La Evaluación de resultados permite ver una asociación no lineal, entre aspectos de la organización, su accesibilidad, los procesos de atención, la participación y la satisfacción por el servicio recibido. Conclusiones: La calidad de atención del Centro requiere fortalecimiento, decisión política, apoyo técnico y estrategias de inserción comunitaria.

Het idee dat oorlogvoering niet alleen een praktisch vak is, maar ook een goede theoretische onderbouwing nodig heeft, ontstond al aan het eind van de vijftiende eeuw. Daarbij speelde de boekdrukkunst als nieuw communicatiemiddel een cruciale rol, want juist via het gedrukte woord konden kennis en informatie op krijgskundig gebied gemakkelijk en breed worden verspreid. Aan dit aspect is tot nu toe nauwelijks aandacht besteed en er bestaat van geen enkel land een algemene studie over militaire boekcultuur. Gewapend met kennis presenteert een eerste overzicht van de rijke Nederlandse militaire boekcultuur: van de eerste militaire vakbibliotheek, in 1600 ontstaan aan de Leidse universiteit, tot de eerste druk van het bekende Handboek voor de soldaat uit 1933. Στην παρούσα εργασία επιχειρείται η διερεύνηση της εφαρμογής των αρχών της Διοίκησης Ολικής Ποιότητας (ΔΟΠ) στη στρατιωτική εκπαίδευση. Πιο συγκεκριμένα αναζητείται η δυνατότητα χρήσης του σύγχρονου αυτού διοικητικού εργαλείου προκειμένου να βελτιωθεί η ποιότητα της εκπαίδευσης με ταυτόχρονη μείωση του κόστους αυτής.
Η στρατιωτική εκπαίδευση είναι το μέσο τόσο για την εξέλιξη και βελτίωση των ατομικών χαρακτηριστικών του προσωπικού του  στρατού, όσο για την επαύξηση των επιχειρησιακών δυνατοτήτων του γενικότερα. Επί της ουσίας εξομοιώνει, «υπό κλίμακα» όλες εκείνες τις απαιτούμενες ενέργειες που θα απαιτηθεί να εφαρμοστούν κατά τη διάρκεια κάποιας κρίσης ή πολέμου. Για το σκοπό αυτό εφαρμόζεται από τον καιρό της ειρήνης μιας δομημένη αλλά συνάμα πολυσύνθετη εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία που εξασφαλίζει τους σκοπούς αυτούς.
Η ποιότητα γενικά, αλλά και η εξασφάλιση αυτής ειδικότερα, είναι έννοια η οποία είναι συνυφασμένη με το στρατό και εξελίχθηκε αν όχι μέσω αυτού τουλάχιστον παράλληλα με αυτόν κατά τη διάρκεια των Πολέμων. Ο στρατός εφαρμόζει και εξελίσσει μοντέλα και διαδικασίες αξιολόγησης από πολλά χρόνια υιοθετώντας τρόπους επιθεώρησης, εκτίμησης κόστους και σχεδίασης διαδικασιών παραγωγής.
Στην εργασία αναζητούνται μέσω βιβλιογραφικών αναφορών εξωστρατιωτικοί τομείς της εκπαίδευσης που έχει εφαρμοστεί συστήματα Διασφάλισης Ποιότητας αλλά και συστήματα ΔΟΠ. Επιπλέον αναλύεται το υφιστάμενο νομικό πλαίσιο εφαρμογής της ποιότητας στην ελληνική ανώτατη εκπαίδευση αλλά και τα στάδια εφαρμογής αυτής στην εκπαίδευση άλλων στρατών.
Πλέον αυτών επιχειρείται η συλλογή δεδομένων που αφορούν στην ανεύρεση δομικών ψηγμάτων άτυπα εφαρμοσμένης ΔΟΠ μέσα από την καθημερινή εμπειρία ειδικών ατόμων, αξιωματικών και οπλιτών. Τα δεδομένα αυτά αναλύονται με περιγραφικό τρόπο ως αρχική διερεύνηση της δυνατότητας εφαρμογής της ΔΟΠ στη στρατιωτική εκπαίδευση, και η στατιστική ανάλυσή τους γίνεται με περιγραφικό και ερμηνευτικό τρόπο.
Ως συμπέρασμα, πέραν της απάντησης στο βασικό ερώτημα της εργασίας, επιχειρείται να απαντηθεί και το ερώτημα που προέκυψε κατά τη διάρκειά της, και αναφέρεται πέρα από τη δυνατότητα, στη σκοπιμότητα εφαρμογής συστήματος ΔΟΠ στη στρατιωτική εκπαίδευση του Ελληνικού Στρατού (ΕΣ).

