Analiza rizika predstavlja važan alat koji pomaže veterinarskoj službi u donosenju odluka o prioritetima. Prema preporukama Međunarodnog ureda za epizootije, analiza rizika provodi se u svim slucajevima ugroženosti zdravlja životinja i ljudi i ima važnu ulogu u postupku donosenja odluka i implementaciji sustava aktivnosti. Cinjenica da je u Hrvatskoj izdvojen visokopatogeni H5N1 virus influence u divljih ptica, ukazuje da provođenje mjera zastite životinja od visokopatoge influence, predstavlja jedan od prioriteta veterinarske službe. Primjena mjera ovisit ce o procjeni stupnja rizika od pojave influence na određenom podrucju. Procjenu stupnja rizika moguce je donijeti na temelju rezultata studije analize rizika koja ukljucuje analizu svih relevantnih pokazatelja o kojima ovisi pojavljivanje influence, a to su identifikacija virusa, procjena oslobađanja virusa, procjena izloženosti virusu te procjena rizika. nastoji pokazati da je pitanje povjerenja osobito važno u zdravstvenim krizama koje imaju
ona obilježja koja je imala pandemija COVID-19. Istraživanja prikazana u radu pokazuju da
je pitanje povjerenja imalo značajan učinak na stope cijepnog obuhvata i višak smrtnosti tijekom
pandemije COVID-19. Pitanje povjerenja u cijepljenje i cjepiva stavlja se u kontekst šireg
nepovjerenja u znanost i znanstvenike općenito, pri čemu trendovi (ne)povjerenja nisu jasni
i razlikuju se po zemljama, ali se ističe i specifičnost povjerenja u cijepljenje kao takvo. Iako
dosadašnja istraživanja pružaju određene smjernice za kvalitetnu komunikaciju o cijepljenju
te povećanje povjerenja u cjepiva i institucije koje provode cijepljenje, autori naglašavaju da je
odnos liječnik – pacijent u kontekstu cijepljenja opterećen nepovjerenjem, kontradikcijama i
paradoksima koji dolaze izvan samoga odnosa, a vezani su za komercijalizaciju zdravstva te
paradoksalnu ulogu eksperta i ekspertnog znanja u današnjim društvima. Stoga autori zaključuju
da se pitanje oklijevanja prema cijepljenju ne može jednostavno razriješiti boljim komuniciranjem,
bez razumijevanja šireg konteksta u kojemu se odvija komunikacija o cijepljenju.

