For one dimensional homogeneous, isotropic aquifer, without accretion the governing Boussinesq equation under Dupuit assumptions is a nonlinear partial differential equation. In the present paper approximate analytical solution of nonlinear Boussinesq equation is obtained using Homotopy perturbation transform method(HPTM). The solution is compared with the exact solution. The comparison shows that the HPTM is efficient, accurate and reliable. The analysis of two important aquifer parameters namely viz. specific yield and hydraulic conductivity is studied to see the effects on the height of water table. The results resemble well with the physical phenomena.

Este trabajo trata sobre el concepto de función, básico en el Análisis Matemático, y, en particular, su representación gráfica. Nos centramos en aspectos relacionados con la forma; es decir, el trazado de dicha representación. Analizamos las representaciones gráficas de funciones existentes en los cuadernos de matemáticas de estudiantes de varias aulas de 1º de Bachillerato. Encontramos deficiencias en el trazado de gráficas que se repiten en un alto número de estudiantes, relacionadas con los conceptos de función y asíntota, con el uso de las escalas en los ejes del diagrama cartesiano y con las características de algunas funciones. The analysis of lexical errors, as an object of study in this article, plays an important role in language didactics. Derived from a research-observation based on a corpus of written productions of Senegalese students, this work aims to present lexical error as an indicator of judgment and a tool for analyzing the level of lexical competence acquired in PFL students. It also highlighted the scriptural difficulties and identified the language needs of students in order to provide them with corrective sequences in the target language, portuguese in this case. Based on the analysis of descriptive, explanatory and argumentative texts produced by middle-level secondary students, the article uncovered a corner of the veil on the lexical errors made by students during written production in portuguese.

In this paper, the optimal prediction of the expected value of assets under the fractal scaling exponent is considered. We first obtain a fractal exponent, then derive a seemingly Black-Scholes parabolic equation. We further obtain its solutions under given conditions for the prediction of expected value of assets given the fractal exponent.

Si l'apprentissage par les problèmes est répandu et largement incité par les textes officiels (Feyfant, 2015), les pratiques des enseignants montrent un intérêt porté sur le produit et peu de travail autour de l'activité de résolution du problème : « les activités liées à la recherche, à la mise en réseau et à la conversion de représentations ne sont pas mises en oeuvre de façon régulière et concomitante » (Priolet, 2014). On peut alors poser la question d'un malentendu sur le sens même de la résolution de problème dans l'apprentissage : s'agit-il d'un prétexte à l'automatisation de procédures ? Comment les conditions sont-elles mises en évidence pour faciliter les transferts ? Comment les élèves peuvent-ils construire des savoir disponibles à partir de ces situations d'apprentissage ? A partir d'une séance en classe de CM1, une analyse épistémologique du savoir visé permettra d'identifier les enjeux d'apprentissage. Nous analyserons les productions de quelques élèves dans le cadre théorique de la problématisation (Fabre, 2011) afin d'identifier les registres mobilisés . Nous analyserons le processus d'institutionnalisation et les écrits à disposition de l'enseignante pour formaliser le savoir enseigné. Nous repérerons les éléments du contrat didactique en jeu dans ce processus . Les écarts entre le savoir savant, le savoir enseigné et les connaissances disponibles donneront quelques pistes pour identifier ce qu'il serait bon d'expliciter en classe en particulier pour les élèves les plus éloignés de la culture scolaire. Nous verrons le rôle que les figurations (Grau, 2017) peuvent jouer pour accéder à un discours second permettant les conversions nécessaires à la problématisation du savoir et proposerons quelques pistes pour penser l'évolution des pratiques enseignantes. Le rôle des problèmes dans l'apprentissage en mathématiques a beaucoup évolué dans notre système. Dans les programmes de 1945, « les problèmes ont pour fonction de réinvestir et tester des connaissances déjà apprises et de montrer leur utilisé pour la vie réelle d'adulte » . Les manuels proposent donc une organisation des apprentissages par types de problèmes et pour chaque type de problème est enseigné un protocole de résolution qu'il s'agit d'appliquer.