Metacognition is an essential skill or ability in critical thinking and self-regulated, lifelong learning process. Now metacognitive awareness involves self-reflecting on these learning processes in order to understand and improve them. It is important for learners and students to have skills and abilities in metacognition, because they are used to monitor and to regulate reasoning, comprehension and problem solving in every field of education, which are fundamental components of the educational system. Most of the students who succeed academically often rely on being able to think effectively, and independently in order to take charge of their language. This kind of students have mastered fundamental, but crucial skills such as keeping their workspace every time organized, completing tasks schedule, making a plan for learning and recognizing when it might be useful to change course. Learning cognitive and metacognitive strategies often offers students the tools to “drive the brains“. Being metacognitive in the community means to be more reflective, conscious and aware of one's progress along the learning path. Teachers can help learners and students develop metacognitive skills and abilities within the classroom by carefully designing learning activities within courses and the curriculum.

Training needs analysis or training needs assessment is often considered the most important step among the steps in the training cycle and therefore, should precede any training invention. The training needs assessment or training needs analysis at organizational level should first be analyzed, followed by operational and individual analysis or assessment. Today we know that every educational institution and military organization invests in implementation of effective training programs to maximize the value of their existing human assets, which increases the effectiveness of the organization as well as their own effectiveness in the educational process. Human development training programs have been an integral part of encouraging the cadets/students to be a competent and skilled labor force that are knowledgeable and able to perform assigned tasks based on their training needs analysis and assessment. Training needs come from undeveloped skills, abilities, performance and insufficient knowledge or inappropriate cadets/student's attitudes that are considered as relevant for their educational process or practical job in their near future. The educational institution or the military organization should realize that there are elements for the identification of this type of assessment or analysis to increase the knowledge, skills, abilities, performance and competence of the cadets/students. Always we must be aware that there is still a lack of literature that reviews the potential elements for the identification of the training needs assessment and training needs analysis in different organizations.

As the military environment is characterized by high levels of physical activity, physical activity is an important component of military action. The aim of the present study was to identify the most physically demanding daily and training (expected battle) tasks performed in the Latvian Army Land Force units (NAF LFU) through the development and application of a questionnaire survey. The results obtained in the study were used to start developing a set of NAF physical fitness control exercises. Based on adapted questionnaires, was developed a questionnaire for the NAF LFU, which allowed to determine most physically demanding daily and combat tasks, as well as dominant physical qualities and physical activities. This paper argues that denial is the most effective airpower strategy for achieving military and strategic objectives in modern warfare. It contrasts denial, which focusses on degrading the adversary's core military capabilities, with the three other airpower strategies: punishment, risk, and decapitation. It demonstrates through historical evidence, ethical and pragmatic considerations that denial remains the most viable option for winning any modern conflict in strategic terms. While denial has delivered tangible results on the ground by weakening the military capabilities of the adversary and increasing their vulnerability, the other three strategies have often relied on unverified conjectures about the expected behaviors of the adversary's population and leadership. The paper also proves that denial has consistently been the most instrumental airpower strategy in achieving victory through coercion while offering long term strategic advantages such as the undermining of the military apparatus of the adversary without compromising the stabilization process and the political sustainability of "the day after." These findings are further corroborated, in the paper, by the outcomes of the latest Israeli wars in Gaza and Lebanon 2023-2025).

