This paper presents the implementation of a smart fan system with multiple control modes, which includes the following features: integrating embedded systems, wireless communication, and sensor-based automation. The smart fan supports automatic temperature-based, mobile app, and voice command operations. The system ESP32 microcontroller coordinates sensors, a fourphase relay module, a servo motor for oscillation, and power management circuits. A mobile application, developed with MIT App Inventor enables Bluetooth-based interaction, while Google Speech-to-Text via Wi-Fi provides voice control to operate the fan. Testing confirmed reliable performance, including <300 ms response time, stable Bluetooth operation up to 10 m, and 18% improvement in energy efficiency over conventional fans. This work demonstrates the potential of IoT-based appliances in promoting energy efficiency, accessibility, and intelligent living.

The field of smart home automation has experienced significant advancements, particularly with the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and voice-controlled interfaces. Among these developments, the ESP32 microcontroller has emerged as a pivotal component due to its affordability, dual-core processing, robust wireless connectivity, and compatibility with speech recognition frameworks. This systematic review critically examines the evolution of voice-activated smart home systems leveraging ESP32, synthesizing insights from peer-reviewed research, industrial case studies, and open-source implementations. The primary objective of this review is to provide a comprehensive analysis of ESP32-based IoT architectures that enable voice command processing and device orchestration. Key focus areas include system design patterns, integration with commercial and open-source voice platforms (e.g., Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa), as well as the unique challenges related to privacy, security, and interoperability in wireless environments. The review also highlights the growing trend toward local speech recognition models, which mitigate data privacy concerns associated with cloud-based processing. Furthermore, the study presents a comparative evaluation of performance metrics, energy efficiency, and scalability across various implementations. By consolidating these findings, the review elucidates the technological landscape and practical implications of ESP32-driven voice automation systems. It identifies persistent challenges such as real-time responsiveness and platform fragmentation, and proposes actionable insights to guide researchers, developers, and practitioners in designing secure, adaptive, and user-centric smart home environments.

Modern farming practices emphasize cutting-edge technology for plant data monitoring since data monitoring enables farmers to promote sustainable farming practices in fieldwork. World agriculture is looking at sustainable management practices on agricultural farms. Real-time plant data monitoring gets priority in precision farming, making farmers informed plant decisions. The study aims to design a sensor and cloud application for farmers' plants' live data monitor that provides an opportunity for earlier disease and pest detection to control long-term and effective agricultural development and provides sensor wireless network support to track plants' natural characteristics and anomalies detection. This research investigates sensor applications in farming practices to collect plant live data to produce information before making decisions about plants by farmers. The application applied the MySQL cloud database to store plants' analogue data; smart devices connect farmers to the plant field virtually. The article experiment reveals that remote farmers can direct plants' current condition to the environment. Farmers get support to take immediate actions based on live data behaviour in an innovative way; thus, fast response for plants improves production quality and optimizes resource use. The study found that live data monitoring with a sensor network and cloud server application provides a technology-driven data collection model that efficiently analyzes data interpretation for farming practices.

The project has been aimed at achieving a solution for huge energy wastage by introducing a method to control and monitor the ON and OFF timings of street lights by both automatically and manually from a remote location using Internet of Things (IoT). Conventional street lights in most of the areas are turned ON and OFF manually in the evening before the sun sets and the next day morning after there is sufficient sunlight and do not have a controlling system. The complete setup incorporates the use of Light Dependent Resistors (LDR) for sensing the light intensity in the environment and the sunlight falling on them to control the street lights. The lights will automatically glow once the sun goes down or at times when the intensity of light falling on the sensors diminishes due to stormy weather. Nowadays, electricity is the most important or basic needs of human life. In this paper, the development of power factor meter using Arduino will be discussed. To measure power, several parameters were extracted, including voltage and current from the alternating current (AC) source. Voltage and current sensors outputs were interfaced to Arduino, in which the real power and apparent power were calculated to determine the power factor. In this proposed system, two zero crossing detectors are used for detecting zero crossing of voltage and current. The project is designed to minimize penalty for industrial units using automatic power factor correction unit. The controller used in this project belongs to Arduino family.The time lag between the zero-voltage pulse and zero-current pulse is fully generated by suitable operational amplifier circuits in comparator mode is fed to two interrupt pins of a microcontroller.

