This study conducts a systematic review to explore how Indian businesses integrate sustainability into their organizational learning frameworks to foster engagement and long-term commitment among Gen Z employees. Grounded in organizational learning theory, dynamic capabilities theory, and sustainable human resource management (HRM) frameworks, the study examines key dimensions such as green HRM practices, sustainability leadership, digital learning tools, and knowledge management systems that facilitate sustainability-driven organizational change. Findings indicate that Indian firms are increasingly leveraging continuous learning mechanisms, participatory decision-making models, and digital engagement strategies to embed sustainability into workplace culture. Furthermore, sustainability-oriented training programs, leadership development initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration play a crucial role in reinforcing sustainable business practices. However, challenges such as institutional inertia, generational differences in sustainability commitment, and regulatory inconsistencies hinder full-scale adoption. By synthesizing interdisciplinary insights from strategic management, organizational behavior, and HRM, this study provides actionable recommendations for firms to enhance sustainability-driven workforce engagement through adaptive learning frameworks. This research contributes to the broader discourse on corporate sustainability, talent management, and intergenerational workplace transformation in the Indian business environment, offering insights for both academic scholarship and industry practice.

From past researches, it has been observed that individuals of different genders perceive things distinctly in every sphere of life. This difference on the part of gender can exist in the perusal of entrepreneurial activities as well. Therefore, the present research is focused on studying the difference in psychological factors affecting entrepreneurship based on gender. Herein, an independent sample t-test has been conducted to determine the existence of the difference. The study considered six psychological factors, namely entrepreneurial intention, need for achievement, crisis situation, instrumental readiness, self-efficacy and locus of control. The study found only instrumental readiness to possess difference between the males and females, whereas no other factor was found to have any difference between two genders.

It miles a general notion that women as a mother, wife, daughter, daughter-in-law and as many more characters in their life have to bear numerous responsibilities of their families. Women have broken four walls around them build by their family members and society and enter into a new world where they have their own identity. Now women have started taking part in the construction of the new world, having more potential, possibilities and opportunities. Strengthening women entrepreneurs is an essence of achieving the non-stop and sustainable economic improvement of the country. In order to better understand how entrepreneurs might succeed, it is crucial to research the effects of an entrepreneur's ideal self and social identity on their entrepreneurship firm, as well as the role of self-image and self-esteem in mediating this relation. By studying this paper, we may develop insights into the psychological elements that encourage success and ways to support entrepreneurs in achieving their full potential. Thus, the present research has assessed impact of social identity and ideal self of entrepreneurs on entrepreneurship where self image and self esteem play a mediating role. Herein, ideal self and social identity is independent variables; self image and self esteem are mediating variables while entrepreneurship is dependent variable. The research found mediation role of self image and self esteem to exist for both, i.e., for impact of social identity and for ideal self of entrepreneurs wherein mediation of self image and self esteem was more for impact of ideal self of entrepreneurs.

in the early 20th century among jazz musicians, who referred to their short-term performances as
"gigs".
The transformation is fuelled by the development of digital technology,
evolving worker desires, and the swift growth in online employment platforms (Kenney &Zysman,
2016). This informal style of employment, where individuals take on short-term tasks without long
term commitments, laid the foundation for what later evolved into the gig economy. During the mid
20th century, particularly in the 1970s and 1980s, labor markets witnessed a shift toward flexible
employment models. This transition was largely influenced by economic restructuring, globalization,
and neoliberal labor policies that promoted workforce flexibility over job security (Harvey, 2005;
Kalleberg, 2009). Sectors such as construction, transportation, and creative industries increasingly
relied on independent contractors and temporary workers, marking an early form of the gig economy
(Peck & Theodore, 2012).

the field of education, particularly within virtual classrooms and adaptive learning
environments. The study places emphasis on examining the practical application and
repercussions of AI in teaching, learning, and administrative processes. Employing an
evaluative narrative and framework derived from an initial analysis, the literature
review is utilized as a robust research strategy and methodology. The progress in
artificial intelligence has resulted in the creation of computers, machines, and other
entities endowed with human-like intelligence, encompassing cognitive, learning,
adaptive, and decision-making capabilities. Survey results indicate widespread
acceptance and integration of AI in education by individuals and educational
institutions. Initially, AI manifested as computer technology, evolving subsequently into
intelligent teaching platforms accessible online. Over time, technologies such as web
based chatbots, humanoid robots, embedded computer systems, among others, have
been implemented to facilitate educational tasks, either autonomously or in conjunction
with instructors. This study concentrates on the educational landscape in schools and
colleges, with the goal of offering educators and policymakers valuable
recommendations for harnessing AI in education to propel India's economic
development in the digital age.

The Indian startup ecosystem is a dynamic and rapidly growing sector that drives innovation
and economic progress. However, startups face significant uncertainties, including fluctuating
market conditions, limited resources, and high employee turnover. Addressing these challenges
requires effective human resource (HR) strategies focused on building a resilient workforce.
This paper systematically reviews 45 academic and industry sources to identify key approaches
that enhance employee adaptability and performance during times of unpredictability. The
study highlights strategies such as promoting workplace flexibility, investing in skill
development, prioritizing employee well-being, and fostering inclusive organizational cultures.
These practices are particularly relevant for Indian startups, which must balance growth
ambitions with resource constraints. By cultivating a resilient workforce, startups can navigate
uncertainties more effectively and sustain their competitive edge. The paper concludes by
offering practical recommendations for HR leaders and suggesting avenues for future research
on resilience frameworks tailored to specific industries and the integration of advanced HR
technologies.

in addressing conflict and promoting organizational change within culturally
diverse settings. In a world increasingly defined by rapid technological shifts
and globalization, organizations face distinct challenges related to diversity,
equity, and inclusion. Transformational leadership, which focuses on inspiring
and engaging employees through a collective vision, is identified as a key
strategy for navigating these complexities. Employing a systematic literature
review, this chapter consolidates recent scholarly research to demonstrate how
transformational leaders use emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and
innovative approaches to effectively manage the intricacies of diverse
workplaces. The analysis highlights that transformational leadership not only
fosters inclusivity and tackles systemic obstacles but also reframes conflict as
a chance for innovation and advancement. By presenting research-backed
insights and actionable strategies, this chapter provides leaders with the
necessary tools to develop resilient and equitable organizations that succeed
in today’s interconnected and evolving environment.
