The reactions of all public institutions, which should have provided explanations to the public opinion, were delayed and incomplete. The aim of this study is to explain the role played by the social media, especially Facebook, in the events that followed the tragedy at 'Colectiv' Club. Summarizing the literature, we are going to illustrate how Romanian citizens have turned to social media as a channel which managed to: a) provide reliable information in real time about the unfortunate event, b) organize protests against the political actors held responsible and c) rally people and the medical or financial resources necessary either for the proper treatment of the people hospitalized in Romania or for moving them in hospitals abroad. The protests involving tens of thousands of people in all major cities, being directed against the political class considered corrupt were organized and promoted in the social media and led to the resignation of the government held responsible for the tragedy at the club.

For path trace simulation we will discretize continous model with an Euler division of time. 1. BSM model, Heston model, Double-Heston model From physical models, the following situation has reached acceptance: a financial asset interest rate follows a normal law, where the mean is the drift rate and the deviation is the volatility. This leads to a model that is currently accepted in finance:, the model of geometric Brownian motion. This model (known as Black–Scholes–Merton model in finance and financial engineering, see [1]) is a stochastic differential equation (1): dS(t) = m S(t) dt + s S(t) dB(t), (1) where: a) (S(t), t≥0) is a stochastic process for the value of stock; b) m is a static parameter for the drift rate of return; c) s 2 is a static parameter for the volatility of stock (s≥0); d) (B(t), t≥0) is a standard Wiener process. Another model is assumed by Heston (see [2]) and it consists from two stochastic differential equations. The Heston model corrects some inconsistency of the Black–Scholes–Merton model, for example: a) in reality, volatility is not a static parameter; it can be used as static value only on short periods (this value will obtain on calibration process, usual with a statistical estimator); b) on long periods, it is possible that interest rate series did not verify a normal law. The Heston model is described by the following coupled stochastic differential equations (2), (3): dS(t) = A(S(t), v(t), t) dt + B(S(t), v(t), t) dB 1 (t) (2) dv(t) = C(S(t), v(t), t) dt + D(S(t), v(t), t) dB 2 (t) (3) where: a) (S(t), t≥0) is a stochastic process for value of stock; b) (v(t), t≥0) is a stochastic process for volatility of value of stock;

The widespread use of English shop signs and English brand names for recently produced goods drove the researchers to investigate peoples' attitude as consumers from two aspects of age and education. To reach the research goal, a questionnaire was devised and distributed to 100 people at random selection probing their attitudes while considering two factors of age and education. The result of the research will mostly benefit sociolinguists and business marketers.

It is considered as a corporate cost savings process to augment performance capabilities with broader availability and utilization of major corporate knowledge assets. Knowledge management is the basis of all planning, all development and all progress of an organization. It is one of the significant ingredients, which makes the accessibility of acceptance with understanding of learning. With recession encompassing the globe, the organizations are passionately engaged in cost cutting practices to maintain profitability and competitiveness. When enterprises realize that developing and sharing knowledge is pivotal to sustain a cutting edge, the management can decide to place knowledge management high on their agenda-especially during economic turmoil. The Indian organizations have exceedingly done well during the economic turmoil. The present paper is an attempt to study knowledge management during recession in Indian scenario. Major challenges faced by the organizations are highlighted along with strategies to overcome such challenges are presented by the authors.

However, it is important to recognize three critical academic issues about principled negotiation. (1) Why principled negotiation and positional bargaining (the method of principled negotiation is contrasted with hard and soft positional bargaining.) emerge, (2) how to deal with principled negotiation in reality and(3)how to make a principled negotiation with theoretical support. This paper is written to study those problems by applying psychological theory of Transactional Analysis (TA). According to negotiation mechanism analysis based on TA, this paper is set up a new SESCO model (Situation-Ego-Strokes strategy –Complementary transaction-Objective) on negotiation. Firstly, identify the ego state both oneself and others in a specific negotiation situation. Secondly, meet needs with each other by exchange of strokes. Thirdly, adopt complementary transaction to get win-win objective.

