Purpose – Purpose of current study is to explore, impact of workplace environment i.e Physical Environmental Factors and Behavioral Environmental Factors on employee productivity (EP) through mediating role of employee health (EH). Research methodology – This study adopted questionnaire survey method and data was collected from 250 employees working in software houses in Pakistan. Data has been analysed using SPSS and AMOS software. Reliability and correlation analysis was performed by using SPSS while; path analysis was performed using AMOS. Findings – Results revealed that one unit variance in PEF incorporates 35% change in EH, 33% change in EH is caused by one unit increase in BEF and one unit increase in EH leads to 80% increase in EP. The introduction of technological tools such as student response systems to dynamise classes in higher education has been increasing in recent years, although often without proper monitoring of their effects. This research aims to analyse the main added value of the use of the Wooclap platform in university education, and whether there are differences in its results depending on the heterogeneous characteristics of the courses and groups in which it is applied. To this end, a comparative analysis has been carried out in three different courses in the field of economics at the University of Valencia. In all three courses, questions were introduced in Wooclap during theory classes. Students in the three courses were given an anonymous survey at the end of the course to evaluate the use of this tool. The main idea of the paper states that national migration indicators are closely related with employment opportunities in that country. In addition, the management quality of migration and employment processes is an indicator of the national socio-economic policy competency, while management of these processes is the main purpose of intelligent adjustment of the national fiscal policy and government debt management. The author of the paper selected the formation of the system of quantitative indicators as the main objective of the paper. The system should allow employing government debt possibilities for the selection of proper fiscal policy in order to prevent the transformation of unemployment into the key reason of uncontrolled national inflation. This would be done by revealing the possibilities of fiscal policy to impact on the level and structure of unemployment. Recent globalisation processes and integration possibilities bring a lot of uncertainty to predetermined viability of theoretical assumptions as well as the adequacy of the applied quantitative methods. The paper uses the possibilities of stochastic optimisation and stochastically informed expertise pursuing the possibilities of integrated management of employment, migration processes, fiscal policy and government debt provisions.

The paper presents the rudiment of universally sustainable development project for a small country that lacks exceptionally valuable or unique natural resources. This is a result of rather long experience of the author while studying the perspectives of small country development under conditions of intense globalization and conflict because of world territorial division among the different development ideologies or simply different interests. Along with that, the beginning of primary interests and possibilities for a self-sufficient development organization is analysed, as well as the formation problems of development resources and implementation technologies orienting towards the clusters of scientific knowledge, innovation and technologies. Such cluster is being treated as the key inexhaustible resource for a medium-sized country. The development of integral KNIT cluster for the implementation of different functions of country development is being performed. Finally, the selection of a model of universally sustainable development as a complex of instruments for development will be reasoned. The experimental assessment is performed on the example of the Republic of Lithuania case.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, work stress on turnover intention, job satisfaction and work stress on turnover intention. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study is the employee of the production section in the textile industry. The type of research used is descriptive with the method used is explanatory survey with a sample of 107 respondents. The results of this study found that the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention was included in the medium category. Job stress has an effect on employee turnover intention. Job satisfaction and work stress have an effect on the turnover intention of PT X textile industry employees. In this study it was found if the condition of job satisfaction is good, it will reduce the turnover rate of employee intention. In addition, if the work stress level is low, then the turnover of the intention of the textile industry employees will be low.

Penelitian ini membahas keterkaitan antara kepribadian dan kewirausahaan dengan studi kasus Robin Boe, pendiri Fore Coffee. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengacu pada teori Schumpeter mengenai inovasi dan creative destruction (Schumpeter, 1934), Drucker yang menekankan kewirausahaan sebagai disiplin adaptif (Drucker, 1985), serta teori motivasi berprestasi McClelland (1987). Robin Boe dipilih karena keberhasilannya membangun Fore Coffee sejak 2018 dengan mengusung konsep digitalisasi pemesanan, ekspansi agresif, serta ketangguhan menghadapi krisis pandemi COVID-19. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian Robin Boe yang inovatif, visioner, adaptif, berani mengambil risiko, serta berorientasi pelanggan, selaras dengan teori kewirausahaan modern. Selain itu, motivasi berprestasi yang tinggi mendorongnya untuk terus mengembangkan usaha ke skala internasional. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa faktor psikologis berupa kepribadian yang resilien dan berorientasi pada perubahan berperan krusial dalam mendukung keberhasilan usaha di era persaingan global.

