Openness to experience

This study, for the first time, evaluates the mediating effect of transformational leadership in the relationship between cultural intelligence and voice behavior. Data were collected from 316 nonnational employees from various hotels in Thailand. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. The results show that non-national employees with a higher level of cultural intelligence are more likely to display voice behaviors. Furthermore, this relationship is partially mediated by transformational leadership. This study offers a unique perspective by presenting cultural intelligence as a personal antecedent of voice behavior and by identifying the underlying mediation mechanism that affects this relationship. This investigation has important implications to manage and lead multicultural organizations, especially to promote voice behavior.

This study on healthy young male students aimed to enlighten the associations between an individual's financial decision making and surrogate makers for environmental factors covering long-term financial socialization, the current financial security/responsibility, and the personal affinity to financial affairs as represented by parental income, funding situation, and field of study. A group of 150 male young healthy students underwent two versions of the Holt and Laury (2002) lottery paradigm (matrix and random sequential version). Their financial decision was mainly driven by the factor "source of funding": students with strict performance control (grants, scholarships) had much higher rates of relative risk aversion (RRA) than subjects with support from family ( RRA = 0.22; p = 0.018). Personality scores only modestly affected the outcome. In an ANOVA, however, also the intelligence quotient significantly and relevantly contributed to the explanation of variance; the effects of parental income and the personality factors "agreeableness" and "openness" showed moderate to modest -but significant -effects. These findings suggest that environmental factors more than personality factors affect risk aversion.

This paper highlights the changes of the Romanian school required by the exigencies of a postmodern society characterized by: dynamics, globalization, diversity, lifelong learning, communication, etc. One of the major restructuring needs of the Romanian school is the one of professionalizing teachers by redefining and re-evaluating teaching skills. In the research conducted on pupils', students' and teachers' perceptions on the role and competencies of physical education and sports teachers, conclusions were drawn that underline the need for developing/training physical education (PE) teachers' skills from several perspectives: professionalizing teaching career; paradigm shifts in school (student-centring, skills training, "A different school", etc.); compatibly between the students' needs and the requirements of the labour market.

GDP growth in the Eurozone during the last twenty years continuously decreased. In addition, the global financial crisis and subsequent events seem to have, on average, shifted the trajectory of the Eurozone's potential output downward. A key question is whether this trend is a permanent result of "secular stagnation" or if economic policies might improve the situation. In this paper, we intend to test the impact of several structural determinants of potential output growth using a dynamic panel data methodology for 11 main EMU members for the period 1996--2014. We also take into account the role of fiscal policy stance and debt dynamics to assess whether European fiscal rules, especially in the aftermath of the financial and sovereign debt crises, contributed to the slowdown of potential growth. Estimated results suggest that population, tertiary education, research and development expenditure, trade and financial openness, and institutional quality contributed significantly to potential output growth in the EMU during the period under examination. By estimating a quadratic relation between debt and potential growth, we find that negative effects dominate for values above 132%; however, the impact of public debt is statistically uncertain even for levels slightly below 100%. Once debt dynamics are taken into account, we find that excessive and prolonged consolidation, measured using the cyclically adjusted primary balance, might have, at best, no effect on potential growth when debt levels do not exceed the threshold level.

The perception of people with disability (PwD) is of key importance for the full inclusion of this group in the labour market. The article presents selected results of research on the perception of PwD in the workplace. The analyses are based on the results of semiotics research conducted in Poland and of quantitative study in the form of computer-assisted Internet interviews (CAWI) carried out on representative samples from eight European countries. Opinions of Internet users were collected in Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, Germany, Poland, Sweden and Great Britain. The results of semiotic analyses on texts mainly from Polish culture made it possible to identify the prevailing images of disability in Polish popular culture and inspired the authors to seek diversity in perceptions of disability depending on social and cultural patterns in a given country. Startup companies solve many of today's most complex and challenging scientific, technical and social problems, such as the decarbonisation of the economy[1], air pollution[2], and the development of novel life-saving vaccines[3]. Startups are a vital source of social, scientific and economic innovation, yet the most innovative are also the least likely to survive[4]. The probability of success of startups has been shown to relate to several firm-level factors such as industry, location and the economy of the day[5]. Still, attention has increasingly considered internal factors relating to the firm's founding team, including their previous experiences and failures , their centrality in a global network of other founders and investors as well as the team's size . The effects of founders' personalities on the success of new ventures are mainly unknown. Here we show that founder personality traits are a significant feature of a firm's ultimate success. We draw upon detailed data about the success of a large-scale global sample of startups (n=26,781). The aim of this study is to analyze candidate teachers' attitudes towards learning. This descriptive survey study had a sample comprising of candidate teachers enrolled at Gazi University, Gazi Faculty of Education, Biology Teaching Department. Personal Information Form and Attitudes Related to Learning Scale were used as data collection tools. The one-dimension measurement instrument included 40 five-point Likert-type items. The Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient was found to be .73. Research data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and t-test in SPSS 15.0 program. The score of candidate teachers' attitudes toward learning have demonstrated over the medium correlation level with the overall scale. Considering the degree of openness to the learning process, it was identified that there is a significant difference emerged for grade.