Uvod: Starost i starenje kroz povijest bili su predmet interesa u umjetnosti, literaturi i znanosti. Filozofi su starost povezivali sa mudrošću i autoritetom, liječnici sa bolešću i fiziološkim promjenama koje nastaju tijekom godina, a gerontologija u svojim teorijama želi prikazati starost sa svim njezinim prednostima uključujući utjecaje bioloških, psiholoških, socijalnih i ekonomskih faktora na proces starenja i starosti. The study 1. This study presents a broad picture of the current state of social inclusion and social protection in Croatia as it prepares to complete its Joint Inclusion Memorandum (JIM) on the road to accession to the European Union. It provides up-to-date information on the extent and pattern of poverty and social exclusion set in historical perspective, and also looks at the broad strategic emphasis of government policy and the role of diverse stakeholders. The report provides an overview of the structure, challenges and current and proposed reforms of the social protection/social welfare, pensions and health care systems. It identifies key future challenges for the modernisation of these systems to improve their effectiveness in combating social exclusion. Finally, in the context of current JIM processes, it outlines broad recommendations for reforms in the medium-term. This summary provides a brief overview of the report, in English and Croatian languages. The Republic of Croatia: economic, financial and demographic background 2. In a unique position amongst EU member states and candidate countries, Croatia has undergone a 'triple transition' from war to peace, from a command to a free market economy, and from a single party system to a pluralist democracy, in the space of 15 years. In the context of war, the early years of transition were marked by hyperinflation, rising unemployment, and negative economic growth, with GDP having fallen by 1993 to 60% of its 1989 level. Following a stabilisation programme in late 1993, there has been solid economic growth ever since, with the exception of 1999. Growth since 2000 has annually reached at least 4%. Currently, per capita GDP at PPS is around €10,000, which represents about 47% of the average of the EU 25. There appear to be substantial regional differences in economic development with GDP per capita in the city of Zagreb being three times that in some of the poorest, war affected, counties. 3. Croatia faces high levels of unemployment, with a rate of 13.6% in 2004 using the ILO methodology, the highest amongst EU member states and candidate countries with the exception of Poland and Slovakia. In its 70th anniversary year, the journal Čovjek i prostor introduces a thematic issue. Its goal is to create space, once a year, for an in-depth and systematic reflection on current topics of professional relevance. For the first thematic edition, we have chosen the adaptation and conversion of the existing built environment—a discipline internationally known as adaptive reuse. This term still lacks a proper equivalent in Croatian, and precisely through this issue, we hope to offer one. In collaboration with terminologist Siniša Runjaić, the editorial proposes a two-part Croatian term (prilagodba i prenamjena) that avoids literal borrowing from English and highlights two intertwined processes: adaptation, referring to changes in the physical or conceptual structure and technical systems of a building, and conversion, which involves a shift in its programmatic or functional use. Adaptive reuse is presented as a creative discipline at the intersection of architecture and conservation, oriented toward sustainability and the preservation of spatial identity. The issue brings together domestic and international authors and raises the question of how architecture can respond to a time when repair and transformation take precedence over new construction. The introductory essay is accompanied by photographs by Annie Hsiao-Ching Wang from her series The Mother as a Creator, symbolically linking the continuity of life with that of lived space.

The global academic enterprise, despite its professed ideals of universalism and meritocracy, operates within a system of knowledge production and validation that perpetuates historical power imbalances. This article argues that the dominance of Western-centric citation indexes and evaluation metrics constitutes a form of neocolonial imperialism. By examining the historical origins and contemporary practices of major databases, we illuminate how they systematically marginalize scholarship from the Global Southencompassing Asia, Africa, and Latin America. We identify four principal mechanisms of this hegemony: bibliometric bias, linguistic imperialism, the perpetuation of intellectual dependency, and digital paywalls coupled with the suppression of shadow libraries. This article posits that a true decolonization of knowledge demands not only the acknowledgment of these biases but also the resolute re-evaluation and reform of the structures governing global research recognition.

From the moment in which the individual learns and lives in seropositivity clash with two problems: to tell or not to tell? These issues in turn bring others who count and those who do not count. It is about this troubled world experienced by adolescents living with HIV/AIDS that this work focuses, in order to understand the determinants is the revelation of HIV status. To achieve the same, was privileged to qualitative methodology. Regarding the techniques, was used semi-structured interviews and life stories with teens, and only the first with the key informants. Note that the field data were collected at the health center of Ndlavela, has been selected a sample of 10 HIV-positive adolescents and 3 key informants. Regarding the theoretical framework, we used the dramaturgical perspective proposed by Goffman (1983) where the bedrock is to consider the actions of social actors in order to preserve their images. Due to the limitation of the same reading of our data, we had trust as auxiliary concept. Preliminary findings shows that the process of interaction with others, young HIVpositive, they tend to put indifferent to HIV. Pretending they do not have much knowledge about it, never have done or are still seronegative test. But as life HIV positive not only obeys the logic of pretense and concealment, but also through the development process, the study found that a key element to the revelation of HIV status is revealed confidence in the person, because it creates possibilities maintenance of secrecy. We also note that there are no privileged individuals or physical spaces for the revelation. The important thing is how we said trust and sharing between the developer and affectionateness revealed.

