Business Process Re-engineering

Since the early 1990's, Ethiopia has been running reform programmes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and accountability in the delivery of public services. One method has been Business Process Re-engineering (BPR). Using a concurrent quan-QUAL mixed study, this chapter analyzes two public bodies to examine whether their BPR projects have been appropriately designed and implemented, what has worked, what has not, and why. The finding is that BPR designs have been generally sound, but positive results have been prevented or compromised by a wide range of planning and implementation defects, including failure to institutionalize the new systems; lack of monitoring, measuring, and reviewing; and an inadequate incentive structure.

Though organizational change creates opportunity, growth and development, it is a constant challenge to managers. And in most of the cases organizational change projects fail. This paper explores the factors that created challenge to the successful implementation of reengineering projects in two government organizations in Ethiopia through the lens of strategy implementation as a tool for business process reengineering implementation. A literature review is conducted and critical success factors are determined. The association between strategy execution and BPR implementation is discussed. An empirical study of the implementation of the BPR projects in two public bodies is conducted. It is found out that BPR and strategy are inseparable and performance measurement systems are useful in determining the success of such change projects. PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to carry out the business process re‐engineering (BPR) of a surgical ward in a hospital in order to improve the efficiency of the ward.Design/methodology/approachThis work was developed using a case study on a surgical ward. In this type of ward, in which scheduled and unscheduled operations often have to coexist and be managed, ways to minimise patient inconvenience need to be studied. A framework based on event‐driven process chains (EPCs) methodology, the entity‐relationship model and discrete event simulation is presented to define and analyse the current state of a surgical ward and design a future system. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan solusi berupa tuning untuk meningkatkan performance dari sisi response time aplikasi reporting purchase order di PT. Indomarco Prismatama sehingga membawa dampak positif pada perusahaan berupa pemanfaatan waktu yang lebih efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pengumpulan data, analisis, perancangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Proses analisis akan dilakukan untuk menemukan penyebab masalah kelambatan pada aplikasi dengan menganalisis masalah ini dari aspek-aspek yang paling mempengaruhi response time aplikasi yakni aspek data model dan PL/SQL code yang digunakan oleh aplikasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, melakukan tuning pada data model dan PL/SQL code, memanfaatkan materialized view, index, dan teknik partitioning diyakini sebagai solusi yang efektif untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Hasil yang dicapai setelah mengimplementasikan solusi tersebut adalah performance aplikasi yang meningkat dari sisi response time. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian ini adalah dengan menerapkan solusi berupa tuning data model dan tuning PL/SQL code, memanfaatkan materialized view dan partitioning terbukti paling efektif dalam meningkatkan performance pada aplikasi tersebut dari sisi response time.

Untuk melakukan perancangan EA diperlukan suatu metodologi yang sesuai serta mudah digunakan, TOGAF ADM adalah metodologi yang cocok dan lengkap. Tahapan-tahapan dalam merancang enterprise architecture sangatlah penting karena akan berlanjut pada tahapan selanjutnya yaitu implementasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki peran enterprise architecture di sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang ritel khususnya pada fungsi sales dan marketing. Keuntungan dari tahapan ini nantinya akan menghasilkan suatu enterprise architecture yang bisa dijadikan perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan strategis mereka.

Digital Transformation has become one of the most discussed debates; many sectors have adopted digital transformation to gain a competitive advantage and to ensure their continuity. Moroccan universities, in their turn, are facing strategic and managerial challenges due to emerging practices related to digital transformation. To address this issue, the proposed work sets out to define the factors that lead us to adopt a digital transformation using SWOT analysis and to apply total quality management techniques to contribute to our research laboratory's digital transformation, by digitalizing and managing knowledge and processes. KMS-TQM digital platform has been used to capitalize knowledge and profile the different existing functions, positions, tasks, and referential competencies. Then, we analyzed all the actual processes to propose a business process re-engineering using Bizagi Modeler. The study's contribution is to standardize all the current processes in the laboratory to help the Doctoral Studies Center successfully carry out the digital transformation. Moreover, the aim is to make all functions and tasks for each position explicit.

