
Mohamed Albeshr
Dr. Mohamed Albeshr is an esteemed Emirati academic specializing in Business and Management. He earned his Ph.D. in General Management from the University of Roma Tor Vergata, where he commenced his academic career under the mentorship of Prof. Corrado Curruti. He holds the academic rank of Assistant Professor and has progressed through various academic roles, demonstrating his commitment to higher education and research excellence.
As a pioneer in his field, Dr. Albeshr is the first Emirati and GCC student and researcher to graduate from Italy, a distinction that underscores his trailblazing contributions to academia.
Dr. Albeshr has served as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Sharjah, where his expertise has been instrumental in advancing research and teaching in areas such as Operational Excellence. He has also been affiliated with the Higher Colleges of Technology, where he has made significant contributions to research in Operational Excellence, Strategic Management, Performance Management, and Human Resources.
Beyond his formal teaching roles, Dr. Albeshr has been invited to deliver guest lectures on an international scale. Notably, he conducted a session on "HRM Strategic Development" during the International Week at the University American College Skopje.