Many microcontroller modules currently on the market, but the modules are made as small as possible with limited facilities. As contained in the ESP6288 module which has only one analog input. Whereas if you will need more than one, you will need a module again. In this study, we require to add analog inputs using the CD74HC4067 multiplexer module. This multiplexer module can add 16 analog inputs from the ESP6288 module. After making and testing the system the results are obtained which can add analog inputs by utilizing the CD74HC4067 multiplexer module. And the results of reading the analog data can be seen in the Arduino plotter series and on the web.

The agricultural irrigation system is extremely important. For optimal harvest yields, farmers must manage rice plant quality by monitoring water, soil, and temperature on agricultural fields. If market demand rises, traditional rice field irrigation in Indonesia will make things harder for farmers. This modern era requires a system that lets farmers monitor and regulate agricultural fields anywhere, anytime. We need a solution that can control the irrigation system remotely using an internet of things (IoT) device and a smartphone. This study employed the Ubidots IoT cloud platform. In addition, the study uses soil moisture and temperature sensors to monitor conditions in agricultural regions, while pumps function as irrigation systems. The test results indicate the proper design of the system. Each trial collected data. The pump will turn on and off automatically based on soil moisture criteria, with the pump active while the soil moisture is less than 20% and deactivated when the soil moisture exceeds 20%. In simulation mode, the pump operates for an average of 0-5 seconds of watering. The monitoring system shows the current soil temperature and moisture levels. Temperature sensors respond in 1-3 seconds, whereas soil moisture sensors respond in 0-4 seconds.

The aim of this work is to develop a prototype of a low cost automatic internet of things extension system that looks like a regular extension system but can be operated automatically. The extension system is controlled and monitored with the use of a smartphone application. The node MCU, ESP8266, 9V 1A power adapter, breadboard power supply USB-5V/3.3V, 5V 4-channel relay, and 1602 LCD with I2C are used in the design consideration and execution. The solution is low-cost, and it allows user to control home appliances remotely instead of manually. The system authentication was validated after the implementation and testing stages. The system is suitable for usage in homes, offices, and laboratories. The system is also recommended for industrial use, as it will be particularly beneficial in situations where several pieces of equipment and machinery are connected to a single switching device and can be operated from afar.

In order to improve lighting management throughout a campus infrastructure, operational flexibility, and energy efficiency, this study suggests a wireless smart lighting system with centralized control. The system combines wireless sensors, LED illumination, and a central control unit to manage lighting according to occupancy, the time of day, and environmental factors. Significant energy savings are possible since the system may be remotely monitored and optimized through the use of a wireless communication protocol. Phases of the implementation included installing sensors and LEDs, setting up a centralized control system, and evaluating the campus lighting infrastructure. The outcomes demonstrate a significant reduction in energy use, easier upkeep, and better illumination around the campus. Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly lighting solutions are in high demand, particularly in huge infrastructures like college campuses. Conventional lighting systems frequently need human operation and are inefficient, which increases operational complexity and wasteful energy use. A wireless smart lighting system with centralized control that is specifically designed for campus infrastructures is suggested in this research. Using wireless sensors, LED lights, and a centralized control unit, the system dynamically modifies illumination according to occupancy, ambient light levels, and time of day in real time.