This article drew on the concrete experiences of teachers who have implemented interdisciplinary projects in two private Lebanese schools, to examine the benefits and difficulties that these teachers have encountered when engaging in interdisciplinary practices. Our sample consisted of a group of teachers from several subjects, teaching grade seven, in each school. We used two data collection instruments in each school: a logbook that each group of teachers in each of the two schools filled in, and a focus group that we conducted with these same teachers. The results highlighted the potential of interdisciplinarity to motivate teachers, and foster their mutual enrichment by enabling them to discuss their teaching practices and develop their reflective skills while offering them opportunities for pedagogical innovation and changes in their practices. However, our results revealed these teachers' difficulties when implementing interdisciplinary projects. These difficulties are linked to the teachers' disciplinary culture, their institutional contexts regarding school organization and the organization of official curricula, highlighting aspects specific to our Lebanese context. Difficulties related to the planning and evaluation of interdisciplinary projects and student management were also identified.

La leçon étant un processus par lequel l'enseignant inculque les connaissances aux apprenants, sa réussite dépend d'un certain nombre des critères ou qualité. Ainsi, une leçon réussie est celle dont les intentions pédagogiques fixées au départ par l'enseignant ont été atteintes. Il est important de noter que certaines leçons pourtant bien dispensées par les enseignants rencontrent des difficultés de compréhension par les apprenants suite à un mauvais usage des matériels didactiques dans la situation d'enseignement-apprentissage. Ainsi, cette étude se veut de déceler les différentes difficultés rencontrées par les enseignants pour utiliser les matériels didactiques afin d'en proposer les solutions, pour un enseignement de qualité. Les résultats, de cette étude, ont permis de comprendre que la majorité des enseignants (81,4%) atteste d'avoir vu leurs collègues enseigné sans Matériels Didactiques et qu'ils aussi déjà vécu des problèmes dans l'utilisation de Matériel Didactique. Ces problèmes se résument par les faits qu'ils: (i) n'ont pas maitrisé et assimilé les notions du cours de dessin pédagogique aux humanités; (ii) ne savent le comment ni à quel moment de la leçon faut-il utiliser les Matériel Didactique ; (iii) pensent que l'utilisation de Matériel Didactique gaspille et consomme plus de temps prévu pour une leçon. Mais aussi qu'il est difficile d'utiliser ou de manipuler correctement les Matériel Didactique dans une leçon et que l'usage de Matériel Didactique crée de dérangement de confusion, de désordre et brise le climat serein de la classe. Face à toutes ces difficultés, l'étude a apporté sa modeste contribution dans la recherche de solution pour pallier à ces problèmes.

Jeg viser i oppgaven at den nyliberale politiske økonomien vekselvirker med og opprettholder matematikk for alle som begrunnelse for skolematematikken på ulike måter. Innenfor nyliberal politisk økonomi betraktes utdanning som produksjon av humankapital og viktig for økonomisk vekst, og matematikkresultatene i PISA og TIMMS regnes som viktige indikatorer på landets konkurransekraft. Matematikk for alle begrunner skolematematikkens innslag i skolen samtidig som denne økonomiske rollen ikke reflekteres i slagordet. Jeg har vist at skolematematikken har røtter i kommersielt-administrative behov og dermed er institusjonalisert i den kapitalistiske moderniteten. Fagets historiske, epistemologiske og pedagogiske karakteristika innebærer at skolematematikken speiler og medvirker i naturalisering og reproduksjon av nyliberal rasjonalitet og tankegang. Mens matematikk for alle gir lovnader om inklusjon, bidrar skolematematikken til sortering og eksklusjon ved å tilordne verdier gjennom skolens kredittsystem. Lærere og forskere er en del av skolen som nyliberal institusjon, og slagordene som er knyttet til begrunnelser for faget opprettholdes ved hjelp av ideologiske fantasier. At matematikk ikke er for alle ser ut til å være en iboende del av matematikkopplæringen, men å opprettholde slagordet sikrer finansiering, legitimitet og karrierer.