Business Process Redesign (BPR) projects are considered to be high risk due to their high management complexity, enterprisewide impact, and steep project cost. This paper describes a technique that should reduce that risk by developing a systematic process redesign method that we call Dynamic Process Modeling (DPM). It integrates customer-oriented process modeling with computerized visual process simulation to promote better understanding of the required process and determine its performance through simulation of the proposed redesign alternatives prior to selection and implementation. We compare DPM with four other implementation-level process modeling methods using eight criteria to demonstrate its effectiveness in a real-world hospital BPR case.

PT Albasia Nusa Karya merupakan perusahaan manufaktur pemotongan kayu yang berdiri sejak tahun 2015 di Kota Garut Provinsi Jawa Barat. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa barecore. Barecore adalah potongan kayu albasia/sengon yang dipotong potong menjadi strip strip (korpis) dengan ukuran yang sama dan direkatkan satu sama lain dengan lem sehingga membentuk lembaran seperti playwood/triplek. PT Albasia Nusa Karya saat ini belum mempunyai pendukung proses bisnis berupa penerapan teknologi informasi khususnya pada fungsi human resource unit pengembangan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut , PT Albasia Nusa Karya membutuhkan perancangan enterprise architecture yang dapat membantu memberikan solusi terhadap proses bisnis dan teknologi perusahaan mencapai visi dan misi. Perancangan enterprise architecture menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM yang terdiri dari fase preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture.

ANK masih manual, untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar kurang maksimal dikarenakan tidak adanya dokumentasi dokumen yang jelas, integrasi setiap proses pada PT. ANK kurang baik sehingga akan sulit untuk mewujudkan visi perusahaan. Dengan demikian untuk mewujudkan visi perusahaan dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang menunjang PT. ANK membutuhkan perancangan Enterprise Architecture yang dapat merancang sistem informasi yang tepat sesuai permasalahan dalam perusahaan, perancangan Enterprise Architecture menggunakan TOGAF ADM. Framework TOGAF ini merupakan standar Open Group yang telah terbukti digunakan oleh organisasi-organisasi terkemuka dunia dalam meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis dan IT. TOGAF dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan dibidang apapun dengan tujuan untuk membantu pada perusaahaan tersebut dalam merancang arsitektur perusahaan sehingga arsitektur yang dibangun lebih terstruktur dan sistematis.

Pushed by the transition towards the knowledge economy, as well as several other change drivers, an ever-increasing number of knowledge intensive ventures are relying on operational knowledge intensity in order to generate value. Through their interaction with their varied stakeholders-from actors within their supply chains to educational and financial institutions-knowledge intensive enterprises are increasingly becoming a key component of regional economic stability. Within their complex environment, these organisations lack the support of suitable frameworks to inform their efforts to optimise, adapt and improve their underlying business processes in order to maximise the efficiency of their performance and pursue growth ambitions. This paper examines the distinct nature of knowledge intensive entrepreneurial ventures (KIEs) and the applicability of current Business Process Improvement (BPI) frameworks to their setting. Finally, a KIE-oriented business process improvement framework is developed through an integrative adaptation of the concepts of knowledge intensity and knowledge management to the principles of business process redesign and re-engineering reported in existing literature. The proposed framework contributes to the existing literature in the subject of BPI modelling for knowledge intensive entrepreneurial ventures by addressing a distinct set of improvement concerns that this type of organisations face at a process level.

Modeling information systems using the TOGAF 91 Framework for PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk. which does not yet have an information system and enterprise architecture planning in running its business processes. The theory used is information systems, corporate architecture, UML and TOGAF 9.1. Sources of data obtained through interviews with the companies concerned. Modeling is designed based on the TOGAF ADM framework starting from preliminary phase to phase D. Preliminary is architectural preparation, phase A discusses architectural vision, phase b concerns business architecture, phase C discusses application and data architecture, and phase D is architectural technology.

