La solucion se compone de dos modulos: el sistema basado en conocimiento, que codifica la experiencia, forma de trabajo y mejores practicas de los gestores, y el sistema inteligente que explota este conocimiento aplicando tecnicas de analisis de datos.

Objetivo: Evaluar la relación entre cada disfunción sexual masculina, el malestar psicológico y l... more Objetivo: Evaluar la relación entre cada disfunción sexual masculina, el malestar psicológico y los problemas conyugales. Método: Estudio de campo, retrospectivo, transversal, comparativo, de una muestra dividida en dos, procedimiento de selección por cuota de los cónyuges de las pacientes del INPERIER. La muestra fue de 200 participantes: cien hombres sin y cien hombres con disfunciones sexuales. Se utilizaron el Cuestionario de sexualidad versión hombres y el Cuestionario general de salud. Resultados y conclusiones: Hombres con deseo sexual hipoactivo y eyaculación precoz presentan un mayor malestar psicológico. Los problemas conyugales se relacionan con las disfunciones masculinas, observando la mayor relación en el trastorno del orgasmo y deseo sexual hipoactivo, lo cual es un indicador de riesgo de malestar psicológico.

This paper sought to find the statistical relationship between Twitter messages and the evolution... more This paper sought to find the statistical relationship between Twitter messages and the evolution of the Spanish stocks mentioned in Tweets. We analyzed information from Twitter to evaluate stock sentiment using Stockbuzz - the first tool to gather information from the social network in Spanish. Stockbuzz has been developed by Spanish bank BBVA and shows the investors’ mood for the IBEX 35 Spanish index. We use the application on investment decision making and calculate the average return depending on positive or negative Investors’ Mood. We conclude that twitter is a valid tool to generate investment alerts.

El análisis que aquí se propone interpreta dichas representaciones en relación con la obra de Émile Durkheim y Claude Henri de Saint-Simon, por ser dos de los principales autores que más han contribuido a forjar el ideario de las sociedades del trabajo, como un intento de actualización de la estructura simbólica de estas sociedades, con el fin de que continúe manteniendo toda su carga integradora y legitimadora en relación con las nuevas realidades productivas y laborales.

The answer selection was also affected, with more difficulty to chose the correct response when interference was used. Conclusions: Until the present time neither the studies of deep stimulation of the STN, neither the scarce studies of subthalamic lesion, have been able to define with accuracy the effects of the manipulation of the nucleus on functional cognitive-motorboats and almost anything is known on the list of the STN in the cancellation of the movement. Significance: The participation of STN was demonstrated on both inhibitory and answer selection. carried on three different devices: MEDICID4, a digital electroencephalographer (EEG) devoted to ... more carried on three different devices: MEDICID4, a digital electroencephalographer (EEG) devoted to conventional and high resolution EEG and polysomnography (PSG) recording; NEURONICA4, a multi-purpose device designed for Evoked Potentials (EP) and Electromyography (EMG) recordings and AUDIX4, a multiple auditory steady-state response (ASSR) system. A common control unit devoted to bio-signal processing was developed. Specific bioelectric amplifiers were also developed as well as electrical, auditory and visual stimulators. All electronic plates were built using surface mount devices (SMD). We developed a biosignal processing platform (control unit), common to all systems that connects through USB to the recording and analysis unit. Other a developed components included two new sets of purpose specific bioelectric amplifiers: a first set with 36 channels (24 monopolar, 12 bipolar), designed for EEG and other biosignals including EKG, EMG, nasal airflow (for PSG) and a second set with four bipolar channels for EP and EMG recordings. Modality specific stimulators were also designed.

Introduction Early screening for hearing loss is currently recognized as an international healthc... more Introduction Early screening for hearing loss is currently recognized as an international healthcare standard. In Cuba, such a program was initiated in the capital, Havana, in 1983 and scaled up to national coverage in 1991. Objective Review the development of Cuba's national hearing screening program over the last 25 years (organizational structure, efficiency, coverage and impact on health), and the science and technology developed to sustain it. The program was organized in two steps: Step 1-clinical selection of children at different stages of development with multiple high-risk registers; Step 2-referral to territorial, hospitalbased centers for auditory brainstem evoked response (ABR) testing, diagnostic evaluation, and intervention. Prior to national scaling-up, the efficiency of this multiple targeted screening (MTS) protocol was evaluated in Havana. Technology and equipment were then developed, and personnel were trained to set up the national screening network. In 1996, the multiple auditory steady-state evoked response (MSSR) technique for objective audiogram estimation was introduced using AUDIX equipment, designed and produced in Cuba for this program. A semi-automated version for neonatal screening has been developed more recently. Several studies have been conducted to evaluate the program's efficiency, coverage, yield, and impact on health. During the first stage of implementation in Havana, the MTS protocol correctly identified 72.5% of children with congenital and preverbal hearing loss. Subsequent studies of different aspects of the program have shown that: 1) the mean age of hearing loss detection/intervention in one municipality was reduced from 4 years to 10 months; 2) hearing-impaired children who were screened showed improved language and cognitive development compared to those who were not screened; 3) the MSSR technique predicted type and severity of hearing loss more accurately than physiological techniques used previously and was also shown to be an effective screening method (92% to 96% sensitivity, 100% specificity); and 4) program coverage (25-86%), though reasonably high in some regions, is not complete and needs improvement, particularly in the country's remote and rural areas. The MTS protocol can be considered a valid option for increasing the yield and effectiveness of a hearing screening program operating with limited resources. The MSSR technique provides valuable data for the diagnosis and treatment of children detected through a screening program and, with improvements, may also be useful as a screening method.

Este artículo tiene el propósito de estudiar las iniciativas que en materia de calidad y dimensió... more Este artículo tiene el propósito de estudiar las iniciativas que en materia de calidad y dimensión ético-competitiva, son asumidas por la pequeña y mediana empresa metalmecánica zuliana, y explorar además sus posibilidades de mejora y propuestas para estimular el crecimiento. Se aplicó una entrevista estructurada a 23 gerentes de empresas pequeñas y 13 de empresas medianas, ubicadas en el estado Zulia, utilizando muestreo estratificado con afijación proporcional. Los resultados de investigación muestran que las empresas no presentan una instalación formal del modelo de calidad de gestión, sólo elementos relacionados con la confiabilidad y apego a especificaciones, elementos del sistema que son generados por factores externos a la organización, representados ante todo por las exigencias formales asumidas por la actividad petrolera, su principal cliente. Here we investigated the alternative possibility, namely that the oviducts can recognise X- and Y- spermatozoa, and may thus be able to bias the offspring sex ratio. By introducing X- or Y-sperm populations into the two separate oviducts of single female pigs using bilateral laparoscopic insemination we found that the spermatozoa did indeed elicit sex-specific transcriptomic responses. Microarray analysis revealed that 501 were consistently altered (P-value < 0.05) in the oviduct in the presence of Y-chromosome-bearing spermatozoa compared to the presence of X-chromosome-bearing spermatozoa. From these 501 transcripts, 271 transcripts (54.1%) were down-regulated and 230 transcripts (45.9%) were up-regulated when the Y- chromosome-bearing spermatozoa was present in the oviduct. The DES thromboses in randomized trials could not be comparable to those observed in clinical practice, frequently including off-label indications. We designed a large-scale, nonindustry-linked multicentered registry, with 20 centers in Spain. The participant centers provided follow-up data for their patients treated with DES, reporting a detailed standardized form in the event of any angiography-documented DES-associated thrombosis occurring. Of 23,500 patients treated with DES, definite stent thrombosis(ST) developed in 301: 24 acute, 125 subacute, and 152 late.