II. THE FAULTS A. Over Voltage When the motor is running in an overvoltage condition, slip will decrease as it is inversely proportional to the square of the voltage and efficiency will increase slightly. The power factor will decrease because the current being drawn by the motor will decrease and temperature rise will decrease because the current has decreased (based on I2t). As most new motors are designed close to the saturation point, increasing the V/HZ ratio could cause saturation of air gap flux causing heating. The overall result of an overvoltage condition is an increase in current and motor heating and a reduction in overall motor performance. So, we are taking reading from PT and set threshold value of voltage in the C program which is fed in the controller.If the voltage goes over threshold limit, the controller will command the relay to cutoff the supply from the motor.Overvoltage fault will be shown on the display mounted for the purpose. B. Under Voltage If an induction motor operating at full load is subjected to an under voltage condition, full load speed and efficiency will decrease and the power factor, full load current and temperature will increase. The undervoltage element can be considered as backup protection for the thermal overload element. If the voltage decreases, the current will increase, causing an overload trip. In some cases, if an under voltage condition exists it may be desirable to trip the motor faster than the overload element. The overall result of an under voltage condition is an increase in current and motor heating and a reduction in overall motor performance.

When designing and setting up an electric power station, we must take into consideration the type of loads, load of future expansions and also study the effect of ambient conditions especially temperatures so that the power station is able to feed those loads,thus making it more stable ,so in this paper we study the effect of environment condition, especially the temperature degree , so if any increase or decrease in temp degree its mean increase in electric loads, therefore we need to increase the electric power generated from power station to match the incremental in the load .Therefore we design control devise depending on "Arduino technique" to control the number of units generators in power station that must work and connected to network to share the remain power unit with electric power generated when an increase or decrease in temperature degree to remain the electric power station with more stability in work.

The project is a high/low voltage protection device system for appliances specifically for home appliance. The device is low-cost making it more affordable for the countryside and in response to the abnormal input voltage condition in rural Philippines. The apparatus is an innovation ofthe existing high/low voltage protector device using the architecture development vee model. Testing of the device shows that it has a very high switching efficacy index comparable to existing similar devices.

Context: This article presents the real-time estimation of temperature (°C) and relative humidity ( %) (interval of 16 seconds) for the city of Bogota DC via the Internet of Things (IoT). Method: This prototype is based on the Arduino ESP8266 NodeMCU module and the DHT11 sensor, as well as on a server-client HTPP communication protocol viaWi-Fi, with remote access to information. 16 sensors were installed in Bogota DC. These sensors send the observed data to the MATLAB storage cloud (ThingSpeak) via theWi-Fi module and can be downloaded in real-time. The temperature (°C) and relative humidity ( %) values were calibrated based on measurements made by the TTH002-certified digital thermo-hygrometer. The prototype is making use NodeMcu as the main controller and free to use IoT platform BLYNK.  The combination of these two provides capabilities to control the lamp(s) remotely using smartphone connected to the Internet. The prototype uses Google Assistant to turn on and turn off the lamp remotely using voice command.

In the transmission network there are parameters that must be maintained, including voltage, electric current, etc. So a monitoring system that can be monitored remotely is needed, one of which is using the Internet Of Thinks (IOT) network. In this study, measurements were made on a 500 KV transmission network which is simulated in the form of a prototype of a wind power plant and step-up to the transmission network up to a maximum of 100 VDC. The voltage on the transmission network can be monitored directly on the basis of IoT. The atmega 8 microcontroller converts from an analog signal sensor voltage 0-5vdc and sends it to IOT using the ESP8266 wifi module with a transmission voltage range of 0-100 VDC. The use of a control system to assistive devices in the capture fisheries is one example of how technology has significantly aided fishing operations recently. By deploying portable underwater lamps, this control system can let fishermen conduct fishing operations more quickly and easily while reducing operating expenses. Using the Arduino UNO device as a microcontroller, the NodeMCU ESP8266 module as a liaison, and the blynk application as a monitoring command for turning on and off from Android, this control system is built on the Internet of Things (IoT). The design technique and block diagram of the system, which comprises a remote-control system for lights such as on/off, reducing light intensity, and a buoy construction drive system, were employed as the study methodology. The test's findings demonstrate that the construction of the lamp is completely controllable, water resistant, and capable of 180-degree illumination based on the vertical axis of the light. Moreover, the lighting settings are straightforward to operate. The distribution of the light is affected by the design of the lamp and the brightness levels of the light have an impact on the light intensity.