The subject of the article is the poetics of outer space in Werner Herzog’s documentaries. The author discusses The Wild Blue Yonder(2005), Fireball: Visitors from Darker Worlds (2020) and Last Exit: Space(2022, directed by R. Herzog, produced by W. Herzog), focusing on three main themes. The first of them is the paradox of confinement in infinite openness. Unlike standard space documentaries, which emphasise the vastness of outerspace and its enormous range of exploration possibilities, Herzog portraysthe deep universe as an area in which humanity is doomed to be confined. The second theme is the confrontation of two possible ways of penetrating the cosmos: in Herzog’s films, the utopian project of interstellar voyages is confronted with the benefits of deep space observations. The third motif is of an aesthetic nature: the images of outer space in Werner Herzog’s films are decontextualised in a different way than the landscapes presented in his other works.

Purpose: This paper is addressing the question what personal characteristics help a leader to build social capital. The purpose is to present the development of a questionnaire to measure leaders' propensity for building social capital, depending on the perceived strength of bonds; it is also aimed at presenting the preliminary results of intercultural studies. Design/methodology/approach: This paper starts with a review of the theory on social capital and Granovetter's concept of the "strength of weak ties." Next the process of the development of the related questionnaire is presented. The developed questionnaire is a universal and reliable tool that can be used to study various social problems in different populations. The preliminary results of the questionnaire from 10 European countries suggest that the more distant the relationship is perceived the lower is the level of trust and sense of support. Moreover, data suggest that socio-economic organizations as well as those which are longer on the market obtained the highest results on the questionnaire's scales. In conclusion possible applications are discussed, including measuring the dynamics of change in individuals' preparedness to build social capital, depending on the social or political context, for example, the presumable "openness" during peaceful social activities or movements. Originality/value: Social capital is commonly seen as a positive value, both in its individual and group dimensions, and several tools exist for measuring both. However, there seems to be a void and a need for a questionnaire measuring individual's propensity to develop social capital.

Liberalisation of trade is deepening, and so have the incentive schemes put in place by a number of countries to promote it. International trade promotion agencies in developing countries are actively promoting their countries as the best, with which to trade. With international trade emerging as a favourite source of revenue and technology transfer for most countries, profound questions about the impact of trade liberalisation to economic growth are addressed in this study. The main purpose of this study is to empirically assess the relationship between trade liberalisation and economic growth in Zimbabwe using annual time series data from 1980 to 2017. Autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) bounds testing approach to cointegration and Error Correction Mechanism (ECM) are applied in order to investigate the long run and short run impact of trade liberalisation on economic growth. The results proved the existence of a positive long-run relationship between trade liberalisation and economic growth. The study therefore concludes that policy makers and government negotiators in Zimbabwe should introduce policies that promote openness through the removal of barriers to trade and export promotion in order to promote overall growth of the economy.

