This research finds a theory which is very likely related to local wisdom during the post-disaster emergency period. The concept of control of space of post-earthquake market is the realization of the community's vigilance arising due to the earthquake and was influenced by the culture of the society who has been there and continues to grow to the present. Deep exploration will reveal the rationale of the society's strategy in arising vigilance in emergency period. The concepts which were found then were further explored with transcendental depth and managed to find the paseduluran as the basis of the control of the post-quake market space. The value of paseduluran underlying the consensus of control of space of post-earthquake market includes consensus on spatial distance, space boundary, and order of space, and space control, which is proved to accelerate the recovery of the community to normal life.

Imogiri area is an area that has an important role in the history of the city of Yogyakarta. Imogiri is a Saujana Heritage Area because it has the potential of nature heritage and cultural heritage. Through several studies entering into strategic areas to get priority in the development, especially the development of heritage tourism. The purpose of this study is to find tourist destinations in Imogiri the most popular and the motivation of tourist visits. The study used qualitative methods with data collection through online surveys in the form of questionnaires. From the results of the analysis found that the most popular destination by visitors is a natural tourist attractions, while the main motivation of the visit is the desire of tourists to perform recreational activities. The results of this study can be useful in determining the priority and space program required in the development of heritage tourism in Imogiri Area. ABSTRAK Kawasan Imogiri adalah sebuah kawasan yang memiliki peran penting dalam perjalanan sejarah Kota Yogyakarta. Imogiri merupakan Kawasan Pusaka Saujana karena memiliki potensi pusaka alam dan pusaka budaya. Melalui beberapa kajian masuk dalam kawasan strategis sehingga mendapat prioritas dalam pengembangannya, khususnya pengembangan pariwisata pusaka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menemukan destinasi wisata di Imogiri yang paling banyak diminati serta motivasi kunjungan wisatawan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei online dalam bentuk kuesioner. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa destinasi yang paling diminati oleh pengunjung adalah tempat wisata alam, sedangkan motivasi kunjungan yang utama adalah keinginan wisatawan untuk melakukan kegiatan rekreasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini bermanfaat dalam menentukan prioritas serta merumuskan program ruang yang diperlukan dalam pengembangan pariwisata pusaka di Kawasan Imogiri.

Abstraksi: Ekowisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang berkembang cepat, dengan estimasi pertumbuhan 10-15% dari salah satu industri terbesar di dunia, pariwisata. ekowisata merupakan sektor yang melibatkan budaya dan lingkungan serta memberikan manfaat secara langsung kepada masyarakat. Dengan tren yang berkembang belakangan ini yang menitikberatkan pada pendidikan dan konservasi, Hutan Mangrove Wanatirta memiliki potensi wisata yang menjanjikan dalam menangkap tren tersebut. Penelitian ini akan mengunakan metode deskritif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis importance-performance matrix yang akan menghasikan penilaian terhadap elemen parameter ekowisata. Penelitian performa ini dilakukan untuk menilai sejauh mana kawasan ini melakukan pengembangan berbasis ekowisata sehingga akan diketahui permasalahan yang dihadapi dan melihat bagaimana aspek yang menjadikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat konsep ekowisata Ekowisata sebagai suatu produk pariwisata merupakan sebuah daya tarik pariwisata yang mengutamakan konservasi alam, ekonomi, sosial, budaya yang mensinergikan dengan aktivitas pariwisata. Keduanya melebur menjadi kesatuan yang menguatkan edukasi ekologi. Pertimbangan-pertimbangan ekologi, ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya yang tepat, cermat dan rasional itulah yang menjadi fokus utama untuk mendapatkan indikator perkembangan kawasan ekowisata. Menurut Panos (1997) dalam Scheyvens (1999) ekowisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang berkembang cepat, dengan estimasi pertumbuhan 10-15% dari salah satu industri terbesar di dunia, pariwisata. Dijelaskan oleh Ceballos-Lascurain (1996) dalam Scheyvens (1999) bahwa ekowisata adalah: environmentally responsible, enlightening travel and visitation to relatively undisturbed natural areas in order to enjoy and appreciate nature (and any accompanying cultural features both past and present) that promotes conservation, has low visitor impact, and provides for benecially active socioeconomic involvement of local populations dari definisi di atas dijelaskan bahwa ekowisata merupakan sektor yang melibatkan budaya dan lingkungan serta memberikan manfaat secara langsung kepada masyarakat. Pengembangan pariwisata yang berwawasan lingkungan akan memberikan jaminan terhadap kelestarian dan keindahan lingkungan, terutama yang berkaitan dengan jenis biota dan ekosistem utama termasuk mangrove. Ekosistem mangrove adalah hutan yang tumbuh di atas rawa-rawa berair payau yang terletak pada garis pantai dan dipengaruhi oleh pasang-surut air laut. Ekosistem mangrove memiliki keindahan tersendiri karena mangrove juga menjadi tempat hidup, mencari makan serta memijah ikan dan berbagai macam binatang lainnya. Ekowisata mangrove merupakan objek wisata yang berwawasan lingkungan dimana wisata tersebut mengutamakan aspek keindahan yang alami dari hutan mangrove serta fauna yang hidup disekitarnya tanpa harus merusak ekosistem tersebut untuk membuatnya lebih menarik wisatawan, hal ini disebabkan bahwa hutan mangrove mempunyai ciri khas yang khusus dan banyak fauna dan flora yang hidup di sekitarnya. The community-based tourism concept needs to be understood deeply. We need to know and predict the opportunities and challenges that exist and will occur in the future in developing the community and tourism as a mutualism. This research analyzed the theories to describe it and derive conclusions for the basic concepts of community-based tourism as well as further explore the cases of applying these concepts to gain opportunities and challenges from community-based tourism Research methodology: This study is a conceptual article using the literature review method Results: This study elaborates the concepts, opportunities and challenges of the community-based tourism paradigm. Limitations: This study is a secondary data-based analysis (literature review) on the concept of community-based tourism in the social and cultural context of the community, as well as the opportunities and challenges of its application to tourism development Contribution: This study provides an in-depth and comprehensive view of community-based tourism to assist in exploring approaches and theories in community-based tourism research and planning and policymaking in the tourism sector, especially in the local community aspect.

The human needs for livelihood have become important part as an effort to maintain its survival. Therefore, one of the job opportunities that can be done is to work in the informal sector. The informal sector also appears in public spaces, the example is at low-cost apartment building (rusunawa), such as food stalls and grocery stores in corridors, playgrounds or parking areas of rusunawa. This study looks at the
development of the function of the rusunawa as a residence into an informal economic space in the Rusunawa in the City of Surabaya. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, by connecting the correlation between the public space and the informal economy space (logic model analysis and cross-case synthesis). So that it can provide knowledge about the planning and development of rusunawa in the future, as policy guidelines regarding the planning and development of rusunawa.
