Muhammad Iqbal's poetry, primarily in Persian and Urdu, is renowned for its depth and spiritual themes e.g. "Shikwa" (Complaint) and "Jawabe-Shikwa" (Response to the Complaint): These poems express the grievances of Muslims and their quest for identity and purpose and emphasizes the self-awareness, unity, and the revival of

This new pressure on the rule of law and its risk of further erosion makes the pandemic particularly dangerous. At the same time, gaps in the rule of law risk exacerbating the COVID-19 crisis and undermining our ability to respond effectively. Unfortunately, the evidence continues to grow that just when our societies need a strong rule of law to respond effectively to the pandemic, these critical rules of good governance and the ability of states to enforce them are deteriorating around the world. For the third year in a row, the recently released WJP Rule of Law® 2020 index reported that the rule of law scores of several countries have declined rather than improved. We see the trend in established democracies, as well as in the less free states and in every region of the world.

In a strong rule of law society, these four principles intersect to ensure that citizens have efficient, transparent and accountable institutions that can defend freedom, ensure public safety, including public health, and facilitate prosperity. Evidence suggests a positive correlation between the rule of law and public healthcountries with a better rule of law enjoy lower maternal and infant mortality rates, longer life expectancy and a lower incidence of chronic diseases. The rule of law fosters trust in institutions and supports a social contract between citizens, both of which are essential for resolving a public health crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic in which a collective approach is the only way to keep and control the disease.

As such, hermeneutics has a rich history and can now be identified with four major directions: conservative, critical, radical, and moderate. Of these components, Hans-Georg Gadamer's moderate hermeneutics proved to be the most relevant for educational thinking. While many hermeneutic topics talk about educational concerns, four - questioning, world history, language, and disciplinary knowledge - are particularly relevant. Hermeneutics remains an important but unexplored branch of educational philosophy.
Hermeneutics refers to the theory and practice of interpretation, where interpretation involves an understanding that can be justified in time. It describes both a body of diverse historical methodologies for interpreting texts, objects, and concepts, and a theory of understanding. As such, it refers to making the unintelligible both intelligible and communicable. The history of hermeneutics spans epochs, methods and all disciplines in the humanities, social sciences and even the natural sciences. Finally, hermeneutics is conceived as a theory of information exchange developed from the ancient theories of truth to the theories of gnoseology of the twentieth century

Today it covers a variety of interconnected issues around the world that affect survival. It varies from traditional or conventional modes of military power, causes and consequences of war between states, economic power, ethnic, religious and ideological conflict, trade and economic conflicts, energy supply, science and technology, food, and threats to human security and stability of states of environmental degradation, infectious diseases, climate change and activities of non-state actors. The United Nations (UN) has contributed to the international law of global security in three related ways: as a lawmaker, or something very much like it, with the UN Security Council (UNSC) empowered through the Charter to adopt decisions binding on all Member States; as an interpreter of international law, with significant impact on the law of global security; and as an agenda-setter, establishing norms and shaping international responses to new security challeng

So, the general principles of substantive criminal law can be found in conventions, in customary international law or in general principles of law recognized by all civilized nations. According to this, the criminal laws of most states rely on similar concepts and rules: in this sense it can be spoken about universally recognized general concepts that the exact contents of these concepts vary widely from one country to another. This justified observation increases the role of the general principles of criminal law derived from national laws of legal systems of the world. These general principles of criminal law have been developed since the 19 th century primarily by the doctrines and practices of national criminal laws and criminal justice systems.

The system that accentuates this successful tandem is that of justice, which, if it acts in strict accordance with the law and respects the principles of effective justice, will certainly contribute enormously to the implementation of legality, freedom and equality, and the latter will not be able to go separately neither in law nor in fact. This makes evident the inseparability of legality and freedom of equality. And this is entirely true, since freedom and de facto equality are based on the rule of law, and the finding of de facto equality is nothing more than the result of the observance of the principle of legality in the application of the rules governing equality and the freedom of the subjects of law.

