I was gratuated in Pamukkale University Industrial Engineering Department as “Honor Student”. I had completed my lessons in 3 years.
My carieer was started an internship at Vestel Electronics. I developed a new method for an LCD TV production line. With the method, new production point had been increased from 90 to 120 TV per hour. In this case i had taken 3 reference letters from production managers. Then, I had worked in Vestel Electronics with "Production and Proses Development Engineer" title.

I had worked in Etapak Printing and Packaging Factory within the structure of Özgörkey Holding. I was in charge of all lean production activities with “Lean Manufacturing Project Engineer” title. I worked on training white-collar and blue-collar workers on lean production, implementing lean production topics in the field, and ensuring an institutional transformation by making them standard.

I had worked in Turkuaz Tekstil AŞ by Quality Manager and Executive Representative. I was responsible for all quality control and quality assurance operations here. I worked on the production quality of many international brands and their development. I made significant contributions to Adidas in providing and developing Adidas quality conditions in their production. I ensured that Turkuaz Tekstil ranked first among 118 accessory suppliers in the world in Adidas' 4-star quality rating.

Currently i have worked in Pamukkale University as Pamukkale Technopolis Deputy General Manager.

My experiences are about improving new production systems, production efficiency, work study, time study, method study, ECRS methods, Lean Production, Kaizen, Kobetsu Kaizen, TPM, Cost-Down Projects, SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die), autonomous maintenance, OEE (Overall Equipment Efficency), DFA (Design For Assembly), handling and material locations, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, AQL Inspection methods, ISO 9001, BSCI, SEDEX, customer audits, Adidas Production Systems and quality control with AI implementation.

I am currently working on my ongoing doctoral thesis on "Quality Control with AI Systems" in textiles. My doctoral thesis continues with industrial applications. I am preparing a TUBITAK 1505 Project application within the scope of my thesis.

I am also taking part as a researcher in an EU project called "Food Chase" to prevent food waste.

I provide consultancy to various companies in the fields of Lean Production, Corporate Transformation, Business Process Development and DFA.