Moreover, even in cases where quantitative research finds differences between generations, such differences do not always involve a greater tendency to embrace online learning on the part of younger students, nor do they necessarily outweigh the equally important commonalities between older and younger students. For example, Hartman, Moskal, and Dziuban (2005) analyzed student surveys for generational differences in learning engagement, classroom interaction, and learning approaches in response to online environments. This study aimed at investigating the simple and multiple relationships between personality traits and addiction potential in university students. Methods: Three hundred and forty two students were selected by cluster sampling from the Shahid Chamran University (Iran). The scales used for this descriptive study were NEO-FFI personality inventory and Iranian Addiction Potential Scale (IAPS). To analyze the data, we used descriptive and inferential statistic test via spss-13. Results: There were simple and multiple relationships between personality traits and addiction potential. Multiple regression analysis (stepwise method) showed that neuroticism, conscientiousness and agreeableness had significant multiple correlation with addiction potential (F=32.89, P< 0.001). The components of openness and extroversion eliminated from regression. Conclusion: Personality traits predicted addiction potential in university students. The most important suggestion of this research was to pay attention scientifically to personality characters as a fundamental factor of this difficulty, rather than just emphasizing on the cessation of drug or alcohol using.

It employed the differenced dynamic panel regression technique. Among others the results revealed that CAL is positively but insignificantly related to investment growth, and investment growth appeared to be determined by cash flow (internal) thereby indicating the presence of financial constraint for both samples. However, when we compared the level of financial constraint of the tradable and nontradable firms, judging by the magnitude of the coefficients of cash flows in both samples, non-tradable firms were found to be severely financially constrained. The study also determined that CAL appeared to be sensitive to investment growth for both firm types through the indirect route, precisely the capital/credit availability channel measured as cash flow. The level of capital openness is still low for tradable firms hence the need for more but monitored openness.

In this paper, we run dynamic panel model describing the relationship between industrialization and different socio-economic, financial and institutional determinants for 35 African countries over the period 1970-2012. We conduct also sub-regional and sub-period analysis in order to check the robustness of the results. Our main results are the following: (i) As generally found in the literature, Human capital, Labor Market conditions, Real Effective Exchange Rate and GDP per capita are clear determinants of industrialization in Africa; (ii) The determinants of industrialization vary between regions in the continent and evolve over time; (iii) policy interdependencies are significant and positive for industrialization in Africa.

The study examined the effect of interest rate on the growth of manufacturing sector in Nigeria. Data was collected from secondary sources covering a period of 32 years from 19852015 and this data were obtained through the CBN Statistical bulletin and National bureau of statistics. The population of the study includes all the manufacturing firms in Nigeria. Unit root test and simple regression analysis was used to analysis data. The finding is that there is a significant effect of interest rate on growth of manufacturing sector in Nigeria. The study recommends that Banks in Nigeria should try to charge low interest rate to enable the growth of manufacturing sector since it statistically significant.

Eight Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries joined the
European Union in 2004, and three later joined, aiming to align
with the EU’s average economic development. The main
objective of this study is to assess the economic development
status of CEE countries compared with the EU average and
forecast their convergence by 2027. The study uses time-series
analysis, normality tests, and convergence indices to determine
the level of convergence achieved by CEE countries and various
extrapolation methods to assess the level of convergence
expected shortly. The results are ambivalent; in 2022, Lithuania,
the Czech Republic, and Slovenia exceeded the EU average, while
Croatia and Bulgaria lagged significantly behind. This study
supports the neoclassical transition path theory, noting that in
2004, even less developed countries achieved the most dynamic
growth by 2022. Despite the strong GDP correlation between EU
and CEE countries, the drivers of GDP growth remain different.
According to forecasting methods, Estonia will be next to reach
an economic development level above the EU average. According
to the results of extrapolation methods, Estonia may be followed
by Poland, Romania and Slovakia in catching up with the EU.

Gender ideology, which refers to socially constructed gender roles, has long separated the roles of men and women using into categories of feminity and masculinity. When this ideology is widely accepted by society, it forms as a hegemony that is often perpetuated through popular film culture. Films frequently reproduce gender inequality and portray women as marginal figures under male dominance. However, this hegemony also generates oppositional forces often referred as, who resist domination through various forms, including film. This study aims to investigate counter-hegemony in scenes that critically reframed to challenge and redefine gender stereotypes that are represented in Barbie the Movie (2023). This research applies a critical paradigm, a qualitative approach, and Sara Mills' critical discourse analysis to examine scenes and narratives by positioning subjects, objects, and audiences in the film. The findings reveal that Barbie (2023) not only illustrates hegemonic gender stereotypes through opposing actors, but also demonstrates clear resistance through the director's feminist discourse as an organic intellectual. This resistance conveys an emancipatory feminist ideology that challenges patriarchal gender norms, depicting women's autonomy and subjectivity as a form of counter-hegemony to traditional gender stereotypes in popular culture.