Three groups of children living in Yugoslavia from the fifth (N = 165), seventh (N = 147) and ninth (= 163) forms were compared with three comparable groups of children of Yugoslav workers living in W. Germany and three groups of German children on 8 measures of cognitive functioning (tests) and three personality tests. Several measures of socioeconomic status of Yugoslav children in Yugoslavia and Yugoslav children in W. Germany were also taken. Statistical analyses have shown that the children of Yugoslav workers in W. Germany have significantly inferior results on most cognitive measures and sociability, and higher results in neuroticism even after eliminating all SES differences. On the basis of these results it was concluded that the children of Yugoslav workers living in a foreign country do not have the optimal environmental conditions for a full cognitive and personality development.

Background: Effective family communication and engagement are
crucial for the well-being of elderly nursing home residents. Meaningful
interactions and family involvement enhance emotional support,
facilitate adaptation to institutional care, and improve overall
satisfaction. Given the aging population and increasing reliance on longterm care, understanding these dynamics is essential for improving elderly
care.
Approach: This cross-sectional study surveyed 40 nursing home residents
(aged 65+) and 40 family members from two island-based nursing homes.
Structured questionnaires measured communication frequency and
quality, family involvement in care decisions, and satisfaction levels.
Quantitative analyses, including descriptive statistics and correlation
tests, explored the relationships between family communication,
engagement, and resident well-being.
Results: Higher perceived quality of communication with family was
strongly associated with greater resident satisfaction and emotional wellbeing. Active family involvement in care planning correlated with better
alignment of care to residents' needs. However, contact frequency alone
did not significantly impact emotional well-being, indicating that
interaction quality matters more than frequency. Additionally, only a
weak correlation was found between family members' satisfaction with
nursing home services and residents' own satisfaction, suggesting that
different factors influence each group's perceptions.
Conclusions: Enhancing family communication and engagement is
essential for improving residents' satisfaction and emotional well-being in
nursing homes. Structured programs that encourage family participation
in care can lead to more positive outcomes. However, as resident and
family satisfaction are influenced by different factors, nursing homes
should address their needs separately. Future research should explore
targeted interventions, such as communication workshops and structured
engagement programs, to assess their long-term impact on residents’
well-being.

Recently three foreign academic publishers filed a case of copyright infringement against Sci-Hub and LibGen before the Delhi High Court and prayed for complete blocking these websites in India. In this context, this paper attempted to assess the impact that blocking of Sci-Hub may have on Indian research community. The download requests originating from India on a daily-basis are counted, geotagged and analysed by discipline, publisher, country and publication year etc. Results indicate that blocking Sci-Hub in India may actually hurt Indian research community in a significant way.

This contribution, which is part of the collaborative European research project INTERCO-SSH, presents indicators for studying the internationalization of the social and human sciences. Five dimensions are distinguished and for each one of them various indicators are presented. Although neither the dimensions nor the indicators are exhaustive, they capture some of the most significant aspects of internationalization. They pertain to international scholarly associations, international scholarly journals, the flows and meanings of book translations, transnational authorship, and policies of internationalization. In addition to these dimensions, three particular areas of inquiry are presented: changing relations between the North and the South, between Western and Eastern Europe, and between the West and Asia.

Covering Brazil, Ecuador, Argentina, Switzerland, and Germany, the contributions to this HSR Forum illustrate the insights that a genuine sociological perspective can offer within the broader social studies of economics. As the introduction points out, economic practices are entangled not only in political and economic, but also in academic power relations: Asserting economic expertise in national contexts does not constitute a top-down process but unfolds differently in transversal and transnational social constellations of academic, political, and economic fields. The specific interplay, relative autonomies, and interdependencies have to be cautiously traced through empirical material, which the case studies show in paradigmatic fashion.

