In Nagaland, government schemes aimed at strengthening SHGs play a crucial role in promoting financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, and community development. This study evaluates the effectiveness of various government schemes supporting SHGs in Nagaland, assessing their impact on economic sustainability, capacity building, and poverty alleviation. Additionally, it identifies key challenges such as inadequate funding, bureaucratic delays, lack of financial literacy, and limited market access that hinder the optimal functioning of SHGs. The findings highlight the need for policy enhancements, better implementation strategies, and increased community participation to improve the overall efficiency of SHG programs. Addressing these challenges will help maximize the potential of SHGs in fostering inclusive growth and sustainable development in Nagaland.

In response, the Government of India has launched various schemes aimed at promoting agricultural development and enhancing farmer welfare. This study evaluates the impact and effectiveness of key central government schemes, such as the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY), Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN), and the National Mission for Sustainable Agriculture (NMSA). By analyzing their design, implementation, and outcomes, this paper explores the extent to which these schemes have contributed to improving agricultural productivity, income security, and climate resilience. The Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana has provided critical financial support to farmers during crop failures caused by natural calamities, though challenges such as delays in claim settlements remain. Similarly, PM-KISAN's direct income support to small and marginal farmers has helped reduce financial distress, but concerns about its long-term viability continue. The National Mission for Sustainable Agriculture has encouraged resource-efficient and climate-resilient farming methods, yet uneven adoption across regions highlights the need for more localized implementation. The findings point to both achievements and areas for improvement, offering recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and reach of these important initiatives.

In Nagaland, where a sizable section of the populace lives in isolated and hilly regions, PMAY-G is essential to advancing sustainable rural development. This paper explores the impact of PMAY-G on rural housing, socio-economic progress, and environmental sustainability in Nagaland. The study examines how modern housing infrastructure under the scheme enhances living standards, improves sanitation, and boosts local employment by engaging rural labor and artisans. It also highlights challenges such as land tenure complexities, difficult terrain, funding constraints, and implementation bottlenecks. Furthermore, the paper discusses the integration of traditional Naga architectural practices with eco-friendly and disaster-resilient construction methods to ensure long-term sustainability. The findings suggest that while PMAY-G has contributed significantly to housing security and rural welfare, more localized policy adaptations, efficient fund disbursement, and community participation are required for enhanced effectiveness. The study concludes that a holistic approach combining government initiatives, local governance, and sustainable building practices can maximize the program’s impact on rural development in Nagaland.

AI research is being increasingly embraced by Indian colleges, providing opportunities to tackle domestic and international issues in fields like education, healthcare, and agriculture. This study examines the state of AI research in Indian institutions, emphasising the prospects offered by industrial collaborations, government programs, and a growing emphasis on multidisciplinary research. Significant obstacles still exist, nevertheless, such as a lack of money, gaps in the infrastructure, a lack of skilled workers, and moral dilemmas. The report highlights that to overcome these obstacles and maintain India's competitive advantage in the global AI ecosystem, academics, businesses, and policymakers must work together strategically. By tackling these issues, Indian academic institutions can establish themselves as important players in the creation of moral, inclusive, and significant AI technology.

This study examines the contribution of cooperatives across various sectors, including agriculture, handloom, handicrafts, and rural finance, in enhancing livelihoods and strengthening local economies. It explores the challenges faced by cooperatives, such as inadequate financial resources, lack of infrastructure, and policy limitations, while also identifying potential strategies for their growth and sustainability. The study highlights how cooperative societies contribute to inclusive development by empowering rural communities, encouraging collective decisionmaking, and ensuring the efficient utilization of resources. Through an analysis of existing cooperative models and their impact, the research provides recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the cooperative sector in achieving long-term sustainable development in Nagaland.

Social entrepreneurship has great potential to promote equitable growth and sustainable development because of its combined emphasis on social impact and economic feasibility. The purpose of this study is to investigate how social entrepreneurship affects Nagaland's economic growth, how social entrepreneurs deal with obstacles, and how their projects contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). With the use of secondary data and a descriptive research style, this study seeks to give a thorough grasp of the ways in which social enterprises function, the issues they face, and the methods they use to get beyond these barriers. To collect and analyze pertinent data, the study makes use of qualitative approaches, such as case studies and literature. It is anticipated that the results will provide insightful information to stakeholders, practitioners, and policymakers in the social entrepreneurship ecosystem, emphasizing the potential of social enterprises to spur sustainable development in Nagaland.