The effectiveness of positive psychology interventions relies heavily on participants' buy-in and personality traits. The Best Possible Self (BPS) intervention asks participants to envision their ideal future, supposing that everything goes smoothly. The BPS shows salient effects in improving subjective well-being in laboratory settings. In this study, the BPS was integrated into a real-world graduate-level online course as a series of assignments. A convergent mixed method was used to explore the participants' attitudes towards the BPS and the relationship between their personality and subjective well-being. A total of 86 students registered in both the summer and spring semesters of 2020 participated in this study. Pearson correlation results show significant correlations among attitudes, subjective wellbeing and gains and openness to experience. The results from open-ended questions confirmed participants' positive attitudes towards the BPS. This study contributes to the practical application of BPS in real-world, online, higher education courses.

The emergence and wide diffusion of information and communication technologies created ever increasing opportunities for sharing and collaboration, which shortened geographic, disciplinary and expertise distances. There exist various technologies, tools and infrastructure that facilitate collaborative production processes in various social spheres, and scientific production is not an exception. Open science produces scientific knowledge in a collaborative way, including experts and non-experts and to share the outcomes of knowledge creation processes. We identify 68 open science initiatives in Argentina using different primary and secondary sources. This paper describes those experiences in terms of goals, disciplines and openness along research stages. Building on the relationship between characteristics of openness and expected benefits, we discuss policy implications in order to better support openness and collaboration in science.

Although in Europe a high environmen-tal awareness is omnipresent, countries differ in scope and share of R.E.C. due to historical ener-getic policies and dependencies, investments into renewable and traditional energetic sectors, R&D development, structural changes required by energetic policy change, and many other fac-tors. Hedonic evaluation of sensory objects varies from person to person. While this variability has been linked to differences in experience and personality traits, little is known about why stimuli lead to different evaluations in different people. We used linear mixed effect models to determine the extent to which the openness, contour, and ceiling height of interior architectural spaces influenced the beauty and pleasantness ratings of 18 participants. Then, by analyzing structural brain images acquired for the same group of participants we asked if any regional grey matter volume (rGMV) co--varied with these differences in the extent to which openness, contour and ceiling height influence beauty and pleasantness ratings. Voxel--based morphometry analysis revealed that the influence of openness on pleasantness ratings correlated with rGMV in the anterior prefrontal cortex (BA 10), and the influence of openness on beauty ratings correlated with rGMV in the temporal pole (BA 38) and posterior cingulate cortex (BA 31). There were no significant correlations involving contour or ceiling height. Our results suggest that regional variance in grey matter volume may play a role in the computation of hedonic valuation, and account for differences in the way people weigh certain attributes of interior architectural spaces.

Test anxiety is a psychological problem, which is commonly prevail among students. Test anxiety can decrease students' academic performance. The current study was aimed to explore the relationship of test anxiety and personality traits among college students and their academic performance. As the research was quantitative, the survey design study was employed. The sample of the study consists of 70 female college students and 70 male college students to address the study variables, as of total sample was 140. Sample carefully chosen through the simple random sampling technique. To measure the test anxiety through anxiety scale of Fried Ben was utilized, which have 23 items and to measure the traits of personality Big five scale was used, which consists of 25 items with features of self-report . Data were collected through personal visit the colleges. Data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics. Results of the study shows that female students had higher test anxiety than male students, and student's personality likewise have significant test anxiety. Students' personalities and exam anxiety are favorably associated to negative emotionality and negatively related to openness to experience, agreeableness, and conscientiousness variables. According to the conclusions of this study, female students had higher test anxiety than male students, and student's personality likewise have significant test anxiety. Study recommended that academic institutions must develop personality development program with a focus on reducing test anxiety among college students.

The impact of foreign direct investment on economic growth in Nigeria is examined in this study with the use of secondary data sourced from the world development indicator from 1985 to 2023. The model adopted by this research work as empirical strategy to examine the relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth is the auto regressive distributed lag (ARDL) model. The findings revealed that the impact of foreign direct investment on economic growth in Nigeria is negative in the short run but positive in the long run. The researchers therefore recommended that policymakers must create a stable and investment friendly environment to attract and retain high quality foreign investments.