Negative phenomenologies repress difference as the transcendental and the empirical are repetitions of the same through iterability. I argue that a negative phenomenology or a reversal of phenomenology repeats it rather than managing to escape from it. This is because it still proceeds within its metaphysical vocabulary and ontological structure. Thus, Merleau-Ponty and Blanchot, in inverting and reversing phenomenology, only repeat it by borrowing entirely from its metaphysical vocabulary and structure. Derrida's phenomenology in place, is a meta-phenomenology in discovering the origin of phenomenology as difference, or the difference between philosophy and non-philosophy, transcendental and empirical. Derrida discovers the condition of possibility for phenomenology as quasi-transcendental, or the interval between the transcendental and empirical which conditions phenomenology in its entirety. The transcendental and empirical are paradoxically identical and non-identical because the difference translates into sameness. In this paper I will be examining the negative phenomenologies of Merleau-Ponty and Blanchot. I will argue that their reversals of phenomenology repeat its metaphysical structure rather than managing to escape from it. In place, Derrida discovers the quasi-transcendental, or that which is neither transcendental nor empirical but the interval between these, as the condition of possibility for phenomenology. Derrida thus inscribes phenomenology in a more powerful form through discovering the quasi-transcendental as its condition of possibility as the quasi-transcendental upholds the possibility of the transcendental-empirical distinction as well as the impossibility of their separation. Merleau-Ponty occupies a mid-point between idealism and empiricism, emphasizing instead the intertwining of mind and body as he believes perception is embodied – there is no perception that does not interact sensually with the body. Merleau-Ponty highlights this condition in Phenomenology of Perception by using instances of unusual perception by those afflicted by war injuries or pathologies. These instances of distorted perception highlight the inextricably sensual nature of

In his novel Everything Flows, Grossman concentrates on the idea that life cannot exist in the absence of " freedom and kindness ". The absence of these two essential values made those unimaginable human tragedies possible. " The history of humanity is the history of human freedom. " (Grossman, 1972: 212)

It heightens students' awareness of writing strategies in enhancing their writing quality and quantity. Furthermore, teaching multiple prewriting strategies can be considered as a fruitful platform to embark on the complex process of writing. In this way, the current study aimed to explore the effect of explicit instruction of three prewriting strategies on the learners' writing achievement. To this end, 42 intermediate students participated in this study, 28 students in two experimental groups received a treatment and the results compared to their 14 counterparts in the control group. The results revealed that the explicit instruction of prewriting strategies greatly optimized the writing achievements of students in two experimental groups and proven to be effective in this regard. The findings have some implications for language instruction and suggest that the implementation of explicit strategy instruction by the teacher can make a world of difference for students in the process of learning

Jargon represents the technical or secret vocabulary used by specialists belonging to a particular field of activity (science, art, literature, technology, etc.) and it may have an unintelligible character for non-specialists. Our choice of instruction manuals for household or electronic devices as potential hazards to users is motivated by personal observations on the faulty style of Romanian versions of instructions originally written in English. Bringing them up not only to technical, but also to stylistic standards, which implies a clear, concise and accessible style, would result in their fulfilling their practical purpose more effectively. The next step in our research involves evaluating specific risks and proposing some precaution measures. Technical specialists consider that coping with formality scales in technical writing represents a very challenging experience. Based on style manuals and specialist-oriented guidelines for good technical writing, we intend to assess the risks of adopting either an ultraformal and very stiff style or idiomatic and informal forms of expression, deemed as being unprofessional.

As far as the literary part is concerned, we have chosen the author of the first Romanian catechetical realistic novel, Professor Cornel Constantin Ciomâzgă, with his first two books, " Lucrarea " (" The Work ") and the one we have translated, " Se întorc morŃii acasă " (" The Dead Are Coming Back Home "). Regarding the part related to arts, we have identified the motif of the sacred in works of art that belong to different artistic movements, and we will also refer to the vision of the contemporary group " Prologue " , thus offering an interdisciplinary approach of the topic.

