Nanoscience Targeting Next Generation Innovative Devices

Abstract

This paper provides an overview on recent development in materials researches targeting next-generation innovative devices based on nanoscience in connection with the JST-PRESTO project “Materials and Processes for Next Generation Innovative Devices”. Some of recent achievements of this project are also briefly reviewed.
