An inclusive education program, motivational techniques and psycho-pedagogical counselling for students with educational risk from disadvantaged backgrounds provide some clarifications of the concepts: risk behaviours, school dropout, pupils with special needs, school inaction, school and social inclusion. Knowing these characteristics is a prerequisite for achieving an effective educational act, an intervention program tailored to the educational needs of the beneficiaries. The approach of these problems is practicallyapplicative, by offering psycho-pedagogical intervention techniques. This module / program focuses on the dimension of prevention of behavioural disorders, change, problem solving and personal development, using an educational model and development model. The psycho-pedagogical counselling, motivational techniques and supportive strategies are the practical premise of diminishing deviant behaviours and school inclusion. Case studies, programs and intervention plans realized by teachers who participated in the training program provide paradigms for the analysis and interpretation of risk situations and groups as well as patterns of action on them to achieve attitudinal and behavioural change in order to optimize the development of pupils' personality and reintegration into the school environment

This research shows an analysis of how school managers relate to the decentralization in the preuniversity education system. The methods used to measure the attitude towards the main categories of reforms pinpoint high correlations between the decentralization reform, continuing education and quality in the pre-university education system. This research illustrates the presence of some conservative tendencies that can be changed through an educational-formative process so as to optimize teachers' attitude toward educational reforms. Learning how to change has been vital in this research, which allows us to support and propose an education of the school organization and its members through and for change. The respondents realized that, in order to put into practice this goal, the school must activate its mechanisms of strategic management which are meant to lead the educational actors towards a continuously engagement in the development and reconstruction process of school and professionalizing the teaching career.

Due to the dynamics of the social development, the educational system became more complex and learning had to assure in an alert rhythm, directly and indirectly, the progress of the whole society. The educational changes that occur in Romania are perceived, implemented or rejected because change does not occur suddenly on its own, but it presupposes a chain of restructuring, adapting and training operations that build up the prospective and proactive competences which are required by the present day demand of the educational system. The pupils implement with ease the educational changes or they are reluctant to them according to the way in which the educational changes are promoted. They are in an ambivalent state and they are implementing the educational reforms only if they understand the importance that these educational changes have upon their lives.

The perspective of modern social demands challenges the Romanian school to an effort of developing and reconciling performance criteria with European educational requirements, the Romanian education system adheres to quality school, where the satisfaction of direct and indirect beneficiaries is the main objective. The analysis of educational change allows us to outline the belief that change in education is related to the basic links of this approach, namely the attitude, motivation, training, professionalism and involvement in generating change for both education officials and human resources at school and in the community. Knowing and being aware of the importance of all the aspects presented in this study could be, in our view, a diagnosis of the school reality and a way to streamline the practices of implementation and promotion of the new

The diagnosis highlights the need to build an organizational identity, the need for professionalizing the human resources and the orientation towards social values. This research was conducted on a representative sample of teachers in the pre-university education system in the South-East of Romania. It allowed an analysis of the changing phenomenon (of the educational reforms) using scientific methods to obtain information regarding the attitude of the human resource in the educational system towards the educational reform dimensions. This strategy can be considered a support to make the leap to an active portance against educational changes. The respondents realized that, in order to put into practice this goal, the school must activate its mechanisms of strategic management which are meant to lead the educational actors towards a continuously engagement in the development and reconstruction process of school and professionalizing the teaching career.

Romanian education system needs complete diagnosis (analysis), so as to be able to reconsider the socioeducational reality, and implement a change, i.e. educational reforms. The results of these educational changes will take a shape in time, and we must be aware of this; the educational change implies a regeneration of the mission and practices at the school level. A very important aspect involves an emotional engagement from the part of the educational actors in promoting and implementing coherent educational changes. Most of the time, changes are not only about implementation, but they also happen to affect personality, professional identity, and organizational status of the educational actors involved.

It involved a chain of operations and restructuring, adaptation and training processes, in accordance with the nowadays demands of the educational system. This study highlights a diagnosis, a critical reflection, a reconsideration of the socio-educational realities. We emphasize that there is a conditioning reciprocal relationship between the change and the human resource's attitude and motivation in the educational system. The study results highlight the importance of personality development, school managers' capacity to analyze the process of change and to design and implement changes in the school organization. We demonstrated, using scientific methods of investigation, on a representative sample that the change and development of the school organization can be possible only if its people have valid reasons to operate the change at an educational level.

The investigation highlights certain types of behaviour that are based on motivation, more than performance. Knowing the children's profile of intelligence allows the observation of how to develop the following eight skills: linguistical, logical -mathematical, corporalkinaesthetic, the spatial, naturalistic, intra-реrѕonal and intеr-реrѕonal offering new perspectives in the curricular development in primary and preschool learning, such as building an effective learning style. Using the interactive and the pupil-centred educational strategies in the didactic activity in primary and preschool learning offers pupils and children the possibility of developing a style of learning by using some techniques of intellectual work specific for their age level. In terms of training and personality development of pupils, the question arises to what extent the teachers manage to form in pupils all the components related to their personality, respecting the uniqueness and dominant aspects of each specific personality in training. Starting from these arguments, in the present study, we will try to analyse the way in which using some interactive and/or pupil-centred educational techniques can help to develop a learning style by means of using some techniques of mental work which are proper for the primary and preschool level in the context of knowing the children's profile of intelligence.

The restructurings of the Romanian pre-university educational system in the recent years demand the investigation of opinions and attitudes of those who represent the educational institutions, educational actors, i.e. teachers and students. The goal is to optimize the teachers' attitudes towards the changes in the system for a better balance between expectations and the educational offer. The perception and reporting on educational reforms in the educational system led to a real diagnosis on school reality.

In this process of change, the teachers are the most important role, the position which they adopt towards change, the their beliefs, attitudes, ideologies and behavior. Our paper present a few observations of a more ample research that we have achieved about how the changes of education were understood by teachers and students. Consequently, the teachers involve differently in the change process: they accept the educational reforms or they refuse change, depending on the place that the plead for change is situated, in the acceptance or rejection area, or depending on the degree of involvement.

Educational changes in Romania have produced various joints concerning the mechanism of change. Educational reforms, which were supposed to change ideas, had the slowest rate of evolution. Some of the reasons are the presence of different age groups in the education system and individual differences. Changing conditions were crucial and fostered the changing factors. It was nice to see that the internalization was possible even though this mechanism of change is extremely complex.
