Long Range Spy Robot Using Internet of Things

Abstract: This Night Vision Spying Robot using IoT and Android application is meant to develop a night vision spying Robot which will be controlled using an Android phone and administered over IOT. The prototype consists of an Arduino Uno Board, microcontroller which is programmable in Arduino IDE, a battery source, motor drivers, motors, a RF module, camera, WIFI module, Temperature and PIR sensor. Reason for using Arduino uno is that it is much cheaper and reliable microcontroller. The robot is capable of moving forward, backward, leftward, and rightward directions. The wireless camera is able to take pictures in real time and process through image processing technique. An application called, “Arduino Bluetooth controller” is installed on the user’s android device and the commands are given to the robot to move. The robotics and automation industry which is ruled the sectors from manufacturing to household entertainments. It is widely used because of its simplicity and ability to modify to meet changes of needs. The project is designed to develop a robotic vehicle using android application for remote operation attached with wireless camera for monitoring purpose. The robot along with camera can wirelessly transmit real time video with night vision capabilities. This is kind of robot can be helpful for spying purpose in war fields.

Android, an operating system developed by Google for smartphones, tablets and such type of touchscreen phones. Android app is a software running on Android platform. Typically an app is designed for specific purpose on Android platform such as smartphones and tablets. In this work a designing and implementing process of an Android based spy robot is described. An Android based application, RC Bluetooth controller is used to control in this spy robot. This robot can be controlled with the help an app of Android phones. Arduino based microcontroller is used for instruction processing and giving proper instructions. Bluetooth technology is used to interface between Arduino and Android. A hand for collecting and holding objects and a camera for live video steaming is used to observe any object & movement of robot. This robot can move to any place and perform smartly within Bluetooth network range.

This paper presents a recent approach for observation at border areas and remote using multifunctional robot based on recent IOT used in military applications and defense. This robotic vehicle has facility other the solider at border area provide observation. This multifunctional robot used to notice presence of enemy capture it in camera and give the live streaming to the official person observation is major role while we working on border area for this there is robot for observation purpose. The robotic vehicle works as sovereign and automatically controlled vehicle using cyberspace communication medium. A country safe keeping is the most important part which plays a vital role in a country growth, Development and budget. So many soldiers are securing the country by meticulous observation throughout the border. Inorder to make this much more sufficient, we are using over which can move tone place to other place, where it is challenging for human stood their job. The main concept of this paper is to continuously monitor the border through a livestreaming rover which can be controlled and can move to any direction using android application by means of wireless networks. The Video Streaming is done using blink application camera. The embedded programming language is used for the blink application. The rover will mechanism with greater ability which is capable of operating in multifunctional Surface while keeping all wheels in contact with ground surface. Finally, the main application is observation across the international borders for 24-hour care of any illegal or doubtful activities, metal recognition through robot is equipped to send a live video feed and sensor data to the remote computer or "IOT" *internet of things+

A robot is usually an electro-mechanical machine that is guided by computer and electronic programming. Many robots have been built for manufacturing purpose and can be found in factories around the world. The design of the robot is such that it is controlled by a mobile app. We use Bluetooth communication to interface Arduino UNO and android. Arduino can be interfaced to the Bluetooth module though UART protocol. According to commands received from android the robot motion can be controlled. The consistent output of a robotic system along with quality and repeatability are unmatched. This robot is capable of spying using a wireless camera. This robot can be reprogrammable and can be interchanged to provide multiple applications.

This project presents the via internet through arduino uno board. The monitoring and controlling of robotic movements through wireless network by using a web browser and accessing a webpage. A camera is mounted on the robot to get better visibility of the objects. The PIR sensor detects a person or an object enters into a surveillance area and the smoke sensor detects the fire accidents by sensing the smoke level increasing in the atmosphere. Here we are using metal detector to detect the bomb because we know that any bomb contains some concentration or percentage of metal elements. This mobile robot can be operated from everywhere in the world by using internet of things.

The main objective behind this paper is to develop a robot to perform the act of surveillance in domestic areas. Nowadays robots play a vital role in our day to day life activities thus reducing human labor and human error. Robots can be manually controlled or can be automatic based on the requirement. The purpose of this robot is to roam around and provide video information from the given environment and to send the information to the user. Also it mops the floor. Recently, robots have been developed to reduce human resources and observation time in a fast, booming, and rapidly growing technology. In this study, a surveillance robot is designed and manufactured to move around a given surrounding, preferably a domestic environment, record video & audio and send the information to the user through a network. The robot is allowed to be controlled wirelessly using Raspberry Pi technology from a location remotely using IoT technology. This sensor-based robot uses the Raspberry Pi with Ethernet, WI-Fi and Bluetooth for networking purposes. Python is chosen as the programming language in both autonomous and semi-autonomous modes. —This paper presents an economical yet effective robot using an Arduino microcontroller and Android Smartphone. Generally surveillance robots consists a high cost microcontroller, video camera, GPS (Global Positioning System) module, GSM (Global System for Mobile) module, audio systems and a costly and complicated communication system. Modern Smartphones are built with the hardware that satisfy all the above requirements. The adoption of a Smartphone greatly reduces the cost of building a typical surveillance and rescue robot. The robot can be controlled remotely using Internet from a laptop or tablet. The live video feedback is obtained from the camera of Smartphone. Data from the sensors of Smart phone such as geographic location, acceleration, etc is sent by the Smartphone to the user. The Robot is equipped with robotic arm and various critical sensors and detectors. Features such as obstacle avoidance and solar power gives robot the freedom to explore and rescue in all type of environment.

The main function of Spy robot is to roam around high sensitive region and provide video information from the required environment to the remote monitoring station. In this project, one can control the robot using Bluetooth reducing human effort. The user can continuously monitor the surrounding activities of robot location with live video streaming using wireless camera from the robot. This robot is modeled with Raspberry Pi microcontroller which control the robot behavior. The proposed spy robot is used to find smugglers infiltration.
