This study aimed to evaluate the financial performance of tourism companies listed on the Borsa Istanbul Stock Exchange (BIST) using a multi-criteria decision-making method called the Range of Values (ROV) technique. This approach was chosen because it allows multiple financial indicators to be considered simultaneously, thus providing a more holistic assessment than single-metric evaluations. The researchers selected eight financial ratios, spanning liquidity, leverage, profitability, and activity measures, as evaluation criteria. These ratios were applied to assess the financial performance of the nine tourism companies traded on BIST from 2015 to 2021. The results of the ROV analysis revealed that the financial leverage ratio is the most critical indicator in determining the overall financial performance of tourism firms. This suggests that a company's capital structure and debt management are crucial to its financial standing within the tourism industry. By ranking the nine companies based on their aggregated financial performance scores, this study provides insights into their relative financial health. This information can be valuable for investors, creditors, and industry analysts when making informed decisions regarding the tourism sector. The findings of this study demonstrate the utility of multi-criteria decision-making methods, such as the ROV technique, in comprehensively evaluating companies' financial performance. The authors conclude that financial ratios can be effectively employed to assess the performance of tourism companies, and that the ROV approach offers a robust framework for such assessments. This study contributes to the literature by providing a nuanced understanding of the financial drivers of performance in the tourism industry, which can inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation within the sector.

Both countries and organizations have had to invest in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) to compete with their rivals in global competitive conditions and to adapt to the ever-changing world. An organization or a country needs to evaluate its performance to ensure its sustainability constantly. The Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method is widely used in performance evaluation. This study aimed to evaluate Türkiye AI performance for the nine years between 2014 and 2022. In the research, years were included in the analysis as the decision-making unit. Two input and two output variables were used in the analyses. The study was carried out by using the input-oriented CCR DEA model and its super-efficiency model. According to the results of the analysis, efficient/inefficient decision-making units were determined. Several potential improvement suggestions have been put forward for inefficient decision-making units.

Ayrıca çalışmada, karar problemlerinin çözümünde kullanımı gittikçe artan bütünleşik/hibrit modellere yönelik farklı toplulaştırma tekniklerine yer verilmiştir. Spor kulüplerinin performansları açısından sıralanması için bütünleşik karar modeli oluşturulmuştur. Bu modelde, kriterlerin ağırlıklarının belirlenmesi için İkili Karşılaştırma Ağırlıklandırma Tekniği'nden yararlanılmıştır. Ağırlıklandırma işlemi sonucunda, finansal kriterlerden aktif kârlılık, sportif kriterlerden futbolda kazanılan kupa sayısı ve sosyal kriterlerden stadyum doluluğu, ana kriter gruplarında ilk sıraları almıştır. Karar probleminin çözümü için çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden SAW, TODIM, EDAS, VIKOR, QUALIFLEX ve MAPPAC kullanılmıştır. Söz konusu çözümlerin toplulaştırılmasında ise Borda, Copeland, Nanson, Ortalama, Cook ve Seiford, Kemeny toplulaştırma tekniklerinden yararlanılmıştır. Bütünleşik sıralamalarda, finansal performans açısından Beşiktaş ilk sırada bulunurken; sportif, sosyal ve genel performans sıralamalarında Galatasaray ilk sırada yer almıştır. Sonuç olarak spor kulüplerinin sürdürülebilir başarılar elde etmesi için finansal yapılarını düzeltmeleri, sosyal sorumluluk açısından ise toplumun geneliyle etkileşim içinde olmaları ve futbol dışında kalan takım sporları ve bireysel sporlara olanaklar yaratmaları gerekmektedir.

Bu çalışma ile ayakkabı sektörü için literatürde en fazla yer alan sekiz kriter kullanılarak dünyada en çok ayakkabı ithal eden ülkeler arasından bir seçim işlemi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın mevcut durumda Türkiye’deki firmaların en fazla ayakkabı ihraç ettiği ülkeleri çeşitlendirerek uluslararası rekabette daha fazla başarı elde etmeleri amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinin bütünleşik olarak uygulanması neticesinde Türkiye’de ayakkabı üretimi yapan ve söz konusu ürünlerin ihracatını gerçekleştiren firmalar açısından en iyi üç alternatif olarak Hong-Kong, Birleşik Krallık ve Almanya öne çıkmıştır. Aynı yöntemlerin uygulanması neticesinde her üç yönteme göre Türkiye’deki ayakkabı sektörü temsilcileri açısından en kötü iki alternatif ise Japonya ve Vietnam olmuştur.