Peran kewirausahaan dalam perekonomian semakin menonjol di era digital, di mana figur publik mampu menggabungkan pengaruh media sosial dengan pengelolaan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kepribadian Tasya Farasya, seorang beauty influencer ternama di Indonesia, dengan karakteristik umum seorang pengusaha. Kajian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi literatur terhadap teori kepribadian wirausaha (Hisrich, Peters, & Shepherd, 2017; Suryana, 2013) serta telaah konten publik Tasya Farasya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Tasya Farasya memiliki sebagian besar ciri khas wirausaha, meliputi kepercayaan diri, orientasi pada hasil, keberanian mengambil risiko, kreativitas, ketangguhan, dan kemampuan memimpin. Kepribadian ini mendukung keberhasilannya membangun merek kosmetik lokal yang kompetitif. Dengan demikian, kepribadian Tasya Farasya dapat dikatakan sesuai dengan karakteristik umum seorang pengusaha.

Operations management requires models, methods and tools that integrate both sustainability and operational excellence to support organizations in implementing longterm sustainability. The purpose of this research is to provide a strategy deployment framework integrating both corporate sustainability and operational excellence. The research approach includes an explorative literature review, providing a background on operational excellence, sustainability, and hoshin kanri, a special form of strategy deployment. Comprehensive frameworks for both strategy deployment (hoshin kanri) and sustainability (Framework for Strategic Sustainable Development) were used as a foundation and adapted towards a strategy deployment framework linking sustainability with operational excellence. This was done by integrating both frameworks and by including operational excellence enablers. The resulting framework illustrates how strategic sustainability goals can be aligned and deployed within businesses. This research contributes towards supporting corporations in their efforts in becoming sustainable businesses and serves as a theoretical base for future research.

Since 1960, publications in accounting education have demonstrated a high level of productivity and influence. However, few studies have attempted to use bibliometric methods to map and visualize accounting education research. This study aimed to identify global issues in accounting education through bibliometric analysis, covering the period from 1960 to 2023, by exploring publication trends, top topics, and major contributors in the field. Tools such as Microsoft Excel, VOSviewer, the bibliometric R-package, and WordSift were utilized to comprehensively analyze 717 Scopus-indexed documents. The findings underscore a continuous and recently accelerated historical evolution of accounting education publications, with primary research areas clustering around "business, management, and accounting." Noteworthy trends include a geographic concentration in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, with RMIT University emerging as a key contributor. Hassell, from the United States, is recognized as the most influential author, and "accounting education" from Taylor & Francis stands out as the most productive journal. Works by Bui and Porter in 2020 emerge as the most frequently cited documents. The research results indicate that future research directions should focus on students, higher education, and the profession, emphasizing themes such as curriculum, learning, and skills.

It is sustained also by voluntary agreements such as the United Nations Global Compact and the Social Balance IBASE-ETHOS (Brazil), to mention a few. The aim of this study is therefore, to analyse this phenomenon specifically in Argentina and in relation to the documents that make it possible, as well as to inquire, from a prospective point of view, into the effects that it may have on the media in general and, more particularly, on broadcasting.

Gathering students’ feedback and evaluation during the end of every semester is believed to be valuable for instructors’ growth and development. The present study is aimed to find out the validity of students’ responses and the various factors involved in their rating towards faculty. A total of 250 students from 1st to 4th year of Abu Dhabi University participated in this study. Students from all the disciplines had participated in this study which included both male and female students. The study also focused on other covariates like gender, age, specializations, and student GPA to have any relation with their rating towards professors. Pearson’s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were employed to understand the various factors impacting students’ perception of their instructors. The results revealed that gender, age, student GPA, and instructors’ nationality had a positive effect on students’ evaluation of the instructor.

