Data security and privacy are facing major issues due to the Internet of Things' (IoT) rapid expansion and the move away from centralized cloud systems and toward decentralized edge computing. This paper investigates how edge computing environments might improve IoT service security and privacy with anonymized AI. By striving to protect sensitive data while preserving high performance and efficiency by utilizing methods like homomorphic encryption, secure multi-party computation, and federated learning. This methodology entails extensive testing of AI models, performance assessments, integration of user feedback, and guaranteeing adherence to data protection laws. The results reveal that anonymized AI works well, preserves privacy, and secures Internet of Things data. This suggests that it has a lot of potential for wider real-world applications.

Background: Stroke is a major contributor to disability and mortality worldwide, necessitating swift medical attention to minimize brain damage and avoid complications. Objectives: This systematic review evaluates how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be integrated into stroke management to enhance diagnostic precision, treatment efficacy, and personalized care. Our primary goals include determining AI's effect on improving diagnostic accuracy through imaging, optimizing treatment decision-making processes, and developing rehabilitation strategies. Moreover, the review also investigates any challenges or opportunities associated with its use in clinical settings. Methods: An deep literature search was held using PubMed, WOS, Google Scholar, and IEEE Xplore databases from January 2010 through December 2023, using keywords such as "Artificial Intelligence," "Stroke Management," Diagnosis," Treatment," and Rehabilitation". Two independent reviewers screened and selected articles that met our eligibility criteria; ultimately, 62 met this threshold. Results: This review highlights AI's significant contributions to stroke management, particularly improving MRI stroke detection accuracy and diagnostic efficiency and optimizing treatment plans for thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy. Furthermore, AI-driven rehabilitation programs offer tailored therapy programs to boost motor function recovery rates and patient outcomes, yet data privacy concerns and large dataset requirements persist as significant obstacles. Conclusion: Artificial intelligence's rise in stroke management holds promise for further developing predictive models and tailoring treatment plans, leading to more effective healthcare interventions worldwide.

Ce travail de recherche s'intéresse aux aspects managériaux du phénomène de big data. Il traite la question suivante : quels sont les facteurs qui contribuent le plus à l'efficacité d'usage du big data en entreprise en contexte arménien ? Cette question est examinée sur le terrain à partir du modèle conceptuel d'efficacité d'usage du big data proposé par Surbakti et ses coauteurs (Surbakti, Wang, Indulska, & Sadiq, 2019). Ce travail présente un corpus méthodologique pour mener une recherche contextualisée en sciences de gestion à partir des trois pôles de contextualisation, proposés par Livian (2020). La démarche principale prend appui sur des données quantitatives, issues d'une enquête auprès de 211 professionnels du domaine. Elle mobilise aussi des données de type qualitatif à partir de 10 entretiens réalisés. L'analyse statistique et l'analyse thématique des données met en évidence l'existence de deux groupes différents d'entreprises parmi les utilisateurs du big data : « utilisateur novice » et « utilisateur avancé ». Ainsi, la thèse présente l'ensemble des facteurs qui contribuent à l'efficacité d'usage du big data pour chacun de ces deux types d'utilisateurs et discute les particularités contextuelles arméniennes liés à ces résultats.

The high reliability of this system is ensured by a rapid response to emergency situations: excess of the allowable power of the equivalent radiation dose and the accumulator charge control. Further, we have composed a microcontroller electronic circuit for the monitoring radiation system. Additionally, an operation algorithm, as well as software for the ATmega328P microcontroller of the Arduino Uno board, have been developed.

This paper presents the design of new digital radiation survey meter with LND7121 Geiger Muller tube detector and Atmega328P microcontroller. Development of the survey meter prototype is carried out on Arduino Uno platform. 16-bit Timer1 on the microcontroller is utilized as external pulse counter to produce count per second or CPS measurement. Conversion from CPS to dose rate technique is also performed by Arduino to display results in micro Sievert per hour (μSvhr-1). Conversion factor (CF) value for conversion of CPM to μSvhr-1 determined from manufacturer data sheet is compared with CF obtained from calibration procedure. The survey meter measurement results are found to be linear for dose rates below 3500 μSv/hr.

Based on the measurement results, the X-ray tube leak test value resulted in a standard AAT survey meter value of 0.001 both using a closed and unsupplied 2mm Pb circuit, namely 0.00097 mGy/hour and 0.00092 mGy/hour. Meanwhile, the results of the tube leakage test using a survey meter, both circuits, modules, and standard survey meters show a passing grade test value of < 1mGy/hour. In conclusion, the module design using the Geiger Muller sensor is feasible to use.

The paper suggests differential metrics for estimation of change dynamics of major ICT fields using the bibliometricindicators (publication and citation count). It refers to research areas such as big data, computational biology, cloudcomputing, cyber-physical systems, embedded systems, information security, internet of things, human-machine systems,mobile computing, machine learning, machine-to-machine, multi-agent systems, neural networks, robotics, visualization,augmented reality, SDN, 5G, e-Governance, smart city and smart grid. As supplements to the known indicators, two kindsof integrated derivative-based indicators are suggested. The calculation of indicators is made and their time curve is given.The suggested indicators allow evidently expressing the changes in the dynamics of bibliometric indicators, which can beuseful in prospectivity estimation of areas of research.

