Estrés y percepción de la capacidad de trabajar en docentes de una universidad pública Stress and... more Estrés y percepción de la capacidad de trabajar en docentes de una universidad pública Stress and perception of the ability to work in teachers of a public university Estresse e percepção da capacidade de trabalhar em professores de uma universidade pública EDWIN HERNÁN RAMÍREZ ASÍS 1 ROBERT PERCY JAMANCA ANAYA 2 RESUMEN El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar la relación existente entre el estrés y la capacidad de trabajo percibido en docentes universitarios, se encuestó a 217 docentes nombrados, utilizando el cuestionario de estrés ocupacional adaptado y el cuestionario de capacidad de trabajo percibida propuesta; adaptados por expertos. Se realizó la prueba de normalidad mediante Kolmogorov-Smirnov, obteniendo un p<0.05, la cual demuestra que ambas variables no tienen distribución normal, usando el Rho de Spearman =-0.594 con un P valor de 0.00**. La investigación concluye que existe una relación negativa moderada entre el estrés y la capacidad de trabajo percibida en docentes de una universidad pública.

El estudio se realizo a los estudiantes del V al X ciclo cuyos resultados permitieron analizar la relacion entre ambas variables, concluyendo que a medida que el nivel de formacion profesional se eleva tambien se incrementa el nivel del espiritu empresarial de los estudiantes. Se nota una clara asociacion positiva entre la formacion academica y el espiritu empresarial. La autoeficacia emprendedora ha ganado importancia en los últimos años en el campo del emprendimi... more La autoeficacia emprendedora ha ganado importancia en los últimos años en el campo del emprendimiento, con base en ello el objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar el efecto de la autoeficacia emprendedora sobre el desempeño empresarial de las micro y pequeñas empresas de cuatro provincias peruanas, para ello se evaluó a un total de 382 emprendedores de diversas instituciones quienes fueron evaluados a través de una encuesta con propiedades psicométricas adecuadas. In particular, it affects human movement, travel intentions, and ambient air pollution amid rising stringency measures. Therefore, this study examines the influence of tourism knowledge, environmental vulnerability, and risk knowledge on travelers’ intentions in China’s tourism industry during COVID-19. To address the study objectives, an online survey questionnaire was created, through which a valid sample of 402 respondents was achieved. The direct and indirect relationship between variables was tested through structural equation modeling, the outcomes confirm that both tourism knowledge and risk knowledge in terms of COVID-19 significantly and negatively define the travelers’ intention toward tourism. This study scrutinizes the association among financial leverage and different procedures of operating liquidity. Further the study has reconnoitered the joint effect of financial leverage and Operating liquidity on the performance of firm, for this purpose Return on Assets can be taken as the profitability that could gauge the profitability of firm and cement sector firms listed in Pakistan Stock Exchange have been taken as a population. For this purpose secondary data have been collected for 10 years from 2011 to 2020 through annual audited reports of sampled firms and through Business recorder. A casual research methodology has been used to explore results. Data was analyzed by using STATA software. For the sake of estimation, ratio Analysis and the panel dataregression model is incorporated to regress and construe association between the both dependent as well as the independent variables and want to find the cross sectional heterogeneity. Hausman test implies the presence of cross section heterogeneity hence, model move toward the fixed effect. Key results of the study imply that there is significant association among financial leverage and different measures of Operating liquidity. Furthermore from results of this study it is also concluded that financial leverage and Operating liquidity have noteworthy effect on cement sector performance of the firm. This study will help not only cement sector but also other sectors firms listed in Pakistan Stock Exchange by providing close eye view on relation between financial management and the operational management and their impact on firm Success or failure.

The data for the current study is comprised of economic indicators from almost 181 countries around the globe while using the panel technique. The outcome of the study suggest that enhancing the quality level of education through increasing the budget expenditure for education sector will result in capable work force which will in turn promote the economic growth of our country, similarly funds reimbursements towards fixed capital and free trade are also major determinants of economic development. The present study is also unique in terms of data collection from a vast number of countries to generate the empirical findings related to the topic.

