The purpose of the article is to study the opportunities for resuming the economic growth of econ... more The purpose of the article is to study the opportunities for resuming the economic growth of economies, considering the impact of global risks on its dynamics. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the economic growth dynamics of over 200 countries from 1961 to 2023, revealing a general trend of declining growth rates, which is confirmed by the data of observations of GDP dynamics in the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Albania, Ukraine, Mongolia, China, Paraguay, Indonesia, and Sudan. It is defined that these trends are caused by the negative impact of global risks on the dynamics of economic growth of world countries. A contemporary map of the interconnections of categories and types of global risks is presented, illustrating the intertwining of geopolitical, economic, social, environmental, and technological risks. A selection of the five most influential global risks that affected the economic downturn of the world economy from 2006 to 2023 has been formed through logical-structural analysis and generalization method, demonstrating the predominant influence of economic and environmental factors. The analysis of the unique causes of economic downturn under the influence of global risks, conducted using the Ishikawa diagram, allowed to include a set of economic, environmental, social, geopolitical, technological, and other causes. The proposed political-legal, market, organizational-economic, and financial-investment mechanisms for accelerating economic recovery define the priority directions for restoring economic growth, considering the impact of global risks. The provided suggestions have practical significance for the elaboration of economic development strategies for countries to restore economic growth.

The purpose of the article is to reveal the scientific approach that substantiates the impact of ... more The purpose of the article is to reveal the scientific approach that substantiates the impact of the creation of strategic alliances (SA) on the digital transformation of business and the development of their innovative power based on identified success factors. The aim was achieved using the following methods: abstract logic and typification (for classification of SA's success factors), generalisation (to determine the peculiarities of SA's influence on their innovation development), analytical and ranking method (to determine the relationship between the dynamics creating of SA and the degree of acceleration of digital transformation), expert evaluation (to determine the degree of influence of SA success factors by business areas). Implementing a business-integrated approach to understanding digital transformation will accelerate the implementation of innovation and organisational change, identifies future prospects for market, customer and business relationships, highlighting the importance of researching the factors that ensure their success. An alternative vision of SA's success factors is suggested, which are determined by the possibilities of the organisation of partnerships and organisational culture, integration of business sectors, compatibility of management goals, external relevance, obtaining synergies. Innovation is considered by the authors as an integration factor that reconciles all groups of SA success factors, giving them the necessary focus to solve business problems. The results of the study show that the creation of SA has a significant impact on accelerating and changes the priority of digital transformation of business areas involved in strategic partnerships, and the impact of SA on the development of their innovation power is crucial.

