Figure 1. Diagram of operation of the intelligent photovoltaic system For a better understanding of the operation of the proposal, a scheme was made that represents how the prototype works. Figure 1 shows how artificial intelligence was integrated with the electronic system. This was done through an Arduino board and in real time the optimal angle of the sun was obtained and with a series of instructions the solar panel will be moved to better capture solar energy. The entire procedure for the implementation of the intelligent photovoltaic system for the optimization of electrical energy is described in the subsections.

Solar tracker circuit design A neural network algorithm in the Python language was applied to the intelligent photovoltaic system This system predicts the optimal direction or angle of sunlig ht and sends an analog signal through the seria port to the microcontroller. The microcontroller processes this signal and sends a signal to the electric moto: to control its speed and direction, allowing movement of the panel to obtain maximum energy capture The microcontroller contains a control algorithm to optimize t he tracking of sunlight and minimize the error ir the position of the panel as shown in Figure 2. This algorithm takes into account factors such as the latitud and longitude of the installation site, the time of day and season of the year to determine the direction of the panel, later in the conceptual design components were included, such as a power source to feed the system a protection system against overloads and short circuits. As shown in Figure 3.

Intelligent photovoltaic system prototype We proceeded to load the necessary program on the Arduino board so that it can receive the angles from the neural network and control the DC motors for solar tracking. The DC motors were assembled on the frame and fixed in place by connecting the motor levers to the solar panel frame and making sure they were secure. This construction process was carried out with the objective of creating a solar tracking system based yn artificial intelligence, which can optimize the generation of electrical energy. Importantly, the use of urtificial intelligence techniques in this system allows for more precise tracking of the sun’s position, which in ‘urn can significantly increase the efficiency of the solar panel. This type of solar tracking system can be an -ffective solution to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of solar power generation in small and medium scale applications, see Figure 4.
It should be noted that the closest meteorological station to the study point corresponds to the Ceres station, located in the department of Lima, province of Lima and district of Ate. Its metadata indicates a latitude of 12°1'43.2"S, longitude of 76°55'37.6"W and an altitude of 339 masl. Once the data was obtained, it was cleaned and pre-processed, which implied the elimination of empty columns and rows, the conversion of dates and times into a single datetime type column, the elimination of duplicates, the extraction of attributes and studies of correlation as observed in Figure 5, and obtaining attributes of the time series. Subsequently, the NeuralProphet model was used to create a neural network that could be fitted to the training data. The model included a series of layers of neurons, each of which was connected to the next layer, and appropriate activation functions were used for each layer. Despite the fact that very low correlations were obtained between the variables and the optimal angle, the time series was used as input for the neural network. Figure 6 shows the correlogram of our datasets to determine the importance of each of the network attributes contained in the dataset. Now the correlation must be calculated for all the variables of the datasets, let’s see what the correlation matrix is like. This matrix shows the correlation between two or more variables in the data set through tabulations or statistics.

Figure 6. Correlation of data variables As shown in Figure 8, after the treatment of the data, the heat map of correlation between all the ariables and the optimal angle was obtained. The result was very low correlations between variables, so the ise of all attributes is ruled out. On the other hand, it is observed in Table 3 how the datasets will be treated as time series, as input to the neural network. was studied. In addition, time series attributes were obtained, and the data set was divided into training and test sets. The model used was NeuralProphet to create a neural network model that would fit the training data. The model included several layers of neurons, each of which was connected to the next layer, and appropriate activation functions were used for each layer. When performing the correlation between the variables and the optimal angle, it was observed that the relationship level was low. Therefore, it was decided to discard the use of all the attributes, and it was decided to treat the data set as a time series. Figure 7 shows how the time series will be treated as input to the neural network.

