Research purpose were to knowing (1) the significant effect of the rate of population growth, population density, dependency ratio, the Human Development Index (HDI) simulatneously on economic growth in Samarinda. Determine the dominant effect of the rate of population growth, population density, dependency ratio, the Human Development Index (HDI) to economic growth of Samarinda.

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effect of private investment and government spending to economic growth and employment opportunities in Berau District. And to know the direct effect of economic growth to employment opportunities in Berau District.

This study aims to analyze simultaneously the influence of income per capita, the number of commercial and industrial space the billboard advertisement tax revenue in the city of Samarinda. Two analyze which variables dominant influence advertisement tax revenue in Samarinda. Three analyzing the factors and targeting advertisement tax revenue in Samarinda. Analysis tools are used in multiple linear regression research.

Pembiayaan pemerintah daerah dalam melaksanakan tugas pemerintahan dan pembangunaan senantiasa memerlukan sumber penerimaan yang dapat diandalkan. Kebutuhan ini semakin dirasakan oleh daerah terutama sejak diberlakukannya otonomi daerah di Indonesia sejak tahun 2001. Dengan adanya otonomi, daerah di pacu untuk dapat berkreasi mencari sumber penerimaan daerah yang dapat mendukung pembiayaan pengeluaran daerah. Dari berbagai alternative sumber penerimaan yang mungkin dipungut oleh daerah, UU tentang Pemerintah Daerah menetapkan pajak dan retribusi daerah menjadi salah satu sumber penerimaan yang berasal dari dalam daerah dan dapat dikembangkan sesuai dengan kondisi masing-masing daerah.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, jumlah pengangguran dan indeks pembangunan manusia terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Berau dan menganalisis pengaruh dominan variabel bebas terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di Kabupaten Berau. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier Bberganda.

Poverty in Kutai Kartanegara regency. The model used in the analysis is the econometric model, while the method used is the method of Ordinal least squares (Ols) and path analysis (Path Analysis) that aims to determine how the effect of independent variables on the dependent variables either directly or indirectly. The results showed that, the realization of the investment in Kutai Kartanegara regency did not significantly affect economic growth, investment does not affect the number of poor, budget expenditures have no effect on economic growth, budget expenditures negatively affect the poor population and economic growth has no effect on the number of poor people.

The objective of this research was to know :The influence of simultanedusly capital,labor and equipment technology to sarong productionproduction was significantly. The influence of capital to sarong production was significantly. The influence of labor to sarung production was significantly. The influence of equipment technology to sarong production was significantly. The tools of analysis used Cobb-Douglas production,function, the result of this research indicated,that the f test was significantly (a=0.000 )and t test was significantly.It could be concluded, that variable of capital labor and equipment technology lad simultancously correlated and also the partial lad correlated to sarong production. Production function in this research was : Y= 6,18 -11 X 1 1,612 X 2 0,058 X 0 0,037x3. R 2 = 0,9. The elasticity of capital to production was 1,612 it mean, that in crease of capital 1 percent, that production increade 1,612 percent. The other hand the elasticity of labor to production was 0,058, it mean, that increase of labor 1 percent, that production in crease0,058 percent.

This research used time series data from 2000 to 2011 years. The result of this research is the varibles of long roads, Percapita Gross Domistic Regional Product, total tax payer and Retribution trouble licency have simulteneously correlated to Own source Revenue (PAD), Its could be seen in the coefficient of detemination 0,969.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of variable motivation, leadership and organizational culture on the performance of an employee of the Agency for Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Kutai regency in Tenggarong and variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance.
