Univerziteti su okupirani menadžmentom, režimom opsjednutim 'odgovornošću ' kroz mjerenja, rastuć... more Univerziteti su okupirani menadžmentom, režimom opsjednutim 'odgovornošću ' kroz mjerenja, rastuću kompetetivnost, efikasnost, 'izvrsnost', kao i pogrešno osmišljenim ekonomskim spasenjem. Uzimajući u obzir apsurdnost nuspojava okupacije, zapitali smo se kako je menadžment uspio preuzeti naše dragocjene univerzitete. Alternativnu viziju akademske budućnosti čini javni univerzitet mnogo srodniji društveno angažiranom znanju kao zajedničkom dobru nego korporaciji. Mi predlažemo neke provokativne mjere kako bismo stigli do takvog univerziteta. Ipak, kako se menadžment doima neprobojnim za uvjerljive argumente, takve se promjene mogu desiti tek ukoliko akademski radnici nešto poduzmu. Iz tog smo razloga istražili nekoliko strategija kako bi se obnovila univerzitetska politika. For the Sarajevo Canton and the rest of Bosnia and Herzegovina, digitalization in education has already begun and it is important to fully understand the potential threats it poses. Decision-making processes were a human competence where different programs were used only as a tool to aid the process of reaching the best decisions. Today, algorithms are decision-makers where humans perform tasks of justifying algorithm’s decisions and preventing the upheaval caused by the increasing social inequality caused by algorithmicizing. Rad ima namjeru ukazati na važnost istraživanja višestrukih neprozirnih slo- jeva nevidljivih infrastruktura tzv. algoritamski utemeljenih tehnologija (algorithm-ba- sed technology) kao jednu od ključnih zadaća razumijevanja informacijske i medijske pismenosti u doba „inteligentnih mašina“ koje, sekularizacijom umjetne inteligencije, prikrivaju svoj ideološki status. Pristup/metodologija/dizajn. Uvijek kada se `eli raspravljati o pitanjima koja doti~u problematiku "zajedni~kog dobra", dobra ... more Uvijek kada se `eli raspravljati o pitanjima koja doti~u problematiku "zajedni~kog dobra", dobra koje pripada ili bi trebalo jednako pripadati svim slojevima dru{tva, knji`ni~ari bi se, po prirodi svoje struke, trebali osjetiti pozvanim da budu predvodnici rasprava o pitanjima preuzimanja dru{tvene odgovornosti i socijalnog aktivizma, odnosno va`nosti sudjelovanja u procesima osna`ivanja i poticanja javne debate. Prepoznavanje politi~kog konteksta knji`ni~arskoga i informacijskog posla za funkcionalno i odr`ivo civilno dru{tvo od iznimne je va`nosti ba{ kao i razumijevanje socijalnog utemeljenja knji`ni~arske struke koja nije izuzeta od rizika koju donosi postmoderni potro{a~ki kapitalizam. Iz toga razloga podizanje gra|anske svijesti o problematici koja se doti~e globalne ekonomije, slobodnog tr`i{ta i konzumerizma postaje nezaobilazno, budu}i da se doti~e na{e svakodnevice, na{eg morala, ba{ kao i obavljanja stru~nih zadataka u promijenjenom, globalnom kontekstu. itanje nedavno objavljene knjige ameri~kog autora Eda D'Angela nudi prigodu za temeljito upoznavanje i nedvosmisleno razumijevanje zbog ~ega je uloga knji`ni~ara kao "~uvara kapije" i kriti~ara danas gotovo i{~ezla, izgubila svoje upori{te kroz procese tranzicije k postindustrijskom dobu, razumijevanje zbog ~ega "budu}nost knji`ni~arstva"-knji`ni~arstva za digitalno doba-ne bi smjela biti prepu{tena u ruke drugima i na taj na~in svedena na puko institucionalno upravljanje i vje{tine uslu`ivanja korisnika. Da je uloga knji`ni~ara kao "~uvara kapije" i kriti~ara izgubljena, D'Angelo u svojoj knjizi jasno potcrtava, pozivaju}i nas da se suo~imo s opasnostima i izazovima koji danas stoje pred knji`ni~arskom strukom. Ukoliko knji`ni~ari ne `ele biti u potpunosti uklonjeni iz knji`nica, demokratizacijskih sredi{ta "informacijskog dru{tva", onda je upravo od iznimne va`nosti uspostavljanje i o`ivljavanje kriti~kog knji`ni~arstva kao dijela na{eg udjela u obrani prava na pristup informaciji i znanju. Ako zanemarimo poslanje knji`ni~ara da jam~e kori{tenje informacija kao ekonomsko, socijalno i kulturno pravo gra|ana i ako }e "javne knji`nice biti upravljane kao korporacijski lanci knji`ara", kako }emo onda mo}i povjerovati inkluzivisti~koj retorici o "dru{tvu znanja" ako tri osnovna potpornja na kojima opstoji ustanova javne knji`nice: demokracija, obrazovanje gra|ana i javno dobro, erodiraju do zabave, konzumerizma i karnevalizacije javne sfere.