Training the neural network Then, the model was fitted to the training data using the “fit” function, which took as input the data in its original format, “df raw_daily”, and specified the frequency of the data, which in this case was “H” for indicate that the data were in hourly intervals. During training, the model adjusted the weights of the neural connections to minimize the specified loss function (in this case, the Huber function), and the process was repeated for 40 epochs. The training process also automatically imputed missing values and normalized the data as specified in the model parameters. At the end of the training, several model performance metrics were needed, such as the mean absolute error and the loss of the model in the training set. These metrics were used to assess the quality of model performance and to compare different model configurations in case parameter changes have been made. For this, in (1) was used;
The main function of the system was to predict the optimal angle to send to the microcontroller using the trained model and send this information through the serial port. The prediction of the optimal angle was made using the “pred_angulo_ptimo” function, which uses the model to make a prediction for the future and return the value of the optimal angle. The “‘send_angle_optimum” function was in charge of sending the optimal angle through the serial port. As shown in Figure 11. In Figure 10 the implementation of the intelligent model was carried out in an automated system to send an optimal angle to a microcontroller. This was done using the Python programming language and the NeuralProphet library for modeling the time series. A time series dataset was used to train the model and the serial port was configured for communication with the microcontroller.

2.2.1. First stage
For the application of the neural network model, the database had to be created for which it was defined based on indicators of the photovoltaic module, meteorological data, and time series data. In this way, the data collection of different indicators was carried out in order to obtain the optimal angle of the position of the sun. These indicators, detailed in Table 2, include temperature, humidity, wind speed, direct and diffuse radiation radius, direction speed, and precipitation. Data collection was done using a variety of sources, including weather stations and specialized measuring devices. To ensure data quality, specific conditions were applied, such as the address of the panel and the latitude, longitude, and altitude of where the study would take place.

B. Prototype implementation The system uses an ultrasonic module interfaced to the microcontroller board Arduino Uno. An ultrasonic transducer comprising of a transmitter and receiver is used for the project. Arduino Uno sends a trigger pulse to the Ultrasonic sensor which then transmits ultrasonic waves. The transmitted waves are reflected back from the object & received by the transducer again. Ultrasonic sensor sends echo pulse to the Arduino Uno. The Ultrasonic sensor converts the sound signal to electrical signal which is processed in microcontroller to measure distance. The total time taken from sending the waves to receiving it is calculated by taking into consideration the velocity of sound. Then the distance is calculated by a program running on the microcontroller. The measured distance can be used as a control parameter by the user to generate an audio- visual warning as well as to trigger automatic control outputs for deceleration and automatic brakes depending on the threshold parameters set according to the software program. The block diagram is shown in Fig. 3:

Figure 1. Components of Open Traffic Software The components of Open Traffic software are shown in Figure 1. Traffic Engine, Traffic Data Pool, Open Street Map (OSM-linked) Traffic Data Set and Real-time Routing API are considered as the back bone of the architecture.
The Map of Malaysia can be accessed and can be downloaded from the Geofabrik’s server. Thi: server provides maps for OSM projects, which are updated. The map in pdf is downloaded fron http://download.geofabrik.de/asia/malaysia-singapore-brunei.html. Since the scope of this work is to tak consideration of Kuala Lumpur only, so the map of KL was downloaded from this linl https://mapzen.com/data/metroextracts/metro/kuala-lumpur_malaysia/ as shown in Figure 3. The format o the map downloaded in raw OSM data as pdf format.

The congregated spots in Figure 5 shows the points of interest (POI) which were loaded from CSV file in Traffic Engine. Since the loading of the data, the number of the traffic statistics that were counted along the process are displayed by the “Data Loader Status Bar”. It will keep on updating as long as the Traffic Engine App remains connected with the server. At the end, after the extraction of data from the GPS and extracting the traffic speed in CSV format the platform is ready to collect the data and the interface looked like as shown in Figure 6.

