THE SCHOLAR
Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Padua (Italy), I hold courses in Social Epistemology and Methodology of Social Analysis, as well as seminars where I teach Theatrical Techniques for the Improvement of Teaching to members of Faculty and to PhD students.
My main interests are the bases and limitations of personal and social ‘knowledge’, and the fundamentals of qualitative inquiry in the social sciences. I have done research for years in the field of chronic illnesses.
THE MAGUS
An expert of the symbology and history of the Tarot, I am a long-time student of the processes of suggestion and influence. An actor in my youth, in my mentalism shows I mix mindreading, occult shamanism and hypnosis.
I am the author of several contributions in the field of both mystery and psychic entertainment. Currently I am part of the Committee of Psycrets - British Society of Mystery Entertainers, and am a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Performance Magic (University of Huddersfield, UK).
