Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence or how big the influence of interest in learning, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation partially or simultaneously on student achievement in class XI Accounting SMK PGRI Enrekang. The sample of this study was all students of class XI Accounting SMK PGRI Enrekang with a total of 35 students taken by total sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an instrument test consisting of validity and reliability testing, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test, as well as hypothesis testing consisting of multiple linear regression, t test, test F, coefficient of partial determination and coefficient of multiple determination by using spss version 25 for windows. The results of this study concluded that interest in learning, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation partially affect the learning achievement of students in class XI Accounting at SMK PGRI Enrekang. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test showed that interest in learning, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation together had a significant influence on student achievement in class XI Accounting at SMK PGRI Enrekang. the most dominant variable is extrinsic motivation. The results of this study have implications that interest in learning, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation are things that need to be considered to improve student achievement in class XI Accounting at SMK PGRI Enrekang.

Abstract

Abtract: This study aimed: (1) to describe the use of Regular School Operational Costs (BOS) funds in Junior High School (SMP) level, and (2) to describe the effect of the use of Regular BOS funds for the quality of learning expenditure on the learning outcomes of SMP level students. This research was an associative-causal research which explained the use of Regular BOS for quality of learning expenditure and its effect on student learning outcomes. The research population was all SMP in Maros Regency, while the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done by documentation technique. Data analysis for hypothesis testing was carried out with simple linear regression analysis and t-test. The results showed: 1) The use of Regular BOS funds in SMP level was focused on the quality of learning expenditure; 2) The use of Regular BOS funds for quality of learning expenditure had an effect on student learning outcomes of SMP level students in Maros Regency. Keyword: the use of Regular BOS, learning outcomes

Abstract

 Abstrak: Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah: (1) mitra kurang mengkaji permasalahan pembelajaran di kelas, (2) mitra belum terbiasa menyusun strategi mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran di kelas dalam bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, tanya jawab, simulasi, dan praktik. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) mitra dapat mengkaji permasalah pembelajaran di kelas, (2) mitra dapat menyusun strategi mengatasi masalah pembelajaran di kelas dalam bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Kata kunci: permasalahan pembelajaran di kelas, PTK.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is a cooperative organizer in Panakkukang Makassar District.The problem is: (1) the management does not yet fully understand the process of good cooperative management, (2) there is nounderstanding of management about good management of cooperative capital, (3) the management does not yet understand howto obtain and use funds owned effectively and efficiently, (4) management has not yet understood the methods of analyzing goodfinancial statements in the practice of managing capital for cooperatives. The external goal is to become more effective andefficient in the cooperative management process so that it can improve cooperative performance institutionally. The method usedis: lecture, discussion, and question and answer. The results achieved are cooperative management (1) understanding thecooperative management process that is good, (2) understanding good cooperative capital management, (3) understanding abouthow to obtain and use funds owned effectively and efficiently, (4) understand the method of report analysis good finance incooperative capital management practices.