Analisis yang ditemukan menggunakan metodologi penilaian capability level COBIT 5 menunjukan saat ini stock point PT. Indomarco Adi Prima cabang Jakarta telah mencapai level 3 pada prosesnya Hasil Yang Dicapai menjelaskan bahwa stock point PT. Indomarco Adi Prima telah mencapai target yang ditentukanya yaitu level 3, namun proses yang diterapkan masih belum optimal dan mencapai status fully achieved Simpulan pengendalian internal pada stock point PT. Indomarco Adi Prima cabang Jakarta 3 belum sepenuhnya berjalan sesuai dengan standar kerangka kerja COBIT 5 .

This case study examines the efforts of a mid-tier, cabinet-level state agency to transform its constituency services to be more effective using information technology. The agency, based in a rural Midwestern state, faced increased scrutiny to raise accuracy, lower wait times, decrease expenditures, increase constituency satisfaction, and expand services to the state. To meet these challenges, the agency conducted a series of meetings to determine best possible opportunities for change and decided that technology solutions, which supported their business vision of the future, would be the foundation for that change. Redesigning core organizational processes-using several technologies such as e-commerce, content management system, data warehousing, and mobile technologies-would revolutionize how the agency delivers these services to its constituency. Along the way, agency encountered several challenges such as staff turnover, leadership issues, outsourcing issues, and implementation issues. At the heart of their experience lie four theories: the technology adoption model, task-technology fit model, Delone-McLean model of information systems success, and Leavitt's model of organizational change (or Leavitt's diamond). This case will not only examine the academic issues surrounding the aforementioned theories, but will also discuss how the agency navigated through real-world issues to meet these challenges. By increasing the quality and quantity of information that governmental bodies provide "Joe Citizen," our populations are able to have opportunities to be more self-sufficient and are able to hold our public trust more accountable and responsive to the needs of an evergrowing, ever-changing society at large.

The use of information technology has become important to assist data processing, especially in the electrical equipment retail industry. Retail industry technology has not been fully utilized, especially in terms of marketing, production, delivery, finance and human resources. Problems that arise, such as long data processing times, miscalculation of financial invoices and many more. To harmonize business processes and information systems, business architecture and information systems are designed using the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) standard with the Architecture Development Method (ADM) method. The selection of TOGAF ADM aims to explain the architecture of the retail industry more specifically in terms of business, technology and information. This research phase includes preliminary, information technology strategy identification, solution identification, architectural vision and enterprise architecture. This research produces an enterprise architecture blueprint design in the form of proposed applications from the business, information and technology side, which is only limited to design. The implementation of the TOGAF ADM phase can maximize the retail industry's business processes in terms of concepts, techniques, integration between business and information technology and determine the transformation in all business, data, application and technology domains.

The challenges that logistics faces in the retail industry must be investigated in the context of the specific retail sector as well as the degree of development of the retail market. The research focus in this paper is on logistic processes in supermarket supply. The aim is to deepen the understanding of logistic processes and then to investigate the possibilities of their enhancement by applying radio frequency identification (RFID) as a higher level of information technology for product identification in retail supply chains. The research was conducted in one of the top ten trade companies in the emerging Serbian market. Simulation modelling was performed for one supply chain category, followed by quantification of time and cost performance of the current logistic processes (AS-IS model). The purpose of this study is to understand the views of academic leaders on the role of organizational culture while implementing management innovation at Bahir Dar University. Using a qualitative case study, data were collected using an in-depth interview (from sixteen purposefully selected academic leaders) and relevant documents (such as the BPR document and university strategic plan), and were thematically analyzed based on the selected dimensions of organizational culture in the conceptual framework. The findings show that participants consider organizational culture as decisive factor for organizational success even though the university’s culture has been considered as a barrier to the implementation of the management innovation (Business Process Reengineering). Digital Transformation (DT) is a vital change in the way an organization utilizes processes, people, and technology to provide value to its ever changing customer expectations over products and services. Researchers developed models and frameworks to tackle concerns in this area, and existing literature improved our understanding of digital transformation. However, there are not enough comprehensive systematic literature reviews to picture a clear portrait of the advantages of related works and point out the major gaps for future studies. This study aims to evaluate how these models and frameworks affect business while highlighting their advantages and pointing out their gaps for future improvements and studies. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) applied and collected and reviewed seven models and nine frameworks over five years between 2017 and 2021 from four databases of IEEE, Web of Science, Scopus, and Science Direct. These models and frameworks were reviewed and their advantages for researchers and practitioners were pointed out while picturing a clear vision of what is done in the Digital Transformation development of models and frameworks. The findings in this SLR indicated that the rising trend of DT studies has increased by 275% solely from 2020 to 2021 with 62% of those studies conducted in Europe.

