors embedded in the organizational knowledge-creating theory. The Externalization phase of the SECI spiral incorporates the narrative turn, and the Internalization phase incorporates the practice turn. These two turns together enhance the further practice and development of the knowledge-creating theory, especially from the strategy perspective. This paper presents the concept of narrative strategy with two concrete cases of Fujifilm and Hitachi. Implications and further research challenges are provided.

With a new ecosystem of sustainable mobility emerging, a broad discussion has been taking place globally in the automotive industry on the evolution of transport and mobility. This debate is driven by the convergence of many forces and megatrends that can alter the structures of this industry. New social behaviors in relation to vehicle ownership and use as well as innovative technologies are changing the way companies develop and build their vehicles. Embedded digital technologies that can reduce human interference in the direction of the vehicle. New materials that reduce the weight of vehicles without impacting the safety of passengers. Electric and fuel cell propulsion systems deliver better energy efficiency and lower emissions when compared to current propulsion systems. The big question is whether the automotive industry will be a protagonist or supporting agent in the emergence and formation of this new ecosystem. It will evolve incrementally or if the change will occur at a more radical pace and be led by car manufacturers. No one knows the full scope or magnitude of the changes that are to come, but it is up to the present industry to react, and the first step in this direction is to understand the possible scenarios that these changes may bring. This work is descriptive and exploratory and is devoted to evaluating the main reports issued by consulting firms and even entities related to the automotive industry to shed light on what may happen with this industry within the emerging ecosystem to which it belongs. This qualitative study challenges the dominant Western-centric norms governing graduation ceremonies in higher education institutions, particularly in the context of African expression. Through a survey of 278 students and in-depth interviews with 33 officials from higher academic institutions, this research explores the tensions and power dynamics surrounding African expressions of excitement during graduation ceremonies. The findings highlight the ways in which these norms perpetuate colonial legacies and reinforce the dominance of Western cultural values in higher education. This study argues that decolonizing graduation ceremonies requires a radical rethinking of the cultural norms and power dynamics that govern these events. By centering African expressions of excitement and promoting cultural diversity, this research offers a vision for more inclusive and decolonized graduation ceremonies. The study's findings have significant implications for higher education policy and practice, highlighting the need for institutions to recognize and value African cultural expressions.

A pandemia global de Covid-19 impôs desafios sem precedentes às instituições culturais em todo o mundo, inclusive os museus. Estes tiveram que se reinventar para conseguir manter suas ações junto à sociedade. Diante das restrições do distanciamento social e do fechamento físico de instalações, os museus foram compelidos a buscar alternativas para manter o engajamento do público e preservar o acesso à arte e à cultura. Nesse contexto, o emprego da tecnologia emergiu como uma ferramenta que ofereceu soluções mas também novas dificuldades a serem enfrentadas. Neste artigo, apresentamos os resultados de um estudo que buscou identificar os impactos da pandemia de Covid-19 nos centros e museus de ciências brasileiros, em particular no que se refere a ações remotas e virtuais realizadas por esses espaços. O levantamento de dados desta pesquisa foi feito por meio de aplicação de questionário online a gestores e gestoras em 2023, um momento da pandemia caracterizado pelo fim do status de emergência internacional de Covid-19,
segundo a Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS). Nosso estudo envolveu 71 centros e museus de ciências do Brasil e traz evidências das dificuldades vivenciadas por essas instituições. Os participantes da pesquisa reconhecem o alcance atingido pelo uso dos recursos digitais, mas reforçam a dificuldade em manter determinadas ações ou propor
novas atividades pela falta de apoio e recursos humanos e financeiros.

In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has begun to permeate various aspects of our daily lives and the world of work. La performance boursière reflète-t-elle l'instabilité, le risque ou l'incertitude ? Auteur : Roland Clère Résumé Cet article analyse la volatilité et la performance du marché boursier américain à travers le prisme des débats sur l'efficience informationnelle. À partir de simulations de Monte Carlo et de modèles de régression appliqués à l'indice S&P 500, il est montré que la performance annuelle et la volatilité peuvent être largement expliquées par des variables fondamentales connues ex-ante. Les résultats soulignent la difficulté pratique à distinguer aléa et incertitude, ces deux dimensions influençant conjointement le taux de rendement exigé. L'étude met en évidence l'existence d'une convention implicite d'évaluation, qui rend partiellement prévisible la performance à court terme, ce qui tranche avec les horizons beaucoup plus longs associés au multiple CAPE de Shiller. Ces résultats suggèrent que l'hypothèse d'efficience semi-forte de Fama pourrait être remise en cause, la prévisibilité partielle des performances ouvrant des perspectives pour les investisseurs capables d'interpréter les conventions dominantes du marché.