У чланку се указује на законска и подзаконска акта која су увела војне науке у систем образовања ЈНА. На
почетку овог процеса сматрало се да нема научног основа за постојање свеобухватне војне науке, док је насу-
прот томе било оних који су сматрали да је неодрживо даље постојање неких војнонаучних дисциплина и да
њих треба проучавати у оквиру војних наука. Већина учесника првог Симпозијума о војним наукама из јуна
1970. била је сагласна са тим да је класична војна вештина еволуирала и постала војна наука. Значајан тренутак
био је организовање последипломских студија из војних наука у високим војним школама. Тај процес је правно
регулисан Законом о војним школама и научноистраживачким установама ЈНА из 1973. године. Магистарски и
специјалистички радови, као и докторати морали су имати теоријску и примењену вредност, односно да се у по-
требној мери могу применити и у пракси. На значај који су имале војне науке у ЈНА, указује и чињеница да је
први (почасни) докторат војних наука додељен 21. децембра 1976. године врховном команданту Јосипу Брозу.
На основу Правилника о поступку за стицање доктората војних наука у високим војним школама од 11. јула
1979. војне науке су ближе одређене. Упркос сталном наглашавању значаја војних наука за систем одбране, до
краја периода који је предмет нашег истраживања, војне науке нису препознате и сврстане у систем наука у
оквиру образовно-научних поља.

У чланку су наведена и анализирана најзначајнија
документа објављена у СФРЈ која се односе на нормативно регули-
сање научноистраживачке делатности. Неки други фактори који
значајно утичу на научноистраживачки рад, као што су форми-
рање и развој научних часописа или формирање војнодокумента-
ционих центара и библиотека, нису представљали предмет овог
истраживања. Чланак је писан на основу нормативних докумена-
та објављених у Службеном листу ФНРЈ/СФРЈ, Службеном војном
листу, као и на основу чланака из часописа Војно дело. Поред тога,
коришћена је релевантна литература, као и текстови објављени у
војној периодици.

La ensenanza militar se encuentra inmersa actualmente en un contexto de profunda reforma, iniciado con la promulgacion de la ley 39/2007 de la Carrera militar. Este contexto se orienta hacia la consecucion de estandares superiores de calidad, en el que la figura del profesorado militar adquiere una especial relevancia. En este articulo se presentan una serie de reflexiones y propuestas para mejorar la calidad de la ensenanza militar, incidiendo en el impulso de la preparacion, capacitacion y reconocimiento de la labor del profesorado.

Strategic art is an intellectual exercise that leverages theory to help understand the strategic environment and its challenges. Yet, strategic art is also a disciplined approach to problem-framing thinking. Therefore, strategic art is both an intellectual exercise and a practical method of inquiry. Given this, strategic art requires an appreciation of both theory and practice. This means strategic art is the praxis of strategy, or the practical application of strategic theory.

On Strategic Art is a handbook for the student, the scholar, and the practitioner of strategy. The handbook’s three parts discuss the theory, practice, and learning of strategy. Combined, the handbook represents strategic art: the translation of strategic theory into practical reality. This handbook is both a learning companion for the students of the Defence and Strategic Studies Course, as well as being of utility for the wider National Security community and international partners. Given the challenges of the strategic environment, it is vital to remember that the practice of strategy is a national endeavour. As such, this handbook is a first step towards helping strategic professionals think about and plan strategy.