»Über die relationale Macht der Wirtschaftswissenschaften: Ökonom*innen zwischen Wissenschaft, Regierung und Wirtschaft«.The place of economics is as much with academia as it is with government and business. This seems to be a widely shared position in the transdisciplinary field of social studies of economics. But what does such a relational approach really encompass-and what does it offer for researching economic practices and agents? To answer this question, we start by retracing recent developments in this area of research. This leads us to identify five core issues: (1) the need to adopt more longue durée perspectives, (2) the need to address complexity and plurality of economic practices, (3) the need to pay attention to economics as a boundary object, (4) the need to assess the role of economics in the field of power, and (5) the need to explore the potential of a pluralistic social studies of economics. We then outline a general methodological framework drawing on Bourdieusian field theory, Foucauldian discourse analysis, and histoire croisée. This framework proposes a socio-historical analysis of genesis, structure, and dynamic of economic practices from a theory of society perspective. Finally, we demonstrate the empirical validity of such a sociological approach by drawing on insights from contributions to this forum and by discussing these in light of the aforementioned issues.

Resumen: Objetivo: reconstruir algunas redes laborales de Jaime Jaramillo Uribe para describir rasgos sociopolíticos de la profesionalización de la historia en la Universidad Nacional de Colombia (UN) entre 1958 y 1966. Metodología: se usaron los enfoques de la sociología del conocimiento, la historia intelectual y la historia trasnacional aplicados a archivos y obras de ese autor. Originalidad: se presentó una lectura sistemática del archivo personal de Jaramillo (superficialmente utilizado) y de su archivo laboral (inexplorado), con lo cual se superó el retrato legado por la historia de las ideas y se contribuyó a una historia sociopolítica orientada a entender cómo su trayectoria en la UN se ajustó a la de un profesional tipificado entonces como de clase media: el científico social. Conclusiones: La intersección entre conocimiento, política y subjetividad demuestra que la relación de Jaramillo con la profesionalización de la historia en la UN estuvo influida por discursos y hechos sociopolíticos. Estos condicionaron su fragilidad como proyecto colectivo en Colombia, pero impulsaron el tránsito de Jaramillo de intelectual a científico profesional. A la par, moldearon ideológicamente su obra historiográfica, sus redes laborales y su experiencia e identidad de clase como profesor universitario prestigioso. Por tanto, a medida que se expandió la teoría de la modernización en el continente, la identificación entre restauración democrática y profesionalización de las sociedades, propuesta por ella, marcó el tránsito en la UN hacia la figura del intelectual profesionalizado como miembro y defensor de una sociedad anclada en su clase media.

Abstract: Objective: To reconstruct some of Jaime Jaramillo Uribe’s work networks to describe sociopolitical features of the professionalization of History at the National University of Colombia (UN) between 1958 and 1966. Methodology: Approaches from the sociology of knowledge, intellectual history, and transnational history were applied to this author's archives and works. Originality: A systematic reading of Jaramillo’s personal archive (superficially used) and of his work archive (unexplored) was presented, overcoming by this route the portrait left by the history of ideas and contributing to a sociopolitical history oriented to understand how his trajectory at the UN was adjusted to that of a professional then typified as middle class: the social scientist. Conclusions: The intersection between knowledge, politics, and subjectivity demonstrates that Jaramillo’s relationship with the professionalization of History at the UN was influenced by sociopolitical discourses and events. These conditioned its fragility as a collective project in Colombia, but they also drove Jaramillo’s transition from humanist intellectual to professional scientist. At the same time, they ideologically shaped his historiographical work, his work networks, and his experience and class identity as a prestigious university professor. Thus, as the theory of modernization expanded in the continent, the identification between democratic restoration and the professionalization of societies, proposed by it, marked the transition in the UN towards the figure of the professionalized intellectual as a member and defender of a society anchored in its middle class.

Mark Regnerus 2012-ig egy ismeretlen, ám szakmájában nagyon is sikeres texasi szociológus volt. 2012-ben viszont furcsa botrány rázta meg az amerikai szociológia világát: kitört a Regnerus-ügy, mely jó esettanulmány a tudományos kirekesztés módszertanának bemutatására. Mark Regnerus és kollégái ekkor jelentették meg hatalmas kutatásuk eredményét a melegpárok gyermekeinek mentális állapotáról, mely ellentmondott az addigi "nincs különbség" elvének. Habár Regnerus a tudományos publikálás minden szabályát betartotta, és több szociológus szerint kiemelkedő munka volt a kutatása, meghurcolták őt, és a lektorokra egy Regnerus-ellenes szupervízort hívtak. Megkezdődött a boszorkányüldözés,  Regnerust áltudósnak kiáltották ti, teljesen igaztalanul. A tanulmány ezt az esetet mutatja be, és ennek kapcsán megalkotja a tudományos kirekesztés módszertanának tézisét, mely azon módszereket jelenti, melyekkel a progresszív tudósok igyekeznek tudománytalannak kikiáltani konzervatív társaikat.

