Medical imaging has become one of the most used diagnostic tools in the medical profession in the last three decades. Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) technologies have become widely adopted because of their ability to capture the human body in a non-invasive manner. A volumetric dataset is a series of orthogonal 2D slices captured at a regular interval, typically along the axis of the body from the head to the feet. Volume rendering is a computer graphics technique that allows volumetric data to be visualized and manipulated as a single 3D object. This paper introduces a system designed to convert 2D slices from Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and
Computed Tomography(CT) scans into 3D images, facilitating mobile device-based diagnosis by medical professionals.
Utilizing machine learning techniques tailored to specific image categories, the system processes Digital Imaging and
Communications in Medicine(DICOM) images for disease detection. AWS cloud infrastructure, including S3 bucket,
Relational Database Service(RDS), and DynamoDB, manages DICOM storage. The system delivers a final processed
image displaying predicted diseases directly to the mobile screen. This innovative approach enhances medical imaging
accessibility and diagnostic accuracy, offering a streamlined solution for healthcare professionals.

Techniques for disease detection focus on identifying abnormalities, lesions, or pathological transformations, while strategies for volumetric reduction address minimizing affected tissues or organs. The integration of these approaches facilitates timely interventions and aids in evaluating treatment efficacy with precision. Despite significant advancements, challenges persist, including enhancing detection sensitivity, improving volumetric accuracy, and effectively integrating multi-modal imaging datasets. This discussion emphasizes current innovations, barriers to progress, and future directions, advocating for solutions that advance personalized healthcare. Furthermore, the role of mobile applications for efficient processing and analysis, combined with the scalability of cloud storage solutions, underscores the importance of leveraging technology to address contemporary medical imaging demands.

An encryption method is presented with the novel property that publicly revealing an encryption key does not thereby reveal the corresponding decryption key. This has two important consequences: (1) Couriers or other secure means are not needed to transmit keys, since a message can be enciphered using an encryption key publicly revealed by the intended recipient. Only he can decipher the message, since only he knows the corresponding decryption key.

Four new alkaloids, viz; 1,2,3,9-tetrahydro-pyrrolo [2,1-b] quinazolin-3-ylamine, 5′-hydroxymethyl-1′-(1,2,3,9-tetrahydropyrrolo [2,1-b] quinazolin-1-yl)-heptan-1-one, 2-(1′-amino-butyl) indol-3-one and 2′-(3H-indol-3-ylmethyl)-butan-1′-ol have been isolated from methanol extract of the aerial parts of Sida cordifolia L and characterized using 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, COSY, HMBC and mass spectra.

Limiting spectral distribution (LSD) of scaled eigenvalues of circulant, symmetric circulant and a class of k-circulant matrices are known when the input sequence is independent and identically distributed with finite moments of suitable order. We derive the limiting spectral distribution of these matrices when the input sequence is a stationary, two sided moving average process of infinite order. The limits are suitable mixtures of normal, symmetric square root of the chisquare, and other mixture distributions, with the spectral density of the process being involved in the mixtures.

The radon concentration levels in soil samples from 39 locations of Northern Punjab are measured using AlphaGUARD (PQ 2000 PRO Model) of Genitron instruments, Germany. The radon concentration in soil varies from 0.3 to 35.8 kBq/l. The minimum value of radon is observed in Talwandi Choudhrian and is maximum for Nushera Dhala. The soil gas radon is correlated with soil temperature, pressure, and humidity to observe the effect of these parameters on radon release. The soil gas radon values in the study area are compared with that obtained in groundwater. The results are also compared with the available radon data for other parts of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.

Delhi, when the name pops up, often one can easily locate images of India-gate, jamamasjid, lotus temples, tombs, monuments and so more. Its has been registered as destination image from very starting and though of knowing so much importance of the place often we find ourselves not paying any visit to them in name of our historical pasts, may one call it as we shrug it off but actually what we lack is failure to create a desire to visit them, due to lack of anything to do there.
The article is based on what could be done to initiate the fact of keeping them alive in our minds.

In recent years, Destination Management become a mainstream factor in identifying successful development of a responsible and sustainable tourism management and its perspectives for better position in highly competitive tourism industry, they are not only representing a specific destination but are also striving to community development that bring long-term benefits such as attracting more visitors, increasing the economic gains, facilitating future marketing and product development decisions, and mainly contributing to sustainable development through improving product and service quality and managing different components of tourism over the destinations. This paper discusses the roles of destination management in responsible and sustainable tourism management and their structure in relation to regional development. The destination mix elements and networking among various stakeholders being presented. It is rapidly establishing itself as a tool for sustainable development and is working hard to strengthen the links between all tourism stakeholders directly or indirectly connected to the destination management.

Background: The emerging concept of the intelligent tourist destination interlinking with smart cities focuses on the advanced technological implementation in the urban development. The tourism sector in smart cities offer new strategies, opportunities and challenges and thus incorporates smartness to the intelligent destinations. This connects physical world to the digital world altogether and referred as Smart Tourism Destinations. It is observed that the performance of smart tourist destination varies as per geographical areas and thus their evaluation varies while keeping some common basic parameters. Aim: The paper aims to evaluate tourist destination Pushkar on the parameters of smart tourist destination which are Technology, Human Dimension, Infrastructure and Sustainability and proposes a tabular guideline for examining the challenges faced by the destination.
