Francisco Luiz Marzinotto Junior
PhD student and Master's in International Political Economy at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He's currently a Visiting Researcher at the Department of Digital Humanities at King's College London, UK, and Assistant Editor of Oikos - International Political Economy Journal.
He was a Collaborating Professor at the Institute of International Relations and Defense (IRID/UFRJ) and participated as a Volunteer Researcher in UN projects through the UNVs Online Volunteering Program, including a project that supported the United Nations E-government Survey 2020.
In addition to his academic experience, he worked as an Analyst at the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets (IBMEC), completed a professional internship in the areas of Foreign Trade and International Logistics at National Steel Company (CSN), and is a former resident in Educational Project Management at the Center for Advanced Studies at UFRRJ.
His research interests include the following topics: Science, Technology, and Innovation; Digital Economy; Cyber Defense; Data Science and Artificial Intelligence; Geopolitics and Geoeconomics; United States Foreign Policy; and the Political Economy and Development of China.
