Abstract

A business established generally aims to obtain maximum profit, one of which is by using increasing the volume of sales made. If this became a goal, then how to maintain the business is needed so that its surviral can be maintained and developed. In this study, Mr. Hari’s chicken egg business is one example of a business that require a strategy in developing its business and needs to know the position of the products it sells. The analytical tools in this research are BCG (Boston Consulting Group) Matrix and PLC (Product Life cyle). From the results of research with BCG analysis, it can be seen that the growth rate of the Mr. Hari’s chicken egg business market in 2020 is 27 % and the relative market share is 1.5x. This shows that the market growth rate and relative market share have a high value. It can be seen that Mr. Hari’s chicken egg business is in the “Stars Category”, the business unit is at a high growth rate, with a high share. This condition illustrates the great potential for a business until to be developed in the long term. In relation to the Product Life Cycle (PLC), it can be seen that position og Mr. Hari’s chicken egg business is at “The Growth Stage”, where at this stage it can expand the marketing network, so the stategy used is to maintain (hold), the product still in the same category. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors on consumer purchasing decisions at Mc.Donald's fast food in Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative research using 90 respondents. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire, the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, with validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using t test and f test. Multiple regression results show the equation Y = 1.814 + 0.183X1 + 0.231 X2 + 0.293X3 + 0.177X4 The resulting regression direction is positive, meaning that the more cultural, social and personal and psychological variables increase, the purchasing decision will also increase. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.730. This means that X1 (cultural), X2 (social), X3 (personal) and X4 (Psychological) have an influence on purchasing decisions (Y) by 53.2% while the remaining 46.8% is influenced by other variables that are not investigated in this study. Overall, the results of the t test have a significant value less than 0.05, so it can be interpreted that X1 (culture), X2 (social), X3 (personal) X4 (Psychological) have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out Wardah cosmetic product marketing strategy in Eljhon 2 Bengkulu. The analytical method used in this study is SWOT analysis (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats), with a total sample of 33 respondents Based on the results of the SWOT analysis using IFAS and EFAS analysis, it is located in the coordinates of the score (20.31: 1.16) and is in quadrant 1 with greater strength and opportunity than weaknesses and threats which support aggressive strategies, where strengths (strengths) worth 28.62 weaknesses worth 18.31 opportunities worth 17.27 and threats valued at 16.11. Quadrant 1, this is a very profitable position so that it can take full advantage of the company's strengths and opportunities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze income, average income, net income, and BEP Unit and BEP Rupiah laundry business in Bengkulu Selatan ironing lodge in 2016 - 2020. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the study showed that the net income in 2016 was Rp. 134,325,000, in 2017 Rp.117,528,000, in 2018 Rp. 143,785,000, in 2019 146,603,000, in 2020 Rp. 161,625,000 in the laundry service business of the ironing cottage in South Bengkulu, in 2012-2016 it has reached BEP, it can be seen from the average acceptance and use of laundry services. it can be seen from the BEP rupiah in 2016 Rp. 35,168,000, 2017 Rp. 42,778,000, in 2018Rp. 44,759,000, in 2019 Rp. 51,942,000, in 2020 Rp. 68,902,000 and BEP units in 2016 Rp. 6,476,018,000, in 2017 Rp. 7,367,110,000, in 2018 Rp. 8,612,829,000, Rp. 10,115,028..

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan pengembangan usaha Kopi Dangau Datuk Petik Merah Kota Bengkulu. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis studi kelayakan dari aspek keuangan yang meliputi Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Groos B/C), dan Payback Period (PP). Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai Net Presen Value (NPV), menunjukan angka positif atau besar dari 0 (nol) yaitu Rp 27.137.783,-, artinya perluasan Usaha Kopi Dangau Datuk Petik Merah Kota Bengkulu dapat dikatakan layak untuk dikembangkan. Internal Rate Of return (IRR) diketahui sebesar 23% lebih besar dari perentase biaya modal (bunga kredit) yaitu 12% berarti perluasan usaha layak untuk kembangakan. Gross B/C lebih besar dari 1 ( 2,56> 1). dan Payback Periode (PP) 2 tahun 9,6 bulan menunjukan bahwa dapat memperoleh kembali dana yang di investasikan tersebut dalam jangka waktu 2 tahun 9,6 bulan, artinya pengembangan usaha pada Usaha Kopi Dangau datuk Petik Merah Kota Bengkulu dapat dilanjutkan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat pendapatan lebih besar dari total biaya sehingga investasi senilai Rp 175.000.000 dapat dilanjutkan. Keywords:        Analysis, Feasibility Study, Business Development