This thesis presents the development and theoretical analysis of PRISM (Perspective Rotation Ideation through Systematic Multi-stimulus), a novel ideation methodology designed to address critical limitations in existing creative problem-solving frameworks. Through comprehensive analysis of established methodologies including SCAMPER, the Disney Creative Strategy (DRC), Design Thinking, and contemporary creative problem-solving approaches, significant gaps were identified in stimulus variety, dynamic process integration, and contextual adaptability. The PRISM framework introduces a five-phase systematic approach that integrates multi-stimulus design principles with cognitive psychology insights on creative ideation dynamics. The methodology addresses stimulus-dependency issues identified in divergent thinking research while providing structured flexibility for application across diverse contexts including business strategy, product development, policy design, and process improvement. Comparative analysis demonstrates PRISM's superior adaptability across varying time constraints, problem complexity levels, and team configurations. The framework's theoretical foundation synthesizes insights from cognitive neuroscience of creativity, dual-process theory, and systematic perspective rotation principles. This research contributes to the field of creative cognition by proposing a methodology that balances structured guidance with creative flexibility, addresses documented limitations in current approaches, and provides a scalable framework suitable for both individual and collaborative ideation contexts. The implications extend beyond academic theory to practical applications in organizational innovation, educational settings, and professional consulting environments.

Penelitian ini membahas analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi chatbot untuk konsultasi haji dan umrah di PT Fathia Fillah Abadi, ssalah satu penyelenggara travel haji dan umrah di Kabupaten Cianjur. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah ketidakefisienan layanan konsultasi manual, yang mengandalkan staf secara langsung, terbatasnya jam operasional, lambatnya respons, dan keterbatasan akses informasi oleh calon jamaah. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, dirancanglah sistem chatbot berbasis web bernama Fillah Guide yang menggunakan pendekatan Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) dan Prompt Engineering. Chatbot ini dirancang untuk memberikan jawaban otomatis yang akurat dan relevan berdasarkan dokumen yang telah disediakan. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan fitur dashboard admin untuk mengelola dokumen, log percakapan, dan broadcast informasi, live chat dengan admin serta integrasi dengan AI dari Together AI dan penyimpanan vektor Pinecone. Metodologi yang digunakan yaitu waterfall yang mencakup studi literatur, observasi, wawancara, dan pemodelan menggunakan UML seperti use case, activity, class, ERD, hingga deployment diagram. Hasil utama dari proyek ini adalah desain sistem chatbot yang siap untuk diimplementasikan dalam tahap berikutnya kedalam website resmi travel, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi layanan, mengurangi beban kerja staf, dan meningkatkan kepuasan calon jamaah. Rekomendasi pengembangan meliputi uji coba sistem, evaluasi antarmuka pengguna, serta potensi integrasi dengan fitur multibahasa dan platform media sosial untuk menjangkau lebih banyak pengguna.

This exploratory study examines predictors of the use of e-government (UEG) in a post-COVID-19 landscape, focusing on attitude toward e-services (AES), trust in e-government (TEG), and trust in edocuments (TED). While prior research emphasized general trust in e-government as a central predictor, COVID-19 reshaped digital behaviors, necessitating an updated perspective. Using survey data from 130 Polish clients and conducting Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), our findings indicate that TED is the strongest predictor of e-government use. Moreover, contrary to expectations, AEG and TEG show no significant predictive power, suggesting that attitude and trust in institutions alone do not predict use. This study contributes to the growing literature on e-government by offering a post-COVID-19 perspective and emphasizing the importance of further research on trust in e-documents. These findings point to practical implications for policymakers, urging a shift toward a more client-oriented focus and public awareness campaigns to foster public trust.

Triple Bottom Line (3 BL) Sustainability has been expressed as a tool in the hands of policy makers to achieve competitive advantage. Closed-Loop Supply Chain (CLSC) conceptualizes the design, control, and operation of the supply chain systems to recover the value from the product even after their useful life through the processes of reuse and recycle. Efficient management of CLSC operations in metal recycling industry will enhance 3BL sustainability. The present study investigates and shortlists critical sustainability factors in metal recycling CLSC operations. The study applies Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to identify the most important factors and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) techniques to check the reliability and validity of these factors through statistical analysis. The study identifies five most important factors to achieve sustainability in metal recycling CLSC. Although the article is focused on the Indian metal recycling industry but factors can be relevant for researchers in other developing countries, where similar economic, social and environmental conditions exist.

The study purposively selected 340 researchers in the Information
and Communications Technology (ICT) Department in
Knowledge Institutions in Nigeria. The study aimed to determine
the effect of collaboration on innovation outputs. Two forms of
collaboration (active and passive) were explored as sources of
information in the study. The main research instrument was a
questionnaire administered to three hundred researchers in the
School of Computing and Informatics across thirty universities in
Nigeria and forty other researchers in the Research &
Development (R&D) Departments in four ICT-related
government research agencies. The study identified eight partners
for collaboration. These eight indicators were regressed against
indicators of ICT R&D outputs (publications, patents, and
prototypes) during the reference period 2016, 2017, and 2018. In
addition, the eight indicators were regressed against indicators of
ICT innovations (product and process innovations) during the
reference period 2016 to 2018, with ICT R&D outputs and
innovations as dependent variables and the sources of information
and collaborating partners as independent variables. The study
found that institutional sources, market sources, and other
technical sources of information significantly impacted the ICT
R&D outputs. However, market sources of information are the
leading significant influencers of ICT innovations. Also,
publications written with colleagues in other institutions and
patents granted with colleagues in the same institutions through
collaborations are critical drivers of ICT R&D outputs in the
knowledge institutions. At the same time, market partners such as
suppliers and clients are the main drivers of ICT innovations.

The result of the findings also revealed that organizational performance is dependent on the extent of its staff training and timely appraisal of employees. This implies that increased investment in staff training and timely appraisal of employees by the bank would yield greater returns in organizational performance.
