The first study examines how regional powers, such as Ethiopia and Kenya, influence the prolongation of conflict in Somalia, addressing the gap in understanding regional actors' roles in sustaining instability. The second study analyzes the effect of veto power countries like the U.S., Russia, and China on the Israel-Palestine conflict, focusing on the United Nations Security Council's veto power and how it prolongs the conflict. The third study investigates the impact of resource mismanagement on economic development in Sub-Saharan Africa, using Nigeria as a case study to demonstrate how poor resource management impedes growth in resource-rich nations. These studies collectively fill critical gaps in understanding the complex dynamics of regional influence, global power structures, and economic mismanagement in international relations.