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan Pemerintah mengenai minyak goreng, Harga minyak goreng terhadap kinerja usaha kuliner di Kota Bengkulu. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa nilai signifikansi kebijakan Pemerintah mengenai minyak goreng (X1) sebesar 0,01 (< 5%) ini artinya kebijakan Pemerintah mengenai minyak goreng berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha kuliner di Kota Bengkulu, sedangkan harga minyak goreng sebesar 0,04 (<5%) artinya harga minyak goreng berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha kuliner di Kota Bengkulu. Nilai signifikansi pada uji F sebesar 0,034 (< 5% atau 0,05)ini artinya bahwa secara simultan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah mengenai minyak goreng, harga minyak goreng berpengaruh terhadap minat usaha kuliner di Kota Bengkulu. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,721 yang artinya 72,1% variabel kinerja usaha dipengaruhi oleh variabel kebijakan pemerintah dan harga minyak goreng dan sisanya sebesar 27,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship of promotion with the purchase decision of insurance policy at PT.Tugu Kresna Pratama Bengkulu and to find out the relationship of services with the purchase decision insurance policy at PT. Tugu Kresna Pratama Bengkulu. The analytical method used is Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. Based on the calculation of the Spearman rank correlation coefficient, the calculated value of rho (p) between the relationship between promotion and the purchase decision insurance policy at PT. Tugu Kresna Pratama Bengkulu is 0.877 located at Interpretation interval correlation 0.800-1.000, and the calculated value of rho (p) between the relationship between service with the purchase decision insurance policy at PT. Tugu Kresna Pratama Bengkulu is 0.836 located at Interpretation interval correlation 0.800-1.000. Hypothesis testing between promotion and the purchase decision of insurance policy at PT. Tugu Kresna Pratama Bengkulu is a calculated rho value greater than rho table (0.877> 1,692) and hypothesis testing between service with the purchase decision of insurance policy at PT. Tugu Kresna Pratama Bengkulu is a calculated rho value greater than rho table (0.836> 1,692) so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant relationship between promotion and service with the purchase decision insurance policy at PT. Tugu Kresna Pratama Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, training and compensation on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. The sample in this study were 60 employees of PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. The data were collected using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used was the rank spearman and the t test.The results of the Spearman rank analysis show that there is a significant influence of motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y) with the value of rho (ρ) = 0.631 in the criteria from 0.60 to 0.799 (strong), there is a significant effect of training (X2) on employee performance ( Y) with the value of rho (ρ) count = 0.687 in the criteria 0.60-0.799 (strong) and there is a significant effect of Compensation (X3) on employee performance (Y) with the value of rho (ρ) count = 0.678 in the criteria 0.60- 0.799 (strong). The results of the t test prove that there is a significant effect of motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y). It is known that the t value is 6,190 and this value shows that t is greater than t table (6,190> 1,671), there is a significant effect of training ( X2) on employee performance (Y), it is known that the t value is 7.192 and this value shows the t count is greater than the t table (7.192> 1.671) and there is a significant effect of compensation (X3) on employee performance (Y). t count is 7,017 and this value shows t count is bigger than t table (7,017> 1,671).

Abstract

Kota Bengkulu merupakan salah satu kota yang memiliki keindahan alam yang sangat menarik, terutama wisata yang berkaitan dengan pantai, laut, sungai dan muara. Salah satuobejek wisata yang belakangan ini terlaris yang dikunjungi wisatawan adalah objek wisata hutan Mangrove di kampung Sejahtera Kecamatan Sumber Jaya Pulau Baai kota Bengkulu. Hanya dengan membayar sewa perahu wisata senilai Rp10 ribu per orang, maka wisatawan bisa puas mengelilingi 247,61 hektar hutan mangrove yang ada di lokasi tersebut. Hutang Mangrove merupakan salah satu pariwisata yang saat menjadi obejek kunjungan wisatawan ke kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui a) untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pengembanngan pariwisata Mangrove di Kampung Sejahtera Kota Bengkulu, b) untuk mengetahui strategi manakah yang paling baik dalam penentuan pengembanngan pariwisata Mangrove di Kampung Sejahtera Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif (Descriptive Research) yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi data yang menggambarkan komposisi dan karakteristik unit penelitian. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian Deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 90 orang sampel, yang terdiri dari sampel eksterl 60 orang dan internal 30 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan SWOT. Dari hasil penelitian maka diketahui bahwa rumusan kombinasi strategi matrik SWOT maka di ketahui bahwa titik pertemuan antara kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman berada berada pada kuadran II Pada kuadran ini berarti meskipun mengalami berbagai ancaman namun bisa memanfaatkan kekuatan, strategi yang harus diterapkan adalah memaksimalkan kekuatan yang ada untuk memanfaatkan peluang semaksimal mungkin. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara mendukung strategy diversifikasi. Dari matrik perencanaan kombinasi strategi kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwaUnived perlu memanfaatkan strategi WT yang mempunyai nilai sebesar 2,74, selanjutnya diikuti strategi ST = 3,023, WO = 2,6 dan SO = 2.90 Alternatif strategi pengembangan wisata hutan mangrove di Kampung Sejahtera Pulau Baai Kota Bengkulu adalah melakukan Pengembangan promosi hutan Mangrove, melakukan pengembangan SDM, melakukan pengembangan infrastruktur yang menunjang dan mengoptimalkan pelayanan dengan pengunjung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, location and service on purchasing decisions at the NRL Air Sebakul Minimarket, Bengkulu City. The sample in this research is 95 consumers. The sampling technique used was saturated sample by using the entire research population as the research sample. The data is processed in the form of numerical data (numbers) using a Likert scale. Data collection methods in this study were questionnaires and literature study. The data is processed using spss for windows version 20.0. Methods of data analysis using quantitative methods, namely by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that the price, location and service variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions at the Air Sebakul NRL Minimarket Bengkulu City. The biggest significant influence on purchasing decisions at the Air Sebakul Minimarket, Bengkulu City, is partially the service variable with a standard beta coefficient of 5.849, the location variable with a beta coefficient of 5.010 then the price variable with a beta coefficient of 4.623 and simultaneously Fcount 57.834. From the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that service and location are the dominant factors that have the greatest influence on the tendency of purchasing decisions at the Air Sebakul Minimarket, Bengkulu City