Este livro é uma obra rara no qual profissionais competentes e de áreas muito diferentes se congregaram para falar de Educação Profissional, na perspectiva do Ensino por Competências, com perspectivas visões complementares. De um lado temos pedagogos e psicólogos de formação acadêmica e vasta experiência na implantação do Ensino por Competências no Exército e no Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial (SENAI). Do outro, alguns docentes da escola de engenharia mais tradicional do Brasil, o Instituto Militar de Engenharia (IME). Resilience and emotional intelligence (EI) are critical psychological attributes that influence the well-being and operational effectiveness of military personnel. This study examines the resilience and emotional intelligence levels among Indian Navy personnel, focusing on their ability to cope with stress, adapt to challenging environments, and maintain emotional stability. Using standardized psychometric assessments, the research investigates the relationship between resilience and EI, their impact on performance, and the role of training in enhancing these attributes. The findings suggest that higher resilience correlates with improved emotional intelligence, contributing to better decision-making and stress management in high-pressure situations.

As instituições educacionais atuam como ferramentas de controle social, moldando comportamentos e perpetuando relações de poder. No Brasil, os institutos de Educação Profissional e Tecnológica utilizam regulamentos para alinhar os discentes à identidade institucional, destacando-se como espaços estratégicos para o desenvolvimento social e mitigação das desigualdades. Este estudo analisa as normas disciplinares para estudantes do ensino médio de uma instituição de educação profissional e tecnológica do extremo norte brasileiro. O estudo se direciona às seguintes questões: De que modo mecanismos de controle disciplinar, como vigilância, exame e sanção normalizadora se manifestam nas normas e como as mesmas preveem o controle de eventos diversos, como circulação dos estudantes, controle do tempo e comportamentos não alinhados aos objetivos das normas. Ao evidenciar como as normas disciplinares podem contribuir para a constituição de sujeitos disciplinados, o estudo fornece insights importantes sobre as interações entre educação, poder e subjetividade, destacando a importância de uma análise crítica das práticas disciplinares em contextos educacionais. Finalmente, são apresentadas recomendações estratégicas para as normas disciplinares discentes, de modo a torná-las mais inclusivas, colaborativas e acolhedoras.

Ne këto kushte, ushtaraket dhe civilet nuk kane zgjedhje tjetër përveç asaj qe te punojnë se bashku, ngushtësisht, çdo dite, nëse dëshirojnë te jene te suksesshëm.

Norwich University, the oldest private military college in the United States, aims to prepare future military and civilian leaders to navigate leadership and educational challenges successfully. One method of preparing leaders is through academic centres. Drawing on seven years of data from the John and Mary Frances Patton Peace and War Center and six years at the Center for Global Resilience and Security at Norwich University, this article shows how this task is accomplished by formally establishing research centres that exist outside of regular academic programming. The centres are uniquely positioned to understand the priorities of the US Reserve Officer Training Corps Cadet Command and the US Department of Defense to prepare future junior military leaders to be prepared for twenty-first-century security challenges. Particular attention is given to how experiential learning, leadership laboratories, and research have prepared cadets to be effective junior military leaders. For each core area, we apply Bloom's hierarchical models to maximise cognitive, affective, and sensory learning objectives. Examples are provided to elucidate the paradigm and outlined objectives further. The article concludes by highlighting the impact of centres across the Norwich community.

The objectives of the research were to study the components and the structure of the organization of the reserve system and to bring forward the reformation of the reserve system of the Royal Thai Army. The study was done by gathering data and information from documentary sources, in-depth interviews and focus groups. It was revealed that the management of the reserve system was still inefficient in that the structure of agencies was still inappropriate, lack of the clarity, and not in the same standard. In addition, the Army ROTC curriculum and the reserve training course were still inappropriate and the standards of those courses were not similar to the training course of active components which caused reserves being unable to work with the active components efficiently. Moreover, the reserves still lacked understanding of the concept and ideology in sacrificing personal gains for the public and the nation. Other issues were that, furthermore, people and other sectors did not have the opportunity to participate, a lack of clarity in the laws about benefits for the reserves, obsolete rules and regulations that did not support the future actions efficiently. Finally, the development of personnel in the reserve system lacked the continuity which caused inefficient performance. The policy suggestions for the reform of the Royal Thai Army Reserve System are the separation of the reserve production system from the Royal Thai Army Students Training System; improvement in the Royal Thai Army Students Training Curriculum; the establishment of a clear division between personal reserves and reserve units supporting the operation units of the Royal Thai Army; provision of opportunity for the reserves to apply for training to be officers of the Royal Thai Army and for training in other special courses; recognition of, and establish good relationship with, the reserves; integration of

