Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kolegialitas kepemimpinanguru dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penerima tindakan adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta 3 kelas, yaitu XI TPM D, XI TKBB, XI TKR A yang berjumlah 90 siswa dan subjek pelaksana tindakan adalah peneliti dibantu dengan guru matematika. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan model alur yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha  Collegiality dari guru matematika dalam pembelajaran dengan mendekati siswa secara  pribadi, mengajak siswa berdialog tentang masa depan dan impian yang diinginkan,mengenali latar belakang keluarga dan lingkungan tempat tinggalnya, mengajaksiswa untuk memperbaiki diri melalui iman dan taqwa yang bersinergi dengan ilmupengetahuan dan memberikan wadah komunikasi online yang berupa grup media sosial agar siswa baik di dalam maupun di luar sekolah bisa komunikasi produktif agar siswa berhasil dalam pendidikan dan kesuksesan masa depan.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the effectiveness leadership of teachers in mathematicslearning in class XI SMK Country 2 Surakarta School Year 2017/2018. This typeof research is qualitative research . The subjects of the recipient of the action werestudents of class XI SMK Country 2 Surakarta 3 classes, namely XI TPM D, XITKBB, XI TKR A which amounted to 90 students and the subject of the action wasthe researcher assisted by a mathematics teacher. Method of collecting data throughobservation, interviews, field notes and documentation. Data analysis techniques werecarried out descriptively qualitative with a flow model consisting of date collection,data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion drawing. The resultsof this study indicate that by approaching students, understand the character ofstudents so that they feel close, not acute with the teacher , dare to ask questionsabout mathematical competencies that have not been understood, and feel cared foracknowledged by students who have the ability and skills.

Abstract

The development of the globalization era at present leads to technological advancements in various fields, encompassing economics, social aspects, education, and health. Technological progress brings forth both positive and negative impacts on the environment. One of the negative impacts of technological advancement on the environment is environmental degradation resulting in a decline in the quality of the living environment. The environment constitutes a unified system wherein there exist interrelated interactions among living organisms, objects, and resources. An individual's attitude can determine the favorable or unfavorable conditions and situations that occur within the surrounding environment. The environment must be maintained in terms of cleanliness and beauty with a strong sense of responsibility and a heightened awareness in environmental preservation. However, based on observational findings, it is evident that the attitude of environmental concern among students at a certain State Elementary School in Purwakarta is still lacking. To cultivate a sense of environmental concern, a service initiative is conducted with the aim of providing education regarding environmental awareness, particularly for elementary school students. The outcomes obtained from this service initiative prove to be highly beneficial for the students, as they become more conscious of safeguarding and maintaining the environment around them.
