Also, increasing the complexity of current economic and social life, dynamism the external enviro... more Also, increasing the complexity of current economic and social life, dynamism the external environment in which the economic agents act, the increase of market requirements, impose the participants in the market activity new, efficient mechanisms of involvement in the mechanisms market, being forced to radically restructure their market strategies and perhaps even the object of activity.
A new market vision, adequate responsiveness to the signals is needed to the requirements of the external environment, a continuous investigation of the market, but especially on increasing ability to adapt to these changes as well as market influence and on as far as possible, to target it.
Research methodology. In present bachelor thesis were used logical, comparative, statistical, induction and deduction analysis, graphical, qualitative and quantitative method, descriptive and analytical methods to obtain present results. The scientific publications on the topic served as information support for the investigation, including the official documents (laws, strategies, programs), the database of the National Bureau of Statistics, the Statistical Office of the European Union – Eurostat, as well as other sources related to research topics. The methodology of scientific research means all the methods used in the scientific research and technological development, more directly said, the science of conducting research. Under the aspect etymologically, the term "methodology" results from the association of two Greek words: methods (road, path) and logos (science). Practically, through research methodology, we understand the existence of a discipline, of rules, in which the ways to achieve scientific knowledge are established and developed. The fundamental purpose of the scientific research methodology is to help us understand in terms common knowledge, the process of knowledge, given the fact that a research done without rigor methodological is often doomed to failure. Methodology of operationalized scientific research appropriately involves defining the field (subject) studied, establishing and applying some principles and rules for conducting investigations, specifying working tools for collecting, generating and data interpretation, approaches to analytical treatment, and so on.

rοadmap/tοοlbοx fοr aspiring entrepreneurs tο enlist and retain the help οf οthers, withοut the use
οf financial cοmpensatiοn οr fοrmal authοrity. Cοnsidering that many ideas never make it
beyοnd this early stage because οf inadequate suppοrt, this set οf tοοls/techniques might be
particularly useful fοr entrepreneurial leaders tο bring their startups intο the seeding stage οr
even beyοnd it