TOBIT analysis was conducted to determine the factors affecting the efficiency. In the study, analyses were carried out using three inputs and three outputs. According to the results of the input-oriented CCR model, 7 provinces were found to be efficient, while the remaining Decision Making Units (DMUs) were inefficient. Using TOBIT analysis, the effects of input and output variables on efficiency scores were determined. Efficient DMUs were evaluated among themselves by comparing the results of the CCR Super Efficiency (CCR-SE) model, TOPSIS and EDAS method. The relationship between the CCR-SE model, TOPSIS and EDAS methods was determined using Spearman's rho method. The study results reveal that using the DEA method and MCDM methods together is very useful for comparing and ranking efficient DMUs.

In this study, hotels in a touristic city in Turkey have evaluated in terms of service quality, using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Entropy, EDAS (Evaluation Based on Distance from Average Solution) and ARAS (Additive Radio Assessment), which are among the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods. The criteria have determined as "food quality, room quality, service quality, swimming opportunities, location, recommendation and price-performance ratio", and mentioned criteria have weighted with AHP and Entropy methods. Alternatives are ranked by EDAS and ARAS methods and the results are presented by comparing them. The study presents a perspective to individuals and hotel managers who will choose a hotel for accommodation.

Bu çalışma da doktora öğrenci seçimi probleminin "Çok Kriterli Karar Verme" yöntemlerinden AHP temelli VIKOR yöntemi ile çözümlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmadaki uzman ekip Uşak Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi öğretim üyelerinden oluşmaktadır. Örneklem; Uşak Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü İşletme Bölümü doktora programına başvurmayı düşünen 6 adaydan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada kullanılan kriterler ilgili literatür taraması ve uzman görüşüne başvurularak oluşturulmuştur. Elde edilen kriterler, ALES (Akademik Personel ve Lisansüstü Eğitimine Giriş Sınavı), mezun olduğu süre, saha tecrübesi, sözlü mülakat ve YDS (Yabancı Dil Sınavı) şeklindedir. Çalışmanın sonucunda; en çok öneme sahip kriterlerin AHP yöntemi ile YDS ve ALES kriterleri olduğu belirlenmiştir. Alternatiflerin sıralaması, en iyi ve en kötü öğrenci adayların belirlenmesi ise VIKOR yöntemi ile yapılarak çalışma sonlandırılmıştır.

Sports activities have been performed as a spectacle since ancient times. With the start of the Olympics, sports competitions were organized for the entertainment of the masses in Ancient Greece and later in the Roman Empire. Since the end of the nineteenth century, clubs have been established in many sports branches, especially football, and they have had large fan bases. The establishment of different clubs by different socioeconomic, political and religious strata has also caused these clubs to be positioned in a different place than the purpose of sports. The financial aid of their supporters to these structures, which have the status of association, has enabled the formation of a local and global economy. Sports economy, which was previously non-profit, has turned into for-profit service companies in recent years, especially with the purchase of sports clubs by business people, and they have become public by incorporation. Although many sports clubs are joint stock companies in Türkiye, four of them are traded on Borsa İstanbul. In the study, the financial performance of sports clubs has been examined based on the data of these publicly traded companies. Within the scope of the study, the criteria used in the study have been weighted with the CRITIC method, and the performances of the alternatives have been evaluated with the SAW method. As a result, it has been determined that there is a relationship between working financial performance and sportive success.

The research aims to measure the perception public of finance students at Sakarya University of the accounting profession and their desire to pursue a career in this field. This study was carried out in a sample of students who started their public finance education where the introductory accounting course is compulsory and have never taken an accounting course. The research was conducted using quantitative and qualitative techniques. In the first stage, students' perceptions of the accounting profession were measured before (1st week; pre-test n=105) and after (14. weeks; post-test n=94) taking the Introduction to Accounting course. In the second stage, focus group interviews were held with eight students who had changed their career plans in accounting. The quantitative research findings show that the student's attitudes and perceptions towards the accounting profession become partly more negative after taking the course. The qualitative research shows that students' desire to pursue a career in the field increases, and their attitudes toward the accounting profession become positive after the course. Since the findings were obtained only from a limited sample, an inference can only be made within the scope of the research population.