The proposal of this study is to analyze the organizational culture as a collective constitutive level of competence-based management model. This is a descriptive research with quantitative approach based on conceptual reflection complemented by an empirical study of three French enterprises. The results lead to the conclusion that the organizational culture should be considered essential for the consolidation of the competence-based management model.

The existence of hierarchies based on reputation in modern science is indisputable. A set of common scientific journals is often assumed to be instrumental in the formation of these hierarchies. However, the character of the hierarchies, how monolithic/ pluralistic they are, and the functions of this differentiation have been discussed and caused controversy. The article brings together results from a survey of 788 Danish researchers, mainly from the social sciences, concerning their assessments of the most influential researchers and most important journals. The rankings indicate a rather pluralistic picture and only a moderate degree of consensus among researchers. Comparisons with (the few) other surveys and with citation data do not suggest this to be a peculiarity of Danish social scientists, however.

We are pleased to introduce a new journal, Asia-Pacific Science Education, which was created to provide researchers in the Asia-Pacific region with a central channel for disseminating research in local contexts about issues in science education to both science educators in the geographical region and researchers in the extended international community. APSE is unique in that our journal focuses on the publication of scholarly articles examining issues related to science teaching and learning in Asia as well as articles that address the issues facing science teachers and science learners who are members of the Asian Diaspora. 1 As a result, we expect the scholarly works published in APSE will encompass diverse topics of interest that will be significant for a wide readership. In this introductory issue, we describe the origins of APSE and we share findings from an analysis of publication data from other major journals in the field that demonstrate a need for APSE. Next we share our vision for the role APSE can play in supporting the development of an academic community where studies conducted in the Asia-Pacific region and studies conducted with participants from the Asian Diaspora will be valued and accessed by scholars who are concerned about science education issues affecting these communities. We conclude by offering a detailed description of the unique features APSE offers our authors and readers, including a supportive peer review process that is considerate of the challenges facing non-native English speakers. Finally, we explain how our open access (OA) publication model ensures that researchers and teachers anywhere in the world can access and read all content in our journal for free.

BackgroundSocial diversity can affect healthcare outcomes in situations when access to healthcare is limited for specific groups. Although the principle of equality is one of the central topics on the agenda of the European Union (EU), its scope in the field of healthcare, however, is relatively unexplored. The aim of this study is to identify and systematically analyze primary and secondary legislation of the EU Institutions that concern the issue of access to healthcare for various minority groups. Ce papier analyse les cadres d'exercice de la sociologie au Maroc depuis au moins 1975 à nos jours. Mobilisant un cadre conceptuel relevant de la "sociologie des sciences", l’étude esquisse un diagnostic de ce champ des sciences sociales dans ses multiples dimensions : enseignement, formation à la recherche, production scientifique, structures de recherche ainsi que l’état de la communauté scientifique sociologique au Maroc. En mobilisant les données bibliographiques de plus de quarante années, l’étude retrace également les tendances de la production sociologique en termes de domaines et de thèmes d’une décennie à l'autre, selon une grille de classification des publications élaborée à cette fin. La conclusion reprend les principaux constats relevés de cette lecture croisée qui, loin d'être un verdict, identifie les traits généraux d'un domaine "disciplinaire" qui peine à émerger en tant que "champ" dans le sens Bourdieusien du terme.