Nous proposons une forme d'inclusion passant par l'identification de difficultés mathématiques et la mise en place d'un parcours personnalisé. Pour cela, nous nous appuyons sur une séquence d'enseignement de la mesure d'aire en classe de CM2 (10-11 ans). Celle-ci est déclinée selon trois niveaux de différenciation, en fonction de difficultés géométriques et liées au changement de cadre entre géométrie et formules. Des passerelles sont proposées selon que les progrès de l'élève lui permettent ou non de rejoindre le cursus « classique ».

Μια προσέγγιση στις δυσκολίες της Άλγεβρας είναι χρήσιμη, αφού δεν έχουν όλοι  οι μαθητές την ίδια αναπτυξιακή ηλικία , μαθησιακή ετοιμότητα  και εμπειρία. Μόνο συμβατικά ορίζουμε  τα 11 χρόνια ως ορόσημο για την έναρξη της αφαιρετικής σκέψης.
Στα νέα Π.Σ. του ΙΕΠ έχουμε νέα  ορολογία όπως «μαθηματικό έργο», «μεγάλες ιδέες των μαθηματικών» κτλ Αλλάζουν κάποιες άλλες ορολογίες όπως «σκοποί και στόχοι» και γίνονται «προσδοκόμενα μαθησιακά αποτελέσματα » Η όλη αλλαγή δεν είναι τυπική ή επιδερμική αφού μπαίνουν με έμφαση τα Στοχαστικά Μαθηματικά (Στατιστική –Πιθανότητες) Η γέφυρα η νέα από την αριθμητική προς την Άλγεβρα ,λέγεται «μοτίβο», πάτερνς, κανονικότητα. Η μαντεψιά του τύπου μιας ακολουθίας αριθμών ή σχημάτων θεωρείται πλέον  η καλύτερη εισαγωγή στην αφαιρετική σκέψη και καλλιεργείται ήδη λίγα χρόνια στο Δημοτικό Σχολείο.
Το πολλαπλό Βιβλίο θα  έχει τις παραπάνω αλλαγές και όχι μόνον.
Ελπίζω η ενημέρωση των  συναδέρφων στα θέματα καθημερινής διδακτικής πράξης να είναι χρήσιμη επί του πεδίου της «μάχης της τάξης».

Based on pupil-centred education paradigm, this survey provides a diagnostic related to understanding the purpose of each action performed in the process of the competences training. The investigation highlights certain types of behaviour that are based on motivation, more than performance. Knowing the children's profile of intelligence allows the observation of how to develop the following eight skills: linguistical, logical -mathematical, corporalkinaesthetic, the spatial, naturalistic, intra-реrѕonal and intеr-реrѕonal offering new perspectives in the curricular development in primary and preschool learning, such as building an effective learning style. Using the interactive and the pupil-centred educational strategies in the didactic activity in primary and preschool learning offers pupils and children the possibility of developing a style of learning by using some techniques of intellectual work specific for their age level. In terms of training and personality development of pupils, the question arises to what extent the teachers manage to form in pupils all the components related to their personality, respecting the uniqueness and dominant aspects of each specific personality in training. Starting from these arguments, in the present study, we will try to analyse the way in which using some interactive and/or pupil-centred educational techniques can help to develop a learning style by means of using some techniques of mental work which are proper for the primary and preschool level in the context of knowing the children's profile of intelligence.

Spatial ability is an ability to visualize an object in space. In learning geometry, the spatial ability is required to solve geometric problems. One of the learning models that can be applied in the learning process to improve students' spatial ability is Van Hiele learning model. Van Hiele learning model is a learning model based on Van Hiele level thinking theory. This research aimed to examine whether the Van Hiele model can give better support to the student's spatial abilities in platonic solid topic. This research was quasi-experiment research with post-test only control group design, which was conducted for one month. The population of this research was the eighth-grade students of junior high school in the Seririt subdistrict. By using random sampling techniques, 64 students were chosen as samples and distributed into two classes. The control group was taught by using conventional learning model, while the experimental group used Van Hiele learning model. Data were obtained through essay test for spatial ability at the end of the research. The data were analyzed by using the right side one tailed t-test. The result of the data analysis showed that the mean score of the experimental class was which was higher than the mean score of the control class. Therefore, Van Hiele learning model could give a positive impact to improve students' spatial ability rather than conventional learning.