This study explores the program’s impact on rural connectivity and its broader implications for economic development across different Indian states. By conducting a state-wise analysis, the research assesses how rural road infrastructure has improved access to markets, boosted agricultural productivity, enhanced healthcare and educational access, and generated employment opportunities in rural areas. The study relies on secondary data, including government statistics, survey findings, and case studies, to evaluate the socioeconomic benefits of improved connectivity. Results indicate that states with higher implementation efficiency under PMGSY have experienced notable gains in rural livelihoods, market integration, and economic growth. However, persistent challenges such as inadequate road maintenance, difficult terrain, and funding constraints continue to hinder uniform progress. The study concludes with policy recommendations aimed at strengthening the sustainability of rural road networks and maximizing their long-term economic and social impact.

This research explores the impact of Naga cultural heritage on the development of creative industries, focusing on arts, crafts, fashion, and design. The study examines how traditional Naga art forms, rituals, folklore, and craftsmanship are integrated into contemporary creative ventures, fostering entrepreneurial opportunities in the region. Additionally, it investigates the challenges and opportunities faced by creative entrepreneurs in preserving and modernizing cultural expressions while ensuring economic sustainability. The paper further highlights the role of cultural tourism and local festivals in promoting these creative industries, and the potential of cultural heritage to attract investment and create jobs. Findings suggest that while cultural preservation is key to the identity of Nagaland, a strategic balance between tradition and innovation is necessary to ensure the long-term growth of the creative sector.

In Nagaland, where small businesses and informal entrepreneurship drive a significant portion of the economy, PMJDY has played a crucial role in improving financial accessibility. This study examines PMJDY's impact on small businesses and entrepreneurs, focusing on credit accessibility, financial literacy, digital banking adoption, and economic growth. By facilitating bank account penetration, microcredit access, and direct benefit transfers (DBT), the scheme has empowered local businesses. The linkage of PMJDY accounts with overdraft facilities, microfinance schemes, and digital banking platforms has further enhanced financial inclusion. However, challenges persist, including limited banking infrastructure, low digital literacy, and reliance on informal credit sources. Many entrepreneurs in remote areas still struggle to access institutional loans due to financial awareness gaps and administrative hurdles.The study highlights the need for stronger financial education programs, improved banking outreach, and policy interventions to bridge these gaps. By analyzing government reports and financial data, this research aims to assess PMJDY's effectiveness in fostering entrepreneurship and provide policy recommendations for strengthening financial inclusion in Nagaland.

The Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (PMGDISHA) was launched to bridge the digital divide by providing basic digital literacy training to rural citizens across India, including Nagaland. This study evaluates the impact of PMGDISHA on digital literacy and rural entrepreneurship in Nagaland, focusing on how the scheme has contributed to socio-economic development and employment generation. The research explores the effectiveness of PMGDISHA in equipping beneficiaries with fundamental digital skills, such as online transactions, accessing government services, and digital communication. Additionally, it assesses how digital literacy has facilitated entrepreneurial activities, enabling rural entrepreneurs to expand their businesses, access markets, and leverage digital tools for financial inclusion. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, incorporating quantitative data from PMGDISHA training records and qualitative insights from beneficiary interviews across different districts in Nagaland.
Findings indicate that PMGDISHA has significantly enhanced digital awareness and usage among rural populations, leading to increased participation in e-governance and financial activities. However, challenges such as inadequate internet connectivity, lack of advanced training, and limited awareness about digital opportunities persist. The study underscores the need for complementary initiatives, such as continuous skill enhancement programs and infrastructure development, to maximize the benefits of digital literacy for sustainable rural entrepreneurship.
By analyzing the role of PMGDISHA in fostering digital inclusion and economic growth in Nagaland, this research contributes to policy discussions on rural development and digital transformation. Strengthening digital literacy initiatives can play a pivotal role in shaping a self-reliant and digitally empowered rural economy, aligning with India’s vision for inclusive growth and digital empowerment by 2047.