Smart Homes are becoming a part of the Internet of Things, which is growing in applications across a wide range of industries. Current smart home systems have discrete features, low portability, limited updating capabilities, and a reliance on personal computers. The proposed system is expanded on renewable energy source from solar with monitoring and controlling website and mobile application. In this article, we recommend an Internet of Things-based smart home system for comfort, entertainment, and security. Smart home technologies using a smart home app on a smartphone or other connected device to control smart devices like security cameras, smart locks, automated doors, and electric appliances (light, fan, air cooler, air conditioner, washing machine, cooking oven, and so on), a user is able to control the comfort, security, convenience, and energy efficiency of their home. This technology will help to prevent wastage of electricity. Users will be able to reduce their total cost to a great extent and this technology will be a milestone in the overall development of the country. This system addresses these issues by utilizing renewable energy source, ESP 8266, and relay module and cloud computing technologies.

The tool for designing an IoT-based electronic equipment switch system has been designed. This system uses the NodeMCU ESP 8266 microcontroller where the NodeMCU ESP8266 functions as a data processor, and also as a receiver for wi-fi networks emitted by wi-fi network systems. This tool system uses a control system using an Android smartphone to turn on and off switches for electronic devices at home, this tool uses a Wi-Fi network communication system so that the device system and Android smartphone can be connected, in this tool system it uses a DC fan and incandescent lamps as outputs. connected to an electrical switch system, and the switch can turn on and turn off electronic devices on designed devices. The smartphone application used in this design is the Blynk application which can be downloaded at Playstore or Google.com. The current study examines the impact of yoga on college-bound students' mental health and wellbeing. In the current investigation, a purposive sampling strategy was utilized to select sixty different students. The ages of people in the sample ranged from 20 to 25 years old. The pre-post-investigation approach was utilized for the conduct of this study. The mean, standard deviation, and t-test were utilized for the statistical analysis. The results of the current research also indicate that yoga has an impact on mental health and well-being.

Pada penelitian ini dirancang prototipe sistem elektronis berbasis mikrokontroler untuk pemantauan analogi instalasi listrik, berupa sistem terintegrasi dalam satu paket modul berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino Uno R3. Sistem terintegrasi terdiri atas (1) analogi instalasi listrik; (2) sistem elektronis berupa (i) subsistem sensor-transduser, (ii) subsistem mikrokontroler, dan (iii) subsistem Liquid Crystal Display (LCD); dan (3) catu daya. Setiap fase dipasang sensor untuk pemantauan keberadaan tegangan melalui pengubahan parameter tegangan bolak-balik (alternating current, ac) ke parameter tegangan arus searah (direct current, dc) melalui sistem sensor-transduser. Keluaran sistem sensortransduser diproses pada mikrokontroler dan hasil pemantauan ditampilkan pada LCD. Pengukuran kinerja sistem dilakukan terhadap lima kondisi akibat pemberian asumsi perubahan pada MCB dan pemantauan jalur instalasi untuk ruang khusus. The progress in electronics is very significant. The concept of home automation systems has the potential to improve the living conditions of traditional homes. The aim is to provide convenience to the elderly and people with special needs. Our home automation system works effectively by providing clients with more personal happiness and comfort by using the automation system. Among the four popular wireless connections that will be implemented in this research is WIFI because the WIFI capabilities are more than enough to be implemented in the design. Also, most of the laptops/notebooks or Smartphones nowadays come with a built-in WIFI adapter. Indirectly will reduce the cost of this system. The research carried out has succeeded in making light and fan switching command displays using smartphones, tablet laptops can also use voice commands via Google Assistant. The results obtained are very responsive in receiving and responding to orders quickly and precisely.