Abstract

This research aims to review the direct and indirect effect of entrepreneurship education in family towards attitudes of entrepreneurship and to explain the direct and indirect effect of entrepreneurship education in family and also attitudes of entrepreneurship toward entrepreneurship motivation for the young generation on small scale family businesses in Makassar city. This research is explanatory research. There are 1.267 small scale family businesses as the population, while only 130 small scale family businesses as the sample in this research, in considerate the businesses have been running for at least 2 generations. The result of this research showed that entrepreneurship education has significant effect toward attitudes of entrepreneurship and attitudes of entrepreneurship has significant effect toward entrepreneurship motivation. Based on path analysis, the result showed entrepreneurship education has significant effect toward entrepreneurship motivation through mediating of attitudes of entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah pengurus koperasi sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep. Masalahnya adalah: (1) pengurus belum terlalu memahami tentang proses manajemen koperasi sekolah, (2) belum terdapatnya pemahaman pengurus tentang pengelolaan permodalan koperasi sekolah yang baik, (3) pengurus belum memahami tentang cara memperoleh dan menggunakan dana yang dimiliki secara efektif dan efisien, (4) pengurus belum memahami praktek pengelolaan permodalan koperasi sekolah berbasis kebutuhan siswa. Sasaran eksternal adalah semakin efektif dan efisiennya proses manajemen koperasi sekolah sehingga mampu meningkatkan kinerja koperasi sekolah secara kelembagaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil yang dicapai adalah pengurus koperasi sekolah (1) memahami proses manejemen koperasi sekolah, (2) memahami pengelolaan permodalan koperasi sekolah, (3) memahami tentang cara memperoleh dan menggunakan dana yang dimiliki secara efektif dan efisien, (4) memahami metode analisis laporan keuangan yang baik dalam praktek pengelolaan koperasi sekolah berbasis kebutuhan siswa.Kata kunci: manajemen koperasi sekolah, perkoperasian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh keterampilan menggunakan variasi oleh guru terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep yang berjumlah 104 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 36 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif persentase, uji instrumen, dan uji hipotesis. Sedangkan uji hipotesis terdiri dari analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh nilai 0,010<0,05 yang berarti bahwa keterampilan menggunakan variasi guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar. Dari hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (r2) diperoleh nilai r2=17,8% yang berarti keterampilan menggunakan variasi oleh guru mempunyai kontribusi terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa sebesar 17,8 persen dan sisanya 82,2 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah para ibu rumah tangga. Pengetahuan tentang manajemen keuangan sebagai salah satu bagian utama dalam menjalankan aktivitas rumah tangga yang bahagia. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memotivasi ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk bisa melakukan manajemen keuangan rumah tangga yang benar sebagai penunjang dalam pengelolaan rumah tangga yang bahagia dan sejahtera. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan kombinasi metode ceramah dan praktek. Peserta terdiri atas ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Batulaya Kecamatan Tinambung. Teknik pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas tiga tahap dimulai dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil yang dicapai dari pengabdian ini adalah (1) para ibu rumah tangga sudah mampu menerapkan manajemen keuangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga, (2) para ibu rumah tangga memiliki kesadaran, pola fikir dan pola sikap hidup yang konstruktif terutama dalam hal pemanfaatan pendapatan keluarga, (3) para ibu rumah tangga sudah mampu menggunakan pendapatan sesuai alokasi dan peruntukan berdasarkan skala prioritas keluarga. Keterbatasan dalam pelatihan ini adalah metode pelaksanaan belum menggunakan teknik pendampingan dan perbedaan kemampuan peserta menjadi masalah untuk memberikan pemahaman materi.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Keuangan, Rumah Tangga

Abstract

This study objective to analyze the feasibility of laying hens "Clever Chicken" located in Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The method used is qualitative and quantitative methods known as mixed methods. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations and literature. The results showed that (1) based on the legal aspects of the laying hens business "Clever Chicken" had fulfilled the business license and obtained permission from the surrounding community so that it was feasible to run, (2) based on the market aspect seeing market conditions with increasing demand and the existence of strategy in selling eggs so that this business is feasible to run, (3) based on the financial aspect, which consist of NPV, IRR, Net B/C, Gross B/C, BEP and PBP analysis, the laying hens business "Clever Chicken" in Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency is feasible to run.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social interaction on the learning motivation of Class X students of the Accounting Expertise Program at SMKN 1 Makassar. The variables in this study are social interaction as the independent variable (X) and learning motivation as the dependent variable (Y). Population study This amount 14 9 students class X Program Skill Accountancy State Vocational School 1 Makassar . The sampling technique uses the Proportioned Stratified Random Sampling technique , d with a sample of 60 students. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive percentage analysis, instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests, test hypothesis consisting of simple linear regression analysis, product correlation analysis moment , coefficient of determination and t-test . Based on results of data analysis been done, then obtained models equality simple linear regression Y = 20.731 + 0.793 X, which means that for every additional unit of social interaction, motivation Study increased by 0.793 units. Results analysis person product moment correlation obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.686 which is included in the strong category. Next, from the results analysis coefficient determination (r 2 ) is obtained the value of r 2 = 0.470 means that the effect of social interaction on learning motivation is 47 percent and the remaining 53 percent is influenced by factor other. While the results of the t-test analysis were obtained mark significant 0.000 <0.05 which means social interaction has a significant effect on learning motivation, with thereby hypothesis accepted.