And prospectively the blood is still drippings from the jaw of the last century that is being spread on all the globe with pain and tainted tears started from WWI, WWII, Afghanistan & Arabian Gulf war of eighties, again Afghanistan & Arabian Gulf war of nineties, specifically in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, the bloodshed is still going on and the threats are at head from Ukrainian and Taiwanese side. More so, the Palestine and Kashmir is also evaporating to overflow the human blood. Therefore, it is suffice to say, The Last century is the century of continued bloodshed" Lets build the building of peace, tolerance for this new century, a new government for the new generation to come, so we can play a good role and develop the legacy in the name of the humanity and humanism and at least an ERA OF HOPE, Wherein the first step is to get a annexation to the universal declaration of the Human rights 1948 including others e.g. Warsaw pact , a Universal

In this sense, the success of the ‘information society’ has been considered essential for Europe’s growth, competitiveness and employment opportunities. New trends in cybercrime are emerging all the time, with estimated costs to the global economy running to billions of dollars.
In the past, cybercrime was committed mainly by individuals or small groups. Today, we are seeing highly complex cybercriminal networks bring together individuals from across the globe in real time to commit crimes on an unprecedented scale.
Criminal organizations turning increasingly to the Internet to facilitate their activities and maximize their profit in the shortest time. The crimes themselves are not necessarily new – such as theft, fraud, illegal gambling, sale of fake medicines – but they are evolving in line with the opportunities presented online and therefore becoming more widespread and damaging.

A first meaning, springing from the natural sciences and applied to human society, so an ecological approach (the set of elements and de facto balances that condition the life of a biological group); the other meaning, which is due to the language of architects and urban planners and which refers to the contact area between the built space and the natural environment (so between the artificial and the natural space). These two meanings of the notion of environment do not, of course, leave its legal qualification indifferent. Therefore, so far we cannot say that the environment enjoys a legal qualification or a unanimously accepted legal status. Thus, for the European Communities, the environment represents the set of elements that, in the complexity of their relations, constitute the framework, the environment and the conditions of human life, as they exist or as they are perceived. Emphasizing the dynamic nature of legislative provisions (positive law), we must emphasize both the role of doctrine in substantiating the notion and the creative role of jurisprudence, which have contributed to the definition of the environment.

IMMIGRATION AND CRIME, 2023

Demographic transition arguments focus on changes in the demographic characteristics of the population following increases or decreases in immigration. This argument maintains that immigration can elevate crime by increasing the share of the population with low educational attainment, marginal labor skills, and poor employment prospects. In sum, despite an abundance of explanations for why immigration may both cause and reduce crime in neighborhoods, cities, and metropolitan areas, almost no research has empirically tested these explanations, leaving us relatively in the dark about the "immigration-crime nexus." Hence, a critical next step is for researchers to test various explanatory frameworks that posit intervening mechanisms by which immigration affects crime rates at the macro level.

Efforts to promote the exchange of best practices should be pursued and implementation of the European Prison Rules, approved by the Council of Europe, supported. Issues such as alternatives to imprisonment, pilot projects on detention and best practices in prison management could also be addressed. The European Commission is invited to reflect on this issue further within the possibilities offered by the Lisbon Treaty."

Its use inevitably leads to the problem of ethical choice, it gives rise to new legal issues that require urgent actions. The authors analyze the criminal law assessment of the actions of AI. Primarily, the still open issue of liability for the actions of AI that is capable of self-learning and makes a decision to act / not to act, which is qualified as a crime. As a result, there is a necessity to form a system of criminal law measures of counteracting crimes committed with the use of AI. It is shown that the application of AI could lead to four scenarios requiring criminal law regulation. It is stressed that there is a need for a clear, strict and effective definition of the ethical boundaries in the design, development, production, use and modification of AI. The authors argue that it should be recognized as a source of high risk. They spec...

In this regard, small density LDL-cholesterol (sdLDLc) has been considered to possess more atherogenicity than other LDL-fractions like large buoyant LDL-cholesterol (lbLDLc). Recently, Srisawasdi et al. have developed a method for calculating sdLDLc and lbLDLc based upon a regression equation. Using that in developing world may provide us with a valuable tool for ASCVD risk prediction. (1) To correlate directly measured and calculated lipid indices with insulin resistance, UACR, glycated hemoglobin, anthropometric indices, and blood pressure. (2) To evaluate these lipid parameters in subjects with or without metabolic syndrome, nephropathy, and hypertension and among various groups based upon glycated hemoglobin results.