Di Politeknik Negeri Cilacap khususnya gedung jurusan Teknik Elektronika, terdapat sebuah tandon air yang digunakan untuk penampungan air dari dalam tanah untuk memenuhi keperluan pengairan toilet, kebutuhan wudu dan memasak. Pengisian tandon air tersebut masih menggunakan cara manual dan tanpa proses filtrasi. Sehingga kekosongan air untuk kebutuhan sehari – hari sering terjadi dan air yang ada masih mengandung unsur tanah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dirancang sebuah sistem otomatisasi pengolahan air metode filtrasi dan backwash, bertujuan untuk mengolah air sumur. Banyak sekali jenis-jenis gangguan yang berpotensi untuk mengganggu fungsi dan kerja motor atau bahkan merusak motor itu sendiri di antaranya yaitu unbalance voltage dan overload. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat suatu alat yang bertugas untuk mengamankan motor induksi tiga fasa terhadap gangguan unbalance voltage dan overload berbasis mikrokontroller ATMega 328. Rancangan sistem ini sebagai penelitian awal kualitas air dengan deteksi kekeruhan secara otomatis yang dapat dipantau dari jarak jauh menggunakan aplikasi blynk di smartphone. Keluaran sensor turbidity diolah oleh mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266 dan ditampilkan pada aplikasi IoT Blynk app yang terintregasi dengan sistem Android melalui Wi-Fi. Pengukuran kekeruhan dilakukan pada tiga kondisi air yaitu air keruh, air agak keruh, dan air jernih. Hasil pengukuran pada tiga kondisi air menunjukkan air jernih dengan kekeruhan kurang dari 2 NTU, nilai tegangan kurang dari 3 V, pada air agak keruh dengan 28 NTU, nilai tegangan 2 V, dan pada air keruh lebih dari 75 NTU, nilai tegangan kurang dari 0.5 V.

Air yang dibutuhkan sendiri adalah jenis air yang jernih dan bersih serta memiliki kualitas yang baik. pada umumnya, orang-orang menyimpan air pada tandon sebagai cadangan air bersih untuk digunakan. Terutama pada kota besar seperti Samarinda yang dimana curah hujan yang tinggi sehingga menyebabkan banjir yang membuat air sumur atau PDAM menjadi keruh sehingga kekurangan air bersih. Maka dari itu, tingkat kejernihan dan kekeruhan air menjadi salah satu faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan. Dasar penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui tingkat kejernihan air pada tandon menggunakan Turbidity sensor SKU SEN0189 dan ultrasonic sensor HC SR04 untuk mengetahui kapasitas dari tandon. Hasil dari pengujian prototipe sistem monitoring kejernian air dengan sensor turbidity pada tandon didapatkan hasil pengujian pada sensor ultrasonik tidak presisi karena ukuran wadah yang digunakan berdiameter 20 cm dan tinggi 25 cm yang dimana dapat mengganggu akurasi dari sensor ultrasonik yang mengakibatkan Overload pada pengisian air, pada pengujian sensor turbidity menggunakan 4 jenis air yaitu air Aqua, air PDAM, air sabun, dan air yang bercampur tanah. Didapatkan hasil kesimpulan dari pengujian sensor turbidity yaitu air yang dapat digunakan sekitar 1500 NTU kebawah dan apabila kejernian menyentuh angka 3000 NTU maka air dinyatakan tidak dapat digunakan.

A control unit based-on web in smarthome system has been designed and constructed. The control unit can be integrated into the smarthome system platform for gate operation via a smartphone. The research objectives, namely (i) integration of hardware and availability of raw files for applications, (ii) programming for control unit, and (iii) availability of control unit and implementation of validation tests. The result of integration is a form of successful hardware handshaking. The programming result is a form of successful software handshaking, including (i) a flowchart-based algorithm, while the syntax structure is based on the Arduino IDE, (ii) the comfiling and uploading stages of the syntax structure to the Arduino UNO R3 module, including the process online control based on RemoteXY version 4.5.1 via a web browser, and (iii) uploading files from personal computers and smartphones based on Android. The availability of the control unit physical building for the validation test process is the achievement of handshaking in hardware and software, in the form of performance measurement of the control unit with 3 (three) kinds of observations, namely (i) "open", (ii) "close", or (iii) lock/unlock state. In general, it is concluded that the web-based control unit on the smarthome system for gate operation can function and perform according to plan.