This study aims to examine the effect of tax penalties, trust in the tax authorities, and tax audit of taxpayer compliance. This research is based on a decrease in tax revenues that still has not reached the target set in the state budget ("APBN"). This study intends to identify factors that have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance which is limited to factors of tax penalties, trust in the tax authorities, and tax audit. This research will be conducted by using a quantitative approach; it can be done by using an approach through 153 respondents as a sample of this research. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that partially and simultaneously tax penalties trust in the tax authorities, and tax audit has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Determination coefficient value of 0.426 shows that the amount of 0.426 (42.6%) variation of the tax compliance variable is able to be explained by variables tax penalties, tax audit, and trust in the tax authorities.

Many independent studies in social robotics and human-robot interaction have gained knowledge on various factors that affect people's perceptions of and behaviors toward robots. However, only a few of those studies aimed to develop models of social robot acceptance integrating a wider range of such factors. With the rise of robotic technologies for everyday environments, such comprehensive research on relevant acceptance factors is increasingly necessary. This article presents a conceptual model of social robot acceptance with a strong theoretical base, which has been tested among the general Dutch population (n = 1,168) using structural equation modeling. The results show a strong role of normative believes that both directly and indirectly affect the anticipated acceptance of social robots for domestic purposes. Moreover, the data show that, at least at this stage of diffusion within society, people seem somewhat reluctant to accept social behaviors from robots. The current findings of our study

Britain is often depicted as a laggard in management education before the late creation of two graduate business schools in London and Manchester in the mid-1960s triggered the emergence of a new academic sector. According to the dominant narrative, the anachronistic views of Britain's industrial leaders and disdain of its universities for practical learning constrained developments in the field. Through the lens of elite theory, we offer a reinterpretation of the formation of Britain's first business schools informed by archival research, suggesting that they arose from an evolutionary process rather than a crucible event. The story of the creation of Britain's first business schools has never been told from the perspective of elite agency. Our study reveals the emergent managerial elite of the post-war era growing into something altogether more powerful. Our main contribution to theory is to demonstrate that, while expanding management education ostensibly contravened elite interests, elite interaction in the field of power at a time of national urgency amplified elite influence, prefiguring their role as 'influence elites' today.

Metropolis, Kwara State; determine the level of teachers’ job effectiveness in public senior
secondary schools in Ilorin Metropolis, Kwara State; and investigate the relationship between
principals’ managerial factors and teachers’ job effectiveness in public senior secondary
schools in Ilorin Metropolis, Kwara State. The Research Advisor's sample size determination
was used to select 317 respondents. Principals’ Managerial Factors and Teachers’ Job
Effectiveness Questionnaire were used to collect the data for this study. Findings indicated a
significant relationship between principals’ managerial factors and teachers’ job effectiveness
in public senior secondary schools in Ilorin Metropolis, Kwara State. There was a significant
relationship between principals’ communication skills, principals’ supervisory skills, principals’
record-keeping skills, and principals’ interpersonal relationship skills, and teachers’ job
effectiveness in public senior secondary schools in Ilorin Metropolis, Kwara State. It was
recommended, among others, that school principals improve their communication skills by
adopting different means of communication to ensure every teacher does his or her teaching
job well.

This article aimed to identify biases that could affect items that assessed university education by students (SET); the 8 items that assess SET are those who have been used by Laurentian University. The questionnaire was administered to Moroccan university students at the Faculty of Sciences Rabat in 2013. The reliability is checked by calculating Cronbach's alpha. T-tests and ANOVA were used to verify the influence of potential biases. The regression analysis on the average for SET was used to estimate the relative weight of some moderating variables. Results have not revealed the influence of the students or teachers genre. The study showed, however, that certain variables were likely to influence the results of SET.