Razvoj tehnologije i digitalizacija medija dovodi nas do pojma medijskih generacija. Na stvaranje medijskih generacija utječe više faktora, primjerice povijesni događaji, okolina u formativnim godinama, ali i mediji koji u ranoj dobi oblikuju svjetonazor iako se ljudi prilagođavaju novim medijima. Medijske generacije su posljednjih godina sve češći predmet istraživanja koja su fokusirana na ponašanje i navike u korištenju medija s obzirom na to da se razvojem i pojavom novih medija mijenja i ponašanje publike. Ovim smo istraživanjem nastojali produbiti razumijevanje vrsnjackog nasilja među srednjoskolcima i provjeriti kako je povezano s doživljenim zlostavljanjem od strane roditelja, te koje su snage i poteskoce mladih povezane s pocinjenim i doživljenim vrsnjackim nasiljem. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 558 ucenika i ucenica drugih razreda srednjih skola u Ogulinu, Velikoj Gorici, Zaboku i Oroslavju. Primijenjeni se instrumentarij sastojao od Upitnika socio-demografskih podataka, Skale vrsnjackog nasilja (Rimac i sur., 2012), Subskale zadovoljstva vlastitom obitelji iz Skale kvalitete obiteljskih interakcija (Vulic-Prtoric, 2004), Skale rjesavanja sukoba dijete-odrasli (Straus i sur., 1998) te Samoiskaza snaga i poteskoca djece/mladih (Goodman, 1997). Neste caderno de textos (também designados por documentos de trabalho) reúno toda a documentação que por mim foi construída, ao longo do tempo (de 2013 a 2023), para apoiar a realização das aulas da disciplina curricular de mestrado e de Ciências Sociais, denominada Profissão, Trabalho e Saber Profissional em Serviço Social (a disciplina teve outros nomes semelhantes, ou equivalentes, mas este é o mais ajustado à orientação interdisciplinar seguida e ao desenvolvimento curricular mais conseguido).

Noise has been recognized as the air pollutant since it affects the environmental quality. Its effect depends on its level; it may be slightly uncomfortable or so annoying that hinder our business or in extreme cases dangerous to health. The project was focussed on measurements required to produce professional bases, in order to assess degree of exposure of individual sites (and their population) to different sources of noise to prepare an exact spatial presentation and a set of the most urgent and effective remedial action. The results of the study will also be used for: a) establishing anti-noise measures and b) the findings of the study and the data acquired will supplement cartographic base and conditions for land use (Municipal Spatial Plan) and determine the level of protection against noise, thus allowing more simple and authentic issuing of permits to applicants for further spatial use in the researched areas. Poslije 11. rujna 2001. nisu drastično povećani samo razmjeri i ciljevi terorizma, nego je proširen i krug društvenih grupa i instituta u koje on zadire. Bit "klasičnog" terorizma točno je izražena u starome kineskom aforizmu: "ubiti jednoga -uplašiti stotine". Poslije napada na WTC nije promijenjen broj žrtava samo toga nego i većine terorističkih napada koji su uslijedili diljem svijeta pa bi taj aforizam sada mogao glasiti: "ubiti tisuće -uplašiti milijarde". Ako je, dakle, klasični terorizam bio svojevrsni "trio" čiji su sudionici bili "teroristi + njihove žrtve + vlast", suvremeni terorizam sve češće poprima oblik "kvarteta" u kojem su "teroristi + njihove žrtve + vlast + masovni mediji".

In questo saggio ci proponiamo di dare un’illustrazione della sociologia generale di Barry Barnes, analizzandone alcuni elementi portanti, con frequenti richiami alla teoria sociologica della conoscenza proposta dalla SSK, che ne costituisce il vero nucleo teorico.

The author presents a summary of General Sociology of Barry Barnes, illustrating the connections and dependencies with the strong program in SSK. In particular, the article focuses on the nature and function of rules in social order, understood as cognitive. Finally, the article tries to give the constructionist sociology of Barnes a location in the context of contemporary sociological theory.

