Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts to improve infrastructure in services and economic growth as well as to determine the impact of increased infrastructure on services and economic growth. The results showed that efforts to improve infrastructure in services and economic growth one of them is the realization of the construction of the Southern Cross Line (JLS). JLS is included in one of the efforts to improve infrastructure in services and economic growth, especially in the southern part of Java. JLS development is a national project. JLS is part of the construction of the south coast of Java Road (Pansela), starting from Pacitan, Trenggalek, Tulungagung Blitar, Malang, Lumajang, Jember and Banyuwangi. The results also show that through the construction of the Southern Cross Line (JLS) is expected to improve services and economic growth, especially economic growth in the southern part of Java considering the income and economic inequality between Southern and Northern Java. The southern part of Java can be categorized as poor, given the limited access to infrastructure.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui implementasi Klampid New Generation terhadap masyarakat kelurahan wonorejo, serta untuk mengetahui indeks kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan Klampid New Generation. Metode penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif berbasis PERMENPAN no 14 tahun 2017 menggunakan medium kuesioner yang akan disebarkan melalui google form, form tertulis dan wawancara. Sehingga dengan adanya pengambilan data di kantor kelurahan wonorejo, maka dapat dihasilkan gambaran mengenai pelaksanaan dan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat mengenai implementasi Klampid New Generation.

Abstract

Public service as a form of service, both in the form of public goods and services which in principle is the responsibility of and is carried out by central or regional government agencies in the context of efforts to meet community needs and in the framework of implementing statutory provisions. Public services, especially in population administration services, are still a problem that needs comprehensive attention and resolution. In this context, if it is related to public services, population administration services are the obligation of the state through the administration of the existing government to provide services for population administration rights that are owned by every citizen. On the basis of the considerations described above, this research was conducted to find out the implementation of optimizing administrative services and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in optimizing population administration services in Wonokusumo village, Semampir sub-district, Surabaya city government. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This research method focuses on the discussion by comprehensive the entire data obtained into a research result based on a qualitative descriptive theory. The results of this study indicate that the aim of optimizing population administration services in the Wonokusumo sub-district is to achieve excellent service for each population administration service. In service work tools, it is necessary to add work tools to maximize population administration services so that people feel comfortable when application services are in progress in the population administration field, as well as other supporting attributes such as cleanliness of waiting rooms, air conditioning and others that can support good service congestion. In handling service complaints, it is necessary to improve the performance of its employees. Because it is very unfortunate if the facilities in the complaint service are complete but the service officers are still lacking in skills

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi variabel tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Perpustakaan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian dilakukan pada layanan perpustakaan di Perpustakaan Umum Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Instrumen berupa kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dengan pernyataan tertutup sebanyak 25 pernyataan menggunakan skala Likert terdiri dari 5 alternatif jawaban. Sampel menggunakan teknik sampling Insidental banyaknya dihitung dengan rumus Slovin. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki berusia 17-25 tahun dan bekerja sebagai pelajar/mahasiswa yang sebagian besar merasa sangat puas dengan persentase 81% pada variabel tangible, 68% reliability, 71% responsiveness, 71% empathy, 78% assurance. Hasil uji t parsial menunjukkan nilai sig. variabel tangible, responsiveness, assurance, empati lebih besar daripada 0,10 menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel tangible, responsiveness, assurance, empati berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka, sedangkan variabel reliability nilai sig kurang dari 0,10 artinya secara parsial variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka. Analisis regregasi linier berganda menunjukan variabel tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance bernilai positif yang memiliki makna bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan memberikan pengaruh positif dan sebanding terhadap kepuasan pemustaka. Besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka sebesar 38,5% yang diperoleh dengan melakukan uji koefisien determinan. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini bahwa secara parsial variabel tangible, responsiveness, assurance, empati berpengaruh positif dan sebanding terhadap kepuasan pemustaka, namun pengaruh yang diberikan tidak signifikan. Variabel reliability merupakan kualitas pelayanan yang memiliki pengaruh positif, sebanding, dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka. Secara keseluruhan besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan Dinas perpustakaan dan kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur Terhadap kepuasan pemustaka sebesar 38,5%. Meskipun layanan perpustakaan sudah sangat memuaskan, namun masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki untuk terus meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna layanan publik.