Abstract
This study develops and compares three time series models, ARIMA, ARIMAX, and VAR(p) for short-
term inflation forecasting in Sierra Leone to aid evidence-based monetary policy formulation. Using
monthly data from January 2018 to June 2023 on the Consumer Price Index (CPI), exchange rate (EXR),
and money supply (M2), the study first confirmed that all series are integrated of order one (I(1)) using
Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) and Phillips-Perron (PP) tests. The ARIMA and ARIMAX models were
estimated using Box-Jenkins methodology, with the ARIMAX model incorporating the exchange rate as
an exogenous variable. A VAR(p) model was also specified using differenced series after cointegration
tests showed no long-run relationship. Model performance was evaluated over a 12-month out-of-sample
period (July 2023–June 2024) using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) and Root Mean Squared
Error (RMSE). Results show that the ARIMAX model significantly outperformed ARIMA and VAR(p),
achieving the lowest forecast errors (MAPE = 2.03%, RMSE = 4.76), reflecting a 71.8% and 83.3%
improvement in MAPE over ARIMA and VAR(p), respectively. These findings confirm the exchange rate
as a critical driver of short-term inflation in Sierra Leone. The superior performance of the ARIMAX
model underscores the importance of including exogenous (exchange rate) information in inflation
forecasting frameworks. Policymakers are advised to closely monitor exchange rate movements as a
leading indicator of inflation, highlighting the centrality of exchange rate pass-through effects in inflation
dynamics and to consider exogenous-variable-enriched models like ARIMAX for effective short-term
inflation targeting.

The Impact of Recession on Employee Engagement Activities examines the effects of economic downturns on the engagement of workers in the workplace. This paper focuses on the ways in which recessions can affect the engagement of employees in terms of attitudes, motivation, and productivity. This paper examines the impact of recession on employee engagement activities. Employee engagement is an important factor in achieving organizational success. However, during times of economic recession, companies are forced to take measures to reduce costs and this can have a detrimental effect on employee engagement. This paper looks at the impact of recession on employee engagement activities, including the potential for reduced motivation, lower morale, and decreased productivity. It also examines how organizations can mitigate the negative effects of recession on employee engagement by implementing strategies to improve communication, create a positive work environment, and provide employees with resources and support. Finally, the paper offers recommendations for organizations to ensure that employee engagement remains a priority during times of economic hardship. This paper focuses on the ways in which recessions can affect the engagement of employees in terms of attitudes, motivation, and productivity. It also looks at how companies can adjust their engagement strategies in order to mitigate the effects of the recession and maintain employee engagement. Research suggests that employee engagement is negatively impacted during recessions.

Objective: To study the effectiveness of mandala-coloring as a therapeutic intervention for reducing anxiety in university students.Study Design: Quasi experimental study.Place and Duration of Study: International Islamic University Islamabad, from Feb to Jun 2016.Material and Methods: A sample of 100 university students of 13-18 years of education was taken (men=50, women=50) with the age range of 18 to 34 years. Convenience sampling technique was used. A pretest-posttest design was adopted in which State-Trait Anxiety Inventory was administered to measure the levels of State Anxiety and Trait Anxiety before and after coloring a pre-drawn mandala.Results: Results were analyzed using t-test. They indicated that there was a significant difference in the levels of State and Trait Anxieties in the pretest and posttest measures in both men and women.Conclusion: Using mandala-coloring as a therapeutic intervention can reduce State Anxiety and Trait Anxiety in university students.

The following discussion adds to the discourse regarding the relationship between public administration reform and ethics policies. In this theoretical paper, a narrative is employed that re-reads the old Weberian model as a model of 'institutional integrity', which is slowly replaced by a public management concept that focuses on individual integrity. Whereas the Weberian concept defined institutional integrity as a quality of institutions, more recent management concepts define institutional integrity as a quality of public officers within institutions. This also explains why the current focus of attention is ever more on individuals (as the main cause for unethical conduct) and the bad-person model of integrity. An alternative framing of this paper is about 'institutional ethics' over time. During the last decades, we are moving from an institutional, but mechanical and rigid Weberian model, to an individual, but more fluid New Public Management model. We are moving towards a version of institutional integrity that tries to use new behavioural mechanism to get back to some Weberian virtues, without its structures and technical focus. This novel 'integrity management' movement is really all about filling the gaps left by New Public Management doctrines. However, the reform of integrity management also develops into a specialised, sophisticated and professionalised ethics bureaucracy. Trends are towards ever more broader and stricter integrity requirements. Still, ethics policies are ineffective and shortcomings in implementing integrity policies are neglected.