Considered "true gems of thought" by the Romanian writer Mihai Eminescu (1989: 8), proverbs represent a product of folklore, but also a speech act (Danilov, 1995: 9), so, in other words, proverbs are the exponential potential of a certain language and of a given culture. The Hispanic culture has an important place in the universal paremiology, Miguel de Cervantes being considered one of the first theoreticians, by most of the paremiologists: Cezar Tabarcea (1982), Constantin Negreanu (1983), Wolfgang Mider (2004), etc. This study focuses on presenting some aspects of Spanish paremiology: origins, features and taxonomies, pointing out the uniqueness of these proverbs. Origins revealed the universal character of the Spanish proverbs (the biblical and Latin cultural sources), but also the cultural specificity – history (No se ganó Zamora en una hora) and customs (Buenas son mangas después de Pascuas). Regarding the linguistic features, María Josefa Canellada (2001: 429-434) mentioned that Spanish proverbs have a tendency of suppressing elements (verbs and articles), converting the unit into a nominal phrase. At the same time, Spanish proverbs present specific prosodic peculiarities and a simple vocabulary, based on common words. The possibilities of classifying of Spanish proverbs that we approached include a syntactical and thematic criteria (Sevilla, 2000) and philosophical principles (Tabanera, 1954).

Fiction for young adults addresses subjects which people are faced with in everyday life and writers of such fiction try to make use of tangible topics to give a voice to children and young adult literature reducing their Otherness in order to pave the way for empowerment. In this study A Monster Calls is analysed based on four types of empowerment. It is argued that as the central theme of the story is death, the writer has managed to guide the young protagonist of the story through different techniques of characterization, plot, setting, fantasy and pictures to come to terms with losing his mother to cancer. The reader can also go through the same stages and feel empowered at the end.

Its objective is to examine the psychosomatic, psychological and neuropsychological aspects of emotional burnout among consulting psychologists. A review of literature from the past five years was conducted using multiple databases. The findings confirm that psychologists are highly susceptible to burnout due to prolonged interaction with numerous clients, requiring them to express emotions that may not align with their true feelings. In wartime, this challenge intensifies as psychologists face pathological stress from increased workloads, heightened emotional demands, and "psychological volunteering." Many neglect their own needs and personal lives to prioritise professional responsibilities. The study investigates the causes of burnout and its role in developing psychosomatic disorders. It identifies the psychophysical and socio-psychological symptoms of burnout and analyses the process using a five-stage model. Recommendations for burnout prevention are provided, emphasising physical and mental health maintenance, as well as the treatment of psychosomatic conditions. The article concludes that psychologists in military settings are at elevated risk of emotional burnout, which undermines emotional stability, self-esteem, and interest in work, reducing professional effectiveness. Burnout can also lead to physical health issues, such as sleep disturbances, immune deficiencies, cardiovascular problems, and other psychosomatic conditions, highlighting the urgent need for preventive measures.

The programme included chess activities and workshops to improve well-being, with the aim of analysing significant changes at the level of five parameters: chess test, chess rating, chess relative value, self-esteem, and perceived stress. The results obtained highlight statistically significant improvements in all five variables studied, indicating an increase in cognitive performance and chess skills, as well as a decrease in the level of perceived stress, along with a strengthening of self-esteem. The comparative analysis between the initial and final values suggests the effectiveness of the activities implemented within this intervention plan, highlighting the positive impact of chess and well-being-centered approaches on the cognitive and psychological development of the participants. These results support the integration of chess and wellness-oriented workshops into educational and personal development programs, with the potential to improve cognitive performance and reduce stress among young people.

In this study we propose a boundary value problem to model tumor elasticity impacting various types of mechanical stresses on cancer cell properties, assuming isotropic and inhomogeneous condition. We show the solution of this multiscale model expressed by PDE is numerically approximated by means of an Artificial Neural Network Architecture based on generalised Fourier decomposition. The connective key step is the use of the Laplace Neural Operator, which contributes to an efficient algorithm convergence rate. While further research of this model may address critical points on machine learning optimality checks, this framework is a rational development for oncologic medical prognosis and therapy.

This platform allows students’ effective interaction with a set of experimental models in two ways: by using interactive augmented reality based mobile applications or by using complete immersion. A case study on using this platform within a target group of students from University of Bacău, Romania is provided and some implications of this teaching approach are analysed. The results have empirically proved that using a learning environment based on mixed reality in teaching improves participatory culture, technical knowledge, and learning satisfaction degree of students. This study also emphasises the need for improvements in the integration of this framework to ensure that the technology's use is not limited to specific courses or user groups.