Effective inventory management is crucial to responsive supply chains. ABC inventory classification is an effective approach to stratifying stock-keeping units, according to classes based on a single criterion or multiple criteria. In this paper, we proposed an equal-weight, rapidly deployable model for inventory classification based on simple criteria transformation, which is a linear transformation of the criteria values. The model is quick and easy to develop and effective in classifying inventory. A pairwise correlation comparison shows the proposed model to be significantly positively correlated with most of the existing models compared. The proposed model also shows better performance, in terms of hits, than most of the models compared. This research also provides practitioners and managers with a model substitutability table by comparing model correlation or class hits.

Sektörler açısından ithalat ve ihracat faliyetleri beraber değerlendirilerek dış ticarette (açık/fazlalık) hangi sektörün daha iyi olduğu çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden Entropi tabanlı EDAS ve CODAS yöntemleriyle ele alınarak her iki yöntem kıyaslanmıştır. Çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri, birden çok amacı içinde barındıran, karar vericiye bilgi veren ve matematik programlama modelleri ile analiz edilen karar verme tekniğidir. Aynı zamanda gerçek hayat uygulamasında çok sık karşılaşılan problemler hakkında kullanıcıya bilgi vermektedir. Ortalama çözüm uzaklığına dayalı değerlendirme olan EDAS yöntemi ile birleştirilebilir uzaklık tabanlı değerlendirmeye dayanan CODAS yöntemleri beraber ele alınıp İstanbul'daki dış ticaret performansı ele alınmıştır. Entropi tabanlı EDAS ve CODAS yöntemleriyle yapılan analiz sonuçlarına göre; İstanbul ili için 2013-2018 yılları arasında dış ticaret hacminde en fazla kâr elde edilen sektörün gayrimenkul, kiralama ve iş faliyetleri (A1) sektörü olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmanın bulguları kısmında ele alınan EDAS ve CODAS yöntemleri dış ticaret açığı/fazlalığı açısından İstanbul ilinin ithalat ve ihracat performansı hakkında bilgi vermektedir. Bu bilgiler ışığında hem ithalat hem de ihracatı düşündüğümüzde dış ticaret açısından hangi sektörün gelişmekte olduğu ve hangi sektörün gelişmemiş olduğunu analiz edebilmekteyiz. Seçim kriterleri değerlendirildiğinde her iki yöntem de çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden olan EDAS ve CODAS yönteminin başarı ile uyguladığını ve bu iki yöntemin performansının da iyi düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür.

Bu çalışmada biyogaz enerji üretimi sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletmenin tedarikçi seçim süreci ÇKKV (Çok Kriterli Karar Verme) yöntemlerinden SWARA ve Bulanık COPRAS yöntemleri kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Çalışmada ilk olarak tedarikçi seçimi sürecinde kullanılan kriterler belirlenmiş ve SWARA yöntemi kullanılarak bu kriterlerin önem dereceleri tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda gazlaşma oranı kriteri işletmenin tedarikçi seçim sürecinde en çok önem verdiği kriter, en az öneme sahip kriter ise vade kriteri olmuştur. Tedarikçi alternatiflerin değerlendirilmesinde Bulanık COPRAS yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonucuna göre en iyi tedarikçi alternatifi A3 olarak bulunmuştur.

In this paper, we introduce L 1 metrics in evaluation based on distance from average solution method for multi-criteria decision making. The strength of the proposed modification stems from the following advantages brought by its new distance measures: (1) capability for working with varied statistical data types; (2) increased sensitivity when comparing values of similar magnitudes; and (3) minimized influence of large differences between elements. We also present a variant of this algorithm that is suitable for trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. The merit of the new fuzzy modification is reduced time complexity due to the proposed calculation simplifications. The effectiveness and practicality of these new extensions are illustrated by three data sets for the best alternative selection. The results show that the modifications produce equal or very similar ranking in comparison with original algorithm and other well-known multi-criteria decision-making methods.

