This study determined the extent to which ICT resources are adequately provided and utilized by computer
science lecturers for instructional delivery in Nigerian tertiary institutions. Thirty science educators were
randomly selected from the faculties of science and science and technology education in two universities in Lagos
state. Teacher’ utilization of ICT resources questionnaire was used for data collection. Data were analyzed using
bar chart and percentage. The finding shows that ICT resources are not adequate and many of the educators
rarely use the available ICT resources for relevant instructional delivery. Suggestions were made for
improvement.

Do I need to become a programmer before forecasting student learning outcomes in classrooms? Teachers and academicians who wish to anticipate student learning achievement in their schools but cannot do so because they cannot write a line of code to do so face significant issues with this question and similar hood questions. This study examines how all instructors, regardless of field, can use software programs to forecast student learning achievement in their classrooms. A dataset with 1,200 attributes was split into training and testing sets. Prediction of students' learning outcomes in WAEC through Mock examinations in secondary schools involved scores in English Language, Mathematics, and Computer Studies in forming the dataset. The dataset were preprocessed to remove any errors that might have affected the study's final prediction model. The results demonstrated that it is possible to forecast students' learning outcomes using software programs. Software programs can transform students' learning outcomes from undesirable to desirable and better. It should be encouraged to use software programs to forecast student learning achievement so that adjustments can be made before the pupils are subjected to external exams.

This study explores the usage of social media platforms as an instructional strategy among undergraduate and postgraduate students of the faculty of education in Lagos State University. Three research questions were asked; 1. What social media tools do the students use and why? 2. How skillful are the students in the use of different social media? 3. What concerns do the students have regarding the use of social media for teaching and learning? The aim of the study presented in the study is to investigate how students use social media for education purposes and how they connect in new and meaningful ways. This research sought to understand the use of social media as a tool among higher education students, strategies they use to integrate social media in formal learning, concerns they have, their strategies to mitigate those concerns and how these technologies can be used in education. The study adopts a survey design using questionnaires to understand better the types of social media that students find beneficial for future learning opportunities, explore the differences in how students currently use social media for learning, professional upgrading, networking and looking at the possible future uses of social media in the learning environment which will help schools understand better, the usefulness of these social media. The study also identified the problems of students in the use of these new technologies for teaching and learning purposes. The result is analysed using frequencies and percentages.

The purpose of the study is to examine the role of Information, Communication Technology as a change agent for quality education in Tertiary Institutions in Ondo State. A descriptive survey research design was adopted in the study. The population for the study consists of three purposely selected higher institutions in Ondo State. The sample of the study consists of 239 students randomly selected from higher institutions in Ondo State. A self-constructed questionnaire was the main instrument used for data collection. Three research questions were raised. Simple percentage, chi-square was employed to analyzed the research questions. The findings showed that ICT serve many role in ensuring a change in the quality of education in Ondo State Tertiary Institutions, there are constraints to effective utilization of ICT as a change agent for quality education in Tertiary Institutions in Ondo State, and there are solutions to the constraints of ineffective use of ICT as change agent for quality education in Ondo State Tertiary Institutions. It was concluded that ICTs have significantly impacted on educational practice in Ondo State, and such impact would grow considerably in years to come, if the various problems hindering effective utilization of ICT as a change agent for tertiary institutions are properly ameliorated. Undoubtedly, ICT would become a strong agent for change in many tertiary educational institutions in Ondo state and Nigeria at large. The study recommends that government and society should try to subsidize the price of ICT equipment and materials. It becomes highly imperative for all stakeholders of education to entice industrial establishments, companies, politicians, big businessmen and entrepreneurs, non-governmental organizations and the community at large to assist the institutions in the provision of ICT equipment, materials and well-furnished computer laboratories.

Cell cycle regulation is a crucial cellular process that governs the rhythmic progression of cell division, ensuring genetic integrity and preventing uncontrolled growth. Its dysregulation is a hallmark of cancer, making it a critical target for cancer research and therapy. Cell cycle regulation plays a dual role in cancer:
Prevention: Ensures accurate DNA, replication and repair, Prevents premature cell division, Maintains genomic stability and Occurrence which are disruption leads to uncontrolled cell growth and tumor formation, allows damaged cells to proliferate and accumulate mutations, Promotes cancer progression and metastasis. Understanding cell cycle regulation is essential for developing effective cancer therapies and prevention strategies. This knowledge enables the identification of novel targets for therapeutic intervention, improving cancer treatment outcomes and patient survival rates. This article seeks to explain this.