Entrepreneurship is an activity considered to be earmarked for a limited number of people with specific characteristics. From past researches, it has been observed that individuals of different genders perceive things distinctly in every sphere of life. This difference on the part of gender can exist in the perusal of entrepreneurial activities as well. Therefore, the present research is focused on studying the difference in psychological factors affecting entrepreneurship based on gender. Herein, an independent sample t-test has been conducted to determine the existence of the difference. The study considered six psychological factors, namely entrepreneurial intention, need for achievement, crisis situation, instrumental readiness, self-efficacy and locus of control. The study found only instrumental readiness to possess difference between the males and females, whereas no other factor was found to have any difference between two genders.

Purpose: To explore the learning experiences of undergraduate students in the transnational entrepreneurship education program co-offered by two partners from Australia and Singapore, as well as, to understand challenges in the management of transnational entrepreneurship education programs. Methodology: Qualitative approach was adopted in this study. The data were collected, using a personal interview, from twenty-one students in the transnational entrepreneurship education program. We focus on what Singaporean students identified as challenges in learning in the transnational entrepreneurship education program in the Australian context from the Singaporean view. Findings: Issues regarding pedagogical in the transnational program, host and home countries' factors, and learning and teaching experiences are reported as the key challenges. In fact, this study unfolds the complexity of the management of transnational entrepreneurship education, engagements among students from different locations, and cross-cultural bias in the management of the program, people, and learning. Applications: It is suggested that addressing these challenges requires managers of transnational entrepreneurship education programs to consider issues of power and inequality inherent in teaching partnerships, and the mindset change needed to develop global perspectives. Novelty/Originality: This study unfolds challenges of transnational education program, by examining the nature of students in the entrepreneurship education (EE) programs. EE is unique, due to its nature and approaches in learning and teaching.

This paper examines online engagement in the business learning context among international and local students in Australia. Online engagement among business students and lecturers has long been criticized as the key problems in adopting online materials and methods in business education. In examining factors affecting online engagement in business education, the data was collected from undergraduate students in finance, accounting and international business undergraduate students. Moreover, learning and teaching techniques that enhance the quality of online engagement were also investigated in this study. Key factors include the nature of the course, technical aspects from the institutions and cultural backgrounds from the students. This study also finds roles of key stakeholders in business education such as lecturers, technicians and policy makers contributing to the level of online engagement among business students.

This chapter explores the decolonization of knowledge within management education through Afro-Diasporic interventions. It critically examines the legacy of colonialism and racism in the field, challenging prevailing paradigms and advocating for a more inclusive and equitable approach. Drawing on the works of key theorists such as Du Bois and Wynter, the chapter outlines the theoretical foundations of decolonial thought and its application in educational settings. Through practical examples and case studies, the chapter demonstrates how Afro-Diasporic perspectives can transform management education, fostering a deeper understanding of diversity and social justice. The chapter concludes with a call to action for educators and institutions to embrace decolonial practices, emphasizing the moral imperative of addressing historical injustices and amplifying marginalized voices.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitan agar dapat mengeksporasi Green Job dan Soft Skill: pengaruh strategi pariwisata berkelanjutan untuk peningkatan layanan di Jawa Barat. Dengan meningkatnya kesadaran lingkungan dan kebutuhan akan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan, pengembangan skill di bidang green job menjadi semakin signifikan dan diperlukan. Adapun metode Penelitian ini dengan statistik kuantitatif dengan menganalisis penelitian ini mencakup survei dan wawancara sebanyak 100 responden dengan para pekerja pariwisata, pengusaha, dan pemangku kepentingan terkait di beberapa destinasi wisata utama di Jawa Barat dan data diolah menggunakan statistik SPSS V 25. sehingga hasil dari penelitian bahwa ada pengaruh green job atau pekerjaan hijau dan pelatihan soft skill mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan pariwisata dengan berkontribusi positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal di tempat wisata Jawa Barat. Implementasi pengaruh dan strategi ini diusulkan sebagai pendekatan holistik dan terintegrasi untuk mempromosikan pariwisata berkelanjutan yang menguntungkan secara ekonomi dan ramah lingkungan.