Виокремлено такі групи чинників зовнішнього середовища: міжнародне середовище, економічні, політичні, соціально-демографічні та технологічні. В роботі проведено аналіз та оцінку впливу на прибутковість експортноорієнтованого підприємства факторів міжнародного середовища та економічних факторів. Проведена оцінка за період 2015-2019 рр. показала, що найбільший вплив на прибутковість експортноорієнтованого підприємства мають такі економічні чинники як зміна обмінних курсів іноземних валют, в яких здійснюються експортно-імпортні операції, інфляція та коливання цін на енергоносії. SYMPTOMATIC DIAGNOSTICS OF THE ENTERPRISE: THE ESSENCE OF FILLING AND THE PECULIARITIES OF IMPLEM... more SYMPTOMATIC DIAGNOSTICS OF THE ENTERPRISE: THE ESSENCE OF FILLING AND THE PECULIARITIES OF IMPLEMENTATION Мета статті полягає в подальшому розвитку науково-теоретичних засад здійснення симптоматичної діагностики підприємства. Результати критичного аналізу змісту наукових праць вчених сучасності стали основою подальшого розвитку сутності поняття "симптоматична діагностика підприємства" як комплексної системи ідентифікації ключових проблем підприємства на основі фіксації впливу різноманітних чинників, що ґрунтується на виявленні їх причинно-наслідкових зв'язків та з метою усунення передбачає використання прогнозних управлінських моделей для підприємства. Узагальнення етимології та змісту поняття, підґрунтя дослідження, діагностичних цілей, принципів побудови дослідження, програмно-технічного забезпечення, націленості результатів і спрямування досліджень, інструментарію аналізу та відображення результатів дослідження стало основою визначення відмінностей етіологічної та симптоматичної діагностики підприємства. Встановлено, що при здійсненні симптоматичної діагностики підприємства слід враховувати її особливості щодо інформаційного забезпечення, цільового спрямування, застосування, забезпечення репрезентативності результатів, розкриття впливу симптомів і здійснення аналізу причин їх появи, адаптивності, потреби у фахівцях з її проведення, вплив кон'юнктури ринку та конкурентних сил в галузі, спрямування на розроблення управлінських рішень. Перспективами подальших досліджень у даному напрямку є розробка концептуальних засад здійснення симптоматичної діагностики діяльності підприємства. The purpose of the article is in the further development of the scientific and theoretical foundations for the implementation of symptomatic diagnostics of the enterprise. By critical analysis of the scientific publications of scientists who developed theoretical and methodological principles for implementing the diagnostics of the company's activities, the necessity of deepening the concept of diagnostics in the direction of identifying the symptoms of the emergence of problems in their activities and identifying their cause-and-effect relationships with changes in future end-of-business results has been identified. The analysis of the content of the works of modern scientists who examined the essence of the concept of "symptomatic diagnostics of an enterprise" pointed to numerous shortcomings that occurred when interpreting this concept from the standpoint of effective, process, complex and systemic approaches. As a result, the concept of "symptomatic diagnostics of an enterprise" is proposed to be considered as a complex system for identifying key business problems on the basis of fixing the influence of various factors, based on the identification of their causal relationships and, with a view to elimination, foresees the use of forecast management models for the enterprise. The generalization of etymology and the content of the concept, the basis for research, diagnostic purposes, principles of research, software and hardware, the targeting of results and direction of research, the toolkit for analysis and reflection of the results of the study became the basis for determining the differences between the etiological and symptomatic diagnostics of the enterprise. Considering the symptomatic diagnosis of the enterprise as an independent type of diagnostic procedures, it should take into account its features regarding information provision, target direction, application, ensuring the representativeness of the results, the disclosure of symptoms and analysis of the causes of their appearance, adaptability, the needs of specialists in its implementation, taking into account market environment conditions and the results of the analysis of the main competitive forces in the field of operation of the enterprise, focusing on the development of managerial decisions. Prospects for further research in this area are the development of conceptual foundations for the implementation of symptomatic diagnostics of the enterprise. Результати дослідження показали, що рівень цін на нерухомість, умови її кредитування та інвестиці... more Результати дослідження показали, що рівень цін на нерухомість, умови її кредитування та інвестиційна привабливість ринків житлової нерухомості Китаю, Індії, Південної Кореї та Японії є різними, і впливають на доступність житла в цих країнах. Визначено, що інвестиційна привабливість ринків житлової нерухомості в Китаї та Індії є вищою, де прогнозується її короткочасне зростання, а згодом-зниження інвестиційної привабливості, а для Південної Кореї та Японії-нижчою, зважаючи на їх специфіку, де також прогнозується незначне зростання інвестиційної привабливості ринку житлової нерухомості, а згодом, її стабілізація. Основними факторами, які визначають падіння інвестиційної привабливості в країнах Азії є циклічність розвитку ринків нерухомості, падіння темпів зростання цін на житлову нерухомість, зниження ставок оренди житла тощо. Перспективи подальших розвідок з позицій дослідження інвестиційної привабливості ринків нерухомості слід пов'язати з регіоном світу, де функціонує найбільш інтегроване міжнародне об'єднання-НАФТА. The purpose of the article is to scientifically and practically substantiate the factors and conditions of formation the investment attractiveness of residential real estate markets in intensively growing Asian countries. It has been found that the most favorable investment areas in Asia today are the construction of low-cost housing, rental accommodation, housing for retirees and students, and one of the most important features of the Asian real estate market is the migration of investors to markets that were not attractive in the past. One of the most promising from the point of view of investing determined real estate markets in Asia is China, India, South Korea and Japan. Analysis of the housing markets of the Asian countries revealed their investment attractiveness to potential investors and allowed to establish that the main factors that determine the prospects for investment attractiveness of Asian countries are demographic potential and urbanization, active formation of the middle class, further GDP growth. The results showed that the level of real estate prices, credit conditions and investment attractiveness of the housing markets of China, India, South Korea and Japan are different and affect the affordability of housing in these countries. It is determined that the investment attractiveness of the residential real estate markets in China and India is higher, where its short-term growth is projected, and, subsequently, decreasing of the investment attractiveness, and for South Korea and Japan it is lower, due to their specificity, where the market is also expected to be very low residential real estate, and subsequently its stabilization. The main factors that determine the decline in investment attractiveness in Asian countries are the cyclicality of the development of real estate markets, the fall in the rate of increase in residential real estate prices, the decline in rental rates, etc. Prospects for further exploration from the point of view of investment attractiveness of the real estate markets should be linked to the region of the world where NAFTA: the most integrated international association operates.

