The institutions adopting Total Quality Management(TQM) are gradually increasing in Turkey. While TQM had been applied in production industry at the beginning, it has great applications in the services industry now. At first, quality concept has been applied to production process and after that it has been adopted as a quality control and total quality control. Today, TQM gives importance the human side of the institutions and includes all of the operating process and the employers who are involved in production of the products and services.

Lojistik hizmetlerde dış kaynak kullanımının yaygınlaşması, farklı endüstrilerde birçok işletmenin bu alana girmesine neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışma kapsamında, genel olarak üçüncü parti lojistik işletmeleri olarak faaliyet gösteren bu işletmelerin problem çözme yeteneği ile müşteriye uyum gösterme derecesi arasındaki dengeyi nasıl sağladıklarına odaklanılmakta ve zaman içerisinde uygulayabilecekleri farklı gelişim stratejileri ele alınmaktadır. Bu alana yeni giren işletmelerin mevcut iş yapma usullerine ve ticari anlaşmalara kuvvetle bağlı kalarak stratejiler geliştirdikleri görülmektedir. Süregelen dış kaynak stratejilerini yönetmede geçerli olan bazı önemli unsurlar söz konusudur. Dış kaynak kullanımı, öncelikle geleneksel iş yapma usullerinin değişimini gerektirmektedir. Diğer bir önemli unsur, dış kaynak kullanımının uluslararası çapta bir organizasyonel yapıyı ve kısmen değişik bir modele uygun bilgi ağını gerektirmesidir. Son olarak ise işletmeler arası birleşmeleri ve bu girişimlerden ortaya çıkacak stratejik kazanımları değerlendirmek için gelişen yeni iş yapma usullerini anlamak ve geliştirmek önemli ve gereklidir.

In today's competitive environment, the firms must have a flexible structure in order to quickly respond to the changes in customer requirements and to offer quality products while keeping the costs at a minimum. To gain competitive advantage, firms need to adapt to lean production and continuous improvement processes. This paper introduces a methodology-developed using Axiomatic Design principles-as a way to achieve a systematic approach in improving the organizational performance. This methodology is also tested and validated via case study.

In this article, childhood conception of Second Constitutional Period is studied as per the child periodicals of the period. Educational approach of the period is tended toward the training of socio-economic problems. Child periodicals of the period constitute evidence for that childhood conception is formed by the same thought and view. The period has its own child and childhood demand which is unique for its own conditions. The objective of the study is to reflect the aimed childhood over child periodicals. Under the content of the study, nearly 500 editions of 22 child periodicals with approximately 5000 pages which were published between 1908 and 1918 were researched. The mentioned periodicals were investigated and evaluated under the titles of childhood conception, child and education, child and intelligence, child and environment, children rights and duties, culture of obeying and respect, child and game and children games.
