To map and analyze the evolution, key themes, and global contributions in recruitment research fr... more To map and analyze the evolution, key themes, and global contributions in recruitment research from 1990 to 2025, and to provide recommendations for future research and practice in HR management. This study employed a bibliometric analysis using the PRISMA methodology and PICO framework. Data were extracted from the Scopus database using a structured search strategy. Analytical tools such as Biblioshiny (R) were used for performance analysis, co-word analysis, and thematic mapping Findings Recruitment research has grown steadily, with a publication peak in 2024 (203 articles). Dominant themes include human resource management, sustainability, AI, and digital transformation. Leading journals: SA Journal of Human Resource Management, Strategic Management Journal. Top contributors: Liu Y and Nguyen AH (7 publications each). Most cited article: Siegel DS (2003, 1158 citations).Thematic trends show a shift from corporate governance to AI and industry 4.0 topics. Research on recruitment has a signi cant impact on the development of theory, knowledge, and practical applications, including policy. This study enriches the theory of motivation and leadership, by highlighting themes such as job satisfaction, performance, and motivation that contribute to the development of work behavior theories such as Herzberg's theory of motivation, Vroom's theory of expectation, and contingency leadership styles. The study also broadens the understanding of how organizational dynamics-such as sustainability, diversity, and digital transformation-affect individual behavior in the workplace. The increased focus on arti cial intelligence and machine learning bridges behavioral science with technology, uncovering the impact of technology on human decision-making, bias, and the recruitment experience, which has implications for the development of new theories about human interaction and technology in the context of AI-based selection. Additionally, the focus on work-life balance, organizational culture, and resilience provides insight into how organizations can create an environment that supports employee well-being while driving productivity, especially in the context of post-pandemic organizational adaptation. The social implications of this recruitment research include increased inclusivity and fairness in the recruitment process, which has a direct impact on equal employment opportunities for vulnerable groups, such as women, the younger generation, and people with disabilities. With the use of technologies such as AI and Machine Learning integrated in employee selection, there is a need for transparency and ethical oversight to prevent algorithmic discrimination. In addition, the focus on work well-being, diversity, and work-life balance contributes to the creation of a more socially healthy work environment, strengthens intergenerational relationships in the workplace, and improves the overall quality of life of the workforce amid changing socio-economic dynamics. This study provides the rst comprehensive longitudinal bibliometric review of recruitment research over 35 years. It integrates bibliometric tools with a structured framework (PRISMA + PICO) and offers a detailed thematic evolution, making it valuable for researchers, HR practitioners, and policymakers aiming to align recruitment strategies with global trends.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) within Cyber-Phy... more The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) within Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) represents a transformative opportunity for smart manufacturing in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach, with insights from five informants, to explore the current state, challenges, opportunities, and strategic recommendations for CPS adoption. Findings reveal that while CPS adoption is in its early stages, it has significant potential to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and global competitiveness. Challenges such as limited infrastructure, skill gaps, and cybersecurity concerns are prevalent. However, opportunities exist in leveraging government initiatives, fostering local innovation, and promoting sustainability. Strategic recommendations include enhancing digital infrastructure, providing financial incentives, upskilling the workforce, and establishing clear regulatory frameworks. These insights contribute to advancing Indonesia's Industry 4.0 agenda and offer a roadmap for stakeholders to navigate CPS integration effectively.

These theories represent different levels of abstraction in recruitment practices, ranging from strategic alignment to operational implementation. Ground Theory focuses on aligning recruitment with organizational goals, Middle Theory emphasizes structured practices, and Lower Theory deals with technical execution. This study uses a qualitative literature review method to analyze existing theories and their implications for recruitment. The findings suggest that integrating these three approaches can enhance the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis AI yang mampu mengubah paradigma teknologi informasi, dari sistem tradisional yang reaktif menjadi sistem proaktif dan adaptif. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi cerdas dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk manajemen data, otomatisasi proses, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan model waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Studi kasus diterapkan pada sektor bisnis dan pendidikan untuk menunjukkan efektivitas aplikasi dalam menyederhanakan proses kerja dan meningkatkan efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berbasis AI tidak hanya mempercepat proses kerja tetapi juga memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih akurat dan relevan berdasarkan data real-time. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan AI mampu menggeser paradigma teknologi informasi, yang sebelumnya hanya berfokus pada pengolahan data, menjadi sistem yang berorientasi pada kecerdasan dan inovasi. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam integrasi AI di berbagai sektor untuk mendukung transformasi digital yang berkelanjutan.