The main goal of the study is to establish the impact of real estate markets on changes in the economy of the world countries and Ukraine. A critical analysis of the scientific approaches of scientists in relation to solving the problem of increasing investment attractiveness and further economic growth revealed that the content of their scientific publications basically reveals the importance of decision-making processes in the field of real estate transactions, as well as the study of markets in particular. However, the study of changes related to the formation of the investment attractiveness of real estate markets are revealed, but it also overlooks a deeper study of the impact of the real estate market on trends in the economy of countries around the world and Ukraine. The relevance of the presented scientific problem lies in the need to study the prospects of investing capital in immovable assets based on the establishment of trends in the development of real estate markets, as well as determining the impact of the real estate market on trends in the economy of a country or a group of countries. The methodological basis of the research is a set of methods used to obtain the final results: tabular, analytical and comparative - when forming a rating of the investment attractiveness of the countries in the world for foreign investors; abstract and logical, regression analysis - to reveal the relationship between the development of the real estate market and trends in the economy of the countries in the world and Ukraine; generalization - when summarizing conclusions based on research results. The object of the research is the global real estate market as a set of national markets, which differ significantly from each other in terms of asynchrony of development, investment volumes, the level of real estate prices and the risks that accompany their formation. The article reveals the main results of the application of scientific research methods to establish the relationship between the development of real estate markets and the dynamics of economic processes. The results of the research are applied in nature and have practical value when justifying the choice of real estate as an investment object.

The purpose of the study is to determine the prospects of foreign economic activity of business e... more The purpose of the study is to determine the prospects of foreign economic activity of business entities of Ukraine and the Netherlands. Considering that Ukraine aspires to become an equal member of the EU, it requires bringing the foreign economic activity of Ukrainian economic entities to a new high-quality level of partnership relations with European companies. The Netherlands is one of the EU countries whose business entities have significantly increased export-import activity in the direction of developing foreign trade relations in recent years. Given the strong position of this country in the world in terms of foreign economic activity, it is important to ensure the development of such cooperation.
The results of the research established that the main partners of Dutch business entities in foreign economic activity are companies from Germany, Belgium, France and Great Britain, however, the growing interest in the products of Ukrainian manufacturers from the Netherlands in the period 2017-2022 indicates a significant perspective for the development of their foreign economic partnership. This is vitally important for Ukraine, because we do not have a positive net trade balance with every country. In particular, only in 2021, the volume of bilateral trade between the countries amounted to 3,274,622 thousand dollars with a positive balance in favour of Ukraine of 1,250,527 thousand dollars.
In the course of the analysis of the commodity structure of the foreign economic activity of the Netherlands, it was established that it is dominated by industrial means of production, mineral fuels, electric machines, precision instruments and apparatus. From these positions, in the future, Ukrainian enterprises can gain access to high-tech products, which are lacking in today’s industrial production.
Increasing the efficiency of trade and economic relations between Ukraine and the Netherlands should be linked to the transition to a qualitatively new format of cooperation between the countries. Among priority spheres in the trade and economic relations between Ukraine and the Netherlands are such spheres as metallurgy, mechanical engineering, the IT sphere, the oil and fat industry, etc. That is, in these areas of business, it is possible to create joint companies, strategic alliances, economic and industrial associations, etc. This prospect is also quite positive. It should also be noted that the Government of Ukraine needs to focus its efforts on the development of foreign economic activity with Dutch companies by means of signing bilateral agreements on mutually beneficial cooperation between the countries.
Further research should be directed to the search for mechanisms for the development of interaction of foreign economic relations between business entities of Ukraine and the Netherlands in the conditions of martial law and in view of their prospects in the post-war period.

The main purpose of the research is to determine the scientific foundations, main principles and the place of the theory of managerial innovation in the system of modern scientific concepts. A critical analysis of literary sources and approaches of modern scientists to solving the issues of increasing the efficiency of management activity based on the introduction of new methods, means and ways, techniques of management is made. It shows their individual disclosure in separate modern scientific concepts, while the holistic disclosure of the most important conceptual principles of the theory of managerial innovation has been neglected. The relevance of solving the presented scientific problem lies in the need for forming of a special integrative science, which is designed to reveal numerous regularities inherent to various economic processes and phenomena, reveals the relationship with the development of society as a whole, determining the target direction, principles and methods of improving management activities at different levels of management and also reveals a close connection with a set of important scientific and practical tasks related to modern scientific concepts. The methodological basis of the research is a system of the following methods: generalization and synthesis – to determine the essence of managerial innovation as a science; abstract-logical – to reveal the interrelationship of such components of managerial innovation as management, innovation and technology; analysis and synthesis – when revealing the main principles and establishing the place of managerial innovation theory in the system of modern scientific concepts. The object of the research is the study of the interaction of methods, means and techniques of management in various spheres of functioning of economic processes. The article presents the results of the application of general scientific research methods for the formation of the newest direction of modern theory – managerial innovation. The results of the study can be useful for scientific and pedagogical workers and managers at various levels of economy management.