Zadeh have introduced fuzzy set in 1965 and Atanassov have introduced intuitionistic fuzzy set in 1986 in theirs paper. Now, many of researcher connecting intuitionistic fuzzy set with algebraic structure. We interested to combine some concepts over intuitionistic fuzzy set, module of a ring, t-norm, t-conorm, and intuitionistic anti fuzzy. In this paper, we discusses about intuitionistic anti fuzzy module t-norm and t-conorm (IAFMTC) and their properties with respect to module homomorphism, maps, pre-image, and anti-image from intuitionistic fuzzy sets. eLearning may enrich the mental representations, save energy, time and resources.Both in the case of the primary school in Romania and the primary school abroad, the eletronic teaching materials and tools are capitalized. They are integrated in traditional lessons or final exams. Because the equipment with electronic tools is not a problem in our country anymore, the research is based on the analysis of the information obtained through questionnaires. These questionnaires are designed according to the opinion questionnaires realized by G. H. Gallup, respecting in the same time the conditions regarding the length of the questionnaire, its design, avoiding the "halo" effect in the questionnaires applied on the primary school teachers, parents and students. Consequently, this paper aims to: 1. Analyse the usage degree of some eLearning tools in the Romanian primary school, degree which rises or decreases together with other variable involved in the researching process; 2. To answer the following questions: what eLearning tools are involved in the teaching-learning process today and in what degree? What is the connection between the educational degree and the usage degree of the eLearning tools? To what extend do they help anyone keep in mind the information? To what extend do they simplify the teaching process? To what extend do the actors involved in the teaching-learning process consider that the working style may be modified and if they may lead to addiction? 3. To present, in the end, if and how these eLearning tools respect the principles of teaching Mathematics.

For an alignment with the international teaching-learning methods, for achieving new competences and for obtaining better results in the PISA tests, we debate the Mathematical modelling which represents the connection between the processes in the real world and Mathematics. Modelling, as a teaching-learning process of Mathematics, has a highly developed theoretical context, researched and sustained even through the curriculum in different countries. Modelling helps the concret-intuitive thinking, and also helps someone keep in mind the information for a long-term. The present study answers to some basic questions: How much and how is the Mathematical modelling implemented in Romania? Which would be the plus value of the implementation in the teaching-learning process in the primary school? In the second part of this paper there are developed some examples of problems which could be the basis of the application of mathematical modelling in the primary school. We consider that these changes are quite necessary for the Romanian schooling system because they have been tested, successfully implemented and recommended to the teachers by the ministries which deal with education in many different countries-after a careful research, international projects.Even if this method is not developed in Romania, it could be successfully adopted if their results upon the students prove to be useful for their training and for a fast integration in the European labour market and so on. In this way, the alignment with efficient international standards could be done in a rhythm which is favourable for the human resource in our country.

A comparative study is presented, developed with the purpose of identify and characterize proposals for the professional development of mathematics teachers in primary schools around the world from situated approaches, which involve collaborative learning amongst teachers that results in the improvement of their professional practice. The countries whose proposals were analysed are Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Cuba, Spain, France, England, Japan, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. The conclusions identify and characterize some privileged conditions for designing training processes that contribute to the professional development of mathematics teachers: they must be creative, situated, proactive, collective, based in evidence, and balanced. The professional development of mathematics teachers requires the articulation between two components: an institutional training component and a specific training component subject to a map of vacancies and priorities based on evidence taken from national and international evaluations.

Our work confronts the educational aspect proposed by Brougere and didactic aspect defined by Brousseau. Our goal is to study the educational situations and particularly the role of "didactic game" for pre-primary students in learning mathematics; identify the types of play on all games observed and classify them taking into account variables, through a hierarchical cluster analysis or HCA, in three different categories of functions: interest function, function of contextualization, function of confrontation; to look for the link between the functions reported by teachers and effective functions, by our own analysis of games. The theory of Mathematical Working Spaces (ThMWS) is a young theory that appeared in the field of didactics of mathematics a decade ago with the objective of describing and constructing the mathematical work of students in a school context. To this end, the theoretical framework aims to link and closely combine epistemological and cognitive approaches. In this article, we deepen the very notion of mathematical work by focusing first on an epistemological approach that specifies the nature of work in mathematics and then on a philosophical approach that connects work and communication in a dialectical relation. These two approaches highlight the more or less implicit ideological assumptions that guide our research in didactics.

