This article aims at describing the events of temporal hybridity in the novel "The God of Small Things". Roy presents a mixture of different times, images and stories from past combine with present and future moments. Temporal hybridity is strongly attached with trauma. The most prominent delayed effects of trauma is disordering of time when present is haunted by traumatic experiences of the past in form of memory. The purpose of this article is to bring together the theory of hybridity with temporal hybridity. Roy's characters present time as hybrid where past and present are united with each other. The analysis of temporal hybridity in the novel permits the arguable ending of the novel.

Orientalism is derived from the word orient used as a synonym of the east literally. But as a term the word orientalism is known as a concept representing a western movement regarding the east especially Islam and Muslim world. In fact orientalism is the multidimensional scholarly approach of the western non Muslim scholars and researchers about Islam. There are two aspects of this movement negative as well as positive while the first one aspect is deeply concerned dangerous. In the following article only the basic concept of the movement has been analyzed with reference to context.

The Collaborator by Mirza Waheed is a narrative trauma experienced by helpless Indian Kashmiri Muslims who are facing the tyranny of Indian Forces. The Kashmiri Muslims are considered traitors and tortured on and off without any justification. The dramatic disappearance of the Kashmiri youth has created an atmosphere of horror. The Kashmiri are scared and live a life of fear without any hope. The Kashmiris have no choice but to be complicit with the rulers in order to protect their families and avoid death and disappearance. The purpose of this paper is to highlight the trauma narrative and existential dilemma of the Kashmiri people. This will be a qualitative research and Traumatic narratology and Desensitization will be applied as a tool to analyze the text under discussion. By using the concept of Mary Cover Jones and Cathy Caruth the researcher will try to explore horrors and intensity of traumatic events in narration.

The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini is a work of narrative empathy with aspects of emotional empathy and multiplex derangement of childhood in fiction. This book shed light on the trauma and sociocultural pluralistic derangement that the people of Afghanistan have experienced, which is seen as a danger to the basic identities of collectiveness. The depressing and terrifying circumstances that Afghanis face create an ever-present mark on readers' hearts and minds. Social groups impose boundaries on solidarity during the painful formation process, leaving people to suffer in solitude. The horrific state of affairs among Afghanis is revealed by the eerie account of events. This debut's narration, which narrates the story of two characters, Amir (of the Pashtun elite class) and Hassan (of the Hazara caste, the lower caste), tends to be both exuberant and moving at the same time. Using the conceptual ideas of narrative and emotional empathy by Suzanne Keen, Jeffrey C. Alexander and Adam Smith, the theory of Cultural trauma and Collective identity will have been used as a tool to analyse this debut that is being discussed. Using the critical discourse analysis technique, the researcher will attempt to investigate the emotional empathy and multiplex derangement and trauma of childhood in fiction.