The main objective of this article is to show the results of a teaching innovation project that proposes the use of agile methodologies, typical of the business world, to adapt them to teaching. To this end, the agile technique Scrum is applied, a practical and experiential method in which learning by doing is used. Entrepreneurial ecosystems (EE) have emerged as a popular concept to explain the persistence of high-growth entrepreneurship within regions. This study examined student’s entrepreneurial intention using the lens of EE specifically entrepreneurship supportive university ecosystems (ESUE). ESUE have three dimensions: perceived educational support, concept development support, and business development support together with perceived desirability that have an impact on Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (ESE) and Entrepreneurial Characteristics (EC) which in turn influence Entrepreneurial Intention (EI). The study employed a descriptive and causal type of research using PLS-SEM to a sample of 49 respondents. The data were collected from 2nd to 4th year Entrepreneurship students at a business college of a leading Philippine private university as ranked according to the 2022 Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings in Business. Findings indicate that an ESUE has a positive influence on student's EI. This was mostly perceived on the changing of student's EC than stimulating ESE. Among the variables in the ESUE, perceived concept development was significant in both ESE and EC. For the universities to be more effective in supporting the students, PCD should be more given emphasis as it converts knowledge and skills learned to an actual business idea. Perceived feasibility, financial success and independence were significant variables as self-realization, innovation and independence were not found to be significant.

The present study seeks to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial motivation and family environment on entrepreneurial attitude of the students of UPI Bandung class of 2015. This study utilizes a verificative approach with survey explanatory method. The study involves 160 female bachelor degree students from class 2015 of UPI Bandung. The analysis technique used in this study is verificative techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings in this study indicate that entrepreneurial motivation strongly influences entrepreneurial attitudes, the family environment is strong enough to influence entrepreneurial attitudes, and the stronger the entepreneurial motivation and a good family environment, the higher the entrepreneurial attitude

The aim of the research is to find out the influence of learning motivations on study achievement and the influence of learning discipline on study achievement. The object used as analysis unit on this research is vocational students in Bandung regency. Verification process applied in this study by using explanatory research for 123 respondents. The results showed correlation between learning motivation and academic achievement, majority of the high school students were motivatedly enough by academic achievement. Again, there was a significant correlation between learning discipline and academic achievement. The study also found that, Learning discipline has impactful effect on academic achievement. The study showed that, academic achievement increased by arise learning motivation, and while the students are discipline, it will scale-up academic achievement.

Tujuan -Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan kesiapan berwirausaha siswa serta pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan -Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional method. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode explanatory survei. Sebanyak 82 responden dipilih dengan menggunakan probability sampling berupa simple random sampling. Sebuah angket digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan teknik verifikatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Temuan -Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif, didapatkan hasil bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan berada dalam kategori tinggi, dan kesiapan berwirausaha berada dalam kategori tinggi. Sedangkan analisis verifikatif, didapatkan hasil bahwa pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha berada dalam kategori sedang. Orisinalitas/nilai -Penelitian ini memberikan dasar untuk memahami isu-isu pembelajaran kewirausahaan, dan kesiapan berwirausaha. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya adalah terletak pada objek yang merupakan sekolah kejuruan pariwisata yaitu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 9 Bandung, dengan variabel yang diteliti yaitu pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan kesiapan berwirausaha, serta menggunakan teori atau referensi yang berbeda dengan peneliti sebelumnya.

Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya pada kelas control dan eksperimen, variabel yang digunakan, mendukung teori serta referensi yang berbeda yang digunakan oleh peneliti sebelumnya.