This study aims to identify the dynamic influence and relationship between Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and interest rate in Sri Lanka over the period 1978 to 2020. Foreign direct investment inflow has been used as the dependent variable while gross domestic products, interest rate, inflation rate, trade openness and exchange rate are the independent variables. This study used the ARDL model for the analysis. According to the bound test, F statistics is greater than the upper bound value. Therefore, this study confirmed that there is a cointegration relationship between foreign direct investment inflows and other explanatory variables. A negative and significant error correction coefficient of FDI inflows reveals that 128% disequilibrium is corrected each year which implies that FDI moves downward towards long-run equilibrium. This study found that there is no substantial relationship between the interest rate and FDI inflows in the long run and a negative and substantial relationship in the short run. Therefore, this study suggests that the government of Sri Lanka has to reflect on developing a monetary policy and maintaining the balance of interest rate and exchange rate. Because of the currency depreciation, the exchange rate negatively influences FDI.

The present study contributes to the ongoing debate on environmental sustainability and the low-carbon agenda in terms of an analysis of a relatively new international association, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Based on panel data from SCO countries from 2000 to 2020, the hypothesis of the existence of the Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) was tested. The results showed the validity of the EKC hypothesis for the SCO countries; in particular, the gross domestic product and natural resource rents have a connection with greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, while trade openness, foreign direct investment and the use of renewable energy sources reduce GHG emissions in the long term. FDI as a growth stimulating factor is seen as the largest source of external financing to developing countries and helps to ease capital constraints and contributes to output and employment generation. This paper examined the impact of foreign direct investment on employment generation in Nigeria within the period 1991 to 2021. The variables used in the study include employment rate, foreign direct investment, trade openness and real exchange rate. The paper used the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model for its regression analysis. The data for the analysis was sourced from CBN statistical bulletin and world bank development indicator. The study finds that foreign direct investment and Trade openness have a positive impact on employment generation in Nigeria. Real exchange rate has a negative impact on employment generation in Nigeria. The paper finds that a short run relationship exists between foreign direct investment, real exchange rate, trade openness and employment generation in Nigeria. Based on the findings, the paper recommends that Government should make effort to attract more Foreign Direct Investment into the country to create more employment opportunities through Multi-National Corporations. The Government should encourage trade openness in order to enhance more Foreign Direct Investment in the country as it will increase the standard of living of the citizens by the provision of highly paid employment.

Mindful tourists are able to appreciate and understand heritage sites better than those who are mindless. Mindfulness is a concept that helps tourists build interpretations that will improve the quality of the experience and create a sustainable relationship between tourists and heritage sites. Mindful travellers are those who are actively engaged with interpretations of heritage sites that result in greater learning and understanding. In contrast, a mindless individual is one who follows a routine, pays limited attention to what he does and is stuck in a rigid mindset. Thus, this study aims to identify, build and validate measures of mindfulness in the context of cultural heritage tourism. This research uses quantitative research methods and is carried out in the Madura region which has cultural heritage tourism potential. The question items used to measure mindfulness were developed based on an extensive review of past literature. The data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 150 local Madurese and non-Madurese tourists. The results revealed from this study show four different factors in measuring mindfulness, namely curiosity and attention, alertness, emotional involvement and openness and flexibility. This article identifies the effect of trust, brand awareness, and social piety before doing donation using the Fintech platform. Therefore, this explanatory research examined the influence of four variables. The data were collected through a purposive sampling technique involving 250 societies across Lombok Island as respondents, as well as applying a case study approach. The data analysis technique is implemented through SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). The article shows a positive and significant impact among trust, brand awareness, and social piety in donation decisions through the fintech platform. However, brand awareness and trust do not affect social piety. Hence, this article recommends the fundraising institutions that actively collect funds through fintech platforms to always prioritize the openness principle in managing public funds. A transparent attitude can increase public trust to utilize the platform whenever they want to channel funds spontaneously.

This study investigates the relationships between career decision-making constructs in terms of its three dimensions and the Big Five factors. Data were collected from a randomly selected sample of 230 high school students. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to establish the relationship between the two sets of variables. Results indicate significant relationships between the Big Five factors and career decision-making constructs. Neuroticism was found to be negatively related with career decidedness; conscientiousness, extraversion, openness and agreeableness are positively and significantly correlated with career decidedness. Although the findings offer support of the usefulness of Big Five Model in career guidance, more studies of the general population are recommended to enable the model to be generalized.

