However, its rapid adoption has introduced significant legal challenges, particularly regarding medical negligence, data privacy and regulatory compliance. This study aimed to examine these legal complexities in India's evolving healthcare landscape. An empirical research methodology was employed, with a sample of 400 respondents from Chennai, using structured questionnaires to capture both quantitative and qualitative data on telemedicine's effectiveness, public perceptions and legal challenges. Data were analyzed through visual tools like pie charts and bar charts to identify trends and patterns. The study revealed that the majority of respondents supported increased awareness of telemedicine, with 61% agreeing that it could improve healthcare accessibility. Telemedicine's effectiveness was rated moderately high, with 29% giving it a 7 out of 10. However, concerns about medical negligence were prominent, especially regarding the lack of physical examination, which was cited as a major factor contributing to errors. Participants also widely supported more awareness of the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020), with 51% highly agreeing. Increased access to healthcare was identified as the key benefit of telemedicine, particularly for patients in remote areas. These findings suggest that while telemedicine offers significant benefits, concerns about negligence, technical issues and the need for regulatory awareness among healthcare providers are pressing. To ensure safe and effective telemedicine practices, it is essential to address these challenges through clearer legal frameworks and technological improvements. Overall, the study emphasizes the importance of ongoing collaboration between legal experts, healthcare providers and policymakers to refine telemedicine practices, mitigate legal risks and maximize its potential in enhancing healthcare accessibility in India.

The study examined variables such as gender, age, educational background, occupation and marital status. Key aspects analyzed included participants' awareness of music therapy, personal experiences with it and the reasons individuals would recommend it as a therapeutic intervention. Data analysis involved the use of graphs as means for visually representing the results and was generated using SPSS. The findings reveal that while there is moderate awareness of music therapy, several gaps exist in public knowledge, particularly regarding its psychological benefits and applications. The findings reveal a moderate level of awareness about music therapy, but significant gaps remain, particularly regarding its psychological benefits. To address this issue, the study suggests implementing more comprehensive awareness campaigns and educational initiatives to bridge the knowledge gap and encourage wider adoption of music therapy as an effective psychological intervention.

Food adulteration, the deliberate contamination or substitution of food products with inferior or... more Food adulteration, the deliberate contamination or substitution of food products with inferior or harmful substances for economic gain, has become a pressing global concern with profound implications for public health. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the various forms of food adulteration, its widespread prevalence, and the significant health risks it poses to consumers. Adulteration affects a broad spectrum of food items, including cereals, spices, oils, dairy products, and beverages. The consumption of adulterated foods presents immediate dangers such as acute poisoning, as well as long-term health repercussions. Toxic substances like heavy metals, pesticides, and microbial contaminants are known to trigger gastrointestinal disorders, neurological damage, and, in some cases, fatal outcomes. Chronic exposure to contaminated food increases the likelihood of developing non-communicable diseases, including cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, and cancer. To mitigate this growing threat, it is imperative to strengthen regulatory frameworks, implement robust testing protocols, and enforce stringent penalties for offenders. Public awareness initiatives and educational programs play a pivotal role in empowering consumers to make informed choices and advocate for greater transparency in the food supply chain. In conclusion, food adulteration represents a substantial public health risk by compromising both the safety and nutritional integrity of the food consumed. This study employs a quantitative research approach, gathering data from 222 respondents in Chennai, complemented by a chronological review of existing literature on the subject.

India is the largest democracy in the world, known for its dynamic electoral system, within the context of global democratic processes. Throughout the years, the country has experienced a consistent transformation in its electoral procedures, with the incorporation of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) being one of the most notable progressions. EVMs, which were introduced in the late 20th century, have significantly transformed the voting process by offering more efficiency, transparency, and precision. The introduction of electronic voting technologies in India has had a significant effect on the efficiency of elections, bringing about a new era of streamlined procedures and accelerated outcomes. The implementation of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) has led to a substantial decrease in the duration needed for vote tabulation and announcement of results. The rapid tabulation has not only reduced logistical issues but also improved the overall efficiency of the electoral process, enabling faster transitions between election phases and alleviating the workload of electoral authorities. In addition, computerised voting technologies have helped to prevent fraudulent activities such as the seizure of polling booths and the illegal insertion of ballots, thus enhancing the credibility of elections. Although there have been debates and challenges associated with their adoption, Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) have become a fundamental aspect of India's electoral process.

By utlizing the features of globalization the terror organizations had gone transnationalwith its elaborate complicated networks thereby changing the nature of conflict fought so far as these terror organizations as non-state actors tends to challenge the state stability as never before. Further the process of globalization had blurred the distinction between global and regional security because if there is a threat to regional stability then it willhave its spillover effects like in the form of refugee, migration crisis and other human right rights issues which became a matter of concern for international community as it threatens the international peace. Therefore in order to devise an efficient and effective counter policy to terrorism it is necessary to understand the perpetuators of terrorism- the terrorist organizations. This paper tends to analyse one of the prominent terror organization Al-Qaeda using the combined aspects of strategic framework and organizational theories that usually explains the decision making process of the organization. In this paper the background events that contributed to the evolution of Al-Qaeda as a organization, its objectives and underlying ideological narrative are discussed in detail. Further the modus operandi of Al-Qaeda are explained in the form of its terror tactics strategies, its organizational features and its revenue and logistics supply methods. Therefore this paper gives the detailed understanding about the working method of Al-Qaeda which helps to understand the policy implications that demands the combination of hard power to contain and soft power to curb it.

Prior to independence, Indian leaders favored preferential treatment for groups that experienced economic and social discrimination as a result of the caste system. The 1951 Indian constitution(1 st Amendment) mandated the representation of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes by reserving quotas for them in Educational Institutions. Over the years, constitutional changes have added and revised the reservation system for providing Social justice and now in 2019 it made amendments to provide reservations for the economically backward sections of the society which is seen as an act of Economic Justice too. This study deals with the awareness and opinions of the Arts college students in Chennai about the 103 rd Amendment Act, 2019(Providing 10% Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections of the general category). This study indicates the awareness and opinions of the people about uplifting the economically weaker sections of the society.
