Indonesia, sebagai negara beriklim tropis dengan dua musim, yakni musim panas dan musim hujan, me... more Indonesia, sebagai negara beriklim tropis dengan dua musim, yakni musim panas dan musim hujan, memiliki kondisi geografis yang beragam yang menciptakan potensi besar untuk bencana hidrometeorologi. Bencana ini terjadi akibat perubahan iklim dan kerusakan lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh aktivitas manusia. Beberapa jenis bencana hidrometeorologi yang terjadi di Indonesia meliputi banjir, tanah longsor, kebakaran hutan, puting beliung, dan kekeringan, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor alam dan faktor manusia. Desa Sendang, terletak di lereng Gunung Wilis, Kabupaten Tulungagung, memiliki topografi yang miring dan curam serta banyak tanjakan. Wilayah ini memiliki potensi bencana, terutama tanah longsor. Contoh nyata adalah terjadinya bencana longsor di Desa Nglurup yang berdekatan dengan Desa Sendang. Oleh karena itu, perlu meningkatkan kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan terhadap potensi bencana di Desa Sendang. Kegiatan sosialisasi mitigasi bencana di SMPN 1 Sendang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada generasi muda mengenai bencana dan bagaimana mereka dapat berkontribusi dalam mengurangi risiko bencana. Kegiatan ini mencakup pemilahan sampah, filtrasi air, dan mitigasi bencana tanah longsor. Sosialisasi ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya sebagai fasilitator. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa-siswi SMPN 1 Sendang sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini. Mereka belajar cara memilah sampah, menyaring air sungai, dan memahami risiko tanah longsor. Selain itu, mereka juga terlibat dalam praktik langsung seperti penanaman pohon sebagai upaya reboisasi. Sosialisasi ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang potensi bencana di wilayah mereka dan pentingnya kesiapsiagaan.Sosialisasi mitigasi bencana kepada generasi muda merupakan langkah penting dalam menjaga kelestarian alam dan mengurangi risiko bencana di masa depan. Upaya ini juga menciptakan kesadaran akan tanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Kegiatan ini sebaiknya terus dilakukan untuk generasi-generasi selanjutnya guna menjaga kelestarian alam dan mengurangi risiko bencana. In the past half-decade, Indonesia encountered its highest budget deficit in 2022, amounting to I... more In the past half-decade, Indonesia encountered its highest budget deficit in 2022, amounting to IDR 464.3 trillion or 2.38% of the nation's GDP, as reported by the Ministry of Finance. To counteract this, the government formulates the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) annually, serving as a pivotal tool for national welfare and economic governance. Governed by fiscal policy, APBN orchestrates government revenue and spending to propel economic enhancement. This paper scrutinizes the efficacy of sukuk as a deficit financing alternative, considering policies, implementation strategies, targeting precision, and procedural efficiency. The study, covering the period from 2018 to 2023, accentuates sukuk's resilience amidst economic uncertainties. Key determinants of sukuk effectiveness include wellaligned policies with national objectives, collaborative execution involving diverse stakeholders, congruence with targeted goals, and streamlined processes adhering to legislative frameworks. The research further delves into the varied spectrum of sukuk instruments traded in the market, distinguishing between tradable and non-tradeable categories. Tradable sukuk exhibit liquidity advantages, while non-tradable sukuk offer price stability. Indonesia's substantial growth in sukuk from 2020 to January 2023 underscores its potential in a predominantly Muslim-populated country. This research method is qualitative with a literature study approach obtained from secondary data. The results of this research are that sukuk is very effective as an alternative financing method. This is proven by an increase in total assets in 2022 amounting to IDR 131.46 trillion from 68 issuers and there were 512 recorded emissions using a circulating nominal value of IDR 459.15 trillion and US$ 47.5 million.