Abstract

Human resource planners must be managed effectively by providing knowledge, skills, and expertise that are more in line with their needs, one of which is through functional training for first-level planning experts. To determine the results, impacts, and benefits obtained from the training provided, evaluation is necessary. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of functional training for first-level planning experts, determine the extent of the influence of functional training for first-level planning experts on competence, and describe the development of an evaluation model. This research is a mixed methods study with a sequential explanatory model. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 23 people. The results show that functional training for first-level planning experts can effectively improve knowledge, skills, and work attitudes through the learning process and provide benefits for both personal and career development. The influence of training on competence is 78.7%, with the development model of the four levels of training evaluation and perceived training benefit as the evaluation method forming an integrative evaluation model consisting of 5 levels of evaluation as a novelty product about training evaluation, including reactions, learning, behavior, results, and benefits.

Abstract

This research aims to explore bureaucratic governance in the development of educational administration at Madrasah Ma'arif Ambulu, a religious educational institution belonging to LP Ma'arif NU. In the context of globalization, religious education faces competitive challenges, especially in terms of bureaucratic governance which is considered less professional. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis includes stages of condensation, collection, display, and conclusion of findings. Research findings produce a bureaucratic governance model consisting of three main elements: governance rules, authority, and work distribution. Regulatory governance involves internal and external assessment processes. Authority governance consists of custom authority which integrates rational legal and transformative charisma authority models. Work distribution governance includes quality assurance of madrasa leaders, resource support, staff supervision, internal-external analysis, and preserving work values while meeting modernization needs. All staff are distributed according to their commitment and competence in the areas of quality achievement, administration and religion. This model aims to increase the effectiveness of educational administration at Madrasah Ma'arif Ambulu and contribute to the context of the development of religious education more broadly.

Abstract

The mud disaster that has occurred in Sidoarjo Regency since May 29 2006 was an event of hot gas and mud coming out of the ground with a temperature of 100°C which has occurred in several villages in Sidoarjo Regency. Before the disaster occurred, Porong was a productive area because there were many rice fields, shops, and factories. The three districts affected by the Sidoarjo mudflow, namely Porong District, Tanggulangin District, and Jabon District, previously in 2005, based on satellite imagery, had the form of a spreading Green Open Space (RTH). Based on these problems, it is necessary to identify a typology of Green Open Space in the Sidoarjo Mud Disaster Area. This study discusses the physical typology and function of Green Open Space (RTH) in the sidoarjo mudflow disaster area using the Descriptive-Qualitative Analysis method. Based on the results of the identification of natural Green Open Spaces (RTH) located in the Sidoarjo Mud Disaster Area, only a protected area is found in parts of the Jabon District, namely in Wisata Bahari Tlocor which is located in the Tlocor, Tanjungsari, Kupang, Jabon District with an area of ​​1.40 Ha which is enter the Protected Area.

Abstract

Villages in Indonesia are governed by a village government, as defined in Article 2 of Law No. 6/2014, which states that the village government handles local affairs within Indonesia’s government structure. Villages are required to perform government tasks following legal provisions, including planning, implementation, administration, supervision, and evaluation. While villages are not part of the territorial hierarchy in the decentralization system, they have the authority to create village regulations, which are considered part of the legal framework in Indonesia. However, villages face constraints due to higher-level regulations that limit their autonomy and are often seen as lacking the capacity to manage their own governance. The research focuses on the mismatch between village policies and the conditions in Sleman Regency. It addresses issues such as the impact of Law No. 6/2014 on village independence and public services, as well as effective public service models in the region. Using qualitative research with an analytical descriptive approach, the study finds that the policy implementation has not been optimal. One major issue is the lack of flexibility in the policy content to meet the needs of the village government, leading to obstacles in providing efficient public services at the village level. The study identifies key findings, including limited village independence due to supra-village regulations, resource constraints, and communication barriers between policy makers and implementers. It highlights positive outcomes such as improved administrative order and innovation in revenue generation by village governments. The research concludes with recommendations for enhancing flexibility in policy content, strengthening resources, and fostering innovation to better align public services with community needs.