The average traffic speed varies between 26-34kp strategic location of the Bangsar, which is connected to Petaling Jaya Bangsar, Chinatown and Starhill as h. Most of this slow speed owes to the by means of the Federal Highway. It also connected to the New Pantai Expressway and the Sprint Expressway. Besides this, Maybank tower, Bangsar village and some automotive showrooms are also situaued in the vicinity of Bangsar. This all factors contributes and make Bangsar a hotspot of activities. Chinatown on the other hand is a very famous tourist’s attraction because it is surrounded by hotels and it is thronged by the hawkers espcially at night. This place alternatively is also known as Petaling Street which attracts the visitors. On the otherside, Starhill has luxury shopping malls such as Pavilion, Sungei Wang Plaza and Times Square. The relation between distance and speed of motors When a car with two engines is running, the engines run at a maximum rotational speed of 255 and when the sensor is triggered, it enters the car into the restricted area. The radio frequency transmitter sends out a radio frequency signal that contains information that indicates how fast the vehicle can be driven. Then the HC-12 receiver received the information and gave it to the Arduino controller which is used to control the speed of the motors. The analog signals will be converted to digital so that only the microcontroller will be able to process the signal. The transmitter signal is compared and based on the programming of the Arduino controller, it controls the motor speed and reduces it to 100 rotational speed. The relation between distance and speed of motors demonsterated in Figure 10.

Different case scenarios depicting the automatic braking system, navigation, and communication system are shown in Fig.5. Fig.6 and Fig.7. Cost is one of the key factors in designing any technology. Since the proposed model incorporates Arduino Uno R3 instead of Raspberry Pi, it cuts the cost of the model by a significant amount. Main aim is to equip all the vehicles and not just cars with this system so that accidents can be avoided and in some cases, better routes can be chosen while driving, in case there is a traffic jam ahead of them and hence lots of time can be saved. The proposed system is highly appropriate for driving in hilly areas where there are hard turns and in areas where the visibility drops to zero due to fog or heavy rains. It is used to bring variation in car speed if any obstacle appears. A DC motor works on the principle that when a current carrying conductor is placed in magnetic field, it undergoes torque and has a tendency to move. The relation between distance and speed of motors When a car with two engines is running, the engines run at a maximum rotational speed of 255 and when the sensor is triggered, it enters the car into the restricted area. The radio frequency transmitter sends out a radio frequency signal that contains information that indicates how fast the vehicle can be driven. Then the HC-12 receiver received the information and gave it to the Arduino controller which is used to control the speed of the motors. The analog signals will be converted to digital so that only the microcontroller will be able to process the signal. The transmitter signal is compared and based on the programming of the Arduino controller, it controls the motor speed and reduces it to 100 rotational speed. The relation between distance and speed of motors demonsterated in Figure 10.

The congregated spots in Figure 5 shows the points of interest (POI) which were loaded from CSV file in Traffic Engine. Since the loading of the data, the number of the traffic statistics that were counted along the process are displayed by the “Data Loader Status Bar”. It will keep on updating as long as the Traffic Engine App remains connected with the server. At the end, after the extraction of data from the GPS and extracting the traffic speed in CSV format the platform is ready to collect the data and the interface looked like as shown in Figure 6.

The map in pdf is downloaded fron http://download.geofabrik.de/asia/malaysia-singapore-brunei.html. Since the scope of this work is to tak consideration of Kuala Lumpur only, so the map of KL was downloaded from this linl https://mapzen.com/data/metroextracts/metro/kuala-lumpur_malaysia/ as shown in Figure 3. The format o the map downloaded in raw OSM data as pdf format.

These towns were Sentul, Pudu, Kampung baru, Seksyen 10, Bangsar, China Town and the Starhill. A slow trait was experienced at the towns od depicted in Figure 9. The average traffic speed varies between 26-34kp strategic location of the Bangsar, which is connected to Petaling Jaya Bangsar, Chinatown and Starhill as h. Most of this slow speed owes to the by means of the Federal Highway. It also connected to the New Pantai Expressway and the Sprint Expressway. Besides this, Maybank tower, Bangsar village and some automotive showrooms are also situaued in the vicinity of Bangsar. This all factors contributes and make Bangsar a hotspot of activities. Chinatown on the other hand is a very famous tourist’s attraction because it is surrounded by hotels and it is thronged by the hawkers espcially at night. This place alternatively is also known as Petaling Street which attracts the visitors. On the otherside, Starhill has luxury shopping malls such as Pavilion, Sungei Wang Plaza and Times Square. Moderate traffic speeda are observed for Sentul, Kampung Baru and Seksyen 10. This is because t and business areas in their vicinity. hese places have shopping complexes