The main goal of research is to improve the model for assessing efficiency of risk management of the logistics system, which will ensure a high level of accuracy in the classification of the population of the researched enterprises according to the levels of risk management efficiency. A critical analysis of scientific sources on solving researched problem indicates the wide use of methods for evaluating trade-offs between logistics risk and efficiency of logistics system and the feasibility of using discriminant analysis as the most acceptable of them. The relevance of solving this scientific problem lies in the fact that the timely improvement of the risk management of logistics system of enterprises by evaluating the efficiency of its implementation based on previously justified methods of analysis and modeling of risk management processes provides comprehensive countermeasures for various risks of internal and external environment of influence, preventing disruption of integration of logistics links and occurrence of material losses. The theoretical-methodical and practical basis of the research was made by the following methods: abstract-logical and generalization – while reserching scientific provisions of the theory of risk management for logistics systems of modern enterprises and methods of analysis and assessment of the efficiency of risk management; abstraction and formalization – while revealing the methodology of implementing discriminant analysis for evaluating the efficiency of risk management of logistics system; mathematical and statistical – while calculating and building a discriminatory model for assessing the efficiency of risk management of the logistics system of engeneering enterprises; generalization – while summarizing conclusions and recommendations based on research results. The object of research is risk management of logistics system of engineering enterprises. Research results established that the speed of rotation in the supply chain has the greatest influence on efficiency of risk management of logistics systems of engineering enterprises and the speed of turnover and the degree of customer service are less important. The carried out grouping of enterprises according to the level of efficiency of risk management of the logistics system determined five classification groups regarding their distribution: 40.74% of the analyzed enterprises are characterized by high, 15.93% – medium, 20.11% – sufficient, 17.14% – low and 6.08% is characterized by the critical level of risk management efficiency of the logistics system. A set of software products is recommended for each of the groups, which will ensure optimization and improvement of logistics processes, which has practical value.

However, in terms of business technologicalization, necessity to accelerate information exchange, development of innovation and, at the same time, development of new threats, the need on the basis of strategizing, intellectualization of management, partnership, compliance with the challenges of the external environment, communication efficiency, leadership transformation, balancing intermediate and final results, there is a need to transform business and management on the basis of strategizing, intellectualization of management, partnership interaction, compliance with the challenges of the external environment, communication efficiency, transformation of leadership, balancing intermediate and final results. Relevance of solving of this scientific issue is that the timely use of innovative tools and management methods in the implementation of strategic intentions and goals forms a high adaptability of companies to transformation processes occurring in their external and internal environment under the influence of digital technologies in business processes. The scientific-theoretical and methodological basis of the study were the following methods: abstract-logical and comparative analysis – to generalize theoretical approaches and confirm the practical importance of solving the problem of building a model of providing business excellence on the basis of interconnected and focused innovative changes in business management; system analysis and modelling – method of building a model of business excellence based on managerial innovation; system-analytical – method of balancing the interaction of the components providing business excellence; generalization – when drawing conclusions based on research results. The object of research is a system of interconnected and purposeful innovative changes in business management. The results of solving the problem of building a model of business excellence while balancing the interaction of the components of such provision and implementation of the process of digital transformation of the business model. The results of the research have practical value for business entities that seek to increase the effectiveness of interconnected and purposeful innovative changes in business management.

The results of the research established that the main partners of Dutch business entities in foreign economic activity are companies from Germany, Belgium, France and Great Britain, however, the growing interest in the products of Ukrainian manufacturers from the Netherlands in the period 2017-2022 indicates a significant perspective for the development of their foreign economic partnership. This is vitally important for Ukraine, because we do not have a positive net trade balance with every country. In particular, only in 2021, the volume of bilateral trade between the countries amounted to 3,274,622 thousand dollars with a positive balance in favour of Ukraine of 1,250,527 thousand dollars.
In the course of the analysis of the commodity structure of the foreign economic activity of the Netherlands, it was established that it is dominated by industrial means of production, mineral fuels, electric machines, precision instruments and apparatus. From these positions, in the future, Ukrainian enterprises can gain access to high-tech products, which are lacking in today’s industrial production.
Increasing the efficiency of trade and economic relations between Ukraine and the Netherlands should be linked to the transition to a qualitatively new format of cooperation between the countries. Among priority spheres in the trade and economic relations between Ukraine and the Netherlands are such spheres as metallurgy, mechanical engineering, the IT sphere, the oil and fat industry, etc. That is, in these areas of business, it is possible to create joint companies, strategic alliances, economic and industrial associations, etc. This prospect is also quite positive. It should also be noted that the Government of Ukraine needs to focus its efforts on the development of foreign economic activity with Dutch companies by means of signing bilateral agreements on mutually beneficial cooperation between the countries.
Further research should be directed to the search for mechanisms for the development of interaction of foreign economic relations between business entities of Ukraine and the Netherlands in the conditions of martial law and in view of their prospects in the post-war period.
