O trabalho visa explorar o Google Data Search, ferramenta instrumento de apoio à Ciência Aberta, ... more O trabalho visa explorar o Google Data Search, ferramenta instrumento de apoio à Ciência Aberta, composto por vários provedores de diferentes assuntos. O estudo teve por base a área de saúde pública com busca de dados sobre as doenças negligenciadas zika, dengue e chikungunya. O levantamento obteve 75 conjuntos de dados que foram tratados em planilha Excel por título; nome do provedor com respectivo link; nº de artigos que citam os dados; DOI; datas da criação, atualização, publicação; instituição fornecedora dos dados; autores, licença e formato de download. Após análise, foram criadas mais duas variáveis indexando a região geográfica e tipologia dos dados. Os resultados mostraram que experimentos, casos e modelagem estatística são as tipologias mais frequentes, 45% dos conjuntos de dados são citados em artigos científicos e a região que tem o maior número de conjunto de dados sobre os temas é o Brasil. Introducao: A tuberculose e uma doenca cronica, extremamente comum nos paises em desenvolvimento,... more Introducao: A tuberculose e uma doenca cronica, extremamente comum nos paises em desenvolvimento, causada pelo Mycobacterium tuberculosis. O principal orgao atingido e o pulmao. Em 12% dos casos cursa com envolvimento gastrointestinal, estando o pâncreas envolvido em 0,25% de todos os casos de tuberculose disseminada. A apresentacao clinica e variavel, podendo mimetizar qualquer patologia intra-abdominal. A tomografia computorizada abdominal e o exame auxiliar de diagnostico goldstandard, permitindo boa visualizacao da massa tumoral. Todavia, nao permite o diagnostico definitivo. Metodos e resultados: Paciente de 68 anos de idade, do sexo feminino, com antecedentes de HTA, depressao e pancreatite aguda, referenciada por quadro clinico de dor abdominal epigastrica, nauseas e anorexia. Waves break at the ocean’s surface at high or medium wind speeds or in the absence of wind due to shoaling of the seafloor. However, surface waves also break due to interactions with internal solitary waves (ISWs). In this paper, we revisit surface wave breaking caused by ISWs and how ISWs are manifested in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images acquired by the TerraSAR-X and Sentinel-1 satellites and in high-resolution radar altimeter data acquired by the SAR altimeter (SRAL) onboard the Sentinel-3A satellite. X-band TerraSAR-X images acquired at low wind speeds suggest that meter-scale surface breaking waves resulting from large-scale ISWs are associated with large modulations in backscatter at HH and VV polarizations that cannot be explained by present theories. Existem poucos casos descritos de Mixofi brosarcoma da parede abdominal. Os autores apresentam o ... more Existem poucos casos descritos de Mixofi brosarcoma da parede abdominal. Os autores apresentam o caso de um doente de 71 anos, submetido, de urgência, a exérese de massa tumoral com 11 cm, do orifício inguinal interno. Dois meses depois, realizou exérese de recidiva iliaco-inguinal com 18 cm e de múltiplos implantes sarcomatosos. Por nova recidiva, 4 meses depois, procedeu-se a enterectomia segmentar e colostomia terminal. O doente faleceu 6 meses após a cirurgia inicial. Fica aqui representado um caso de um mixofi brosarcoma de alto grau com um comportamento progressivamente agressivo, com intervalos livres de doença muito curtos, que foi rapidamente fatal. Os sarcomas são tumores raros, cuja abordagem inicial deve respeitar princípios cirúrgicos próprios, e devem ser orientados por equipas experientes. Palavras-chave: Mixofi brosarcoma, alto-grau, recidiva, redução tumoral, parede abdominal. Th ere are few cases described of abdominal wall Myxofi brosarcoma. Th e authors describe the case of a 71 years old patient, who underwent urgent surgical excision of an 11 cm tumoral mass, of the internal inguinal orifi ce. Two months later, an excision of an 18 cm long inguinal tumor mass and multiple implants was performed. Because of a new recurrence after 4 months, a segmental bowel resection and end colostomy was performed. Patient died 6 months after fi rst surgery. Th is case represents a high-grade myxofi brosarcoma, with an increasingly aggressive behavior and very short disease-free intervals, which was quickly fatal. Sarcomas are rare lesions, which initial approach should respect surgical principles and be treated by experienced teams.