Wisata Alam Gosari (Wagos) di Desa Gosari, Kabupaten Gresik, Indonesia, merupakan destinasi alam ... more Wisata Alam Gosari (Wagos) di Desa Gosari, Kabupaten Gresik, Indonesia, merupakan destinasi alam yang menjadi fokus kegiatan pengabdian ini. Dua aspek utama yang menjadi perhatian adalah respons terhadap bencana dan pengelolaan berkelanjutan, terutama dalam konteks desa wisata. Misi utama adalah meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai potensi bencana alam di Wagos, sekaligus mempertahankan dan memastikan keberlanjutan desa sebagai pusat wirausaha lokal. Metode riset aksi diadopsi dalam tiga tahap di program pendampingan ini: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tim pengabdian yang terdiri dari akademisi, mahasiswa, dan Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Jawa Timur bekerja sama dengan pemuda lokal. Mereka bekerja sama dengan kepala Desa Gosari untuk mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah mitigasi risiko, termasuk memasang rambu jalur evakuasi.Pada tahap pelaksanaan pengabdian ini, kegiatan mencakup sosialisasi tentang bencana, Fokus Grup Diskusi (FGD) untuk mengidentifikasi titik rawan, serta pengenalan perangkat lunak INARISK dan simulasi evakuasi untuk pemuda pengelola Wagos dan komunitas Toppi(Tongkrongan Pemuda Peduli). Tahap evaluasi menekankan pentingnya resosialisasi oleh pemuda kepada masyarakat lokal, pemasangan permanen rambu evakuasi, dan simulasi dadakan di lokasi wisata. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kesuksesan mitigasi risiko bencana sangat tergantung pada kesadaran masyarakat dan kewirausahaan lokal. Wagos, sebagai desa wisata, telah membuktikan eksistensinya melalui penciptaan nilai sosial dan upaya promosi yang efektif. Kesimpulannya, sosialisasi bencana dan pengelolaan berkelanjutan penting untuk mempertahankan desa wisata dalam menghadapi bencana alam dan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. This article explores how a group of stakeholders worked collaboratively on an economic initiativ... more This article explores how a group of stakeholders worked collaboratively on an economic initiative to develop an abandoned limestone mine site in Sekapuk village, Gresik, Indonesia. A sustainable livelihood framework using qualitative methods is used in the analysis. The fieldwork reveals that in Sekapuk, village-owned companies and village officials cooperated to maximise the utility of their assets and economic advantage by designing and implementing two community programs. The first program, known as the TAPLUS (Tabungan Plus) Savings and Investment Plan, used community funds for converting an abandoned limestone mine site into a viable tourist destination. The second program sought to empower women economically by enabling single mothers to access low-interest, soft loans. The program provided these women and other women's groups with the means by which they could become involved in tourism activities at village level. Through implementation of these initiatives, the Sekapuk community benefitted in a variety of ways; by repurposing an abandoned mine as a domestic tourist destination for economic gain and by empowering residents of the village.

Whether it to manage the government spending or to determine the taxes. Both functions was recorded in the early Islamic government. This financial institution known as Baitul Mal. Recently the baitul mal just functioned as not functioned as financial institution that manages the government spending and earning. However if we were have a look back to the Islamic history, baitul mal were functioned as called the ministry of finance and the bank central. History financial institution that manage the government spending and earning exactly look like what the Ministry of finance and The bank Central function. This writing tries to show based on the early Islamic government about the baitul mal function, how it was work, who was in charge and soon. Afterward those functions are compared. In conclusion, the Baitul mal in the early Islamic Government had similar function as the Ministry of finance and the bank Central function on the modern government.

The impact of Catasrophic affects all aspect, including economy. Many people are forced to lose their jobs so that they are unable to fulfill their daily needs, especially food and health needs. This problem also occurs in Bringinbendo village, Taman sub-district, Sidoarjo district, East Java. In order to overcome the economic difficulties that caused by covid 19, a frugal action and innovation needed to develop food and health security that originated from surrounding resourches. The Frugral action that has been take is planting their open space including house yard for vegetables. Through this program, the people of Bringinbendo village empowered and able to supply their daily need from the house yard and recuding the economic distress caused Covid-19.

Pelaksanaan sistem kerja dari rumah menggunakan konsep kerja secara online dengan pengawasan atasan perusahaan. Karyawan melakukan kegiatan kerja melalui aplikasi media online, seperti: whatsapp, telegram, zoom, meet google, dan web resmi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai sarana informasi terkait pengaruh kerja dari rumah terhadap kinerja karyawan pada masa Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Dalam proses pengumpulan data penelitian kualitatif, peneliti menggunakan metode trianggulasi data dan analisa data induktif. Peneliti menggunakan tujuh narasumber, yaitu: manajemen general affair, manajemen workshop, tiga karyawan workshop, dan dua karyawan technical publication pada badan usaha milik negara wilayah Juanda Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian membuktikan, bahwa kerja dari rumah (work from home) memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada masa Covid-19. Karyawan merasakan tidak ada kebebasan seperti kerja dari kantor dan kurangnya efektivitas penerapan kerja dari rumah. Karyawan menggantungkan hasil kerja pada mesin perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan mengalami hambatan. Karyawan tidak bisa menyelesaikan pekerjaan secara cepat. Kata kunci: kerja dari rumah, kinerja, Covid-19.

This study aimed to to ascertain the impact of Islamic Performance Index and Operating Efficiency... more This study aimed to to ascertain the impact of Islamic Performance Index and Operating Efficiency Ratio on the financial performance of Islamic banking for 2016-2020 period. Purposive sampling was used as the empirical methodology. Data analysis was done by using Eviews 12 software and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The findings indicated that while the Islamic income ratio did not have impact on profitability, the profit sharing ratio and operating efficiency ratio had a significant detrimental impact on it. The findings also showed that intellectual capital can influence profitability by reducing the impact of operating efficiency ratio and profit sharing ratio, but it cannot affect profitability by reducing the impact of Islamic income ratio.

This research uses mixed methods, with a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to be able to provide results and descriptions related to the influence of labor regulations on workforce creation. This study underscores three important things. First, the understanding of business actors towards labor regulations is still low, and some do not yet know it. Second, the limited capacity of business actors (funds, time, and experts) to conduct intensive and unique training in obtaining skilled workers. Jenis pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan mix method dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara terstruktur kepada 32 responden terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pembatasan sosial mempengaruhi eksistensi pedagang kecil di pasar tradisional, dimana pendapatan para pedagang menurun drastis karena perubahan perilaku masyarakat yang bersikap selektif dalam memilih produk.