Nakon kritičke teološko-pastoralne prosudbe ambivalentnosti suvremenog društva i njegovog utjecaja na Crkvu autor predlaže nove načine učinkovitijeg djelovanja Crkve u suvremenom svijetu. Preobrazba pastoralnog djelovanja Crkve u tom smislu zahtijeva energičniju, kreativniju i autentičniju misionarsku Crkvu koja predvodi procese u društvu, a ne samo pasivno reagira na njih. To je Crkva koja ne slijedi društvo već je njegov korektiv. Crkva koja skreće pozornost na anomalije suvremenog doba pružajući istovremeno i primjer drugačijeg načina života; Crkva koja na raširenu kulturu ravnodušnosti, izrabljivanja i odbacivanja ljudi kao objekata, odgovara kulturom solidarnosti i priznavanjem dostojanstva svakog čovjeka; Crkva koja na kulturu individualizma odgovara kulturom izgradnje zajedništva.

Razvoj modernog Zagreba vezan je za razvoj željeznice koja je svojim položajem direktno sudjelovala u usmjeravanju prostornog sirenja i oblikovanja grada. Nacin rjesavanja željeznickog pitanja, kao predmeta državnog ili nekoga viseg interesa, hijerarhijski je uvijek bio ispred interesa grada. Željeznica je bila datost kojoj su se grad i njegovi prostorni planovi prilagođavali. Buduci razvoj željeznice mora se prilagoditi ne samo zahtjevima suvremene željeznicke tehnologije nego i potrebama grada. Posljedica bi trebala biti promjena nacina i intenziteta koristenja povrsina željeznickih postrojenja i zemljista uz prugu. U konacnici, ti bi procesi trebali rezultirati potpunom funkcionalnom i prostornom integracijom željeznice i grada.

U radu su prikazani rezultati epidemiološkog istraživanja rasprostranjenosti nasilja nad djecom u Republici Hrvatskoj. Korišteni su dvoetapni probabilistički uzorci djece od 11, 13 i 16 godina, redovnih polaznika hrvatskih osnovnih i srednjih škola (N=3,644). Podaci su prikupljeni u sklopu međunarodnog istraživačkog FP7 projekta »BECAN – Balkan Epidemiological Study on Child Abuse and Neglect«. U istraživanju je korištena revidirana verzija ISPCAN Child Abuse Screening Tool - Children’s Version (ICAST-C). Analiza prevalencija pokazala je da su djeca u obitelji najviše izložena psihičkoj agresiji (5. razred 59,0%; 7. razred 77,1%; 2. razred srednje škole 82,5%). Slijedi tjelesno kažnjavanje (5. razred 56,1%; 7. razred 68,4%; 2. razred srednje škole 72,3%), tjelesno zlostavljanje (5. razred 26,2%; 7. razred 34,0%; 2. razred srednje škole 40,7%) i, kao najmanje prisutno, psihičko zlostavljanje (5. razred 22,8%; 7. razred 26,8%; 2. razred srednje škole 34,8%). Resumen: El presente trabajo retoma el debate de un relevante tema para la actualidad: las posibilidades de integración entre las ciencias y las humanidades. Retomar el discurso es necesario ya que se constata, en muchos sectores de la sociedad, la predominancia de las fragmentaciones disciplinares como referencial en la construcción y jerarquización de conocimientos y saberes. Ante la emergencia de la Inteligencia Artificial, que acelera procesos y sucesos, la complejidad de la vida se vuelve exponencialmente mayor. ¿Será posible abarcar los desafíos del mundo moderno con abordajes ontológicos, epistemológicos y metodológicos fragmentados? ¿Qué alternativas se pueden pensar para actuar en complementariedad desde las universidades? Partiendo de la idea de entrelazamiento y sobre la perspectiva de la Motricidad Vital, se promueve una profundización dialógica del tema y se concluye que las problemáticas y desafíos reales de la actualidad precisan abordarse de modo multifocal, en la integración de diversas áreas de conocimiento de manera creativa y regenerativa a partir de centros de pensamiento y acción colaborativos. A retomada se faz necessária uma vez que se constata, em muitos setores da sociedade, a predominância das fragmentações disciplinares como referencial na construção e hierarquização de conhecimentos e saberes. Diante da emergência da Inteligência artificial, que acelera processos e ocorrências, a complexidade da vida torna-se exponencialmente maior. Será possível abarcar os desafios do mundo hodierno com abordagens ontológicas, epistemológicas e metodológicas fragmentadas? Quais alternativas podem ser pensadas para atuar em complementaridade desde as universidades? Tomado pela ideia de entrelaçamento e sob a perspectiva da Motricidade Vital, promove-se um aprofundamento dialógico do tema e conclui-se que as problemáticas e desafios reais da atualidade precisam ser abordados de modo multifocal, na integração de diversas áreas do conhecimento de maneira criativa e regenerativa a partir de centros de pensamento e ação colaborativos.