The intention of this method is to avoid from accidents from taking place. The stereo multi-purpose camera (SMPC), i.e. is a camera for short and "5D Vision" technology, the range of visual for the vehicle is greatly increased. This camera which provides spatial intelligence of up to 50 meters in front of the vehicle and there is an environment recognition of 500 meters. Vehicles driving ahead and pedestrians also have a variety of traffic signals and on-road markings that are detected and have been assigned a spatial grouping. The data from short-range ultrasonic sensors that are positioned all around the vehicle as well as from long-range ultrasonic sensors with an approximate-range detection capability provides data on the distance from detected objects. This so-called "sensor blending" enables the interactive cooperation of the vehicle's active and passive protective and safety technology. The detection of moving object is very important and very essential for intelligent vehicles. It produces a framework to detect objects that are in motion on road using astereo camera. Here this kind of approach also enables an assist to further develop the system to be able to detect slowly moving object in a very disturbed environment.

During the point of collision, the distance sensor which had already been installed in the vehicle gives an input to the alarm, which gives an alert to the person who is controlling the vehicle. In the automatic brake system the vehicle will come to a complete stop gradually when applying brakes automatically to a maximum extent of deceleration of 0.4¢, when it is about to collide.

The Liquid Crystal Display screen was used for this research work due its low cost, easily to interface, Due to all these drawbacks from the existing heating and cooling systems, itis necessary to develop an automatic temperature control electric fan that will have the capacity to automatically regulate the speed level of the fan according to temperature of _ the environment. Automatic temperature- controlled fan leverages the power of raspberry pi to provide an automatic control fan, regulates its speed by measuring the temperature of the environment, compare it, analyze it and sends notification to user instant. The Raspberry pi, Raspbian, Python, motor, jumper wires, sensors and other software tools were used to develop an automated fan which measures the surrounding temperature and adjusts the regulatory system of the fan accordingly in an automated manner [12][20][21][22][23]. Furthermore, if the machine continues to overheat up-to 40°C, the embedded (ee) software will automatically trigger OFF the machine indicating that something is faulty. The email will notify the manager (user) that the machine is getting overheated and needed an _ urgent attention and if the manger refuses to intervene immediately, the machine will automatically trigger OFF. From figure 8, it is observed that the accuracy and efficiency of this designed system is excellently and efficiently achieved at very low cost.

Microcontroller is used to control the overall system automatically that reduces the design and control complexity. At first, temperature sensor is sensed temperature from the engine and sent it to the microcontroller. The microcontroller is programmed and temperature is shown in LCD. If the temperature is greater than 69 and less than 80 then LED start blinking and buzzer on/off, LCD display show the temperature. If the condition fails, then the temperature is again checked. If the temperature is greater than 79 then continuous sounds arises and LED switches on and is shown in LCD. Temperature will be shown in this system continuously. Figure 2. The circuit is connected to a 6 volt DC power supply. Pin 2,3,4,6,11,12,13 of micro-controller AT mega 8 is connected with LCD via variable resistor. In temperature sensor pin 1, 2 and 3 are GND, DQ and VCC respectively. Pin 14 of micro-controller is directly connected with pin 2 DQ of temperature sensor. In temperature sensor pin 3 VCC is connected to the pin 2 DQ via 4.7k resistor and pin 1 is ground. Pin 15 and 16 of micro-controller is connected to the buzzer and LED respectively. When temperature is greater than 69, buzzer and LED at flip-flop stage i.e. LED blinking and buzzer on-off (Figure 3). When temperature is greater than 79 buzzer and LED continuously on stage (Figure 4).Here any temperature can be set.