This study aimed to investigate the impact of Business Education lecturers' job performance and quality programmes in public colleges of Education in Kwara State, Nigeria. Two (2) research questions guided the study and two (2) null hypotheses were formulated. A survey design was adopted. The population was 41 Business Education lecturers across public Colleges of Education in Kwara State. Since the population is manageable the researcher adopted census sampling technique. A-14 item structured questionnaire was validated by four (4) experts in the Department of Business Education, Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin which was used for data collection. The pilot study conducted yielded a reliability coefficient of 0.92 which was high enough for the instrument to be considered reliable. Mean and the standard deviation was used to analyze the research questions raised while PPMC was used to test the hypotheses at alpha level of 0.05. The findings from analysis revealed that classroom management technique and availability of instructional material are highly required by Business Education lecturers for quality programme. Based on the findings, it was recommended among others that government should ensure that the right quality of instructional materials to promote teaching and learning are provided for business education lecturers to operate.

After decades of globalization and outsourcing the idea of “bringing manufacturing back home” and the twin concepts of backshoring and nearshoring have received much attention in recent years. Recent positive stories from the Finnish manufacturing industry suggests Finland as an attractive target for nearshoring, yet little to none has hitherto been made of this connection. This article (i.) examines recent relocation literature with a focus on nearshoring and manufacturing in high-cost environments, (ii.) explores the location advantage of Finland, (iii.) analyses cases of recent manufacturing developments in Finland within this context as single incidents or signals of change, and (iv.) discusses this development within the perspective of Industry 4.0.

Previous work suggested that coloring a mandala results in greater reductions in selfreported anxiety than coloring a plaid design or "free coloring" (van der . With an undergraduate student sample (N=121), we examined whether coloring a mandala has a unique effect on reducing anxiety following a 4-minute writing exercise on a past anxiety-filled event. We compared coloring a mandala to tracing a mandala, free coloring, or simulating a waiting room (control condition). We collected anxiety readings at baseline, following the writing exercise, midway and at the end of our 20-minute intervention, and after a 15-minute delay. All interventions produced a reduction in anxiety; however, no one condition was superior to any other. Our findings do not support the claim that coloring a mandala is especially soothing or has unique anxiety-reducing properties. We also briefly assessed attitudes about coloring and how often students colored on a monthly basis. Anxiety is defined by the American Psychological Association (2013) as an emotion distinguished by the onset of worrying thoughts and feelings of tension. Generalized anxiety disorder is associated with persistent worrying about multiple topics for a minimum of six months, is one of the most commonly diagnosed mental health disorders, and the condition has a high comorbidity rate with depression (Sue, Sue, Sue, & Sue, 2016). Another example of an anxiety disorder is social anxiety disorder which affects about 7% of the US population and is characterized by distressing levels of anxiety that sometimes paralyzes behavior or leads to avoidance of social settings that disrupts routines and interferes with everyday life (National Institute of Mental Health, 2017). An estimated 31.1% of adults in the United States of America will experience an anxiety disorder at some point in their lives, and women are twice as likely as men to be diagnosed with an anxiety disorder between the ages of puberty and 50 (Harvard, 2007). However, only 36.9% of those who are diagnosed with an anxiety disorder will receive treatment (National Institute of Mental Health, 2017). Cognitive behavioral therapy is a highly effective form of treatment and is commonly used alongside anti-depressive medications to treat anxiety disorders . Due to the high prevalence of anxiety and relative cost of treatment, researchers have sought low cost behavioral activities or mental exercises that could alleviate anxiety without recourse to medication or formal psychotherapy. The creation of art through coloring, painting, or drawing is a viable option to de-escalate self-reported levels of anxiety and elevate mood . Several studies suggest that artistic endeavors create a flow state, described as a psychological state of optimal attention and engagement that has a relaxing effect (see Chilton, 2013). However, a review of over 700 studies on the therapeutic value of creating art to reduce anxiety reported that, overall, the body of work on art therapy is still limited by a lack of randomly controlled trials and small sample sizes