Considering that it will not be easy to make an improvement in production factors without any cost, the most critical field for businesses to minimize costs is logistics and supply chain structures. Likewise, the most important production factor that provides competitive advantage for businesses is human resources, also known as intellectual capital. In this context, it is vital to assign the right personnel to the right job. In case of selection and assignment of personnel based on merit, efficient use of business resources will be ensured and the final efficiency of the business will be positively affected, thereby paving the way for competitive advantage. Today, a wide variety of applications and tests are carried out for personnel selection. These methods, most of which are based on intuitive and personal judgments, can sometimes lead to wrong selection. It is obvious that short job interviews and/or job trial periods will not be enough to get to know the individual with his/her personality. In this context, the importance of multi-criteria decision-making techniques, which are frequently used in choosing the most suitable one among different personnel alternatives, is mentioned in the study. Multi-criteria decisionmaking techniques are an important aid for decision makers in personnel selection, as in many different areas. Although a significant part of the methods still require intuitive approaches such as expert opinion, the PSI method used in the study allows for the impartial evaluation of the alternatives and to reach conclusions on the numerical values they have, with the application stages in a completely rational way. In the study, a personnel selection decision to be made under the influence of many criteria with different importance levels is solved with the PSI method, which is one of the multi-criteria decisionmaking techniques and has been frequently used in different fields recently, and the results are shared. In this context, one of them is cost-oriented (C1-Negative Personality Traits) and the others are benefit-oriented (C2-Foreign Language Grade, C3-Year of Experience, C4-Team Work Skill, C5-Empathy Ability, C6-Problem Solving Ability and C7-Appearance) considering a total of 7 criteria, the most suitable one among 6 candidates was determined.

The variability in customer demands necessitates careful monitoring of production processes. At this point, supplier selection, which is the first and most important stage of production, gains importance. However, the supplier selection problem is affected by many criteria with different weights depending on the production area. In addition, in today's intense competition, such problems are too important to be left to the intuition of the parties. In this case, multi-criteria decision making techniques, which have provided significant convenience for decision makers in recent years, are very useful. In this context, the most suitable one among 5 supplier candidates was selected in the study. As a result of the literature research, the criteria affecting the problem; C1-delivery time (days), C2-product unit price (TL), C3-product defect rate (/100 shipments), C4-corporate structure (1-9), C5-economic strength (1-9), C6-logistics location (km.), C7-product quality (1-9) and C8-flexibility (1-9) and necessary information for alternatives were collected. Thus, the criteria in the initial matrix created were weighted with the SWARA technique. Finally, alternative suppliers were listed using COPRAS and OCRA methods and the most suitable supplier was selected. In the study, the criteria were weighted with the SWARA technique based on three different expert opinions, and the accuracy of the results was confirmed by using the COPRAS and OCRA techniques together, and the reliability of the methods in terms of the results they produced was demonstrated. As a result, it has been determined that the methods used in ranking the alternatives are in harmony with each other and the results are reliable.

In the era of digital manufacturing and highly competitive environment, it is desirable to deliver the right item, right quantity at right time at minimal cost. Under this volatile market environment, the inventory should be readily available at the manufacturing level at the lowest possible cost. Many industries have been conventionally employing traditional ABC analyses based on a single criterion of annual consumption cost for classification of inventory items in spite of other criteria such as unit cost, consumption rate, average inventory cost that may be important in inventory classification. Savunma Sanayii'nde yürütülen projeler ülkelerin askerî alandaki gelişimini sağlayan en önemli faktörlerdir. Ülkeler uluslararası arenada millî gücün ana unsurlarından biri olan askerî gücü etkin olarak kullanmak ve düşmanlarına karşı caydırıcılık sağlamak maksadıyla Savunma Sanayii projelerine yüksek oranda kaynak ayırmaktadır. Bu kaynakları maksimum verimlilik düzeyinde kullanabilmek, yıllara sâri olarak yürütülen bu projeler ile ilgili planlamalarda yüksek başarıya ulaşabilmek ve özellikle proje seçimi konusunda karar vericiye etkin çözümler sunabilmek için analitik yöntemler kullanarak önceliklendirmenin doğru ve etkin yapılması büyük önem arz etmektedir. Böylece hem eski yöntemlerin hem de yeni yöntemlerin karması ile proje önceliklendirme sonuçları elde edilmiştir. Her bir yöntemden elde edilen önceliklendirme sonuçları karşılaştırılmış ve bu sonuçlar normalize edilmiş ve ortalama değerleri alınarak her bir proje için nihai bütünleşik önceliklendirme puanı (NBÖP) bulunmuştur. The Internet has changed distribution channels and thus has enabled direct communication between suppliers and end users. Website quality is of great importance when it comes to competitiveness and to maintain the competitiveness. Therefore, this paper aims to present a new multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model based on the use of Weighted Sum Preferred Levels of Performances (WS PLP) for selecting alternatives and Pivot Pairwise Relative Criteria Importance Assessment (PIPRECIA) method for determining weights of the evaluation criteria. Usability and efficency is demonstrated in a conducted numerical example of webiste evaluation of the hotels in Timok region (Eastern Serbia).

