Figure 3: service design process, principles and context The inputs acquired in the theoretical review were the basis for constructing a table concentrating all the research analysis. The table considered the thematic axis observed (processes, contextual elements or design principles), the characteristic to be analyzed, the criteria established, the source to be analyzed and the theoretical framework related to this characteristic. Later, this same framework was used to define the script for the interviews.

According to Bason (2018), the design process has principles that cut across the entire process: challenging the status quo, making information tangible, experimental vision and valuing the end user.