This research aims to study the role that the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) may have on organizational performance of Portuguese university and polytechnic higher education institutions, through a literature review that supports the presentation of a conceptual model proposed by the authors. This research is justified by the observation of a reality still relatively little studied at the level of higher education institutions, not only in Portugal but also in other countries, particularly about the perspective of their financial sustainability, in line with the growing relevance that quality has come to assume in these institutions. Regarding the methodology, a study of a qualitative nature is contemplated, although using quantitative techniques, being the data obtained through the application of a questionnaire elaborated by the authors to evaluate the different dimensions of the proposed conceptual model. In the treatment of quantitative data, a model of structural equations (SEM) will be used, to investigate the possible relations between the different dimensions incorporated in the model.

Organizational culture (OC) is one of the key elements to the success of innovations in universities. The main challenge in universities is, however, building a culture that embraces and sustains innovations. Taking selected dimensions of OC as a guiding framework and qualitative case study as a research design, this study tries to understand academic leaders' conception of OC, and its role on the implementation of management innovation (BPR). Data collected using interview from purposefully selected academic leaders and relevant documents are thematically analyzed. The results reveal lack of common understanding of OC among leaders. Though all leaders unanimously agree that OC is very decisive for organizational success, they agree neither in its definition nor what elements it constitutes in their university context. The study shows that leadership as a dimension of OC has been playing marginal role. Leaders report presence of poor understanding of innovation, low commitment and sense of ownership, disconnection between middle and top level leaders, uncertainty and lack of follow-up of implementation, and reporting for conformity. In addition, presence of poor interpersonal relationships, lack of systematic handling of conflicts, low degree of risk taking behavior and flexibility are reported. All academic leaders have gloomy picture of the university's core values as they are not intentionally translated into practice. A common view held amongst leaders is that there is clash between old and desired culture, and less effort has been made to reconcile new managerial values with traditional ones which later pose difficulty to live up to the underlying principles of BPR. The degree of involvement in decision making is reported to be inadequate. Leaders agree that there was inadequate debate and reflection before and during implementation. All agree that OC has been a barrier in the process of implementation. Based on the results, implications for practice are suggested.

Melihat kondisi perusahaan yang bergerak di industri telekomunikasi saat ini, arsitektur referensi seperti Business Process Framework (eTOM), Information Framework (SID), dan Application Framework (TAM) diperlukan untuk melakukan penyelarasan antara proses bisnis, sistem informasi dan aplikasi perusahaan, namun arsitektur referensi ini belum dapat diterapkan atau diimplementasikan secara langsung untuk menyusun arsitektur dari setiap domain dan proses di perusahaan telekomunikasi karena setiap perusahaan memiliki proses bisnis, sistem informasi dan aplikasi yang berbeda-beda. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai bagaimana cara melakukan perancangan arsitektur referensi dalam perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri telekomunikasi dengan menggunakan framework yang dijadikan acuan, yaitu eTOM, SID dan TAM. Pada analisis serta perancangan penelitian ini menggunakan TOGAF ADM. Pada TOGAF ADM terdapat proses-proses yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Informations Systems Architecture dimana dalam setiap fase menentukan/menetapkan informasi terkait perusahaan telekomunikasi dan menghasil kan artefak untuk perancangan EA. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan terkait referensi arsitektur dengan menggunakan framework acuan yaitu eTOM, SID dan TAM pada perusahaan telekomunikasi di proses capacity management.