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Jandarma Genel Komutanlığının emniyet ve asayiş ile kamu düzenini sağlamak başta olmak üzere mülki, adli ve askeri görevleri bulunmaktadır. Hizmetin aksamaması için personel niteliklerinin yanı sıra, kullanılan araç ve gereçlerin de kaliteli ve maksimum performans sağlayacak şekilde olması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada Jandarma Genel Komutanlığı’nın devriye müdahale aracı teminine yönelik problem, tedarikçi seçimi çerçevesinde ele alınmış, en uygun alternatifin belirlenmesine yönelik ÇKKV yöntemleri kullanılarak bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Öz: Bu çalışmada amaç Fortune 500 Turkey listesine giren lojistik firmaların performans değerlendirmesini ele almaktır. Bu amaçla Gri Entropi, FUCOM ve EDAS-M yöntemlerini birleştiren yeni bir Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yaklaşımı önerilmiştir. Çalışmanın ilk aşamasında kriterlere ilişkin objektif ağırlıklar Gri Entropi ile hesaplanmış ardından subjektif ağırlıklar ise FUCOM ile elde edilmiştir. Her iki ağırlık belirleme yönteminin kendilerine ait avantaj ve dezavantajları olmasından dolayı, bu çalışmada bu iki ağırlık belirleme yöntemi birleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci aşamasında ise lojistik firmaların performansı EDAS-M yöntemine göre belirlenip sıralanmıştır. Birleştirilmiş ağırlıklandırma yönteminden elde edilen bulgular göstermektedir ki en önemli üç performans kriteri sırasıyla ihracat miktarı, çalışan sayısı ve net satışlardır. Ayrıca, EDAS-M yöntemi ile ulaşılan sonuçlara göre, seçilen performans göstergeleri açısından en başarılı firma Ekol lojistik firmasıdır. Bu çalışmada önerilen hibrid modelden elde edilen bulgular, günümüzün artan rekabet koşulları altında sahip olduğu kaynaklarını optimal şekilde kullanmak zorunda olan lojistik firmalarının tüm paydaşları için büyük önem taşımaktadır.

Bu nedenle, işletmelerde personel seçimi oldukça önemlidir. Personel seçim sürecinin başarılı şekilde tamamlanması, işletmenin verimliliğini olumlu yönde etkilerken; yanlış seçimler üretim aşamasını, kaynakların kullanılabilirliğini olumsuz yönde etkileyerek müşteri ve pazar kayıplarına sebep olmaktadır. Personel seçimine önem verilmediğinde, hem işletme zarara uğramakta hem de personelin motivasyonu olumsuz etkilenmektedir. Personel seçiminde nitel değerlendirmelerin yanı sıra nicel değerlendirmelerin de yapılması, işletmeler açısından hayati öneme sahip olan bu sürecin başarı şansını artırmakta ve daha doğru seçim yapılmasına katkı sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışma kapsamında, Kayseri ili Organize Sanayi Bölgesi içerisinde yer alan orta ölçekli bir işletmenin personel seçim problemi ele alınmıştır. İş başvurusunda bulunan adaylar belirlenen kriterlere sahip olma düzeylerine göre sıralamaya tabi tutulmuşlardır. Değerlendirmede kullanılan kriterler eşit öneme sahip olmadığından kriter ağırlıklarının belirlenmesi aşamasında Analitik Hiyerarşi Yöntemi (AHP), adayların sıralamasında ise VIKOR Yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar personel seçiminde AHP ve VIKOR yöntemlerinin bütünleşik olarak etkili bir şekilde kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir.