Вступ. У статті розглянуто питання організації і забезпечення освітнього процесу підготовки (перепідготовки) медичних та фармацевтичних працівників на факультеті перепідготовки та підвищення кваліфікації Української військово‐медичної академії. Проведено аналіз підготовки працівників сфери охорони здоров’я (військовослужбовців та працівників Збройних Сил України), які пройшли перепідготовку (навчання) на факультеті в умовах воєнного стану.
Метою роботи було проведення аналізу організації та здійснення навчання військових лікарів (фармацевтів)‐фахівців та молодших спеціалістів з медичною (фармацевтичною) освітою на факультеті перепідготовки та підвищення кваліфікації Українській військово‐медичній академії в системі безперервного професійного розвитку медичних та фармацевтичних працівників в умов воєнного стану.
Матеріали та методи. Дослідження проведене із застосуванням таких теоретичних методів: історичного та теоретичного аналізу наукової літератури та нормативно‐правових документів, синтезу, індукції та дедукції, порівняння, узагальнення, систематизації й абстрагування. Також в ході написання статті було застосовано методи визначення коефіцієнта детермінації, побудови лінії тенденції та розрахунок рівняння тренду.
Результати. На теперішній час навчання військових лікарів (фармацевтів)‐фахівців та молодших спеціалістів з медичною (фармацевтичною) освітою на факультеті перепідготовки та підвищення кваліфікації Українській військово‐медичній академії в системі безперервного професійного розвитку здійснюється на 288 циклах навчання (спеціалізація, стажування, курси тематичного удосконалення, тренінги, фахові школи, семінари, майстер‐класи). Для якнайшвидшого набуття певних професійних компетентностей медичних фахівців в умовах воєнного стану науково‐педагогічними працівниками Українській військово‐медичній академії у найкоротші терміни були розроблені та запроваджені нові навчальні курси з тематичного удосконалення за актуальними напрямами військової медицини. Медичні фахівці різних спеціальностей мали можливість отримати актуальні практичні та теоретичні знання за різноманітними медичними напрямками. Успішне застосування технологій дистанційного навчання у навчальному процесі є одним із шляхів забезпечення якісної підготовки медичних фахівців в умовах воєнного стану.
Висновки. Навчання медичних фахівців на факультеті перепідготовки та підвищення кваліфікації Українській військово‐медичній академії організовано та здійснюється відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства. З метою якнайшвидшого набуття професійних компетентностей військово‐медичними фахівцями Збройних Сил України та інших складових сил оборони, після повномасштабного вторгнення військ російської федерації на територію України, науково‐педагогічними працівниками Українській військово‐медичній академії, у найкоротші терміни, були запроваджено нові навчальні курси з тематичного удосконалення та вебінари за актуальними напрямами військової медицини, що виникли під час війни. У 2023‐2024 н.р. на факультеті перепідготовки та підвищення кваліфікації Української військово‐медичної академії провчилося: 3828 слухачів, з них 2523 лікаря та 1305 осіб зі складу молодшого медичного персоналу. Також, відмічається збільшення кількості осіб, які пройшли навчання на факультеті перепідготовки та підвищення кваліфікації за дистанційною формою навчання: у 2020‐2021 н.р. – 511 осіб; у 2021‐2022 н.р. – 1354 особи; у 2022‐2023 н.р. – 1512 осіб, у 2023‐2024 н.р. – 2307 осіб (60,26% від тих, хто навчався на факультеті). Загалом, з 2020‐2021 н.р. до 2023‐2024 н.р. включно спостерігається достовірна тенденція зростання кількості слухачів за дистанційною формою навчання, скерована догори. Коефіцієнт детермінації вищезгаданого лінійного тренду складає 0,9459, що є дуже достовірним показником.