Organizacijska kultura u suvremenim tvrtkama doživljava značajne promjene, udaljavajući se od tradicionalnog koncepta radnog okruženja kao prostora isključive fokusiranosti na stvaranje dobiti i kapitala. Umjesto toga, novi pristupi teže stvaranju okruženja koje potiče mnogo više od samog poslovnog uspjeha naglašavajući potrebu za pozitivnim društvenim i ekološkim utjecajem. Globalne demografske promjene te dinamika tržišta rada više nego ikada potiču organizacije da budu raznolike i inkluzivne (različite generacijske skupine, podrijetlo i migracijski status, jezik, spol, razina obrazovanja…), a inovativnost se često manifestira kao produkt takvih organizacija. Inovativne radne organizacije su dinamična okruženja koja potiču slobodu izražavanja ideja, potiču raznolikost i aktivno promiču kreativnost među zaposlenicima. Takve organizacije kontinuirano traže nove pristupe, potiču istraživanje i stvaraju prostor za suradnju kako bi ostvarile održivi napredak i prilagodile se promjenama na tržištu. Naime, transformacija tradicionalne organizacijske kulture se javlja kao imanentna potreba, a svoje uporište pronalazi u kritičkoj teoriji koja pruža snažan okvir za analizu i razumijevanje društvenih odnosa i moći unutar organizacija. Kroz prizmu kritičke teorije, organizacije postaju svjesnije dubljih struktura koje oblikuju njihovu kulturu, potičući ih da preispitaju ustaljene norme te promoviraju raznolikost, inkluzivnost i inovativnost kao vrijednosti na kojima se temelji organizacijska kultura.

Ponencia realizada en el XI Encuentro CTS Oscilaciones del 3 al 5 de enero de 2024.
La ponencia busca presentar una propuesta para el análisis de políticas públicas que permita un entendimiento dinámico de las mismas. Esto implica concebirlas como conjuntos de elementos interconectados que interactúan para producir diversos efectos, como discursos, instituciones, decisiones reglamentarias, leyes, medidas administrativas y enunciados de expertos. Las políticas públicas se convierten en un punto de entrada para el estudio de la interacción entre estructura y agencia, ya que delinean un marco alrededor del cual se despliega la agencia de los individuos que son objeto de ellas. En otras palabras, las políticas públicas pueden considerarse como ensamblajes complejos, donde documentos y procesos se entrelazan en una red de relaciones que influyen en la vida de las personas y en la sociedad en su conjunto.

Starting from Fredric Jameson's famous dictum according to which "it is easier to imagine the end of the world than the end of capitalism", this article analyses its implications from a still-unexplored angle: focussing neither on the end of the world nor on that of capitalism, the author sheds light on the relationship between these two entities and imagination. The article shows that key to Jameson's maxim is not so much the notion of 'end', but rather our ability (or lack thereof) to imagine capitalism and the world. The end of the latter, it turns out, is easier to imagine because the world can be imagined more easily than capital. At the same time, the author contends, the renewed interest in the 'end of the world' as both rhetoric and hermeneutics can be fully grasped only by highlighting the analogies and the differences between imagining the world and imagining capitalism.