In the Mathematical Working Space (MWS) model, an epistemological plane and a cognitive plane are introduced with a focus on their interactions related to semiotic, instrumental and discursive dimensions (Figure 1a). The model is devoted to the analysis of mathematical work with, specifically, paradigms guiding and orienting the work. Numerous researches are based on the MWS model and the reader may refer to special issues in journals such as Bolema 30(54) and ZDM-Mathematics Education 48(6) in which an introduction to the model is given in the survey paper. Nevertheless, until now, few studies on modeling tasks have been based on the MWS model and we want to highlight recent researches, in particular coming from PhD studies within our team. Cet article vise a evaluer les competences de base des eleves ayant suivi ou non le cours de microbiologie et, particulierement, des lecons formelles relatives au VIH/SIDA et a son mode de prevention. La population cible englobe tous les eleves de la Division Kinshasa-Ouest actuellement en quatrieme annee secondaire. La base de sondage est un repertoire de 138 ecoles de la Division Kinshasa-Ouest. Le dispositif experimental comprend deux groupes d'eleves exposes au pre-test et au post-test. Pendant l'intervalle qui separe ces deux moments, le Groupe Experimental recoit le traitement (X 1) tandis qu'un placebo (X 0) est administre au Groupe Controle. La comparaison des resultats obtenus au pre-test et au post-test par les eleves de la section commerciale a permis de deduire qu'il n'existe pas de difference significative entre les moyennes. A proposed curricular restructuring is described in two courses of the Mathematics Teaching career plan of the University of Costa Rica, in order to promote in future teachers, the reflection, application and socialization of aspects related to Didactic Content Knowledge, to opt for the Master's degree in Curriculum Planning. The methodology, framed in Action Research, includes diagnostic and perception questionnaires, focus groups, documentary analysis and expert validation. The Mathematics Teacher Specialized Knowledge (MTSK) is proposed as an analysis framework, and the Japanese Class Study as a training methodology. The results indicate the link between Mathematical Knowledge and Didactic Knowledge. It is suggested to guide the curricular design and training processes of future Mathematics teachers considering a gradual and increasing immersion in secondary classrooms.

Dans ce travail, nous tentons de rendre disponible la traduction, en un modèle géométricodynamique, de chacune des deux manifestations phénoménologiques, fréquentes et dénommées chez les anglo-saxons : « Hunter and Monkey » et « Newton's Second Law ». Chacun des deux modèles est accompagné d'un triplet de situations didactiques. Ces triplets sont appelées à assurer la transposition dans le milieu scolaire des deux modèles, pris avec leur renvoi aux deux manifestations. Avec ces modèles, nous voulons offrir aux producteurs de l'une ou l'autre de ces manifestations phénoménologiques la possibilité de faire jouer à chacune d'elles le double rôle suivant : 1) développer chez l'observateur la représentation scénique complète du phénomène de physique visé ; 2) permettre à l'observateur d'opérer, de manière médiate, sur ce même phénomène, la segmentation thématique qui mène à l'établissement de la loi qui régit ce dernier. Avec les triplets de situations, nous voulons offrir aux systèmes d'enseignement des sciences et des techniques le moyen de réaliser, via les deux manifestations, l'insertion épistémique dans le milieu scolaire des stipulations de la tenue du double rôle par chacune d'elles.

Les reflexions en cours sur le developpement et les inegalites accroissent l'interet de mesurer les savoirs et les competences des populations jeunes. Parmi les objectifs du Millenaire pour le developpement, la lutte contre l'analphabetisme se fonde sur une education de qualite. La question de la creation d'outils de mesure de la qualite de l'education est donc essentielle pour valider, universellement et equitablement, l'acquisition des apprentissages fondamentaux. Cette question est directement liee au developpement, depuis 50 ans, de methodes d'evaluation des acquisitions a l'origine des grandes enquetes internationales comme PIRLS, TIMSS et PISA.