ร่างพระราชบัญญัติจัดระเบียบราชการกระทรวงกลาโหม (ฉบับที่..) พ.ศ. .... ที่เสนอโดยเรืออากาศโท ธนเดช เพ็งสุข สมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร กับคณะ มีการออกแบบรายละเอียดของร่างกฎหมายได้ความสอดคล้องกับทฤษฎีการควบคุมทหารโดยพลเรือน เนื่องจากมีการปรับปรุงกฎหมายเพิ่มอำนาจบังคับบัญชากองทัพให้กับรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหมมากขึ้น และการปรับปรุงกฎหมายจำกัดอำนาจสภากลาโหม พร้อมกับยกเลิกความเป็นอิสระของกองทัพจากการบังคับบัญชาของรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหม แต่อย่างไรก็ตามร่างกฎหมายดังกล่าวนี้สามารถปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติมให้การควบคุมทหารโดยพลเรือนสมบูรณ์มากยิ่งขึ้นเพิ่มเติมได้อีกสามประการ ได้แก่ (1) เพิ่มเติมบทบัญญัติในร่างกฎหมายเพื่อรักษาสมดุลระหว่างการควบคุมทหารโดยพลเรือนกับหลักนิติธรรมที่กำกับการใช้ดุลพินิจของรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหมในร่างกฎหมายที่เหมาะสมในเรื่องการบริหารงานบุคคลภายในกระทรวงกลาโหม (2) เพิ่มเติมบทบัญญัติในร่างกฎหมายเพื่อกำหนดภารกิจที่เหมาะสมของกองทัพไทยภายใต้ระบอบประชาธิปไตย โดยกำหนดให้กองทัพไม่มีอำนาจหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจการภายในประเทศ และ (3) เพิ่มเติมบทบัญญัติในร่างกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับอำนาจของรัฐสภาในการตรวจสอบกองทัพไทย

The COVID-19 pandemic precipitated a global shift in higher education toward remote learning, prompting diverse adaptations to ensure continuity in student education. This transition was particularly impactful in Sri Lanka, where the tri-forces' student officers, crucial for national defense, underwent remote postgraduate studies. This study investigates the challenges, perceptions, and proposed strategies of these officers pursuing the PSC (Master's degree at Defence Services Command and Staff College) during the pandemic. Grounded in Anderson's Theory and Practice of Online Learning, the research employed a descriptive cross-sectional design, surveying 30 male student officers via an online questionnaire. Results indicate a generally positive reception of remote learning, with 61.9% expressing satisfaction, despite encountering technical barriers, limited peer interaction, motivation issues, and content comprehension difficulties. While 52.4% reported moderate engagement levels, 66.7% acknowledged satisfactory lecturer support. The study suggests enhancing infrastructure, fostering interactive learning environments, and improving teacher-student interaction to mitigate challenges and bolster remote learning effectiveness. Notably, 85.7% of respondents advocate for hybrid learning, blending online and traditional methods. However, limitations include a small, male-only sample, limiting generalizability, and neglecting perspectives of officers with lower IT and English proficiency. Recommendations include policy interventions to enhance teacherstudent interaction, promote engagement, and optimize remote learning quality, recognizing its pivotal role in future higher education. This study contributes insights into the challenges and prospects of remote learning in a unique military educational context, informing strategies for its effective implementation amidst crises and beyond.