Toko TechComp merupakan sebuah toko komputer yang menyediakan berbagai jenis sparepart komputer. Data transaksi penjualan tersebut mencakup informasi tentang item-item yang terjual di toko, termasuk harga dan fungsi dari masing-masing item tersebut. Dalam upaya untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen stok barang dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan, diperlukan alat bantu yang dapat memprediksi stok barang yang berkaitan.Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam mengenai pola penjualan toko TechComp dan membantu dalam manajemen stok barang. Dan akan membantu dalam mengidentifikasi tren penjualan, memprediksi kebutuhan stok barang, dan memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dalam mengelola toko. Dengan implementasi yang tepat, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan toko TechComp.

From a resource-based perspective, organizational learning and TQM are antecedents that are closely related to KM. The purposes of this study were to explain the contents of KM, and explore the relationship between KM-related concepts. Three propositions and one KM-related conceptual model were developed. The study examined Business process reengineering in Nigerian banking industry, using a sample of 80 randomly selected respondents from eight banks in Benin metropolis. The questionnaire served as the data collection instrument. Research data were analyzed, using descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation, and tables while correlation tests served as the inferential statistic. Research findings indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between corporate performance and business process reengineering. This paper is both an outline and a critique of AMORE, A Methodology Based on Object-Orientation for Re-engineering Enterprises that is being developed at the University of Warwick under the auspices of EPSRC grant GR/M02675. The methodology involves two principal phases, which deal with reengineering from business and software viewpoints respectively. AMORE proposes models and guidelines that are intended to achieve a closer integration between these two viewpoints than is possible with alternative approaches. To this end, it exploits business domain modelling that takes account of the business factors (such as goals, location and organizational structure) that influence the design of processes. The prospects for AMORE are reviewed first with reference to current thinking on BPR and software development for business information systems by IT specialists such as Jacobson and Warboys, and subsequently with reference to business applications of a new computer-based modelling paradigm that are being developed in parallel with AMORE by Beynon and Russ in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Warwick.

Analisis yang ditemukan menggunakan metodologi penilaian capability level COBIT 5 menunjukan saat ini stock point PT. Indomarco Adi Prima cabang Jakarta telah mencapai level 3 pada prosesnya Hasil Yang Dicapai menjelaskan bahwa stock point PT. Indomarco Adi Prima telah mencapai target yang ditentukanya yaitu level 3, namun proses yang diterapkan masih belum optimal dan mencapai status fully achieved Simpulan pengendalian internal pada stock point PT. Indomarco Adi Prima cabang Jakarta 3 belum sepenuhnya berjalan sesuai dengan standar kerangka kerja COBIT 5 .

Albasia Nusa Karya (ANK) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi barecore menggunakan bahan baku kayu sengon laut (Albizia falcata). Akibat belum terpetakannya proses bisnis pengadaan bahan baku di PT. ANK, menyebabkan tidak adanya integrasi antara bagian gudang, bagian pengadaan, dan bagian akuntansi sehingga menimbulkan hambatan dalam proses pengadaan bahan baku mulai dari pengajuan permintaan bahan baku, validasi pemesanan, validasi invoice, hingga pembuatan reporting setelah transaksi. Permasalahan yang terjadi di PT. ANK dapat diatasi dengan pembuatan sistem ERP untuk perusahaan yang berfungsi untuk mengintegrasikan bagian gudang, bagian pengadaan, dan bagian akuntansi. Dengan terintegrasinya bagian-bagian tersebut, proses pengadaan bahan baku bisa menjadi lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode iterative waterfall untuk menerapkan modul purchase management pada aplikasi Odoo 10 sesuai dengan kebutuhan PT. ANK. Metode iterative waterfall memiliki keunggulan tingkat fleksibilitas yang tinggi dan cocok digunakan saat kebutuhan dan informasi kurang dipahami dengan baik. ANK, maka proses pengadaan bahan baku dapat dilakukan menggunakan sistem ERP sehingga menjadi lebih efektif.

