This article is based on review method of research. During research work, I have realized some problems of Indian children such as child abuse, child exploitation, child labor etc. I have also realized that major factor of child labor are poverty, illiteracy, large family size, death of the father etc. Further,
Child labor in India is a vast challengeable due to lack of societal awareness and political will. Indeed, the parents have no time to spend for his children from which children are moving towards criminal offences. UK government are proper responsible to implement UN convention on the rights of children.
India’s legal obligation is better but implementation is very poor. While exploring the research work, I have used many statutes, legislation and enactments like the Constitution of India, United Nations Convention on the Rights of Children, Law Commission reports which is the secondary sources referred
herein are treaties, commentaries, text books, case comment, law journal, various committee reports and case reports. As a modern source websites have also been used to. Therefore, I have suggested that legislation is not total solution of exploitation of children but it should be strict implementation by government bodies, NGOs, Social agency.

The provocation for selecting this topic for a detailed analysis is to present issues relating to study of children under Juvenile Justice Act. The concept of juvenile justice was derived from the concept of juvenile delinquency. The young children fail to understand the abnormal situations of life. They are not easily amenable to the legal framework and the processes of criminal law. The Juvenile Justice System, therefore, is designed to fit the needs of young offenders only. One principal role of the Juvenile Justice System has been to provide specialized and preventive treatment services for children. It provides a means for rehabilitation and socialization delinquent children.

By addressing these critical factors, the "One Nation, One Uniform" policy has the potential to foster a more unified, disciplined, and inclusive educational environment in India

Enshrined in Article 44 of the Indian Constitution, the UCC aims to replace personal laws, which are specific to various religious communities, with a common set of laws applicable to all citizens. These personal laws govern matters such as marriage, divorce, inheritance, and adoption. The objective of the UCC is to provide equal protection under the law and promote national integration by eliminating discrepancies in the legal system based on religious lines. Article 44 of the Indian Constitution states: "The State shall endeavor to secure for the citizens a uniform civil code throughout the territory of India." This directive principle reflects the vision of the framers of the Constitution to establish a cohesive legal framework that transcends religious boundaries, ensuring that all citizens are subject to the same civil laws irrespective of their faith. The framers believed that such uniformity would help in fostering national unity and integrity.

In ancient times women occupied a dignified and honorable place in India. But nowadays it decreases continuously. The lower status of women gave birth to various social problems thus adversely affected the social harmony. There are many hideous social customs which are trouble in the women empowerment in the society.

The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 is key piece of legislation in the group of women protection and empowerment legislations. Addressing the lack of specific legislation concerning the subject, it is the only legislation to address what many refer as a silent crime committed inside the four corners and away from the eyes of the public. The Act was a result of focussed efforts of the women rights groups pushing for a legislation like this, and in its working of close to two decades, it has seen a rapidly progressive society which has time and
time again tried to combine ancient stereotypical behaviours towards women with modern methods and ways to evade the arms of law. Along the way it has been bolstered by our judiciary to stay updated and match pace with society and the victims, and their needs and development.

This paper addresses the issue of Naxalism faced by the Chhattisgarh State. It argues that the route of terrorism that is being utilized by the Naxali's would not help them in achieving their goals. It also calls for the government to re-think their approach and favour a peaceful way of conflict resolution as the Naxali's are not the enemy of the Country.