The article presents the history of the military higher education system, which is connected to the shaping of the Polish statehood as well as its present state. The structure of this type of education system was dependent on the e ectiveness of socio-economic, political and military activities of public authorities. However, it is only the November Uprising which is generally associated with the revolt of the o cers from the O cer Cadets School [Szkoła Podchorazych] in Warsaw. The choice of student majors in military education institutions has the peculiarities of the military organizational culture.One  of the considerations  in  determining the department  which is  also the  student  corps in  the  assignment  is  interest. Interest asa foundation of motivation that can inspire enthusiasm for learning becomes an aspect of assessment with the smallest  weight.  Hypothetically,  students  who  have  good  learning  motivation  are  thought  to  be  able  to  get  better performance.  This  research  was  conducted  to  analyze  the  significance  of  differences  in  motivation  and  learning achievement  in  terms  of  student  choice  of  majors,  factors  that  influence  motivation  and  learning  achievement  and  a dynamic system simulation of interest, motivation and learning achievement. The samples taken were students of level IV batch 62. The sample was grouped into two groups, namely the group that received the chosen department and those that did not. The results of the independent t-test statistic showed no significant difference between the two groups of students. The factors that influence motivation and learning achievement through descriptive analysis are: teaching staff, teaching materials, teaching and learning facilities and a learning culture with an average satisfaction level of 84.25%. The results of the dynamic system simulation model show that the tendency of learning achievement by including optimal interest, motivation and influencing factors or important variables of learning means that the average student achievement may achieve a GPA of 3.6. Periodic and programmed evaluation of learning factors is required continuously carried out for optimal student learning achievement.

O objetivo do processo educacional das escolas militares é formar um aluno ou um soldado? O que é um soldado além da disciplina, do corpo dócil, do obedecer a comandos? Se são divisas ou notas/conceitos qual a diferença? No que difere de um aluno civil? Um treinado para a guerra militar e o outro treinado para a civil? Um para a guerra propriamente dita, o outro para a guerra do mercado de trabalho; em ambas, só os melhores sobrevivem. Então, pressupõe-se que a escola militar estaria no caminho certo ao aproximar a educação da guerra. O problema é que nem a militar e nem a civil admitem a formação para suas respectivas guerras que, no limite da análise, acabam por ser, no discurso, a guerra do mercado, que exige qualidade. É justamente o processo educacional militar que se apoia no discurso do poder disciplinar para afirmar sua superioridade e de seus alunos (soldados) em relação aos colégios civis. O objetivo deste artigo é refletir sobre o poder disciplinar ocultado pela sobreposição de duas palavras: educação e qualidade. Utilizada metodologia centrada na pesquisa bibliográfica e informações retiradas da internet com proposta de avaliação qualitativa com método teórico e indutivo. Desta forma foi possível verificar que a educação militar, conforme a pesquisa, não garante necessariamente a qualidade do ensino nem resultados melhores se comparada a civil. No cômputo geral, parece desejar formar soldados e não alunos, tendo a disciplina como diferencial e sinônimo de qualidade.

Esta investigación analiza las “resistencias” que los habitantes de pequeñas localidades de las sierras de Córdoba llevan adelante para mitigar los impactos del modelo de desarrollo hegemónico. Con este fin — tomando como eje temporal la conmoción provocada por los megaincendios sucedidos en el año 2020 en la provincia de Córdoba — se exploran procesos de organización colectivos que emergen desde la comunidad proponiendo otras maneras de producción socioespacial. En base a un caso de tipo etnográfico en la serranía cordobesa -el movimiento de brigadas forestales-, esta investigación abona supuestos disparadores sobre modalidades de gestión y defensa territorial novedosas para afrontar problemáticas socioambientales ante el avance de procesos extractivos.

