The study was designed to investigate the impact of certain personal variables on psychological well being of call centre employees. The sample consisted of 240 call centre employees (120 Male/120 Female) selected randomly from Vodafone Call Centre of Ahmedabad city. Psychological well being scale of Dr. Bhogle and Prakash was used. Results revealed that there exists a significant difference between psychological well being and variables such as Sex, Age, Type of Family, work Shifts and working time of Call center employees. No significant deference observed between Psychological well being of married and unmarried employees. And also no significant difference was found between Psychological well being and Education of Call centre employees.

Anxiety has been shown to be associated with poor outcomes in people with diabetes. However, there has been limited data, especially from India, which has specifically examined whether diabetes mellitus is associated with an increased likelihood of comorbid anxiety. The study was intended to examine the effect of Anxiety on diabetic challengers.

The cardinal object of the present study was to investigate the Internet Addiction among Graduation and Post-Graduation students. The present study consisted sample of 280 students subjects (140 Graduation students and 140 Post Graduation students studying in Business administration), selected through random sampling technique from Bhavnagar city of Gujarat state. Data was collected with the help of Internet Addiction scale developed by Yung , this scale was Gujarati Translated & developed by Detroja [1].

Design: 2*2 research design was used the present study.
Tools: Anxiety was measured through a questionnaire ‘Sinha’s Comprehensive Anxiety Test (SCAT) was used. Test developed by A.K.P
Sinha and L.N.K Sinha in (1995). The data was analyzed by the t test.
Results: There will be no significant difference between Gender and Types of Area in relation to their Anxiety.
Conclusions: Our study demonstrates a higher prevalence of anxiety in diabetic challengers. No factor was significantly associated with
anxiety.

The main objective of the present study is to examine the job satisfaction among government and private employees. A sample of 60 male and female employees was drawn randomly drawn from the population. The Generic Job Satisfaction Scale: Scale Development and Its Correlates, developed by Scott Macdonald and Peter Maclntyre (1997) was used for data collection. Data was collected by face to face interview method from the target population from different originations of Anand district. Mean, standard deviation and t-test were calculated for the analysis of data. Results indicate that there is no significant difference among government and private employees in job satisfaction.