Digital Transformation (DT) is a vital change in the way an organization utilizes processes, people, and technology to provide value to its ever changing customer expectations over products and services. Researchers developed models and frameworks to tackle concerns in this area, and existing literature improved our understanding of digital transformation. However, there are not enough comprehensive systematic literature reviews to picture a clear portrait of the advantages of related works and point out the major gaps for future studies. This study aims to evaluate how these models and frameworks affect business while highlighting their advantages and pointing out their gaps for future improvements and studies. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) applied and collected and reviewed seven models and nine frameworks over five years between 2017 and 2021 from four databases of IEEE, Web of Science, Scopus, and Science Direct. These models and frameworks were reviewed and their advantages for researchers and practitioners were pointed out while picturing a clear vision of what is done in the Digital Transformation development of models and frameworks. The findings in this SLR indicated that the rising trend of DT studies has increased by 275% solely from 2020 to 2021 with 62% of those studies conducted in Europe.

Many organisations undertake Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) projects in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Although this approach can result in significant improvements and benefits, there are high risks associated with radical changes of business processes and the failure rate of BPR projects is reported to be as high as 70%. The Centre for Re-engineering Business Processes (REBUS) was established at Brunel University to provide a multidisciplinary environment for research into BPR and its success factors. This paper describes the REBUS approach to research concerning the success of business process re-engineering projects and presents examples of some of the projects carried out.

In the past two decades, business process re-engineering (BPR) and organizational restructuring (OR) have been two of the most popular approaches to improving the efficiency and the effectiveness of an organization. However, a review of the relevant literature reveals that the two approaches have been studied in isolation. The theoretical gap in academic research is also reflected in practice. The present paper therefore proposes a customer-oriented and process-focused two-stage framework, entitled the 'process reengineering-oriented organizational change exploratory simulation system' ('PROCESS'), to address these theoretical deficiencies. Two key concepts are introduced in this two-stage framework. The first is the 'process module' (PM), which indicates a set of common sequential activities that can be grouped as a subunit of a business process. The second is the 'macro-process' (MP), which indicates that a set of business processes have similar characteristics or functions. The two concepts serve as 'stepping stones' between BPR and OR. Based on these two concepts, the decision rules and the mathematical/simulation model can be developed under this two-stage framework. The paper then presents a case study to demonstrate the effectiveness of the 'PROCESS'.

Digital Transformation has become one of the most discussed debates; many sectors have adopted digital transformation to gain a competitive advantage and to ensure their continuity. Moroccan universities, in their turn, are facing strategic and managerial challenges due to emerging practices related to digital transformation. To address this issue, the proposed work sets out to define the factors that lead us to adopt a digital transformation using SWOT analysis and to apply total quality management techniques to contribute to our research laboratory's digital transformation, by digitalizing and managing knowledge and processes. KMS-TQM digital platform has been used to capitalize knowledge and profile the different existing functions, positions, tasks, and referential competencies. Then, we analyzed all the actual processes to propose a business process re-engineering using Bizagi Modeler. The study's contribution is to standardize all the current processes in the laboratory to help the Doctoral Studies Center successfully carry out the digital transformation. Moreover, the aim is to make all functions and tasks for each position explicit.

The use of information technology has become important to assist data processing, especially in the electrical equipment retail industry. Retail industry technology has not been fully utilized, especially in terms of marketing, production, delivery, finance and human resources. Problems that arise, such as long data processing times, miscalculation of financial invoices and many more. To harmonize business processes and information systems, business architecture and information systems are designed using the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) standard with the Architecture Development Method (ADM) method. The selection of TOGAF ADM aims to explain the architecture of the retail industry more specifically in terms of business, technology and information. This research phase includes preliminary, information technology strategy identification, solution identification, architectural vision and enterprise architecture. This research produces an enterprise architecture blueprint design in the form of proposed applications from the business, information and technology side, which is only limited to design. The implementation of the TOGAF ADM phase can maximize the retail industry's business processes in terms of concepts, techniques, integration between business and information technology and determine the transformation in all business, data, application and technology domains.