The Jabodetabek region of Indonesia has had notable growth in the Information and Communication T... more The Jabodetabek region of Indonesia has had notable growth in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector, primarily due to the efforts of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). SMEs encounter a complex network of legal obstacles that impede their growth and ability to compete. Using a mixed-methods approach that includes both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, this study explores these issues. The findings draw attention to important legal difficulties, such as limited access to legal services, contract conflicts, cybersecurity concerns, intellectual property issues, and regulatory compliance. The competitiveness and development of SMEs are significantly impacted by these issues. Comprehensive legal and legislative changes are advised to address these problems. These include simplified rules, strict enforcement of intellectual property rights, effective dispute resolution procedures, cybersecurity assistance, and improved access to legal services. This study highlights the significance of a supportive legal framework for innovation and economic growth, adding to our understanding of the legal aspects of ICT SME development in Jabodetabek.

Management of the relationship between educational institutions and the community is essential in... more Management of the relationship between educational institutions and the community is essential in the development of the educational institution itself; school branding is also essential in developing educational institutions to create a good image in the eyes of the community. Therefore, the authors researched this matter at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). ) Muhammadiyah 1 Simo, Ponorogo to analyze how the madrasah public relations (PR) strategy is used and how the school branding is. This study uses a qualitative approach with interviews and observation methods to gather information. The results of this research were: 1) Simo 1 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah (MIM), Ponorogo used a strategy by creating harmonious relations between madrasahs and the community so that later both parties cared for each other and could work together in improving the quality of education. The form of concern given by the community to them includes the provision of student classrooms in residents' homes, considering that classrooms at schools are still limited, community service activities in school construction routinely every month, donations of infaq money for school facilities, and the community's willingness to assist school activities. 2) The net result is that in school branding in this industrial era, the institution has a strategy of providing good services and facilities that will create a good image of the madrasa and make people interested in the madrasa based on the school's website to inform the wider community, the programs provided among others: a) tahfidz program, b) madrasah adiwiyata, c) reading the Qur'an ummi method, d) student shuttle car, e) extracurriculars: drum-band, futsal, and badminton. In improving the school's image, its implementation requires the cooperation of all school members, parents of students and the surrounding community through the print media, namely the distribution of banners, brochures and calendars. Many companies/organizations use Google Forms for employee recruitment, which requires many candidates. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of Task Characteristics, Technology Characteristics, and Individual Characteristics on Task Technology Fit and its influence on Individual Performance, User Satisfaction, Benefit, Utilization, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness in the recruitment process using the google form. This research is quantitative research that will examine the effect of the variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable, by testing the hypothesis. The population in this study was 219 members of the Association of Human Resource Practitioners (IPSM/ Ikatan Praktisi Sumber Daya Manusia). The sample used in this study was 71 respondents who processed data using Smart PLS 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that 8 of the nine hypotheses show a significant and positive effect. This shows that IPSM members have used the Google form to adopt Task Technology Fit in their recruitment process. However, it is necessary to conduct further research with more respondents. Fajariyanto (2011) conducted a research on the access point distance to the effect of wifi signal. Likewise, Garnis, Suroso and Soim (2017) also conducted research on the accest point position. So this research is also done to find out the effect of the room barrier and the distance to the wifi signal? Is the wifi signal spectrum circular like many WiFi application displays in the playstore? From the results of this study indicate that within 1 or 2 meters the wifi signal has experienced an up and down with an average result of-52.28 dBm because the polarization formed is not in the form of linear graphs. Unlike the signal strength in this distance the data transfer rate does not change by 65 Mbps. Signal wifi starts to decrease at an average distance of 10 meters with signal strength being-73.67 and data transfer of 36.67 Mbps.