We test whether capital account liberalization led to higher economic growth using de jure measures of capital account and financial current account openness for 94 nations, from 1950 (or independence) onward. We argue that measurement error, differing time periods used, and collinearity among independent variables account for conflicting results in prior scholarship. We use pooled time-series, cross-sectional OLS and system GMM estimators to examine economic growth rates, 1955-2004. Capital account liberalization had a positive association with growth in both developed and emerging market nations. We confirm that equity market liberalization has an independent effect on economic growth. (JEL F02, F43, P16) In this paper, we reexamine the effects of capital account liberalization on economic growth in the context of addressing the inconsistent and widely diverging results that have been reported in the scholarly literature over the last decade. Mongolia is one of richest countries in terms of its natural resources, and the country's economy relies heavily on natural resources. Most foreign Direct Investment (FDI) flows into the extractive industry. FDI is a key to the Government of Mongolia achieving economic development goals. This thesis seeks to analyse the possible determinants of resource-seeking FDI in Mongolia, with a specific focus on key factors including openness, political stability, 'Dutch disease', and infrastructure in resource-seeking FDI, which are most commonly examined within existing literature. It contributes to the existing literature of the determinants of resource-seeking FDI in Mongolia. This research showed a significant relation between FDI and policy variables (openness, infrastructure, and Dutch disease), while also indicating that FDI has no significance in relation to political stability. It concludes that openness, infrastructure, and Dutch disease contribute FDI inflow, while political stability does not affect to FDI in Mongolia.

The current paper presents the translation and validation for Romanian non-clinical population of Comprehensive Assessment of ACT Processes - CompACT (Francis et al., 2016), an instrument that evaluates three dimensions of psychological flexibility: openness to experience, present moment awareness (mindfulness) and valued action. The psychometric properties of the Romanian version of the instrument were investigated, convergent validity in relation with AQQ-II and concurrent validity in relation with DASS-21 (with comparable results with ones reported for the original instrument). Considering modest model fit with theoretical factor structure of the instrument, current paper proposes a shorter, more stable Romanian Version, and tests its psychometric properties.

This work aims to summarize research methods for measuring personality in human-robot interaction. A systematic review was performed, resulting in 35 studies that were categorized by whether they assessed human personality, robot personality, or both. It was found that the five-factor model (Big Five) of personality (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness, and neuroticism) was a common theme as it was used to assess personality in 31% of studies, and the extraversion dimension alone was used to assess personality in an additional 26% of studies. The strengths, limitations, and the human factors influences of user expectations of the Big Five as well as the recommendation for its use are discussed.

One of the key problems in the aftermath of the Second World War was to improve and extend the Banca Nazionale del Lavoro&#39;s reputation abroad. The Bank was quite well-known in Spain but very little in the English-speaking world where, moreover, it was viewed as having been closely associated with the Fascist regime. The publication of a review for foreign circulation was designed to modify this situation. We investigate the disposition effect building on Realization Utility Theory and Big Five Model. Our experimental analysis, combining NEO IP-R personality measures with individual financial data from a trading simulation run by 230 individuals, shows that the disposition effect is driven by two distinct psychological processes, one related to holding losers and the other to selling winners. These two behavioral mechanisms are uncorrelated and influenced by different personality traits.

Entrepreneurs are economic leaders contributing to the country's economy and national development. Therefore, governments and academic institutions in the West and Asia take the initiative to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills. This research aims to identify predicting factors that inspire entrepreneurial intention among Malaysians. The sample of this study consists of 90 undergraduate students in Malaysian public and private universities. The data was collected through a survey questionnaire using a simple random sampling technique. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis of SPSS were employed to analyse the data. This research revealed that entrepreneurial education, age, personal traits and culture predict entrepreneurial intention among Malaysian university students. Moreover, this study found a moderate level of entrepreneurial intention among Malaysian students to become entrepreneurs in the future. Hence, this study recommends that policymakers, including the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) and Higher Learning Institutions, enhance entrepreneur education while promoting entrepreneur culture in academic institutions.