Las posibilidades de visualización de los tipos del espacio, concebido de una manera específica (se apli-ca el término «la espacialidad»), crecen con el uso de las tecnologías informáticas y comunicativas. Han sido elegidos cuatro tipos de la espacialidad según la teoría de Hynek y Vávra (2007) y en consecuencia, sometidos bajo una examinación detallada. Las espacialidades natural y socioeconómica pueden ser visualizadas fácilmente con los Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG) utilizando la modelación 3D. Este texto estudia los ejemplos de la visualización en cada de las espacialidades, discute el potencial y los riesgos de los utensilios usados para la visualización en los ordenadores y propone una implementación adecuada en Geografía y una posible transición entre las espacialidades definidas.

Sebagai negara yang sangat luas, Indonesia menghadapi dua tantangan utama di tengah berkembang pesatnya ekonomi dan pembangunan nasional, yaitu mendesaknya keberadaan infrastruktur yang terpadu dan kredibilitas tata kelola berbagai sektor. Kurangnya infrastruktur usaha, tingginya kasus korupsi di banyak sektor dan masih kerap ditemuinya kesalahan manusia (human error) dalam pengelolaan data – baik di sektor pemerintahan maupun swasta – adalah faktor-faktor yang turut membentuk reputasi Indonesia di mata masyarakat global. Terkait pengelolaan data, kendala untuk mewujudkan akurasi terletak pada pendekatan sentralistik dari sistem berbasis internet yang dibangun. Sistem perangkat lunak yang pada dasarnya dirancang untuk mengirim data dari satu pihak ke pihak lainnya, membutuhkan satu server terpusat sebagai penerbit dan pengelola data. Ketika terjadi gangguan pada server, website tidak bisa diakses dan otomatis pengguna tidak dapat menggunakan layanan secara optimal. Sentralistik Menjadi Desentralistik Teknologi blockchain dilahirkan sebagai respon atas kekhawatiran sejumlah pihak terhadap cara kerja software yang tersentralisasi. Teknologi ini lahir pada tahun 2009 bersamaan dengan munculnya Bitcoin – mata uang virtual yang menjadi tren saat ini. Teknologi blockchain adalah teknologi yang mendasari berjalannya Bitcoin tanpa bergantung kepada server terpusat dan dengan demikian terhindar dari resiko downtime. Sistem blockchain hadir dengan mengubah pendekatan yang sentralistik menjadi terdesentralisasi. Pada prinsipnya, teknologi blockchain mengkondisikan setiap server yang menjalankan software ini membentuk konsensus jaringan secara otomatis untuk saling mereplikasi data transaksi dan saling memverifikasi data yang ada. Oleh karena itu, ketika salah satu server mengalami hack, server tersebut dapat diabaikan karena dianggap memiliki data yang berbeda dengan mayoritas jaringan server lainnya. Hal tersebut membuat teknologi blockchain relatif jauh lebih kuat menghadapi serangan dibandingkan teknologi yang tersentralisasi karena selalu ada minimal 1 server yang berjalan untuk menangani transaksi. Teknologi blockchain memungkinkan konsensus jaringan untuk mencatat dan memvalidasi setiap transaksi sehingga data yang sudah masuk tidak dapat dipalsukan, hilang atau rusak sehingga tidak dapat dimanipulasi oleh penyedia jaringan. Analogi cara kerja blockchain hampir sama seperti buku kas di bank yang mencatat semua transaksi yang dilakukan oleh penggunanya. Perbedaannya, hanya pihak berwenang yang dapat mengakses informasi transkasi di buku kas bank, sementara transaksi melalui blockchain dapat dilihat oleh semua pengguna karena informasi yang dikumpulkan juga didistribusikan ke semua orang yang menjalankan server. Selain itu, karena akses server diberikan kepada semua orang, maka tidak ada pihak yang dapat memalsukan atau pun memodifikasi transaksi.

L’objectif principal de ce papier est de répondre à la question de recherche suivante : Quelles sont les principales stratégies de la transformation digitale des entreprises ? Cette recherche fait partie du projet de recherche CNEPRU « M05620140055 » du Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique  (MESRS) algérien, « La vie numérique et les changements organisationnels dans les entreprises »,  2015/2018.
La méthodologie de recherche est composée de 3 phases (Découpage chronologique en étude préliminaire, étude qualitative et étude quantitative) ou de 4 grandes étapes (Etude préalable, conceptualisation des fondements, études exploratoires et étude approfondie). Elle s’appuie sur plusieurs méthodes selon la phase ou l’étape. Le présent article présente la co-construction de la confiance numérique selon la théorie des capacités d’absorption combinée avec le courant confiance et gestion.
Les investigations opérées dans les entreprises algériennes concernent trois domaines de recherche : Les capacités d’absorption et les handicaps des applications métiers pour le Big Data et les modèles prédictifs dans les entreprises ; Les Indicateurs  des capacités technologiques digitales ; et La Confiance Numérique et Big Data.