El Objetivo General de este trabajo fue Investigar con enfoque evaluativo los componentes más relevantes de la calidad de atención, en el Centro de Salud Campo Verde, en la Provincia de Jujuy, durante el año 2.001.Los Objetivos Específicos fueron: a) Indagar la disponibilidad de recursos y el nivel organizacional del Centro; b) Analizar las condiciones que presenta la estructura del Centro de Salud; c) Identificar los procesos de atención materno infantiles, seguidos en el Centro; e) Descubrir el grado de satisfacción de los usuarios, en relación con la utilización de los servicios del Centro de Salud. Metodología: La investigación es Descriptiva Observacional Retrospectiva

"เอกสารปรีดี" ที่อยู่ที่ฝรั่งเศส ไม่ใช่ "จดหมายปรีดี" ที่ปรีดีฝากไว้แล้วให้เปิดปี 2024 ตามที่เป็นกระแส จากการศึกษาเอกสารชุดก่อนหน้าที่ได้รับการแผยแพร่แล้ว พบว่า "เอกสารปรีดี" คือเอกสารที่สถานทูตฝรั่งเศสในไทยรวบรวมเกี่ยวกับปรีดี เหมือนเอกสารการทูตทั่วไป ส่งมาเก็บไว้ที่หอจดหมายเหตุการทูตตามขั้นตอนปกติ เนื้อหาของเอกสารพูดถึงการลี้ภัยของปรีดีจากจีนมาฝรั่งเศส, การเจรจาต่อรองเรื่องการออกเอกสารเดินทาง, ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ โดยรวมถึงการประเมินสถานการณ์และความสุ่มเสี่ยงที่จะกระทบกับความสัมพันธ์กับไทยหากปรีดีได้มาลี้ภัยที่ฝรั่งเศส

ประโยชน์ของ "เอกสารปรีดี" คือการช่วยเติมเติมช่องว่างในประวัติศาสตร์นิพนธ์เรื่องปรีดีในจีน เพราะในบรรดางานศึกษาทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวกับปรีดี อาจจะพูดได้ว่าช่วงชีวิตของปรีดีที่ยาวนานถึง 21 ปีในจีน เป็นช่วงเวลาที่มีการศึกษาน้อยที่สุด

บทความชิ้นนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ตอน ในตอนแรกเริ่มด้วยการอภิปรายเกี่ยวกับหอจดหมายเหตุการทูตและลักษณะของเอกสารทางการทูตของฝรั่งเศสที่จะนำมาใช้ตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับปรีดีในจีน จากนั้นได้กล่าวถึงบริบทการเมืองในไทยที่เป็นเหตุให้ปรีดีลี้ภัยมาสู่จีนตั้งแต่ปี 1947 จนกระทั่งครอบครัวของปรีดีตามมาอยู่ด้วยจนถึงการรัฐประหารของสฤษดิ์ในปี 1957 ในตอนที่สามได้พิจารณาแฟ้มเอกสารที่ฝรั่งเศสรวบรวมเกี่ยวกับปรีดี ซึ่งครอบคลุมช่วง 1965-1967 โดยละเอียด โดยชี้ให้เห็นว่าปรีดีเริ่มมีความพยายามขอลี้ภัยมายังฝรั่งเศสในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว

หากมองในภาพรวมแล้ว บทความนี้ต้องการชี้ให้เห็นความซับซ้อนของปรีดีในฐานะนักเคลื่อนไหวทางการเมืองในขณะที่ลี้ภัยอยู่ในประเทศจีนช่วง 1948-1970 โดยใช้ "เอกสารปรีดี" ของหอจดหมายเหตุการทูตฝรั่งเศส ร่วมกับงานศึกษาชิ้นอื่น ๆ นอกจากนี้ บทความนี้พยายามให้มุมมองที่เชื่อมโยงกันระหว่างสถานการณ์ในไทย ในจีนและสถานการณ์ระหว่างประเทศ เพื่ออธิบายว่าท้ายที่สุดแล้วทำไมปรีดีถึงตัดสินใจลี้ภัยในจีนและออกจากจีนไปฝรั่งเศสในเวลาต่อมา

The aeroplane as a weapon of war has undergone massive transformation in the ensuing period; however the doctrine of its employment has not changed much. There is need therefore to critically evaluate the primacy given to control of the air amongst various air power roles and analyse if it is valid in all the situations.
