Indian culture and practices are considered to be only spiritual; but Indian culture has gifted the world with great philosophical knowledge. Indus Valley Civilisation was well-organised and well-developed. The civilisation, culture and language are parallel to each other. If culture was developed and civilisation was at its peak, then it also means that the practices and work culture were also well-developed and managed. The management and administrative principles and thoughts were in practice. Su-bhashita' means the best and well-said quotes. Entire philosophy and knowledge of ancient culture is recorded in Sanskrit. Ancient Sanskrit texts are found in the form of Shlokas. It is an 'expression in a formulaic manner using limited words'. Any concept of knowledge, takes many sentences and examples to explain. Sanskrit explains the same in the shortest form of 'Shubhashita'. 'Su' means the best and 'bhashita' means told or said. There are many such commonly used 'Subhashitas' which are neither from any standardised book nor said by some leading 'Rishi'. All those are lifestyle teachings and guiding principles or indigenous proverbs for Indian society. The paper is an attempt to study selected 41 unlisted and commonly used 'Subhashitas' explaining management and administrative principles.

This study explores the behavioral and psychological mechanisms underpinning consumer responses to AIgenerated product suggestions, emphasizing the roles of perceived personalization, algorithmic trust, and perceived intrusiveness. Anchored in dual-process theory, the research employed a crosssectional design with 430 online shoppers, analyzed through PLS-SEM and multiple regression techniques.

ESG audit is a buzz word now. Economic and social sustainability of corporates depends on the processes they follow. SDGs were announced in 2015 and the evolution of the business world towards sustainability took place in corporate agendas. Sustainability is nothing but long-term financial security of any company. Several studies have been done till date to understand the relationship between ESG performance and financial performance of the companies. Mixed results have been found. With rapidly improving mechanism for ESG reporting, rating and auditing, the need to study its role in risk in stock returns has arose. Change in stock prices in relation to change in index (Beta) is a major factor in a stock investment decision. With the changing times, the need of the hour for the investors is to focus on ESG compliance as well as on long term sustainable investments. Automobile sector is a large industry worldwide and India has many automobile companies. Automobile sector is a major contributor in industrial development in many cities in India. Automobile companies have many such activities which can affect the environmental, social as well as financial sustainability issues. Hence, automobile sector is taken for the study. This paper attempts to compare the relationship between market Beta risk factor and ESG rating given to the companies. This study is done using content analysis, correlation and regression analysis to establish relationship between ESG Rating and Beta value, Environment score and Beta value, Social score and Beta value, and Governance score and Beta value. Ten Automobile OEM companies have been studied for the purpose of this research. This study will be helpful for businesses to raise and attract finance.

impact in the market if consumers understand the GI tag and identify GI tagged products.
Researchers thought upon the analysis of consumers perceptions on GI. The present study
focuses on studying consumer perception about GI-tagged products. Primary Data from 197
respondents is collected. The study reveals purchase intention, purchase frequency, purchase
determinants, and purchase occasion of GI-tagged products and some qualitative responses
about enhancing the economic impact of GI-tagged products. One-way ANOVA and F test to
test the hypotheses. It is suggested that the government should launch an advertisement
campaign to promote GI-tagged products since consumers prefer to purchase such products as
tourist. Further recommended that direct marketing would be the most effective strategy for
making available authentic GI-tagged products. Recently there has been use of blockchain
technology chips in Kolhapuri chappals (GI-tagged leather footwear in Maharashtra) and
special packaging material for Devgad Alphonso Mangoes to prevent the sale of counterfeit
products. This study recommends tools to enhance the economic impact of GI products.

Service sector in most of the developed and developing countries.
The growth of service sector is essential to tackle the changing
need of the industry and increasing population. Technology has
lifted the service sector and growth rate of service sector is faster.
The scope of service sector is wide and expanding day by day.
Changing expectations of customers have changed the industries,
and service sector has major contribution and role in the same.
The coin has other side, if you observe European developed
countries like Greece, Switzerland etc. their economic problems
have originated due to excessive economic dependency on service sector.
India was an agrarian country and Maharashtra has great contribution to national development since
inception, still 58% of India and 53% population of Maharashtra depends on agriculture for their
livelihood whereas their contribution to the GDP is around 17% at national level and 11% at Maharashtra
State level. This indicates the changing trend. GDP contribution of Service sector is more but dependency of
population is more than half on agriculture. This will keep creating income disparity. Increased income
disparity will lead further economic problems as well. Service sector industries like banking, transport,
logistics, insurance, hotel and hospitality, aviation, entertainment, training, ITES, IT and computers, BPOs,
delivery services, medical services, educational services etc are essential but they can’t replace the food
requirements and production as well. Growth of service sector is essential but need and requirement
should be assessed before. The need of an hour is to test the future perspective of growth of service sector.
The paper tries to address the issue of service sector, and impact of its expansion in future with specific
reference to Maharashtra.

This study aims to analyze the financial statements that have been made public
between 2014 and 2019 (a period of 6 years). In this research, the financial
statements of Tata Coffee Limitedi are compared between the years 2014–2016(Used
GAAP) and 20167–2019(Used IndAS). This study leads us to the conclusion that the
firm provides more trustworthy values for decision-making and an enhanced profit
and loss statement after following the Indian Accounting Standards. Additionally, Ind
AS provides appropriate techniques for their value and aids in the precise
identification of bearer plants and biological assets. According to the study, the
Indian accounting standard suggests using fair value for the valuation of biological
assets (as per IND AS41); before, under GAAP, these assets were evaluated using
historical value.

The average rate of the taxation at that time was always said to be one sixth i.e. 1/6 the tax system suggested by kautalya was in the combination of direct and indirect types and while comparing with the rates of proposed GST, it can be noticed that average rate derives to 18%, however the average rate of GST worldwide is around 14-15%. So, was kautalya right about the rates of the taxes? What are the similarities and dissimilarities between Kautalya’s indirect taxes and GST? and what will be the overall impact of the GST? To find the answers of these questions is the main purpose of the researcher.