Transportation investments are examined from many aspects, including technical, economic and financial, during the evaluation phase. Feasibility studies prepared for this purpose; It enables to identify the objectives of the investment, to see the problems that can be seen at all stages of the projects and the benefits to be gained in case the investment is realized. Evaluation of feasibility studies should be based on scientific principles above all. In this study, a three-stage model has been developed to evaluate feasibility studies. Criteria and alternatives were determined in stage 1. In stage 2, Best-Worst Method (BWM) for determining the level of significance of the criteria were used. Capital is one of the most important things in any business activity that will be carried out. Capital includes capital before planting, planting period until harvest time arrives and post-harvest. Because of the large number of farmers in Kuningan district, the Kuningan district Food Security and Agriculture Agency needs investors to help the farmers. In this study designing and building applications for selecting investments in the agricultural sector using a decision support system with the EDAS method. EDAS is a multi-criteria decision-making method based on the AS score. The data used is data from direct interviews with farmers to determine criteria, sub criteria and alternatives. The criteria include land area, capital, harvest period, yields, and selling price. The alternatives include the names of the farmers, namely Tati, Niryo, Odah, Umin, and Tarwa, as well as types of farming, such as chili, shallots, rice, corn, and peanuts. From the results of the overall calculation of this study, it shows that the EDAS method produces the best choice for Tati farming with the type of chili farming. This research produces a web-based application that can be used by farmers and investors and furthermore, it can be developed into an Android or mobile-based application. The goal is to make it easier for investors to find and choose the best farms to invest in.

The purpose of this study is to determine the mediating role of work engagement in the relationship between psychological well-being and job performance. The data were collected from textile workers to test the research's model. The sample of the research was composed of 322 textile workers. Psychological well-being scale, work satisfaction scale and work performance scale were used as data collection tools. The research's model was tested by structural equation analysis. It was found that the level of psychological well-being, work engagement and job performance of textile workers were below the average and low. As a result, it was determined that work engagement partially mediated the relationship between psychological well-being and job performance.

Öz Performans ölçüm problemlerinde, karar verme sürecinde etkili olan kriterler genellikle farklı özelliklere ve önem düzeylerine sahiptir. Bu kriterleri önem düzeylerine göre sıralayabilmek için çeşitli ağırlıklandırma yöntemleri geliştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, OECD ülkelerinin COVID-19 salgını ile mücadele performanslarını etkileyen girdi ve çıktı kriterleri, nesnel ağırlıklandırma yöntemi olan CRITIC ve öznel ağırlıklandırma yöntemi olan bulanık SWARA ile ağırlıklandırılmış, daha sonra bu iki yöntemden elde edilen ağırlık değerleri SOWIA yöntemi ile birleştirilerek bütünleşik ağırlık değerleri elde edilmiştir. Böylece nesnel, öznel ve bütünleşik ağırlıklandırma yöntemleri karşılaştırılmış, salgın ile mücadelede hangi girdi ve çıktı kriterlerinin daha önemli olduğu belirlenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında 1000 kişi başına doktor, hemşire ve hastane yatağı sayısı, 100.000 nüfus başına yoğun bakım yatak sayısı, sağlık harcamalarının GSYİH içindeki oranı, 65 yaş üstü kişi sayısının toplam nüfus içindeki oranı, kırsal nüfus oranı, şeker hastalığı yaygınlık oranı, nüfus yoğunluğu, milyon kişi başına aşı ve test sayıları girdi kriterleri olarak alınırken; milyon kişi başına vaka, iyileşen ve ölen sayıları çıktı kriterleri olarak alınmıştır. CRITIC yöntemine göre nüfus yoğunluğu ve iyileşen sayısı en önemli girdi ve çıktı kriterleridir. Bulanık SWARA yöntemine göre yoğun bakım yatak kapasitesi en önemli girdi, vaka sayısı ise en önemli çıktı kriteri olmuştur. SOWIA yöntemi ile elde edilen birleştirilmiş ağırlıklara göre ise en önemli girdi yoğun bakım yatak kapasitesi, en önemli çıktı kriteri vaka sayısı olmuştur. Uygulamada kullanılan nesnel ve öznel ağırlıklandırma yöntemleri ile elde edilen sonuçlar farklılık göstermektedir. Bu nedenle hem nesnel hem öznel ağırlıklandırma yöntemlerinin etkilerini dikkate alarak kriter ağırlıklarının bulunması tek ve nihai bir sonuca ulaşılması için tercih edilebilir.