Este artículo presenta un análisis para clasificar los indicadores de conciencia sobre ciberdelit... more Este artículo presenta un análisis para clasificar los indicadores de conciencia sobre ciberdelito en los estudiantes de tres universidades de Perú mediante un cuestionario de veinte ítems medidos con la escala Likert, que fue aplicado a un total de 372 estudiantes mediante Google Forms. El análisis factorial exploratorio se aplicó a los datos recopilados, que dieron lugar a cuatro factores denominados: 1) conciencia sobre phishing, 2) conciencia sobre el spamming, 3) eficacia del software antivirus, y 4) bullying en la web. La escala de conciencia sobre el ciberdelito demostró que tiene una consistencia interna adecuada de ,892 del alfa de Cronbach para el instrumento general y las alfas de las subescalas van desde ,782 a ,861. Así, se logra determinar la validez y fiabilidad de la escala propuesta.

Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta donde se recopilaron datos de 385 clientes a través del cuestionario mediante el muestreo aleatorio simple. La metodología se realizó mediante Modelos de Ecuaciones Estructurales (SEM) y para evaluar el modelo teórico se optó por la técnica de análisis de Mínimos Cuadrados Parciales (PLS) mediante el software Smart PLS 3.3.2. El hallazgo reveló que las estimaciones obtenidas para el modelo tienen un impacto significativo en la lealtad de los clientes en las cajas rurales de ahorro y crédito, el coeficiente de determinación para la lealtad de los clientes fue r2=0,750 con un error cuadrático medio de aproximación (SRMR) de 0,063 que hace relevante el modelo confirmatorio. La muestra estuvo constituida por 206 profesores; nombrados (80.1%) y contratados (19.9%); varones (79.6%) y mujeres (20.4%). Los instrumentos utilizados fueron: el Cuestionario de burnout para docentes universitarios adaptado por Arquero y Donoso a partir del Inventario de Burnout de Maslach y la Escala de Clima Laboral de Palma. Se utilizó el análisis factorial confirmatorio para verificar la validez y fiabilidad. Se encontró que el nivel del clima laboral fue promedio (x ̅=138.8 puntos); los profesores presentaron burnout de nivel medio (x ̅=115.8 puntos). After harvesting, it is necessary to bring the crops either to cold storage or directly to customer though wholesale dealers. Keeping crops in cold storage decrease the nutrition value and also increase the overall cost of the crop leading to price hike. So, it will be best if the crops are put in the market as soon as possible. This can only be possible if the logistic system is updated and can handle the real-time requirement of agriculture product transport. This study investigates and highlights the possible IoT-based logistic support using artificial intelligence for the farmers such that a fast corridor is created between farmers’ lands to end-user customers. This will benefit the farmers in two-fold; first, it will increase the revenue of farmers by decreasing the time span avoiding cold storage fees, and second, it will maintain the quality of crops.

To solve the difficulty in selecting the crossover probability and mutation probability in geneti... more To solve the difficulty in selecting the crossover probability and mutation probability in genetic algorithms, a fuzzy immune algorithm based on adaptive estimation of crossover probability and mutation probability in a fuzzy reasoning system is proposed, and it is used in the parameter optimization design of a two-degree-of-freedom PID controller. According to the experiment and simulation results, classic genetic algorithm evolution tends to halt after 37 generations, with a fitness value of 7.135, whereas fuzzy genetic algorithm evolution tends to stop after 20 generations, with a fitness value of 7.486. The 2-DOF PID controller that was created can give the system strong target value following and interference suppression features at the same time.

En dicho servicio se han presentado dificultades en cuanto a la atención, es por ello el objetivo fue caracterizar el servicio ofrecido por el centro de desarrollo integral de la familia con el fin de determinar irregularidades o problemas que alteren el normal desempeño del área. El estudio fue abordado desde la mirada del paradigma positivista, enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo, tipo sustantivo, diseño de investigación no experimental de corte transversal, descriptivo explicativo.