This comprehensive review analyzes the various government schemes implemented to empower women across different sectors, evaluating their impact, challenges, and effectiveness. Key programs such as Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP), Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY), and the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) are explored in detail to assess their role in addressing gender inequality and promoting women's economic independence. The review also examines health and welfare initiatives like Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) and social security measures such as the Swadhar Greh Scheme. The findings indicate that while these schemes have made significant strides in improving women's lives, challenges such as accessibility, awareness, and cultural barriers persist. Recommendations are provided to enhance the implementation and effectiveness of these initiatives, emphasizing the need for continuous evaluation, community participation, and stronger policy frameworks to ensure sustainable progress in women's empowerment in India.

This study provides a comprehensive evaluation of central and state government schemes implemente... more This study provides a comprehensive evaluation of central and state government schemes implemented in Nagaland, India, with a focus on their socio-economic impact, implementation challenges, and effectiveness at the community level. Government programs in sectors such as healthcare, education, rural development, agriculture, and infrastructure have aimed to address the distinct developmental needs of Nagaland’s diverse population (Government of Nagaland, 2022). Using a mixed-methods approach, this research assesses the reach and efficacy of these schemes by analyzing policy documents, conducting surveys with beneficiaries, and interviewing local administrators. The findings reveal both successes and gaps in the delivery and public awareness of these schemes, highlighting the need for improved resource allocation, infrastructure, and community engagement to ensure these programs meet their objectives (Kumar, 2020; Sharma, 2021). This study concludes with policy recommendations aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of government interventions in Nagaland’s unique socio-cultural and geographic context.

This study seeks to evaluate the efficacy of diverse digital marketing tactics utilized by insurance firms in India, emphasizing new trends, existing problems, and possible development prospects. A comprehensive literature review was conducted, examining studies related to digital marketing practices, consumer behavior, and the unique characteristics of the Indian insurance market. The results indicate that digital marketing has improved customer engagement and brand exposure, with social media marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) recognized as the most effective tactics. However, challenges such as regulatory compliance, trust issues, and the digital divide among consumers hinder the full potential of these strategies. The study concludes with recommendations for insurance companies to adopt data-driven marketing approaches, improve digital literacy among customers, and focus on personalized marketing to optimize their strategies. This paper serves as a foundational resource for understanding the dynamics of digital marketing in the Indian insurance sector.

It also explores the impact of various government policy efforts aimed at reducing unemployment. Because of not only direct economic costs but also social issues such as poverty, acid attacks, violence against women in the workplace, drugs, labour force, inadequate education planning, inappropriate education system, neoliberal economic policy, and various causes of poverty, the government is rightly concerned about creating jobs for youth and rising levels of youth unemployment. This study also proposes some solutions to these pressing unemployment issues. The current unemployment rate is 7.11 percent in 2020, according to an ILO and UN report. The study also offers and policy advocates several strategies for overcoming India&#39;s current unemployment issue.

This study explores the interplay between financial markets and sustainable practices in industries, emphasizing the need for financial instruments that support environmental sustainability. Key challenges include limited access to green finance, inadequate regulatory frameworks, and a lack of awareness among businesses regarding sustainability practices. Moreover, the current financial institutions frequently emphasize immediate profits rather than long-term sustainability objectives. However, opportunities for enhancing sustainable industrial development exist through the promotion of green bonds, impact investing, and public-private partnerships. By analyzing case studies and relevant literature, this research highlights successful initiatives that have leveraged financial markets to foster sustainability in industrial practices. The findings suggest that aligning financial incentives with sustainable development goals can significantly contribute to the growth of green industries in India. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers and financial institutions aiming to promote a more sustainable industrial landscape.

This paper analyzes the impact of PMMY on financial inclusion, entrepreneurial advancement, and economic growth across several areas of India. A mixed-methods approach was employed to analyze data from government reports and economic surveys to evaluate the level of financial accessibility offered by PMMY, particularly for marginalized and underserved groups. Research demonstrates that PMMY has markedly improved financial inclusion, resulting in a considerable rise in the number of small enterprises obtaining formal credit. The initiative has facilitated employment development and income generation in rural and semi-urban regions, therefore promoting economic progress. Nonetheless, obstacles include repayment rates, inadequate financial literacy, and geographical discrepancies in loan distribution continue to affect the scheme's overall efficacy. This study closes with solutions for tackling these problems and augmenting PMMY's role in fostering sustainable economic growth in India.
